Chose to stay here after reading several good reviews. Was deeply dissapointed after the stay. Great location. Poor ventilation in the rooms. Painfully hard beds, you can feel the springs through the mattress. Rooms not cleaned daily and beds never made during the entire stay. Breakfast was overpriced and was lacking in hot food alternatives and all round proteins. The hotel has potential, but at its current state I would steer clear and find other alternatives.

Location is brilliant and prices are fair. But I found staying in a claustrophobically-small room without windows quite disorienting. Rooms are quite basic with few amenities and they're not cleaned daily. The service was good though friendly staff.

Great spot, close to all places of my interest. Beautiful and mega helpful staff, from first to last! Fantastic coffee and beautiful garden. Simply fantastic! Will return!

Great location sited next to Liverpool Street station. Staff were friendly and attentive, check in/out was easy and price was very good for London. Rooms were very basic, but clean, you get what you pay for generally but I'd say the value for money with this hotel is above average for the cost.

Great location and friendly welcome. My friend made the booking as we needed to find a good value hotel in the area at short notice. We had a twin room in the basement which was very small with no window but we weren't bothered as we were going to only be using the room to sleep. The door to the shower room and toilet was kind of see through and offered no sound insulation — luckily we are very good friends! unfortunately neither of us managed to get a lot of sleep as the room was hot and stuffy, the beds were small and not very comfortable and the walls were paper thin. The experience was a little reminiscent of travelling by sleeper train. As hotels go it did the job more or less. The place was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful but for me the most important thing in a hotel is the bed and unfortunately the mattress felt cheap and uncomfortable.

Small room But the bed is very comfortable and the shower big. All new, good service is also breakfast. Rooms with air conditioner.
From my room you could hear the street noise but with the plugs (I always bring them when I travel) I slept great.

Recommended for business trips and stays of 1 or 2 nights. Little room for suitcase and clothes.

I stayed here a few weeks back on a Friday night with a friend and it was horrific, there was a gang of people in the street, from the hotel drunk playing music loud and drinking on the steps. It was very very intimidating. Avoid if you want a quiet break.

Best hotel experience in London, possibly in all my travels actually! Lorraine at the front desk made sure I was comfortable and apart from being super beautiful was super attentive and sweet. The rooms are incredibly beautiful and modern. The location was perfect to walk to local stores and restaurants. I will return there every visit to London! Thank you!

Small but nice room. Bathroom handwash dried out my skin. Would be nice if hand lotion was included. Air conditioning unit made strange rattling noises. These stopped after a while. The vent on the opposite side of the room was loud throughout my stay. I could also hear conversations through the walls in the late evening. It's a good price for London. If you're intending to spend most of your time in a hotel room, this place may not be ideal.

Located just off the side of Liverpool Street, you're a stone's throw from all of the top London sights. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room itself was very compact, but that is made clear on the website. The bed was comfy and the shower was lovely. Got a bit warm in the night but simply lowered the room temp, which is a handy feature. I chose a room with no window, but this was perfectly fine for me as any window you have in London would just stare at another building! :) Overall, very lovely visit. The hotel is perfect for a brief stay :)

Small rooms, not cleaned every day, minimalist decor, cozy, they give you the coffee/chocolate even if you do not have breakfast included, friendly staff, the 2 Spanish who attended US of 10

Unfortunately the staff does not have the ability to give info on the city: Where to dine on Christmas Eve, transportation is available for the day to Gatwick (we were told that there was no other option but the taxi and National Express had service). However, they were all very friendly and the hotel is clean and quiet with the typical dimensions of a low cost London.

For the price a very good hotel. Smaller Reichhaligkeit of the breakfast and the ventilation of the rooms (air conditioning has sometimes provided for very dry air). Rooms are compact but functionally furnished. Staff always nice and helpful. Surroundings Top (connection, food and nightlife) just the right hotel for those who want to stay centrally for the small money and are willing to make a few smears in comfort. (Many young people)

Hotel suitable for a few days small rooms but kept well, breakfast with pastries, great location near the train station, Metro and bus to 5 min.

Hotel in a great location close to Metro and train bus stops, relatively cheap, no carpeting and with bathroom in new room. Only flaw little isolated windows although not by on a road neither busy nor noisy.

Excellent location for working professionals in the area, Nice clean room if a bit on the small side. Unfortunately the desk is a small piece of wood on hinges and there is no chair provided. Annoyingly there is a £3 charge for keeping your luggage safe for a few hours after you check out which I thought was wrong as a matter of principle. Otherwise the stay was a very pleasant one.

Check-in was prompt and friendly, the room was clean, well-prepared and comfortable. I think it's a little overpriced for the small size of the room, there are other hotels of a similar standard nearby with larger rooms. The free breakfast was pretty decent.

Great starting point for City Explorations because of its location at Liverpool Street Station. Good hotel.

New hotel, central location, decent breakfast, friendly staff definitely for 3 days the best I go seen in London at 3 stars.

This is a budget hotel but value for money. Whilst I did have problems after checking in and finding the room had not been cleaned it was immediately rectified and I was moved to a new room on a higher floor straight away. I would have preferred to have been moved to a room with a window as goodwill gesture but unfortunately I wasn't. I had a double room with no window, the room was compact but there plenty of space for just me. It was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and tidy with soap and shower gel/shampoo provided. The only thing lacking was that there were flannels (face cloths) but more than enough towels. Breakfast was included and was surprisingly better than I'd expected. Plenty of options for cereal, pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, juices and coffee. The location is good with Old Spitalfields Market just around the corner, as well as Brick Lane and plenty of eateries and watering holes.

Small but adequate rooms that are clean and cosy. Breakfast is poor value but close enough to other places. Some noise from local trains. Would definitely stay again as it's clean, with great amenities nearby and a good atmosphere.

Very small space for 2 people, but great service and very clean. The towels were surprisingly big nice and soft, which is why I gave the 5th star… oh we were given a room down in the basement which we weren't aware we got online, and they managed to change the room for us without any problems. Would definitely recommend.

I stay here a lot. It's good for the price and the location and the staff are always really friendly. There's a lot of variance within the rooms though. I often go for the windowless room because I'm in and out for work if I'm only staying for one night. Sometimes I get a cool big room with a colour wheel light and other times I get a tiny little room with one plug socket. Little consistency. But I love the breakfast, the location and the staff, so I'll keep coming back :)

The location was convenient for central London and was within easy reach to bus connections. Rooms and bathrooms were small but perfectly functional. Bedding didn't feel cheap and was very comfortable. Rooms have air-conditioning which is a big step up from Travelodge. I didn't interact much with staff but the receptionists were helpful. Although the room and bathroom were both extremely clean, and the shower had plenty of hot water, it was so slow draining that I was forced to keep turning off the water to let the tray empty. This was annoying, especially after an extremely long day at work.

Tiny room (to walk around the bed requires a side ways shuffle along the wall at foot and side). Room is not serviced during stay until after three nights. "Desk" folds from wall but too small for a laptop to not overlap front and sides, plug centre back means all space not usable any way and to sit at'desk' means sitting on bed. Cloths hanging in from of mirror so move them all to the bed to use the mirror? Continental Breakfastavailable. Didn't seem good value so I skipped that Rumble of trains through the building from underground. Not loud but frequent. Bathroom adequate but too small to dry in after a shower. Overall clean, well located for city, lots of restaurants etc in locale, easy to tube and mainline to East Anglia.

Small, but fine rooms. Good hotel for just stopping by and sleeping, while exploring London. Walking distance to a bunch of all the touristy stuff.

Excellent service and location. Modern and essential furnishing. Hard mattress. The room is just a bit longer and wider than the bed, so maybe not ideal if you need a spacious accommodation. Would definitely recommend.

Great budget hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, perfect location in the centre of London's East End. Close proximity to everything in the area worth visiting, and less than a 10min walk to Liverpool st station. Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms clean and new. Great water pressure in the shower, which is always important :). All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Very good budget hotel in a heart of the City. Not luxury, but clean. Friendly staff, servicing with smile! Bed not suitable for two people. Breakfast was the same all the time. A/C works well, there was a free safe in the room. The cleaning was on every three days. No wardrobe in the room.

Very very very small rooms. I didn't realize the size of the rooms from the hotel's web site. Their pictures looked really nice. I booked a double room for my partner and myself for 4 nights. As I entered the room, I saw how small the room was. I thought that maybe there was a mistake. It couldn't have been a double room. The space between the side of the bed and the wall was small enough to fit just one person. No chairs, no tables, nothing you can put you suitcase or belongings on. I immediately went to the reception to tell them that the room they gave me was not the double room I booked. They told me that there was no mistake and that all rooms were similar to the one they gave me. I asked for a bigger room and I was told that I could have had it the next day. The next morning my partner, who was pregnant, asked the reception for the bigger room we were promised, but they told her that there was a mistake and there was no big room available. We were provided with another room only the 3rd night. It was a little bit bigger, but noisy because of the trains or underground. Awful experience. I will never go back to that hotel again.

Great location. Friendly staff. Wide range of rooms available. I opted for single windowless room for budget — it was very small but clean, quiet and had everything I needed. I noticed much larger well-appointed rooms with bright airy windows as I was walking through. I was there on business and didn't expect to spend much time in my room. There's a bright, open cafe area on the ground floor with plenty of seating and charging points on the walls if you need to do some work. Breakfast is continental. I opted for Pret :) Would definitely stay again.

In a good position in the city, decent rooms, small and functional. Walls are pretty thin so you'll hear the folks either side, with luck your neighbors will be quiet. Breakfast is basic but there are places nearby.

The hotel was clean and pleasant. I didn't sample the breakfast. The rooms were a little on the small side but as I was staying in my own, it served its purpose.

VERY small, although not comically so. I'm only 5'7" (1.7m) and my knees touch the wall when on the commode. The shower is also not typical American size, but good temp and strength. For the cheapest rooms, it is best for only 1 person. Having said that, the staff is fantastic. The room is very clean and they don't clean every day saving the environment. Hair dryer provided, but should request clothes iron. Hand soap and shampoo provided. Bed is comfy with a smart TV. Wifi is fantastic speeds (not the typical 1 slow line for the entire building. This might be typical for UK, I don't really know). I was able to fully work on my laptop and watch internet video with no problem. Breakfast is 7 pounds and the coffee is great at 1 pound 50. With London hotel best prices at 150 pounds, 125 pounds seems appropriate for the minimalist.

Room quite small, bathroom too. More for 1 than for 2 people! Everything is clean and modern. Hotel is located between typical, English, old brick buildings which has its charm. Hotel is centrally located to Liverpool train station, from there it goes in many directions. The hotel is ideal for people with small budgets and young people, since London is expensive eh, especially accommodations.

The room was nice and had the Philips hue lighting which is fun to play with for a while. The bed was comfortable and the en suite was good. Unfortunately I couldn't sleep because of the jet turbine of an air conditioning unit above my head. It was helpfully switching on every 10 minutes or so to cool down the room for me. I played and played with the control panel trying to turn the thing off and failed. If it was consistent I wouldn't have had a problem with it!

On holiday in London, stay 4 nights! Our room was very pretty and practical, bright, the bathroom very nice, everything clean! The hotel is really close to the Liverpool Stree Metro stop, 3/4 minutes away! The main street is full of amenities close by, to do the shopping if you need there is Tesco open late if you don't remember bad, various kiosks, a very nice pub and various fastfood, and my favorite PoloBar! The.

Dreadful customer service and no manager present to make a decision at weekends.

Finally a new, cheap and nice hotel in Paddington full of old, expensive and horrible hotels… wonderful Tune Congratulations.

Four times at Tune Hotels (Paddington) and all were very good! Great value for the money, even if I miss a wardrobe. Friendly and cozy. I will be back in summer!
