I never regret booking a room in plaza hotel cos room are spacious clean and comfortable most especially staffs are kind and helpful thanks to mr. Jay who assisting me he is nice guy he deserved lots of stars and thumbs up.

Not a 5 Star Hotel but certainly worth 5 stars, Super friendly Owner Mr Jay who helped and directed us where we needed to go, the shower was amazing and it was exactly what we needed a family of 4 for a quick sight seeing/ visa trip in London, the location is perfect with only a 5 minute walk to Shepherds Bush Station and loads of parking in side streets which was free between 8pm and 9am… with the alternative to park the car at the Olympia shopping mall only 5 minutes away for £8 a day. Lots of lovely little restaurants as well and all within walking distance. If we were going back to London we would certainly check in there again, for the price we paid it was exactly what we needed.

My brother and I stayed in this doss house. Staff only spoke broken English. Demanded Cash payments and the rooms were full of DSS. The mattress are heavily soiled and damp stains on ceiling. Dump! Woke up covered in bite marks. Reported to environmental health!

Not super bad. But not the best… The room was extremely small. The bathroom wasn't clean specially the toilet. I paid 60 pounds per night. I don't know if is it expensive or cheap. Probably for London it is a very good price. The location was very good. But I am sure I will not go back. I forgot to take pictures sorry.

This is getting a 1 only because there is no minus 5 available, water running down the walls, mattresses that are totally shot you may as well sleep on the floor… but that's not particularly clean, showers with grime all round the edges, peeling paint, limited room between the beds and NO QUILTS just a sheet and decorative bed throw, one super thin pillow with a few folded up scruffy blankets on the floor! This was booked for me by someone else, I walked out and found somewhere else for a small extra charge.

The only star is for the breakfast. We've been given a room which didn't match the booking. Make sure you won't be moved to the next door hotel (as it happened to me and my partner). It's in a good position for the bus stop and the Hammersmith underground. Too expensive for the quality of the hotel.

It was a pleasant experience. The staffs were very helpful, friendly and accommodating making one feel @ home.

Comfortable lodgings. Easily accessible. Service was very good. Only issue was the windows could not be closed fully, hence the spring wind kept the room a little chilly through the night.

Rooms not not yet all good, Not maintained Highgenic, bath rooms are also not good. Needs improvement, what we are seeing images in website and what hotel really is having its dead opposite.

Woulden even giv it one star. don't go near this place!

The most unwelcoming scruffiest place I've ever set foot on. Food completely dire — would not dare eat it. Dirty rooms. Stained carpets. Cigarette butts piled up outside Windows. No toilet paper. Rude staff who couldn't give a damm about anything who just wanted to smoke on doorstep. Terrible. Stay away.

We stayed in this hotel for one night after we arrived from airport at 10:00 pm. We paid 216 pound for 2 twins room after that we decided to stay in one room and paid 150p. The 150p we gave him cach for one room in this case he got his money. He should canceled the website booking but he holding our money twice just what I want to said any one booked in any hotel you need to make sure that hotel will not hold more than the booked price because some of hotels try to cheating people by preauthozied the credit card twice and this is what is happend with us in this hotel. My advice not to used this hotel it is terrible and we facing a problem to return our many back so don't ever thing to used this bad hotel.

Considering its low price, the service is acceptable.

I paid fifty two quid for a twin room four days before Xmas. At this price I wasn't expecting much and in truth you don't get a lot. Very basic but hey, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked and they cook you a breakfast. At this price what more do you want.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location, it's 5-7 mins walk to the Shepherd's bush tube station which is a central line and goes straight to the city center. The shower is rite in the middle of the room with a see through glass door, toilet is shared :/ It's not as clean as it should be and the Wi-Fi works very very bad.

I stayed in the Plaza Hotel for 4 nights from 24 August till 28 August 2013 together with my 10 year old son. We stayed in this "hotel" because of the low price. We paid Euro 230 for these 4 nights but in the end this was too much paid. The Plaza Hotel is a place to stay but do not expect a lot. We stayed in room 36. The room is on the 2nd floor. Two narrow stairs lead to the 2nd floor. Then there is a small "area" where 3 rooms come together. In the area there is a large whole in the floor (?!?! ) the room is small and very warm even with the window open. The bed is 2 large "side tables" the seize is 1, 20 m wide and 1, 90 m long. There is enough in the room, closet, desk, lavatory, "bed", fridge (good one) and nightstand. But all these items are next to, into each other. We only have seen the hotel staff on the moment of arrival. We received a key for the room AND the front door. If you really only need a place to stay you can book a room in this "hotel". If you want to stay in a real hotel search a little further.

Value for money, very nice staff and a clean rooms and linen, for the price we paid I think it was very fair. Stairs were a bit awkward but managable.

I would definitively NOT recommend this hotel. It's very, very low grade, it doesn't deserve two stars. Toilets are on the patio (commonly shared), the shower is pathetic. In my room I had the water tank for the whole building, in the (locked) closet. It was incredibly noisy. I couldn't sleep before 1am because of the water tank noise (that's in room 37, if you dare book a room in this hotel). Then I was awakened at 6am again, with the early workers. I woke up during the night shivering from the cold (no heating, which was maybe better, since the pillows of the bed were ON TOP of the heater). Also internet might be free but it drops every 20 minutes or so. They claim a 24 hours service but when I left the hotel at 7am, wanted to complain and cancel my second night, nobody was there (but the bed the staff slept it, in the same room they serve breakfast, was unmade). For £70 a night it's NOT worth it.
