Brilliant boutique hotel right in the heart of London. Exceptionally friendly staff, special mention to Peter the head Doorman. 5 star facilities. Highly recommended.

The staff here are exceptional, the accommodations are very comfortable and the food is a cut above the rest.

A private club, members only, fine and elegant. Serves good food and the service is professional. Has an extensive wine list.

One of the expanding group in the city private members scene. IS it totally exclusive… not sure. Very good food, beautiful bar and dining rooms with relaxed but utterly professional and calming staff. Great quiet outside spaces and lovely modern bedrooms.

A really nice setting in the City. Never overcrowded although sometimes busy. Food and drinks are great and the concierge on the door is a real character. It isn't cheap but it's worth it.

It was ok. The room was very small. I had them call me a car to the airport in the morning. They called me a luxury car. That would have been fine, but the driver wanted 110 quid. The same type of car was 75 from the airport. When I made a fuss, the driver kept making the price lower. It’s obviously a scam. The hotel should at least inform the guest of the high price.

I went for a champagne tasting event. The venue itself was smart and well kept but the service was a bit of a mess and came off a little sloppy. This led to confusion over what we were tasting and even meant that tables missed out on some of the canapés.

I went there for a business meeting. The decoration were good. I really enjoyed the semi and outdoor space that they have. The service was good too. The only downside was having construction site near by. It was noisy.

Amazing place for business meetings, the service is on point and décor is incredible. I would recommend this for meetings and casual drinks.

Great location, good gym, club rooms a bit small but fine for 1 person — I've used this place a lot. However this morning I wasn't informed about the hot water not working. This is a pretty fundamental thing to just not tell people about. When I enquired about it there was no sense that guests would be compensated — they just disclaimed all responsibility. When I complained I was eventually offered a free breakfast, which even if I'd wanted it I didn't have time for as I had a plane to catch (and I'd spent so long trying to get hot water).

The club is an excellent and welcoming venue for events. Food is excellent and the staff are very welcoming.

I stayed 3 nights! Very comfortable hotel rooms with excellence service. Great customer experience. Congratulations to their team! Convenient location close to Liverpool tube station. I will certainly return when staying in London.

This member only club is a fabulous place to relax and chill with friends. The interior design and vibe is superb. I just wish the staff was getting and giving more positive energy from the club to the members. By the way, try their cocktails, they are awesome. Here is a snap of my Hendricks! ❤️

Was only there for a short time as was heading to a concert, but check in was easy, a nice room with a great shower and bed. Also nice complimentary soft drinks. Missed out on breakfast as had to leave, but all in all a very nice hotel. And the area around was nice with lots of cool looking bars and restaurants.

The Devonshire is so cool it is hot, or is that so hot it is cool. Either way it is one of my favourite London Clubs, with plenty to recommend it — from Sunday brunch to any day Champagne. I'm not sure which is my favourite bit, the relaxing garden, spa, Library Bar. Oh, enough from me, just try it for yourself!

Staff are very pleasant and helpful and had a great lunch. A bit pricey but no more than you would expect in central London. Great for buissnes people working in the square miles.

Great staff, great food, great services. Close to Liverpool Street Station. An upscale place, maybe not for the average tourist.

Great location. Superb decoration and ambience. But for a high-end afternoon tea experience I would go elsewhere. The staff were lovely and friendly but were extremely disorganised. My 'Gluten free' option took an age to arrive, 20-30 minutes after the other guests I was with had theirs. I unfortunately won't be revisiting. Shame really …

Excellent place to stay. Staff is very friendly and efficient. If you stay here on Sunday, you must have brunch in this place. It was the best brunch ever! The bar is fantastic with a lot of options for you and the staff is always there to answer your questions. They also have very nice meeting rooms where you can do training or just have a meeting. It is a perfect fit for me because I live in California and I need a place that provides everything I need in one place so I can have an excellent stay, meet my clients, and enjoy London's atmosphere!

Great ambiance as soon as you walk in the door (though the front door can be tricky to find if you don't know where to look). Friendly staff, and beautiful decor. The rooms are spacious for City of London and incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful turn down service as well, when I returned to my room after an evening out slippers and a water bottle were placed on the bed, and the extraneous display pillows were removed from the room. Overall very impressed with the experience.

We had a great stay. Every aspect of the hotel stay was on point. Every employee I had contact with seemed to enjoy their job. They all made me feel not only welcome but as if they were excited I was able to be there. I was able to have long conversations with multiple people, each unique and enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean. There were two bars, each one with a set of knowledgeable bartenders. I find value in a bar that can make a well-balanced cocktail. Not only were they able to make signature drinks I've grown to know and love over the years but we're able to suggest new brands of scotch or improvise a new cocktail simply by hearing my tastes. At one point in my stay I ran into my house keeping. They were so pleasant and personable making sure I was never uncomfortable. It felt as if everyone worked as a team, a well-oiled machine. As for being as new as they are, from the guests prospective, everything is working smoothly.
