Negative : Lack of air conditioning, not excellent cleanliness, the queue for breakfast, breakfast only based on "sweets" nothing "salty". You have to change structure x have breakfast.
Moquette of dubious cleanliness, unfunctional furniture and rooms.
Only small flaw: no elevator, I recommend choosing rooms on the ground floor, as the breakfast room is two floors below. It is better if I have a front in the inner courtyard, because being near Hammersmith Hospital, ambulances often pass in addition to the police. However a good hotel, we had a pleasant week.
On the positive side : As they have already written the structure consists of 2 buildings : the oldest one with cramped and bad areate rooms, no air conditioning, small and uncomfortable bathrooms; the new wing is ok
Comfortable beds, small but quiet room, noisy but essential fan for the abnormal heat we found.
Good value good but not great.
Logistically speaking is in a great position. Near the red line of the metro and just as close to the stops of many buses. Courteous staff.

Not a bad B&B! I'd say it is average in summary, but way better value for money than the Ibis just around the corner.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and we'll kept. Polite, friendly staff. Bright and airy breakfast room with plenty to eat. I have stayed here before and will again.

It was a small and tidy room. I stayed here one night and on a short notice. The reception staff was very friendly; however, unclear as to how to checkout properly. Reception was closed in the morning so we just had to leave the keycard on top of the reception desk… could be more precise and organised.

Good piece quality Rapporfo. Average modern style breakfast and nice single room with slightly larger than average bathroom for London (which I this price range is very basic and small)

Not much parking space then charged to park their any way even though you are guest not very good at all.

Clean and well located to use the Metro.

Very nice and clean room, recently refurbished, rich breakfast and friendly staff. Neighbourhood is not that pleasant during the night but nothing dangerous. Very well connected to the centre.

Just outside central London. Great facility and so many rooms just restylizzate. Cosngiliato.

I had some special moments there. Was very good then, I will probably never have the chance to ho again.

People are friendly. The place is clean. I feel confortable in this place. Also, there are good restaurants in the area. This is my favorite hotel when I visit London.

Simple clean Hotel super for couple of nights.

The facilities are fairly good. Tjr location id close to shopping mall and train station.

Stayed here for a gig at the O2 Academy. Small but clean room, excellent location for train/tube station and the O2 academy. Staff were friendly and welcoming and allowed us to leave our bags in our room despite being an hour early for check in which was very helpful. However our room was directly under the stairs which meant it was very loud. Also building work was being done in the room next to us which started before 9 — wouldn't have minded this if we'd have been prewarned. Overall, for the price we paid to stay so close to central London, we would definitely stay again both for a trip to London or a gig.

Cheap, got this hotel VERY last minute (booked around 6pm on the day as our original hotel cancelled), great room with all the usual extra things you'd expect (tea, coffee, tv, soap) and very clean. Friendly staff.

Great location, hotel in a typical house recently refurbished, 5 minutes minutes from the Central line.

Nice personal, breakfast good, rooms okay all in all good.

Clean and good value. Street noise can be a problem in front rooms. Breakfast is passable.

We spent 3 nights at the Grantly Hotel while visiting London. The location is very good, just a few minutes walking from the underground station. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. The room though, was very small and so was the bathroom. Price was very high, but this is London, so it's ok.

Staff bend over backwards to make sure you are feeling welcomed and happy, and they do so with a genuine sense of compassion. Seriously blown away by just how wonderful my stay has been here. The rooms are lovely and clean with good facilities, the bathroom was pristine and the shower had great water pressure and temperature, and the complimentary breakfast of pastries, eggs, coffee, and cereals was lovely. Location in Shepard's Bush is close to the underground, a shopping centre, and decent food. You will not regret chosing to stay here at all! :)

The people running the hotel were great people and made us feel safe and welcome there. They took care of us and our family for our stay there. The neighborhood surrounding has almost everything you need from convenience stores to pie shops all the way to the mall, all with in walking distance. I wanted to say it helped make our stay in London the best it could be and really wanted to thank them. Thank you Grantley Hotel.

We stayed at this hotel Thursday Dec 11th and was pleased with what we got. We travelled with 2 children and had a family room. Rooms clean and comfortable. Just fine for our one night stay. Staff pleasant. Continental breakfast was fine. Staff in the breakfast room attend to all your needs to make sure your nice and full up. Parking on site and very reasonable for London. Would stay here again :-).

Ive stayed at the Grantly about 5 times, every time all the staff have been helpful and polite. I slept well, enjoyed the breakfast and (to me) its well priced (for London) and the location gives it the edge every time.

The hotel might be cheap, but if that includes lousy service and bugs in the bed, then it is not worth it.
