Understated excellence in a remarkably quiet location. The staff were attentive and charming, the service was excellent, the room was well furnished without excess and the whole stay was excellent.

The entrance is tucked away in an almost inaccessible courtyard. I felt sorry for our drivers who had to traverse the alleyways to get here. The hotel itself is lovely and modern. We enjoyed our stay.

Understand this is a corporate hotel and that is all it is. What makes it good is the polite, friendly and efficient staff. And a surprisingly good range of bottled real ales.

Great service, on a quite courtyard off Fleet Street. Walking distance to most tourist sites. Room was small.

An absolutely fantastic hotel. Incredibly clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The cocktails at the bar were exceptional as well and I had the best vodka Martini I think I've ever had.

If only all hotels were like this! I've stayed here a number of times and always had good memories. Whether you're there alone or with someone, this is a premium experience from top to toe, not least the well-equipped rooms and supreme breakfast. I'll be back.

Central, nice, with good attention and service. The room was very clean and comfortable. It has iron and board for it. Would definitely come back.

Excellent Hotel, ideal location.

The staff was very friendly and the location is amazing. You do still have to walk a lot but 10 minutes is the longest you would have to take in any situation. Only negative is that there seemed to be construction and the rooms just didn't have a home like vibe. There was no view. It is much smaller than the average rooms I'm accustomed to in the states. If you are adventurous and are there to explore the city this is a great spot.

The Apex Temple Court Hotel is in a great location. The hotel itself sits in the middle of a court yard, which prevents the annoyance of street noise. The room was spotless. The bathtub and shower were huge for European standards. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Its less than a 10 minute walk from the tube (Temple station). At the station is a nice view of the London Eye. I did not go to the restaurant, but I went to the bar/lounge, which closes at 1am. The wait staff was nice. Some nights there were small groups taking the last drink of the night as regular bars around 11pm. I think they have a flair of a traditional hotel. When you arrive, someone offers to help with your luggage and offers the same when you leave.

Excellent luxury hotel in a prime location, yet quietly situated in a off-street courtyard. Amazingly gorgeous historic buildings but with a well appointed modern interior. Room was spacious and comfortable, with exceptional cleanliness. Service was excellent. Can not say enough about how the staff made us feel at home and cared for. Bravo, was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to London for the holidays!

Good hotel with clean and quiet rooms of the upscale class, very friendly and courteous staff. Prices for London moderate. There is also a small but fine bar and a restaurant. Recommended.

Very nice hotel in London’s financial district. The location is a little hard to find and they lost a star for that. Apparently the front is under construction or something. Breakfast was good. The gin and tonics here were excellent. The rooms were very nice. I stayed here 6 nights and was very comfortable. I would definite stay again and recommend to my friends.

Has unique features that once you have you miss on other hotels. The rear court yard is a nice place to sit for a drink or just for some fresh air. Bathrooms come with both shower and bath. Standard rooms are better than most, hairdryer, safe, ironing board, telephone, TV and Mini bar. Always enjoyed my stay when my girlfriend visits and we are always welcomed.

We've stayed here a few times over the years at different times of the year and it's always been a delight. The rooms are lovely, clean and well maintained. Service is always polite and professional. The hotel itself is situated fairly close to Covent Garden (10-15 minutes walk) and there are plenty of restaurants and shops between. I've never been disappointed staying here and will return again when we're in the area.

Best for business stay. Food are not bad but not that fantastic either. Amenities includes Gym, Bar and Resto. Entrance for new customers might be confusing for the first timer. The website should indicate the best route when getting to hotel. Friendly staff, clean place and very nice alfresco area for wine and dine.

Definitely an excellent choice for your stay in London! Close to Covent Garden and St Paul's Cathedral, the Apex is nested around a court, a few meters from Fleet Street, making it a very quiet heaven in the middle of the City. Rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, staff is extremely helpful and nice. If you can, book a Deluxe with terrace, located on the 4 and 5th floor : they are just perfect! And enjoy the Club Lounge all day long. We'll be back ;)

Hotel was up to a high standard. Room was clean and very comfortable. Bar was small but well maintained.

On there for business the lobby was very clean and well presented. Staff was helpful and attentive. Welfare facilities were kept in good order.

The rooms are fantastic with a good view of the London Eye from the 5th floor. Junior suite (room 518) has 2 TVs and a food sized bath. Staff and very helpful and friendly. Best 4 star hotel I've ever stayed at.

Nice hotel, well located if you want to explore London in a few days or if you have business in the city. Large enough (for London) rooms.

For $250 a night, we were highly disappointed in the AM front desk staff. We never received the wake up call we requested, making us late waking up to get to Heathrow. I informed them of this and received a "sorry. " in response. When I asked the woman at the desk to help us figure out how to get to the airport as quickly as possible, she was unable to provide much information and told me that the concierge would have to help us. So now I'm waiting for him to get off the phone and help me. Seems like that was a basic question all front desk staff should be able to answer. Someone then recommended we take a taxi, obviously not realizing that a bike race was blocking half the streets (which seemed again like basic info they should know). Our taxi ended up costing $125 and taking 1hr 15 mins. I've been helped more at a super 8. We won't be returning.

We chose this hotel and had no knowledge of it at all. It was just lovely and everything was just great. Lovely staff. The location is not the best but we didn't mind walking so was ok. We would love to stay again. The staff were so helpful and very efficient and friendly. We had continental breakfast which was delightful.

Hotel clean, to London's tourist attractions are very convenient. Room was very small, but there are all the things we need. Beds very comfortable, towels are also very large, shower hot enough. There is a cafe next to the room, but good sound insulation of rooms. Hotels are also offering some great service, including coffee, tea, biscuits, and hair dryer, heated towel machine. Borrough Metro station is next to the hotel. Traveling is great, very satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous, nicely appointed, elegant and comfy. Without the exception, the staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. Having a mild disability, I was given the accessible room with a full walk-in shower in spacious bathroom. Very wheelchair friendly! There was a minibar and the Wi-Fi connectivity is excellent! lots of cupboard space and elbow room. The room was also amazingly quiet and peaceful. However, there were a few things that disappointed me 1. The bed is quite high so it was very difficult to sit on easily. Heaven knows how a person in a wheelchair would managing transferring from chair to bed! I would add that both my friend and I are of average height so don't book if you're a little person! 2. There was only one chair, the wheelie, office type chair which was moderately comfy but it was a double room so only seating for one! Plus it too was a tad high so trying to get my tights on in the morning ended up being a bit of an acrobatic endeavour and I nearly toppled off it! 3. The red cord to summon emergency assistance is only in the bathroom so I couldn't help wondering what if a guest needed help — by toppling off the high bed for instance? 4. The phone's call was a very unusual clicky, muted kind of sound so when my friend rang to say she had arrived, at first I didn't even notice it and then didn't realise it was the phone at all! 5. I took my friend for a meal in the hotel restaurant — BIG mistake.

Lovely hotel – well located. Everything is well presented, in a nice building with an amazing entrance (see my attached photos! ) and we found we had everything we needed. Our room (no 304) was courtyard facing which was quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and nicely decorated and had everything we needed with air con, free high-speed Wi-Fi, safe and a large TV. The bed was Queen size and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate waterfall shower and separate bath. The bathroom was well decorated and very clean. Location is very good, main bus routes outside front door, taxis readily available and approx. 5 minutes walk to Temple tube station. The staff are welcoming and the service is professional and attentive. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice but try to get a deal that includes breakfast as this can be quite costly £37.13 (Continental Breakfast) for two of us with service charge. It was an enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend the hotel. Regards Svein-Magne Tunli from Norway.

I was recommended this hotel by a friend. So I checked Google reviews and all very seemed promising, I assure you that this hotel does not disappoint! Awesome location for theaters, plenty of places to eat/drink nearby, the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful for the duration of my stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel also if I'm fortunate enough to be in town again, I'll be booking Apex Temple Court hotel Plus a free rubber duck to take home! Many thanks.

Provided you're not attached to your personal property it really is a very good hotel.

For a hotel reviewer like me it’s hard to find a hotel which I can’t make a complaint for … And as a surprise for everyone I think I found one which is barely perfect. (hotel name) is a cozy, stilly furnished hotel with the friendliest staff ever. Of course I didn’t like the color of the walls in the room I was but it’s not such a big deal :).

Fantastic hotel, pleasant and extremely helpful staff. Hotel had a lovely feel to it and decor was superb. The rooms are very competitively priced for the location and are finished to a very high standard. Wonderful stay at this hotel, would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Very nice location. The courtyard is a beautiful place to relax, get some reading or work done, watch people walking by. The rooms are excellent, the beds are very comfortable.
