Started off trying to be positive however it gets you down. My partner and I were down for comic con and figured the location was great for this however a bathroom door thay shuts would be nice (yes didnt even shut). However the saddest part was on Saturday night the basement level lost power. When telling the reception he clearly didnt care. Trying to explain you need your phone for an alarm to get to the convention. Or that being below street level you get stupidly warm and the response is " well you'll just have to manage. Power through". Sad thing is accidents happen-if the hotel had been caring it wouldnt have been such an issue but the ' we dont care ' attitude is what ruined it. After dealing with the lack of power for while a few of us went on a wander to find the source of the problem and fixed it. And considering the kitchen was on that lower level you'd figure they'd have wanted it fixing before the breakfast started the next day but apparently not.

Small but fine. The rooms are tidy and clean, it is cleaned every day, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Simple, rich breakfast and a central location, for the price really top.

Perfect Hotel if you want to spend little time in. Service was lovely. Breakfast is pretty basic but everything was delicious. Everything was clean and neat as they worked hard to make you feel like to where at home. It's really well located as there's a bus station and a supermarket near the hotel. The only thing I would change s the Wi-Fi network. Signal didn't reach our room.

The rooms are perfect, great beds and bathrooms, but because of the location of the hotel there is always traffic going up or down the street and that causes a lot of noise. The receptionists are quite rude and they do not understand the fact that they have to be there 24 hours for the guests. One shouted at me for checking in at 11:30 PM and did not want to give me the luggage I left earlier in the morning.

Absolutely fine for the price point. Room was small, but neat and clean, and had excellent facilities (TV, Fridge, Hair dryer, tea/coffee/kettle) and a small but clean bathroom. Missed air con, but again — good value for what it cost.

Great location midway between Hammersmith Apollo and Westfield shopping centre. Quite noisy room directly opposite reception, though, so got woken up by receptionist talking loudly before 6am. No meat with cooked breakfast, oddly, but not too bad. Functional stay for reasonable price.

Good hotel to stay in London. Nearby excellent fish and chips.
Hammersmith station is reachable in 10 minutes by foot.

Budget hotel in Hammersmith. We did not expect much due to the low price, however, we were pleasantly surprised. Small but clean rooms, very comfortable beds, renovated bathroom with new shower. TV, hair dryer, fridge, hot water maker. Breakfast was simple with toast and eggs, cereals, coffee, tea, juice, water, yoghurt. Free Wi-Fi! Nearest tube station (Goldhawk Road) is 7 minutes walk away. Area is multi-national with loads of little restaurants and little grocery stores.

Are you sure that this closed permanent mind? I think you're misinformed, and proporcionais mis-information.

Great hotel if you are staying there for 3 nights road very noisy but still does not matter, enjoyed it just the TV was not working at some times and the internet is great there breakfast is excellent also not far from the city centre.

I was given very poor quality service. I arrived at the hotel having booked about two months prior. I was not attended to for over a half hour. I was then told they did not have a room for me and I would need to go to another hotel. I was not able to get into this hotel until quite a bit later in the day. I was left at the hotel with no clear direction for what was going on. A lady eventually helped me and I was given the option to pay her in cash. I did so. Now arriving back home, I am now left with a charge on my credit card. The representative for the hotel is unwilling to absolve the charges eventhough I did not phycically stay at their hotel. They did not explain the arrangement they had made with the other hotel to me.

We stayed for 5 nights, during this time we were made to feel very welcome by the staff at the hotel the maid was great, a friend of ours booked this hotel for us, we did not know what to expect as we have heard that budget hotels in london do not live up to it's reputation but royal guest house was different it is clean, reasonable sized rooms, location was great and newly decorated and we were told it is now under new ownership. We would definetley come back and stay here when in London give them a go.
