As always. Great friendly staff. Very helpful. Clean. Near tube. That's why I always go back.

Basic Hotel, Full English Breahfast was 1/4 English Breakfast, Rooms were clean and tidy and location of hotel was good. No frills good b and b.

A pleasant stay in a 3-star hotel, the thing I most enjoyed was almost unlimited and very pleasant breakfast.

Friendly staff good rooms well maintained and clean, even has a good sized car park which considering the location of the hotel is very useful.

Under expectations Amazing : this hotel only provides deceptions : it is dirty : loose your nail and you will find it on the floor 4 days afer. The reception makes everything to ensure not to see you nor to welcome you. The breakfast is a pity — do not ask for an orange juice, they do not have. Hope that your next-door neighbour is not snoring nor having close relationship for you will share everything with him. Unfortunately for us, it was the case. Did I tell you about the bathroom? No. Well. There's nothing to tell for there is nothing inside : not even a bath towel. And the amenities are for 1/4 of a day. Well it is the strict minimum. A place to sleep and nothing more. A backpacker or youth-hostel would be good as well, unless the privacy. Just one good point: the location:

It's a very basic hotel in keeping with its price. But it was quiet despite its good location, service was friendly, and it was a real room with a good sized window. Breakfast was simple and clearly cheap but cooked well. The room and bathroom were clean albeit with a somewhat erratic shower.

Great Hotel in Earls Court London, clean, furnished to a high standard and close to all London tourist spots, restaurants, bars, museums and shops. Paul Davies.

Well priced, clean, bit old fashioned hotel w/ freshly prepared yet small breakfast.

I am surprised at the negative reviews I have read. My room was small but it was absolutely spotless. Breakfast was fantastic if not of the highest ingredient quality and the staff were very polite. My only gripe is the no tea making facilities in the rooms. You have to go to the dining room. I wanted a cup of tea half an hour before breakfast started but I could not access the dining room so a staff member let me in. Just an idea, perhaps put a tea and coffee station at the end of each corridor near the lift. That way there won't be 38 kettles or flasks to worry about, just 3 or 4.

Affordable, great location but not so clean rooms.

Great little Hotel, has brilliant parking which is rare for London. For anyone exhibiting at Earls Court or Olympia from out of town, and you need a clean and tidy base. The Beaver Hotel is ideal, friendly staff, good breakfast and good value for money.

Near to kensington has parking fo which you pay 12 pounds a day which is cheap the rooms are basic as is the breakfast ideal if working in the area I personally wouldnt bring the wife as she likes a bit more comfort.

Very well located, close to Earl's Court tube and exhibition centre, and walkable to South Kensington. Private parking available but not cheap (it's already free to park on street overnight). Cheerful front desk and breakfast staff (didn't see any others on my brief stay). Price was very competitive for the area. Rooms small and basic with few amenities, but mine was clean. They definitely get brownie points for being doggy friendly, too although it's a shame there wasn't more beaver.

Dirty and orribile furniture.

Great location; kind and helpful staff. The entire hotel, including rooms, is old, dirt and would need new furnitures other than a complete renovation.

Lovely place to stay as you're very near to the tube to get to central locations quickly. Very clean and staff are very friendly. Unfortunately there isn't any air conditioning so where we stayed on the third level, it was extremely warm (being 31 degrees outside didn't help). However, I would definitely recommend — ideal location and very comfortable.

Poor customer service. Terrible decor, needs to be modernised. That old it felt dirty.

Stayed here for two nights in November of 2014. We ended up checking in about an hour early and it was no problem. The hotel is an easy walk from the Earl's Court Underground and train station. We got our room keys and stayed on the first floor in the back. The room was small, but adequate and fairly clean. The bed was quite firm, and so were the pillows. I did have to go ask for softer pillows, but none were available so I just made due. The breakfast was very good and made to order. The Wi-Fi was free, but a bit slow in the room where we were staying. They cleaned up the room and gave us fresh towels for the 2nd night. I set the towels on the corner of the sink before I went to bed, but overnight, there must have been a small drip in the sink and the towels absorbed the water. As a result, the towels were pretty wet the morning we were checking out (Sunday). I went to see if I could get dry towels from the front desk at 6:55am and again at about 7:10am only to find the front dark and locked. We made due with a few towels that were the least wet and went down for breakfast at 7:30am when someone had opened the front desk. I wasn't sure what to expect from a budget hotel, but I think I got my monies worth here. I would stay at the Beaver again but would ask for a softer bed and pillows next time. For the price and the location, it was a good deal.

Bed bugs. No refund. No staff at night to change rooms.

You get what you pay for. Bit old and could do with a redecorate. But clean. Ideal location close to the exhibition centre, tube and shops. Just used as a base camp did the job fine. Off road parking very cheap and a must have.

Absolutly squalor place! Never stay there! Poor furniture old one and poor. For that price that they wanted for that room — that's crazy! There are many nice place close to for more intersting price and quite bette value! CHECKOUT TIME TILL 12.00pm! we arrived after and were left for all night long outside building. tell me please how the reception could works just till midnight!? after all night homeless experience the receptionist told that I have to make to excuses for she and told that I have bad behaviours! thats absolutly silly place! avoid it.

Great hotel. Simple rooms but clean and nice. Very good location close to central london and Earl's Court tube stop. I would definitely recommend.

Be made under the Wi-Fi.

The rooms aren't very expensive and the location was great. You get what you pay for, it's great for a nights rest and does the job well. You've got easy access to the London Underground which adds value to the hotel. Though they advertised with free internet there's no Wi-Fi, only cable and whilst my room did have a TV there were no more than 3 channels available.
