Very good location if you are travelling on by Train or Eurostar. Not suitable for a holiday as it's very noisy, right in the middle of Kings cross. Very helpful staff. Our room was clean, comfortable beds & a good shower. However the secondary double glazing was inadequate & broken. Breakfast was an extra £6 however you can easily pop over the road for better choices at Leon. Or Pret or any other local eateries.

Modest hotel, friendly staff, very conveniently located to St Pancras International and Kings Cross Station and Underground stations.

Clean and convenient. Booking was exactly as simple as it should be. Front desk team were helpful. Room was the size you would expect for london. We needed a triple room and there was a choice between three single beds or one double and one single bed. There was enough space to put our things for one night and could probably go for two or three nights. Four stars given not because it is a four star hotel, it isn't, but the price was right without sacrificing cleanliness. We were in a corner room with view of king's cross, it came with a fair amount of traffic noise, but that's London for you. Hotel looks a little tired in some places, but it's obviously well used. There could have been a little more variety for breakfast, but it did the job well and there are loads of breakfast spots nearby. Most importantly I would definitely stay here again.

Very good location in relation to the international Train station, just across the street, also metro station, I stayed 2 nights, room and bathroom, very clean, the acoustic insulation is not the best, but overall well, comfy beds, the male receptionist They could be kinder, that's the only negative point.

Good for short stay. Convenient, being opposite St Pancras Station. Comfortable bed, good aircon and modern bathroom. Water pressure not so good at peak shower times on top floor. Noisy from traffic etc, but it's London!

Situation great. For short tripe i. O. Room really very small, equipment minimal, but with us everything clean.

After reading all the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff were, how clean and spacious my room was, my great view and the comfy beds. Of course there is noise but to be outside two pretty busy central London train stations I would expect nothing less. Overall really happy with my stay for the price I paid and would stay here again. I booked directly through the website to get a better rate, but did not go for the included continental breakfast. I suppose my only gripe is that the cooked english breakfast was so much more, so I went out for breakfast instead.

In front of King's Cross station, the location is better than the road (next to M fast food) even the Eurostar station is very near, the hotel room is not big and there is no elevator. Breakfast served in the restaurant I think the CP value is very high, the person who does not have breakfast when booking, can choose to buy at the scene.

So convenient for st Pancreas Kings cross. It is comfortable and clean and relaxed. Nothing luxurious about it but it does the job well.

The three beds room is a bit small but with good service and clean. The staff was helpful. Common breakfast between 7:30am to 9:30am, so please wake up early.

Really well located (room looked out onto the main entrance to Kings Cross station). Room was large and clean. Very reasonably priced.

A nice hotel directly at King's Cross. It has really nice and polite staff, the rooms are clean and with air condition and a nice breakfast for a good price. There is free Wi-Fi and you can choose between English breakfast and continental breakfast which is a buffet. I can recommend it and would come again!

Some staff are GREAT, other are simple not happy to be there. The room was good, except for the bathroom that smelled kinda funky all the time. The location of the hotel is AMAZING! Right across the street from King's Cross — St. Pacras station. Makes it easy to get anywhere, even to catch the Eurostar to Paris.

Rooms were clean and neat. Food at the restaurant was tasty and the service all around was very good.

Customer service was the worst I've come across in a while. Blunt and ignorant. Tiny hallways with automatic lighting were okay. Bedroom was compact with a double and single bed. Room was clean and bathroom and shower also clean. Couldn't find out how to get the free Wi-Fi and staff were unhelpful. Amenities in room were good. Extremely noisy at night but this is hardly the hotels fault as it is directly across from Kings Cross Station. Only issue I had with room was the mattress continued to slide throughout the night with pillows sliding down side. Constantly up fixing it. Not a great place if you're looking for a nights sleep. Breakfast was included but didn't try it due to breakfast where u was going.

They are horrible. We came in the hotel at 1 a. M. And we wanted a room. The receptionist then said we couldn't come in. Later we came back and we were serviced very rudely and were givin alot of attitude. Finally we get the room only to find that ours sheets were half the size of the bed and that the room was dusty. Also rooms are poorly built. Whenever we went into the bathroom it would hit the top of the door. We suggest you do not come here.

For London it was well priced. The room was clean well sound proofed. Would visit again if I need to be in London.

Zero stars! I asked for extension of checkout time instead of asking for a refund in light of finding a stained pillow in my room on checking in. They reacted as if I was holding them up. They offered a measly 30 minutes! Also room service don't knock — with it without your Do Not Disturb sign and came twice into my room. I'm going to tell all I can't to NOT stay with them. Zaka (I forget if this was her real name) from Hungary, on the desk, was the only friendly one. A security guard looking guy was rude, nasty and extremely unhelpful. Will look to the booking agents and my bank for a refund.

Very convenient location. The rooms are tiny but the bathrooms are very good with amazing showers. Location is everything here.

Location of the hotel is very good. U — train station and train station in the immediate vicinity. Rooms are well equipped with hairdryer, small fridge and TV. We had to go to the reception every day because the room card was not funkionierte.

Tasty varied plates in relaxed modern format It's difficult in a new-build development for restaurants not to look like a marketing wheeze, just 'appearing' with fully-formed fake authenticity. Caravan, however, looks like it grew in place. Deceptively large space broken into snug tables and large benches for groups, you get embraced and swallowed into the restaurant. The finish is a mix of urban chic and packing crate polish. Food is the fashionable 'small sharing plates' format, but the plates are actually not that small. Indeed, two plates per person is a good light meal, with three each being a feast. Good quality is excellent — fresh, flavourful and lovely ingredients. Photos attached. You could spend a couple of hours here on a laptop alone or a quick lunch for friends right to a group dinner. Prices are reasonable and you could eat for £20pp or so if you don't go for much alcohol. Flexible, tasty and fun — a new favourite.

Wasn't impressed with the food. I ordered quinoa and my dad had trout. Both incredibly bland. Even though I was hungry I didn't finish mine struggling to munch through a plate full of flavourless quinoa — too much of that and an unbalanced dish. Won't be going again. Wish I'd gone next door to the grain store.

One of the absolutely top places for coffee in London, I've had some of the best espresso I've ever had here on multiple occasions. Really delicious food. Great location in the stunning Granary Square next to Central St Martin's, good for brunch on a lazy weekend. Be warned though, it's an extremely popular spot and getting a table at busy times can be difficult.

Great place for coffee, drinks, and lunch. Large space with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors this is a local favourite and just far enough away from the stations to avoid the worst of the crowds. The coffee is roasted for milky drinks so I'd avoid the espresso but the cappuccino is very good.

Made a reservation online as heard tt it cld get crowded altho we were planning to go ard 11ish on a wkday. When we got there, we had a table inside and it was probably only abput 15% filled. Ordered sweet corn and zuchinni fritters with chili jam — not bad but fritters were a little doughy. Food service was super duper fast — a very pleasant surprise. Seems like dining area cld get very noisy if it were filled up. Wld go back again for brunch.

Bed bugs in both our room and the room across the hall. We were staying for 3 nights but couldn't stay the last night after staying up all night catching and being bitten by bed bugs. The staff we eventually managed to contact offered to change the sheets. This was not acceptable. Eventually a cleaner arrived who had not been told of the problem but who had shown up for other reasons. She called her boss and asked what to do. She was advised to offer us another room. This was not acceptable as we knew at least two of the rooms had bed bugs. We asked for a refund for our last night. This has yet to be provided 3 weeks later despite many calls and emails explaining the situation. Emails have been ignored and our phone calls are no longer being answered. We were told on at least 4 occasions that they would speak to the manager and call us back. This never occurred. There is no reception so you are asked to email or call before your arrival so that someone can meet you. We emailed three days before, no reply, and called on the day of arrival, no answer. We arrived hoping the message or email had been received. There was no one there to greet us so we waited in the cold and rain outside the place we thought we were staying in. We called them and were told a different address and that they would send someone over. After half an hour no one had arrived. I called back and the man said she would arrive in 4-5 minutes.

This hotel is very good for city travelers who just want to sleep. I was accommodated with two friends in a triple room and must say to sleep it is enough all the time! Toilet and shower are in the hallway however these were never polluted. From the location I can even say top! Just around the corner there is a supermarket and pubs allso everything the small purse allows!
