Pros: Good location and neighborhood — about five minutes walk from Ravenscourt Park station of a District line. Personnel is friendly and ready to help. Bed in the room was really comfortable. Cons: overall interior looks quite old and worn, needs renovation badly. Breakfast isn't worth almost ten pounds they charge — poor choice of hot meal and veggies, not tasty. Switched the local bakery next door on the second day. Overall pretty good value for money spent.

Great location with Ravenscourt Park just across the road. Good base for exploring Hammersmith and beyond. 10 minute walk from the river. Good breakfast room/bar. Excellent views from the upper floors.

Ideal for families. Breakfast recommended. 5 minutes from Ravenscourt park stop and 20-minute-pleasant walk — from Hammersmith stop. Rooms spacious by English standard. Friendly staff but not.

Fantastic place to be intertand By guest and staff. Rooms are warm and cosy with a wide range of rooms and the Views. Breakfast good range of food to chose from. Staff are very helpful in and around the hotel as well as getting taxi cabs, or trains, or just getting about the local area. Very friendly and happy staff. Would recommend it to any local or turast from over seas.

Fantastic hotel, located in Hammersmith. The staff were very polite, the breakfast was great and the room was lovely. When we entered our room, the room was very clean and welcoming, and the bed was set up nicely. There is cheap parking located outside the hotel. In the hotel, there is wheelchair access and lifts to all floors. To get to the restaurant, there are steps but I use a wheelchair and the staff were very helpful setting up the ramp to get me into the restaurant. There are many shops and fast food restaurants located along the main road outside, and the M4 is a few miles away I last visited here on the 29th May 2018.

Great… My vote is 9. Great Place just 2 minutes from the Metro, bus stop 2 steps of the hotel, in 5 minutes you are in the center of Hammersmith, excellent breakfast ideal for couples and families, also excellent cleanliness. What to say, you have to go back.

The rooms where slightly prison like, but we had a great nights sleep. The staff were all helpful, friendly and down to earth. And with a simple machine check in / out system we were in and out without any hassle.

Decent rooms, the bathrooms could be better, the staff are friendly, breakfast great and plentiful… Let's say it has a great value for money.

One to avoid. Very dated building. Beds fixtures fittings very old. I have stayed in many premier inns and how can they justify having such old stock all under the same brand.

Not much to look at outside but inside is as good as the rest of them we were on floor 11 with great views staff are all really friendly and breakfast was always good the room was small but comfy and the bed was perfect the bath was small but shower was brilliant great value for money and with great access for tubes with 2 really close by and Hammersmith town centre within 15min walk would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The Hotel is very close to the metro station and the perfect place to stay in London.
The room is basic with very good bed that's it.
The bathroom is very justito and somewhat archaic, I think I would need a renovation and update it.
With respect to the buffet breakfast is very varied and good. It has a hot area with eggs, bacon, etc and sweet area with varied pastries, breads, fruits, yoghurts, juices, coffee and tea.

Excellent reception, clean hotel and well placed 2 steps from the station Tooting Broadway. When at breakfast it is at will and very varied. Very good memory.

Great service, rooms are small but if you're here to see London you won't be in the rooms much. The convenience of the location is brilliant. Two tube stations with in walking distance, Tesco express and plenty of good restaurants on the same road,

The hotel is very clean and located within a short walking distance of all services. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The food is excellent with the menu having a variety of dishes.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 1 al 4 gennaio. Molto grande ben 9 piani e con accesso limitato sia alle scale che all'ascensore tramite badge della camera. La stanza non era molto spaziosa nonostante fosse una doppia matrimoniale, e il bagno era piuttosto arcaico con un lavandino a dir poco minuscolo al limite dell'usabilità. La colazione ottima, sia per quanto riguarda la parte continentale che quella più tradizionale. Consigliato sicuramente come punto d'appoggio.

The best premier inn in london. Always been more than happy with my service here, friendly staff, very welcoming and excellent prices. Amazing views on upper floors.

Decent location and beds were as nice as any other PI, but the hotel is tired and shabby, there's only a single lift serving 13 floors with a max of 3 people with luggage so you keep having to let them go. TV was also very small and aircon was fairly noisy. Lack of sound insulation to the corridor was quite annoying too. It's hard to say it's anything beyond average and given the cost it's poor value.

Below standards compared to prices and what is promising. Heating problems and no hot water early in the morning. A small safe in the room doesn't cost much and it is now a standard on most hotels. I had to clean myself the toilet seat and other sensitive areas. Breakfast area smelly from the kitchen. Breakfast was good though. Generally unclean, heating and hot water problems now and then, one elevator (4 person capacity) in a busy 13 floor hotel made our stay there a bad joke to tell to our friends.

It's very beautiful and the food (like the English breakfast) is delicious… but there are some details that I dislike: in my bed room there is a opening in the floor, naturally covered by carpet, and the heating, during the night, doesn't work…
I like the place but the esthetics isn't the best…

Rooms are extremely small for price of one night stay, the bath/shower is tiny, the bedding was ripped so had to change rooms, the new room had visible bacteria surrounding the loo, sink, bath, mirror and floor. Very dissapointed with the stay. On the plus side, staff are friendly, the reception area is modern and welcoming and the view over Hammersmith & London is great on the upper floors.

Stayed here several times when visiting Apollo. Easy and quick self check-in (human check-in available too). Usual comfy Premier Inn bedding, friendly staff and quiet room. Didn't give full 5 stars because room stayed in this time didn't have as big a bed as previous Premier Inns i. E. Was double rather than king. Also couldn't get shower to heat up as much as would have liked. Having said that I would still recommend as a good place to stay — I love the choice of pillows!

Dated, good breakfast although always the same.

It's not the best Premier Inn I've stayed at, but its certainly not the worst. Staff are really friendly and the restaurant is good. The only thing that let's it down is, its a little tired in places, including some of the rooms.

Great value, location close to district line, friendly staff, and lots of restaurants nearby. Major issue was inconsistencies in room cleaning. Some days they never came and other days they didn't even replace dirty dishes or replenish empty soap dispenser.

Very clean and the food is good and plentiful.

The rooms need an upgrade, our plug in the bathroom was dirty and stains on cups. The bathroom smelt of damp and could really do with extractor fans. On a plus note the staff were excellent and really friendly, especially the breakfast team and breakfast was great value for money and really tasty.

Comfort and friendly staff. Good breakfast. The bed and pillow are excellent. Good sleep quality. Location is nice if you come for business in the area. I don't know if it is near touristic spots. Same street with nice restaurants and super stores like Primark, HM and Marks Spencer.

Honestly, hands down one of the best places I've ever stayed! Staff is very helpful and respectable. Being a first time Traveller and very timid to be in a new foreign place they gracefully took me under their wings and guided me to where I needed to be. I couldn't have thanked them enough. They were also courteous enough to help my two friends find a safe and lovely place to stay when they were fully booked. Love it there!

For the first two days of my stay only one 3 person lift worked, resulting in lengthy queueing before I could unpack. The shower was underpowered with odd jets shooting out. The shower rail was barely attached to the wall — just one bent screw remaining. The extractor fan didn't work either. I alerted a member of staff to a sticky spillage in the one working lift, but nothing was done. I would have liked some ironing facilities too. 'Fresh' towels came complete with stains, not very appealing.

Very handy short bus or tube from everywhere. Room well appointed with adjustable temp. Comfortable beds very quiet. Great views from top floor. Reasonably priced. F.

Great location and many places nearby! Great breakfast.

Entire stay was 'average' — breakfasts were fine, staff were fine, room was fine. Only real issue was the temperature of the rooms, as the air conditioning didn't kick in when we tried to turn it on, resulting in uncomfortably warm rooms.

Excellent quality-price ratio. Hotel very comfortable and close to the metro. Room small, but cosy and king size bed ultra comfort. Extra bed for child or teenager: ok even for an adult. Bathroom in excellent condition (rare for London. ) Towels changed every day. Home friendly. At will and free breakfast for child: fresh and hearty! I highly recommend it!

Excellent location close to a tube station and outside congestion zone. Parking is very limited on a first come first served basis (£15/day). Breakfast adequate. Top floor rooms (12th or 13th) offer good views. Rooms sizes are no different to other Premier inn hotels but look a bit dated. Some of the holes on the shower were clogged by salt deposition. Overall, value for money.

I ate putrid food and there wasn't hot water in the morning for weeks. The heating is noisy and poor, you set 25 degrees but it goes down to 21 so you need to set 25 again few times. But the staff was nice.

AWFUL HOTEL! Waited 10 minutes for someone to let us in the car park. First room had a hole in the floor hidden by carpet which my wife fell over and twisted her ankle on. Second room supposedly had a new bed but was almost a V shape with the dip in the middle. Was then shown two more rooms, one with another hole in the floor and one room there was already a family in bed! Staff were useless and didn't care. Had to ask them to put my wifes injury in the accident form. Lift was useless. Only 4 people allowed WITHOUT luggage?! Dirty, tatty and glad we left. Have been to many premier inns and they have been great. This is the worst place I've ever stayed. Well left!

This is a hotel that, if I had a choice, I would rather sleep in a wigwam on the Hammersmith flyover. I was quite peckish after a rather hard day of toil and industy, so I decided to dine in the hotel. I waited for my meal for a rather long time. I think they must have been waiting for the mushrooms to grow to accompany my Quorn burger. By the time I'd sat down and by the time I left the restaurant I'd had two shaves! I asked for Welsh rarebit and the waitress asked if I wanted cheese with it! My work colleague was asked what he wanted to eat? He said "I guess I'll have steak, how much is it? "The waitress told him the price so my pal said"Can I have another guess? " I asked for hot toddy and the barman asked if I wanted ice in it! There is a construction site next to the hotel, so if you want peace and quiet, go to an AC-DC concert and sleep next to the speaker. The hotel is five minutes to Hammersmith station, five minutes to Hammersmith centre and from the room I was in, five minutes to the ground. They charged me fifteen pounds to park for the night. I wouldn't mind but I left the car at home!

Great value night in London. Aga on reception when we arrived was super helpful. Piccadilly line is 10 minute walk from hotel. Room small but comfortable, had excellent nights sleep and very quiet. Will use again!

The good was OK in the restaurant however the room was very cold, the window didn't shut properly so there was a bit if a breeze coming in, I had to put the heating on full to compensate for it. Also due to the window you could hear everything that was going on outside so that wasn't great either. Other than that the stay was OK.

Great rooms with comfy beds and nice bar and restaurant. Perfect for business overnights.

Great location, 2 minute walk from tube station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, only thing wrong with the stay was a bad smell coming from the bathroom so had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times and no black pudding at breakfast which I was looking forward to.

Forget about the hotel itself. It's clean and the bed is good. That's all I asked for. Don't expect much beyond that. Two major benefits 1. The location is pretty good. 3 minutes walk to Ravenscourt park on district line. Only one stop from Hammersmith station on piccadilly line. Easy/Fast to get to east London where most of the touring spots I went. 2. Food choices in nearby area. From Hammersmith to Ravenscourt (right on King St. ), there are great restaurant choices available. For example, Indian Zing is just cross street. It is michelin recommended.

Great quality as always from Premier Inn, good choice of food nearby, sadly the car park is charged at £15 a night and it's tiny so get a space quick or face parking elsewhere.

Very cramped and very difficult to get around.

Bathroom was clean. Otherwise, air conditioner was blowing hot air, cramped and crummy. Staff didn't really give a sh*t.

Good value for money the added meal deal is a real winner, close to the westfield shopping centre which was or target for this trip, would go again.

Very good hotel would recommend to friends and family good location and easy to get to polite staff and are willing to help where they can.

Premier Inn Hammersmith is THE BEST. I had high expectations when I reserved a room for my 7-day stay there (April 24-May 1, 2015), but the hotel exceeded these expectations in every way: the room accommodations, food, and service were exceptional! Great hotel, in the heart of London, I my 5 because we're in the middle of London lunch at will typical british restaurant nearby (cheap and delicious wasabi) full of activity like cycling in the Center, well, bug eyes London, harros. So come on really great c.

Stayed here a few weeks ago. The room was compact but comfortable. Th bathroom was clean and the shower nice and powerful, the bath was somewhat small. The bed was luxuriously soft and comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed every morning. The hotel is 20 or so minutes by tube from central London, only a 5 minute walk away from Ravenscourt Park Station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would very much stay again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and self check-in is fairly quick. The room was probably the smallest we've ever stayed in, and the hotel corridors and general layout need updating. The room was quite hot and the air con not particularly effective, plus the window would only open slightly. Saying that, the bathroom was clean, shower powerful and bed comfy. We can't comment on the bar or restaurant. (The bath was half size, very strange! ).

The room was average but what do you expect. I have had better rooms for the same price but due to the location I knew it would be more expensive than normal. The breakfast was really enjoyable and we found out they do Costa Coffee and also gave us takeaway cups to take the drink with us, this was amazing and just what I needed in a morning and is why it got a higher rating, plus the fact that the staff were very friendly and helpful added to the hotel.

Room was too hot and too small. No one answered at reception when I called to complain. Bathroom lighting was terrible for shaving. I have stayed at Premier Inns before, on the grounds that from a chain like that, I knew what to expect. The Hammersmith hotel was a terrible experience. Didn't throw me from the brand overall, but I'd no longer blindly recommend Premier Inns to family or friends. Instead, I'd tell them to do their research beforehand and more importantly, to avoid this one.

Very nice hotel hotel: rooms are clean, staff is friendly, the breakfast is good and the hotel is well located for visiting London. I recommend this hotel.
