A home away from home. Room is just like havinv a little apartment. Very comfy bed. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Delicious full English breakfast. Highly recommend.

Hotel and staff were great. Good location — just near the train station which is the only way to get around London. No air con so keep that in mind during summer. Quite a small hotel too so don’t expect to fit into the loft with a big suitcase and carry on luggage :)

This hotel was amazing. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Beautiful hotel steeped in rich history. Will definitely stay there again if I ever find myself in london again. Cheap rates (compared to other hotels in london), but not a cheap hotel.

Good for the Albert hall which is about a mile away. We had a great nights sleep and an inclusive breakfast that filled us up very well. The staff were very helpful and helpful.

Room was already quite dirty and come in the years. Breakfast is OK. Staff Nice.

Hotel located at the central where easy access to the public transport, shop, bar and restaurant. A lot of good restaurant and bar that we can choice between. Hotel is an old building so it is quite interesting to pass true with many fire exit and check if the lift is coming towards that has light of movement. Room size is too small for two Buffalo like us but end of day. We enjoy the staying.

I spent a very long weekend in London and was pleased with the hotel I found near Earl’s Court tube station. Best Western Burns was an excellent hotel, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and transportation. I couldn’t have asked for more. The staff was also very diverse, friendly, helpful. I’d recommend this hotel to all travellors to London!

Love this place! I have stayed here many times when I visit London. You cannot beat the location and proximity to amenities, yet suprisingly quiet on the square. Yes, rooms are small but clean and prices vary wildly as per the season and day of the week, but this is London. Staff have always been super helpful and friendly. I rarely have breakfast here, as it’s cheaper down on Earls Court Road, but I love their simple but tasty room service menu for my occasional rainy night in or late night snack. Highly recommended!

Hotel is very convenient to the Metro (Blue Line) and services (bar, supermarket, pharmacies…). Good continental and English breakfast (sometimes a surcharge is required). Friendly and multilingual staff. Possibility to leave the baggage and to pick it up once left the room. Not so big rooms with ' English ' bathroom. Obviously kettle and mugs from the NN may be missing!

Got the room really cheap, for 44 quid I can't complain. Clean and silent room, nice staff and great location. Just a few steps to Earl's Court tube station, lots of restaurants and supermarkets around.

Great hotel and great that it’s part of the Wyndham Group. Book with breakfast as London is pricey in general. Very convenient location close to Earls Court tube station. Will definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a great place close to London Tube and in a very cool area of London, this place is for you. Earls Court area is very high end living. Hotel is older with smaller rooms. Breakfast was well appointed, great pubs close by. I will be back when in the London area.

Hotel was lovely. We had a room, although small was overlooking the green. Staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked, and served by friendly, happy staff.

Okay, the location is good and it is really easy to get to! The staff are nice and the pillows are quite comfy however — this hotel is so outdated and old it is not nice to stay in. Even though it is clean enough it doesn't feel it. Creaky floor boards old carpets, dusty rackety lifts, old bathrooms, wallpaper peeling and leaving the bathroom door open to find the fire alarm goes off. I had small flies in my room from where the maid had left my window open all day and they had come in. I wouldn't pay money to stay here I prefer something more contemporary and modern! Definatley needs a lot of work to make it a comfortable place to stay!

For the London standards it is a very good 3 star hotel. Room and bathroom reasonable size. Unbeatable location for having Earls Court station at 200 m.

Ideal location at fair prices, just minutes away from Earl’s Court station. Friendly service, with helpful staff at the reception. Lift may look dated, but room itself is clean, tidy and comfortable! :)

Have used this hotel often. Some rooms are better than others some being very small. Staff pleasant. Breakfasts very nice. Restaurant good for evening meal if you don't fancy going out. The Burn hotel is very central. Short walk from Earl' Court underground.

The hotel is ideally located near earls court station. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast is excellent and all the staff in very nice and friendly.

Great location to Earl's Court Underground station, just 6 minute walk. Room was comfortable, shower and rest of washroom was modern. The only negative thing was the floor creaked really bad. Same thing with the floor above, which could become anoying.

Cheerful & helpful staff throughout our stay. Rooms comfy and decent size for London. Breakfast was presented well and had a full selection. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very clean and tidy and the staff is really polite. The rooms are quite small but once I spent the entire day on the street it was not a problem. My bathroom had a tub and was really nice, but overall it was quite hot inside. I'd recommend it.

Horrific, traumatic experience! We booked for a week here and on the 2nd day all our bags were opened! Locks were broken and all our valuable items stolen including my Hermes bag, laptop, valentino shoes! A tourist nightmare!

It's an okay place to stay. The advantage is that it's in the business part of town. And, also close to the tourist attractions. Food is best had outside. There are several options. Another advantage is the proximity to Earl's Court tube station.

Stayed here for a few days in September 2015, The hotel is a great location in London with Earls court underground (Piccadilly Line) being a 2 minute walk. There are great pubs and restaurants through out the area. Most tour operators pick up and drop off in this area. We felt relativity safe walking around in this area at night, and locals in this area where quite helpful! Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We stayed here last weekend. As you do, we checked out the reviews and were concerned by a few. We used Tesco vouchers for the stay. We got in early and were warmly received. Our room was ready early so we were in without a hitch. The double room was relatively small, but the bathroom was spacious and appeared to have been recently renovated. The room and bathroom were immaculately presented and clean. We were well placed for the Piccadily Line and had a hectic few days shopping and sightseeing. It was a pleasure to return to a cosy bar. The Breakfast deserves a special mention. Cooked to order, it was an absolute treat. With quality ingredients. We'd stopped at the Hilton, Reading the night before and their breakfast was knocked into a cocked hat by the Burns. The staff deserve a special mention. Very friendly and accomodating. Nothing was too much trouble and from the cleaners to the reception staff, you were always met with a smile. Yes the lifts were small and a bit slow, but this just added to the charm. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend the Burns and intend to return when next we go to London.

We cancelled a month in advance and Mr. Singh and Mrs. Sarkas charged our credit card anyway, without authorisation, they then refused to refund the money, I suspect there is something suspicious going on, I would advise anybody to stay elsewhere and don't give up your credit/debitcard to them under any circumstance. There are plenty of trustworthy hotels elsewhere in London so beware of this one. Chris.

A good value hotel conveniently located in a quiet area of Knightsbridge and close to the Earls Court tube station. Our room was clean and there was a good choice for breakfast. Would stay here again.

The worst experience ever in a HOTEL from the staff at breakfast… when I complained the manager was the most unprofessional person I ever met… DO NOT GO TO THE PLACE… a HORROR FILM.

Sorry, there's no way I'm going to stay in this hotel again. And despite the great location, it's still the hotel I'm reviewing. 1. Even the staff members at the reception were efficient, it doesn't mean that they were friendly. It felt like in a fast-food chain. Stressed and hectic personnel. 'Get in and get out asap please'. 2. The (continental) breakfast is just so not worth his money. Honestly, you'll get twice the quality for half the price in any nearby pub or 'pret a manger' chains (who cares about unlimited buffet anyway if it's bad? (Coffee was just so un (fu**ing) drinkable) ). 3. The room and the bathroom were clean, I won't argue. But I've expected a nice (modern) room and I've got an old (19) 80's room with a small flat-screen-tv, for which I don't give a shit (sorry). Conclusion: For the price I have paid for that hotel, I'm pretty sure it's really not worth it… get in a youth hostel and you'll be way better served (IMHO).

Super Location! Something loud is the open Tube in the Ear's Court. Approach path is minütlicher frequency is also quite loud. Open window in the summer, thus equivocal, with no air conditioning but necessary. Screwdriver for the Fenstersicherung to take! :-) We love London!

This was a really great little hotel where I stayed on a 10-day trip with my family to London and the south cost of England. We had stayed at another very good Best Western hotel in Amsterdam, so we thought we'd try this London location. The rooms were small, but comfortable and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend it for anyone who just wants a conveniently-located, clean and friendly place to stay in London.

We stayed at the Burns Hotel in late November 2011. This hotel is in a great location! It's right off Earl's Court Road (shops and restaurants) and a short walk from the Earl's Court tube station. Our room was on the bottom floor in the very back. I don't think we saw one person down there the whole time (other than staff) so it was very quiet and our room (two twin beds) met our needs very well. We loved the English breakfast provided in the patio restaurant; many different options and everything we tried was delicious. All of the staff members we interacted with were very friendly, from waiters to front desk personell. They held our bags at the front desk when we arrived a bit early before our check-in time and after we checked out while we went out for our last meal before being picked up by our driver, which was very convenient although standard. We booked our flight, transportation from the airport to the hotel (and vise versa), and our room all through a discount special with British Airways. We stayed for 5 nights and it was very reasonable. Thank you to the Burns Hotel for being a part of our lovely and unforgettable London experience!

Nice and courteous staff. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is acceptable, if not necessarily Hit suspicious. Narrow corridors and stairways, just an old building. Relatively quiet environment. Good location, 4 minutes ' walk from Earl's Court arena, also good with Trolley to master.
