• Please note that there is no check-in desk. Guests will receive an email 24 hours prior arrival, containing instructions and an entry code.
  
  As part of European regulations, the property must take a copy of official photo identification and the card used to reserve the booking upon arrival (which must match the name on the reservation). For same-day arrivals, copies must be sent to the property via email. Please bring ID, as well as the card used to book and a copy of your booking confirmation.
  
  Guests must be at least 21 years old at the time of check-in.
  
  This property does not permit parties. The maximum occupancy number must not be exceeded and noise levels must not cause a disturbance. Additional charges will apply if there is evidence that these rules were breached and the property reserves the right to evict guests at the guests' expense.
  
  Please note that the damage deposit of £ 250 will be pre-authorised on the card one day prior arrival. The property do not take cash payments or deposits.
  
  Damages must be paid in full by the booker in the event of any breakages, damage, or extra cleaning required. The card provided when booking will be charged and guests will be notified by email with a breakdown of the costs.
  
  Group bookings:
  
  For more than 3 apartments, different cancellation and payment policies will apply. For reservations of 3-6 apartments, a minimum of 10-day notice is required to cancel without charge. Any cancellations made less than 10 day prior the arrival date are subject to one night charge. Any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a full charge. All non-arrivals are subject to full charge.
  
  For reservations of 6-10 apartments, a minimum of 14-day notice is required to cancel without charge. Any cancellations made less than 14 day prior the arrival date are subject to one night charge. Any cancellations made less than 10 days prior the arrival date are subject to full charge. All non-arrivals are subject to full charge.
  
  For reservations of more than 10 apartments, a minimum of a 30-day notice is required to cancel without charge. Any cancellations made less than 30 days prior the arrival date are subject to one night charge. Any cancellations made less than 20 days prior the arrival date are subject to full charge. All non-arrivals are subject to full charge.

  Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
