Food was quite nice there, but being so central to everything, definitely worth if you spend the weekend sightseeing.

Standard premier Inn! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and when I went to reception to ask any questions they were more than happy to oblige, breakfast staff were lovely and the maids were very friendly saying good morning etc. Was very pleasant atmosphere. The hotel itself was clean and had everything I could possibly need, the bed as always was glorious and made for a wonderful sleep. I didn't make use of the restaurant in the evening but the cooked breakfast was delicious and the selections offered were great, only thing I would say is steer away from the America pancakes cause they were DRY but aside from that really happy with my stay, only 10minute walk into the centre.

It's a nice place. The staff is welcoming, the shared areas are clean and orderly. The room that I had in the 5th floor was large and clean. The 'issues' so to speak is that the bathroom is sparse. There's no shampoo or conditioner, few towels and it feels very sterile and lacks warmth — like a hospital bathroom. If you are looking for a place to sleep in a convenient area, this is a solid bet. Fantastic location, literally right next to the Tower of London site for tourists, and right next to the Tower Hill entrance fo the subway. Staff is very helpful and friendly, good selection of food for breakfast, and the hotel was always clean and well maintained. Also within walking distance of a couple local bars and restaurants.

Rooms in Order and clean. All friendly and helpful. The only thing we missed was a Fridge in the Room to cool our Drinks. A small one would already be sufficient.

Super service. Booking rooms on your own homepage is cheaper! Family rooms with 3 separate beds. TOP for London!

Nice staff, clean large rooms, very quiet in the room and the hotel in general, tasty breakfast, close to the Metro, not far from the center. Within half an hour you can reach any attractions within the ring. The only upset is the view from the window on some wall yes, and the mini bar or fridge is not. As well as toiletries accessories, except liquid soap. Just in a 4 * hotel I expected to see them. Overall, recommend! Given the very close location to the center, the value for money is ideal!

Beautiful rooms. Family rooms were four also i. O. Not super big but big enough. Unfortunately, you can't open the windows, probably because of the train. Nevertheless, it was always fresh in the room.

We had a decent stay, a little train noise at night but not disruptive. Room was very hot with air-conditioning not doing too much to cool down, we didn't realise until late in the stay so didn't want to seek help in pajamas. Overall, a fairly standard premier Inn experience, location is decent only a short walk to tower hill station.

Its a Premier inn. Clean and tidy, comfortable bed with the basics to hand. Quiet so you can get some rest and reasonably well located to move around London.

Clean and comfortable as you would expect from premier Inn. Rooms small and only had shower facilities (no bath) but price was reasonable and you can't expect a huge room for less than £80 in central london. Staff friendly and helpful. I didn't eat here so can't comment on the food.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, about 8 minutes walk to Tower Hill tube and Docklands Light Rail (DLR) station so easy to get anywhere in Greater London. Free internet sign in was unreliable, but eventually worked. Internet speed good enough for checking email and browsing, but not for streaming media. A pay-for option is available if you want connectivity good enough for Netflix/YouTube. The breakfast was excellent. Continental and full English (fried) breakfast options. Staff were happy to prepare eggs to order. Would stay there again.

The hotel is quite close to tower bridge and easy to walk to. First the pro's. The staff are very helpful and the food in the restaurant is amongst the best I've had in a premier inn. The con's. The room was small. Tv smaller and to top it off. The room was really cold. And that's with the thermostat set to 28. The Window/ locked sliding door needs replacing with double glazing.

Super nice room But in the morning the smell of greasy breakfast came into our room. Was probably just bad luck that some deduction of the kitchen was close to our room.

On all my business trip to London this is the hotel I like to stay at. Its got nice rooms and a good breakfast and complimentary Wifi, which is great for guys who want to work, while they are in their room. Only bummer being that they no longer have phones in their rooms, so you need to go to the front desk all the time If you need anything.

An amazing and welcoming service. Especially from Abdee, who provided a great service at the bar throughout the night, with plenty of laughter. To top it off, there was a great, big room to boot! I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. Top class!

Friendly, large rooms, tasty food in the restaurant. Food delayed for 1 hour on Monday which was a pain but they let me know in advance and let me know when it was being cooked, so they dealt with it well! I didn't get the ladies name but the lady in the restaurant was very nice and remembered my order the next night!

The location was close by to the London Tobacco Dock where I was attending hyperjapan so a short walk wasn't much out of my way. The room was very clean and quiet with no sound of passing trains noticable despite being right by the overground railway. The reception was very helpful being my first time staying alone in terms of checking in/out and switching my room since I had a twin room booked but I was alone.

Absolutely loved our stay. Very comfortable bed, super quiet at night. The staff were exceptional and couldn't have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.

Stayed in a double room, which was spacious and clean, probably overall too essential. Breakfast was rich and of good quality. A bit expensive for the price I paid.

Mediocre for a Premier Inn. Not sure what it is about this one, but it's not up to the usual standard I get from Premier Inn. First impressions of the room were not the best, there's been an empty drinks bottle under my bed for the past 3 days, from the last occupant I'm assuming. Staff seem very busy, breakfast was dried out first morning but improved over the course of the week. Overal, like I said, mediocre… Thanks.

Paid for a family room and keeping to mind the room was available from 2pm, which had been readied for the us — but we walked in to a readied double room. Having asked reseption to ready the 3rd bed and give us an additional towel (this should have been in place by management to the housekeeping team) we were informed the housekeeping team would be in at 5pm. Such a let down for Premier Inn who today failed to live up to their mission. To add to this there was a woeful foul mouthed heated conversation between some guy and a member of reception staff (who did not swear). Not sure what the crack was but 'paying customers' were privy to this.

Excellent location, close to tower hill 5 mins walk. Clean and tidy place good room plus restaurant was really good.

Very friendly, extremely helpful staff, couldn't have been better as far as my wife & I were concerned. Changed our room at a moments notice because of shower difficulties. Full of praise for the hotel.

3 of us but only 2 beds! Put us in the basement initially — so dark with a brick wall right outside the window.! Quick to move us to another room but then only gave us 1 towel! Spent a lot of time asking for enough supplies for 3 e. G. Towels, mugs and tea bags.

Not a great hotel experience… beds are singles pushed together, bathrooms have a very unclean odour and they never have any irons available so you can't even iron your shirt for work… definitely better options at these prices in the area…

Corner room with Bay window and views over the City incl. Tower. Unfortunately, by curtains, which can not move, only possible to a limited extent. The tracks of the DLR to run along and are heavily frequented. However, since the Windows are super-insulated, it is not a Problem. The room is large and bright. Bed super comfortable. Everything was very clean. The bathroom is modern and very nice and clean. For wardrobe space. There is a kettle where you can have tea and instant coffee (replenished daily). TV and a hair dryer. Staff very friendly. All wheelchair access. Breakfast in buffet form and very british. I missed cheese and sausage. Top location of Hotels. DLR, Bus, Tube and boat pier just a few minutes ' walk away. Can recommend the Hotel only further.

Stayed here for 1 night, the staff were great and very friendly, you can leave your bags until your ready to leave which helped us alot, we booked a family room which was clean the beds were so comfy and the power shower was great, there was a little noise from the trains passing by but nothing to complain about, the breakfast was lovely and sets you up for the day, would recommend to friends and family, overall a wonderful stay.

We stay here every year for my sons birthday weekend, to be tourists and enjoy a show. Also stayed here for business… the hotel is clean and the reception staff are brilliant and cannot fault them. The location and parking are spot on BUT and I'm sad there is a but… the restaurant lets them down on every visit and we have kept trying hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt. They are understaffed and those that are working treat you to "service with a scowl ". If our waitress on Friday night could have thrown our food across the table at us to go with her grunting and tutting I think she would… the impression she gave was that our booking a table was inconvenient to her… sons hotdog was no hotdog, just a sausage squashed in a smaller bun! It's the last time we will eat there. Flip side is that the breakfast staff are lovely… maybe the evening staff need some training from them to remind them that we the customer are the reason they have a job. Final little pet hate, we always book a family room for 3 and only receive 2 glasses, 2 mugs and more importantly 2 towels!

I saw little of the hotel but it looks very nice, clean and well organized.

Can not fault the room, which was clean and had what you needed for a comfy stay. The staff were helpful, especially the waiting staff in the Thyme restaurant, who were very helpful. However can NOT, repeat NOT recommend Thyme restaurant. Food came out hot but still frozen in the middle, waitress was mortified and took it back. Some time later and it was burnt, By this point we were so hungry we ate what we could! The waitress was again mortified when she saw the state of the meal and refunded our money!

Hotel without too many frills, but functional. Spacious and clean room, really friendly staff, decent breakfast (ie buffet with English dishes, bread and pastries, yogurt and fresh fruit. Special mention for the banana-mango-pineapple smoothie ^^). Great location for sightseeing, both with the Metro (District Line) and the DLR: The stops are a 5-minute walk away.

Hotel in a convenient location to visit London, in love with the comfy beds, it was me and my partner. Friendly staff and good facilities.

We have just come back from our stay with you at the weekend. What can we say very helpful staff, food was excellent, and most of all our room was spotless, comfy beds after a long day we much appreciated those beds. Thank you each and one of you for making our stay very memorable. We loved it so much we booked again for December thank you.

Stayed for one night and was very impressed. Firstly it was very quiet considering I had a ground floor room. The room itself was imacculate, and the temperature was perfect despite it being a very hot couple of days. Staff very attentive and caring — greeted with a smile and very polite. Happy hour in the bar is a nice touch but be aware that the buy one get one free means you get two of whatever drink you order rather than two different drinks for the price of the highest. Didn't try the food so can't comment, but I'd definitely stay here again. Situated a few hundred yards from Tower Bridge which was a great location. Lady at front desk recommended we went to St Katherine's dock when we asked about restaurants, which turned out to be an excellent suggestion. Easy to recommend this hotel.

We had a room on the 4th floor, we didn't hear the rail at all! Slept great! The location was just a short walk to tower of London, great location and great price. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were awesome! So happy with our stay! Great first few nights in London! Thank you!

The staff here are very good, warm, welcoming, friendly and efficient. The breakfast is exellent, and the cook really is interested in his job. He gave me a great lesson in cooking croissants because I asked what brand he was serving. Apparently they are the same as in the other branches. It really is something he is doing because they are the best ones I have ever eaten.

Quiet considering location. I was at the back and could hear trains on the nearby line passing at night but not enough to keep me awake. Everything else is exactly what you would expect from this chain at this price point. Clean functional room, courteous and helpful staff, restaurant clean with excellent selection of choice for breakfast.

Good location. Rooms are reasonable, but the televisions need replacing. Food is adequate but there are lots of places nearby that provide better options. Reasonably quiet. Overall it's exactly what you expect from a premier inn.

Great hotel. Clean rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet with a cappuccino machine! Went with my husband & 2 kids. Was hard pressed finding a room in the UK to fit us all. This room had a King size bed with 2 small comfortable cots. Perfect! Great location near the beautiful London Tower & Tower Bridge.

The staff is super nice, and helpful! Incredibly so. The room is a nice economy. Great price for downtown London. Just a couple blocks from the tube and the Tower of London. Easy access to all of London. Actually not a bad restaurant in the hotel and there is a Nice pub/food place just kitty corner called wetherspoons. The only knock I give the place is the Wi-Fi was spotty. For me that was a big deal since my phone didn't work over here, so my only access to the outside world was thru the Wi-Fi.

Loved it! Easily findable after leaving tube. Staff were lovely. 1. That train thing behind hotel doesn't affect sleep really at all unless your a light sleeper. You can really only hear it during the day. 2. It's near some great hotspots in my book, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, great gift shops, the area its self is pretty nice. 3. Its right across from the event we attended so that's a plus too. 4. Beds are comfy 5. Plus it was a really hot weekend so we asked for a bucket of ice to put our own drinks in, which they happily let us have multiple buckets over weekend. Which really did make all the difference. The weekend its self was great. The hotel is clean and there's really no faults only one for me is I would prefer if they had two of the armchairs in room instead.

Had two nights here and could not fault it. The welcome was friendly and check in super quick. Had a large room with lovely shower and the bed was sooooooo comfortable it was hard to leave it! Easy walk from Tower Hill Tube and Tower Bridge for easy access to Tower of London, St Katherines Docks (a great find) and even for the South Bank. Will definitely be revisiting.

Nice hotel, as long as your stuck in the dark ages, because if you're not, you will be while your here. I picked premier in as they offered everything I needed PLUS good Wi-Fi packages, as I'd be here for a few days and needed access to the Internet. The Wi-Fi is slower than dialup, seriously, and their Wi-Fi support team weren't interesting in helping, so I was unable to connect to the Internet. I was forced to have to go to coffee shops and places near by if I wanted to work, watching TV streaming services, email, or any other stuff online. For many that won't be an issue, and if Internet is not a desired service of your stay,, then this is a good hotel, but I know that for many like myself, good internet access is as important as good food and good rooms, it's a requirement, so if you need Internet access while your here, look elsewhere. This simple thing made my stay very difficult and inconvenient.

A very comfortable large family air conditioned room with a very comfortable bed and a good breakfast. Good prices for London as well and only a 5 min walk from Tower Hill Underground Station.

The hotel was a 5 min walk from Tower Hill tube station. Room was clean and tidy, staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a little busy due to some Mexican visitors, but the guy was very helpful in sorting our table promptly. Our room was at side of train line, but we heard no noise due to secondary glazing in room. Only downside was room safe out of service. For a busy London hotel, the hotel was clean tidy and fresh. We also kept our luggage in free of charge storage for the whole of Sunday, which was a bonus. There is a Weatherspoon pub within two mins walk if you wanted to eat out and we also ate at the Zizzi Italian restaurant at Shad Thames on the other side of the river which was 20 min walk or 10min using bus. Great weekend all together.

Great premier inn, newly fitted out last November, so lovely clean rooms. The staff were all very helpful and happy. A great location for visiting The Tate Modern and Globe Theatre with easy access to all the city with the tube only a 5 min walk away. We would definitely take the children again.

Very clean hotel with Nice staff. Had to check in (were too early) an hour's wait. Wi-Fi in the hotel was subject to a charge and had no good power to the room. Good international breakfast.
