If I could give this place 0 stars I would. After arriving in London after 5 hours of travelling, and making our way to the tower hamlets apartment, we are told by the apartment our booking had been cancelled and we can no longer stay there. After much deliberation, it was told that there had been a discrepancy in the computer system. And that we would also not get our £230 back for 5-10 working days. So 3 19 year olds including i, were left with nowhere to stay for the night, no money and no assistance from this company, even after explaining the situation that we were stuck on the streets for the night. So thank you, thank you for nothing.
Love the location of this one as it's close to the Allsaints flagship store where I not only like to shop but enjoy doing a bit of celeb spotting too. The apartment was lush, which made it great when we had people come back to ours after a few drinks in our fave wine bar around the corner. Would recommend.
