Friendly staff. Room smaller than expected. Reasonably clean.

Bit further from the station than expected (10/15 minute walk). Nice bathroom but very small rooms. Receptionist friendly and helpful, pretty good value lots of restaurants nearby.

Great Guesthouse! Friendly staff and always ready to help you (even if you check in at 3am). Great value for money.

Good lucation. From outside not so welcoming. It is an old building. Rooms are clean and basic.

My room was triple, spacious, large and also a very large bathroom.
The area is quiet with bars around and supermarkets.
Near the Metro stop.

For putting a but our room on the ground floor had no window, and our "kettle" for teas and coffee… was otherwise broken, it's a good option where for a small fee, you sleep in London.

No lift, so make sure you have no heavy luggage. Initial room was freshly painted, so the staff were nice enough to give us a new room. It's quite far from the center. The train station is a 5 min walk, but takes around 45 min to get to central London, and you have to wait 20 min on average for the train to arrive, so that's easily an hour.

All right value for money is fine.
Close to the Buses And delabte of a pub that's fine.
I Deal OK with the staff and you have enough to get to sleep and go to see London.

Lovely, spacious bar with a gorgeous beer garden that plays awesome music. The longest happy hour offering absolute bargains on drinks include refreshing, tasty cocktails. The friendliest service by the loveliest bar-lady! I'll be coming back here again, for sure!

Very poor. The first night we stayed there was a private function in the pub of the hotel. The noise was horrendous it went on till one in the morning. The room was very small. As was the bathroom. The so called breakfast was a box with a banana a muffin and juice. Definitely not was expected or worth the money paid for the room. To park in the hotel car park includes a £10 charge per day … I could go on and on. But just to say if possible avoid at all costs …

The B&B is getting better and better, Glad that the pub is open again and the amazing beer garden. Compliments to Diana & Maya.

Clean and tidy rooms. Not expensive at all. The pub is really nice, looks classy. Good cocktails and wine. Amazing beer garden. Chilled music. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel awful. In a word : SEEDY. We ask for separate beds and we got a marriage. There is No elevator (lift), q, yes, there is humidity. The Wifi works sometimes or almost never. The remote control without batteries, we asked about and not made us or the case. Not had toilet paper and shampoos were already open, and means to spend. Receptionist at times. Breakfast sad and low. Would not even give me the free night.

Location is great, bus stop on the front door, underground station 10 minutes away. The surroundings are nice and peaceful, you can hear a lot of birds and there's very nice house. A good pub on the opposite with local people very friendly and a few shops. But the hotel itself is very noisy you can hear everything from the next room, I mean everything the conversation and else. The breakfast is fair with low quality product and the restaurant room is not as it looks on the photos, it looks abandoned. Expect the first day, the staff people are distant and not helpful, most of the time they will ignore you.

Hostel with small rooms, but clean, 5 min to the train (Crickelwood) and 10-15 to the metro (Kilburn) or bus stop at the door that takes you to victory.

On arrival I thought I had made a huge mistake. I arrived around 5pm and the pub and hotel was locked and I rang the guy who arrived 15 mins later. It all looked old and a little dated but then I opened my room and WOW so clean, neatly decorated, crisp white linen. Fully functioning bathroom which was well done out and clean. (albeit a little small). What a lovely surprise. I only give this 3 stars (wanted to add an extra half) because in the heat of summer there is no fan or anything to help keep you cooler. It was noisy from the traffic outside so with the windows open it was louder. The beds and pillows were very comfy and once I was asleep — and it was only the heat stopping me drifting off to be fair — I was really comfy. Breakfast was dead basic… cereals, bread for toast, a bit of cheese and ham, tea coffee and orange juice, but you were left to help yourself. I would stay again as the staff when I arrived arranged a taxi for me and chose a reliable but cheap option. For that I am very grateful. Thank you.

Basically the welcome by the hotel manager (not the student/employee at the reception desk! ) was "we did not know you were meant to arrive. Let me see whether we still got a room for you". The given room was really small, yet also very clean. But it was facing towards the main road which is a big downside as it is also very loud from traffic. In our room we also get woken up whenever the ring is used because someone forgot his entry code or rang it for whatever other reason. Apart from that it was disappointing to see the enclosed pub closed over a whole weekend. For breakfast I highly recommend the JD Wetherspoon across the road. All in all a bit more enthusiasm by the hotel crew could help to make this a nicer place!

Hated everything about it. Poor hygiene, the bathroom was shocking! There was workmen drilling and banging away at 8am on a Saturday morning in the room next door, private function on in the bar with loud music! Non of this was disclosed beforehand! Utterly terrible!

Not the best or most fancy, good value for london though.

What a terrible business is this horrible "h, otel". Asking for a cup of coffee in the evening was inpossible We had a room which had a draught, It was cold, The heating didn't work The hinges of the doors where loose. Got a sore back from the bed. fortunately the bus stopt in front of the door unfriendly. Chaotic. Messy, didn't feel comfotable for 1 second.
