Friendly helpful staff, very nice rooms, great airconditioning, guest laundry.
Really good hotel, can only recommend.

Was here for business purposes, really friendly staff although the unit was not properly maintained. The phone was broken, and the internet wasn't working. I had to go down to the desk specifically to ask for a morning call and to tell them that the internet wasn't working.

Had a quick overnight stay recently and was welcomed in by friendly staff who happily helped to arrange secure parking regardless of the fact I hadn’t pre-booked. We were also kindly upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which made the stay even more comfortable for my heavily pregnant wife after a long journey. During our day of departure, and in central London, my wife un-expectantly went into premature labour which resulted in us being in London for an extra 3 days. During this whole time my car remained within the Staycity secure, underground parking and, at my earliest convenience, I contacted the reservation department to explain my situation. They instantly contacted the Greenwich site and reassured me that my car was in good hands. This was a real weight of the mind during a tricky time. When we eventually returned with our newborn, staff were genuinely excited to meet her and get us on our journey home. To all staff concerned, I would like to thank you for your help, kindness, reassurance and professionalism.

Clean, simple and practical for a short stay away. We brought our three year old and were visiting family in the area, so a good location with enough amenities in the area, just near the Dlr and main line stations. Friendly staff, helpful if you need directions and advice, comfy beds and good bathrooms.

Very friendly staff. The room at first did not live up to expectations, but we we're offered another room the next day, though we chose to stay, cause we we're already settled in ☺

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Some rooms require a small renovation. The nearest DLR stops are within easy walking distance.

Room is nice, bed is cozy but no special view. The complimentary phone with unlimited data is a massive bonus. Made it super easy to travel around London. You can hear the trains ride past but it is not too much a disturbance.

All I can say is perfect! Has everything you need for your stay, friendly helpful staff, parking and train just round corner. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the upgrade it was very much appreciated.

Great location and great value.

Third time I have stayed here now and it is still up to the same high standard of what it was years back. It's always spotlessly clean, comfy beds, lockers in the basement where bags can be kept on checking out day. And every single member of staff if just lovely, like genuinely. It's less than a 5 minute walk from Greenwich DLR station too, so very handy location wise too.

Location was amazing, Staff were really friendly and helpful. Having our own little kitchen was a really nice touch. We will be back at some point.

All fine. Good parking available. Small kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Ceramic cooking 2 plates small but who needs that. Ironing possible in room.

I have been staying in hotels every weekend for the last 10 years and I can happily say I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service then tonight. There was an absolute gentleman named Alex working at resption tonight and he went out of his way to help me and my family order food. If I were his manager I would give him a raise and promote him immediately before he gets snapped up by a competitor.

Tidy well thought out rooms at good price. No daily serving but for the price good value. Very close to FOR station and National Rail.

I have used this particular Staycity twice now as its positioning within Greenwhich and its vicinity to the centre and DLR is great. Rooms are very clean and of a good size, however don't expect any spectacular views out of windows. The majority of staff are extremely helpful and friendly, however the last time I stayed I experienced less than friendly behaviour from a particular member of staff at the desk. She appeared to find her phone more important than assisting me in checking out. Apart from this individuals unprofessionalism no complaints.

Great place to stay for short or even longer breaks! Like home from home; ur ur own boss… Do it ur way! For the size + style it was well worth the stay! Great weekend!

Very good rooms, good location to public transport. Walking in 10 minutes in the centre of Greenwich.

Reasonably priced. Apartment was easy to find and the room was clean, modern and had all amenities required for a short stay.

Very nice, clean. The kitchenette was very useful. The staff and cleaning women were on point and accommodating. They also had and laundry. Close to the Underground and a Tesco. The style is modern, catered to those in town on business, I believe. Gym next door. Community Center with yoga a walk away, as well as a pub.

Pros: big bed, nice bathroom, Wi-Fi facility, good service, TV facility, breakfast arrangements Cons: narrowed kitchen area, no washing machine, little space.

Bit too pricy by the summer but lovely plaxe.

The room is great, every thing works only complaint is the parking and the tap that has a weird flow of water that goes everywhere. Aside from this, I'm satisfied with everything!

Excellent place to stay, been here 3 times now and just booked our next stay for the end of October, the staff are really friendly and helpful and as a single parent travelling with a child this place gives you a really safe home from home type of feel.

Appart Hotel near DLR station. Clean and well-equipped apartment. Only downside we had a flat for disabled person, so everything was too low and no shower cubicle so the bathroom was quickly flooded. Otherwise the front desk staff was great.

Amazing weekend in London. A bit pricey, but room was clean and staff absolutely exceptional.

We booked this hotel long before checking in, we had all the confirmation details. When we checked in after travelling for a long time, they said our booking was cancelled, even though we had all the details and had nowhere else to stay that night. We had no idea what happened, we were tired and hot and the lady at the desk wasn't very friendly, she didn't seem to want to help us a lot. We were so excited about coming to stay here, and in my opinion, to put us through the stress and trouble that we were put through was quite unfair and they could have at least tried to make an effort to get us into a room.

Comfortable room — with twin beds (hard to come by in this type of accommodation) good sized shower, kitchenette and dining/seating area. Some noise from the road and the gym downstairs (spin classs at 6am) which slightly disturbed sleep. Nice location close to station and buses. Friendly welcome.

Stayed in there other site before, this time tried Greenwich branch. Very similar room, staff was very helpful and friendly as I expected. Room was well maintained and my room was quiet so good overall.

Pleasantly surprised modern rooms, extremely polite and friendly staff. One of best customer service in London hotel so far. No fuss basic hotel. Limited services like no restaurants or cafe.

Can't fault anything, clean beautifully presented room. More of smaller in size but everything was perfect. Staff and managers was absolutely fantastic, everyone I meet was really interested to know how is my stay if everything was fine. Will certainly recommend.

I found the staff efficient and friendly, it was by far one of the easiest check-ins ever. Rooms were spacious and clean. I most certainly would recommend staying here.

For our purposes the hotel was adequate as we only spent one night there. The connection to the O2 Arena was very good as a bus stop was right next to. From the O2 Arena back to the hotel, via taxi and full street, it cost us 15 pounds. The room for three people was divided into two beds and a sofa bed. The cleanliness flawed, but as I said, sufficient for our purposes. The floor glued a bit; The sleeping material of the sofa bed is contaminated with Krümmel and black, short hair. For one night I would still book it again. For several days a no-go.

We are a family of 3 people and it has been very nice our stay Qe5 days the apartment, has everything. It's very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful Grenwich.

Could be a little bit bigger, although for London that's acceptable for the price. Great nights sleep for me and my family and very close to many attractions and a train station.

Stayed here during Christmas 2 years ago. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to Greenwich Station where you could get on and head to your next POI. I enjoyed my stay here and would visit again in the future.

Dirty sheets, too hot, small rooms but about what is expect from a hotel at this price.

I went to visit a friend but at the reception I was bombarded with embarrassing questions. I was asked my purpose for visiting and uf I was staying overnight despite the fact I have given them my friends name.

Rooms good, we stayed for four nights. They do not clean the room not tidy up the beds, nor towels, so our room was dirty and messy, and live a very unhappy. I strongly recommend the hotel change this system. Also the position of the line, in Greenwich Station and Deptford Bridge Station. It is only one room, nothing else.

It has seemed to Me an extraordinary site, I recommend it.
