What an adorable place and great service. Lovely owner. I couldn’t ask for more within the walking distance to Arsenal Stadium. Go gunners!

Great place. Close to public transport and an array of public houses wine bars and restaurants.

Room was sufficient for our needs and a good price for London but there was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom which was not pleasant. However the shared kitchen area was very well stocked.

Lovely, comfortable B&B in Dalston. Pretty rooms, great big airy breakfast room with lots of grazing snacks.

Perfect base for a work trip to London. I’ll definitely book again. Great personal touch and so much better than a chain hotel.

The place has potential but me and my wife have just left and the reasons we have only given 3 stars is because the room had no toilet door, bed was too hard and pillow were extremely flimsy. Plus for breakfast all the yougharts and the olives where out of date and mouldy and curdled. Not worth the £170 price tag. Maybe review prices slightly but was decent with a bright future.

My friend and I took 2 single rooms in April 2017. This little jewel was quiet, close to Islington and just right for someone looking for a quiet and comfortable room. The kitchen area was well equipped with snacks and coffee/tea all day. I would highly recommend this little Inn to anyone.

Quiet space, great location. I love it. Spacious living area, bedroom was way bigger than I expected, especially for central London. Bed was so comfortable.

A recently refurbished house with 4 rooms and a common area composed of kitchen and living g room. Brand new everything, big flat TV with Netflix :O Nice location, very close to bus station that takes you directly to the center in about 20 minutes. Only issue is the noise isolation between rooms, other than that fully recommended! Nice pub just next door.

Great and somewhat hidden gem in the city of London. Nice rooms, relaxed atmosphere. While I didn't have a private bathroom in the room, it was located directly across the floor. DIY breakfast with cereals and a filled fridge. Liked it a lot and would come again.

For any London visitor: I highly recommend this bed&breakfirst hotel. Nice service and a calm and safe place. First best for me.

Very nice hotel — the luxury inn is a perfect combination between high end and value. James the host could not have been better, keeping me updated the whole time I was there. Very high spec, for a very affordable price, easy access to all local amenities, with on street parking only costing £3 per day (very cheap by London standards).

Really cute place, but does get a bit noisy outside. Friendly staff. Very homey.

Part of you would like to share this place with other people and part of you don't so perfect it is. You can feel really safe and comfortable, coffee is excellent, the house is warm and cosy with warm floor. I wouldn't hesitate to call this place home, sorting out a lot of qualities that comes to mind when we think what the real home should fulfill.

10/01/2014 — My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights and were extremely impressed. It was located close to our family, near shops, banks, convenient for all bus / train routes, pubs, etc. We booked a room without an ensuite but due to unforseen circumstances we were upgraded for not extra cost. The price include internet access, breakfast, communal kitchen, lounge room, dining, washing machine, dryer and even fantastic coffee. We were really impressed and would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Will stay here again! THANKYOU.
