We were not able to use the hotel during the applicable booking period. The phone and email of the hotel was only an automatic response. I have not heard any response to this question. I waited outside for four hours to get in. Nearby merchants also helped. But I could not open the door. We were so tired and cold that we had to find other accommodation in a hurry. I tried to contact you through Agoda for a refund. Please call back.
The apartemnt was dirty, the water wasn´t warm and was going out from shower to the floor of bathroom. The price is high for the quality what they offer.
