Smart Russell Square Hostel Hostel

Easy to find. Funky place stayed there when it was hot so didn't get much sleep as fan was broken only needed to stay overnight and it was cheap. But only one bad experience when I stayed there is that I brought a locker then next thing I knew someone else was using my locker. But it was sorted in the end staff should be more careful.

I think the low ratings on some of the apps are undeserved so I'm giving 4 stars… this hostel is better than the average London one in my (varied) experience. The location is amazing, the showers have temperature control… Free earplugs… Good ventilation in the rooms including fully open windows with fly nets (other hostels take note! ). The kitchen is well equipped enough to make a decent meal. The common area is large. The rates are also very cheap some nights. Staff are helpful. Improvements would be lockers with padlock option, some private shower rooms, and a bigger kitchen. But you can't have everything.

My daughter and I had a great time in this hostel even in a six-person room. The place is very well equipped, with bathroom in the room. A common salon (pictured) where you can make a breakfast car and for those who also want to cook something. The staff were very friendly and helpful and place kept really clean.

The location is really good with easy to go places like British museum. 24h reception is also helpful. But you can shower with only one arm because the other one has to press the button for water pretty hard. Wi-Fi worked fine for me. Breakfast for 2$ is alright with toast, cereals coffee and tea. The beds can get small.

Good location and good value for money. The bathrooms are fine. On the other hand, the beds are very short and do not have personal lamps.

The best thing about the hostel is the location. What I didn’t like is the bedroom. It is very small, especially for 9 people. Furthermore the beds are 3 on top of each other with little space, and since I had the middle bed it was difficult and annoying to get in or out. So if you’re above 1.80 I wouldn’t recommend to sleep here. The toilets were okay but also small, except a couple of other ones. Showers are either really hot or cold, and you cannot regulate the warmth. Staff was okay.

Nice Hostel in a central and comfortable neighbourhood (small park, shopping center, nice little restaurants and a super market in less than 5 minutes walk distance) and good public transport options. Also in walk distance to the City of London. Dorms and furniture are old but clean and nice — bunk beds have thick curtains for privacy. NEGATIVE: As a person of 1, 88 meters the bunk bed was way to small — I would not recommend it if you are larger than 1, 85 max. Better not over 1, 80 meters. Dorm also has VERY small but clean bathroom — shared bath was okay (relatively clean but not very comfortable) Staff was amazing, patient with my endless questions, nice and very helpful! Breakfast is okay for a hostel — a small selection of cereals and toast together with tea, coffee or juice. Nothing fancy but for a Hostel okay. —> CONCLUSION: I recommend the Smart Hostel for everyone who seeks a calm stay and who doesn’t put much emphasis on design and aesthetics. Also not for large people but otherwise the stay was very pleasant and the hostel can be recommended!

Not Recommended the dormitory from 9 places… It was a very bad experience. A 4x3mt room with 9 beds… I don't add any more…

The fact that this establishment is inexpensive does not allow an unpleasant, rude, mocking staff. The rooms are small and dirty, the toilets are dirty too and too small. The common room and too small for as many people, the breakfast is bad, the dishes is dirty and sticky… In short, the only positive advantage of this horrible place is the proximity of a Metro mouth. In summary, I would not even recommend this establishment to my worst enemy! No matter what? o.

VERY disappointed with this place. On their sites the opinions are positive; on the other hand, when confronted with reality, it is something else.
The rooms are dirty (molds/vomis/odor pestantiels/mattresses stained and dirty, ETC…)
The showers are also not clean (contrary to the opinions on the site). It follows the water that is cold and the water pressure which is far too strong. The washbasins are dirty and there are 2 made available per floor (therefore not sufficient).
The hotel se sale of "speak your language", however some employees are at the limit to understand/speak English.
ONLY positive: the location of the hotel which is 2 minutes from the Russel square station.

Pretty good hostel. The staff are very friendly. Only problem: there is no age limit, which can create discomfort sometimes in the room.

We arrived a few days ago and frankly I am quite disappointed. We were three, we're in two different rooms. We leave sureties for anything and everything:
— the card to enter the room
— a rotten card game that should be changed because they are crumbling
There are no activities offered by the hostel which is very unfortunate.

The rooms have lockers that are paying (1 pounds per day) of the blow all the suitcases hang on the floor at the foot of the beds, my faith why not. We are in bunk bed of three, the one downstairs is on the ground. Fortunately the day is tiring and we sleep well.
Moreover the respect of the staff is means, they do not care about us, put us in a common room, they turn on the light at all goes, even if the brightness is sufficient, make a monstrous noise as if they were only them.
The kitchen at closing times for "housekeeping" and breakfast at the time of the meal you are interrupted to pass a sponge in the fast going… In addition the quality of the dishes is poor, the Pan loses the pieces of coating, the plates are chipped.

The shower was hot the first night, impossible to showered, then the other is totally cold, must look for its ideal temperature before being naked.
We get a lot checked to make sure that we are from the hostel thanks to our maps of a white almost Immaculate
Would I come back? Certainly not I would go for better even if it costs me more expensive.

I give this place zero stars. What a terrible company. Do not stay here. My seventeen year old daughter got a hold of my card and booked 4 nights in their dorm. I saw the charge come up on my bank account and thought someone had stolen my account information. I contacted Smart Russell Square Hostel and it took over a week to get a response. In the meantime, I learned that my daughter had made this charge in the hopes of going to the UK on her own. As I am not allowing this to happen until she is 18, I contacted the hostel again telling them the situation and that I wanted this reservation cancelled and refunded. Once again, it took quite a while for them to get back to me. I just now got their response and while they have cancelled the reservation, they refuse to refund my money. Wow. I will definitely keep a closer eye on my card as far as my daughter is concerned, but for an establishment to not refund a mistake is bad customer service. Beware.

I stayed with group of 18 underage boys as an educator with wife educator and the pastor. Considering the price of the hostel is affordable, the reception staff are friendly and helpful despite the hustle and bustle. As experienced not ideal for groups. Services zero. Only rules and poorly respected by all cause rudeness. Small rooms, very crowded and not very clean. Breakfast with minimum choice. But with no hygiene rules for the common kitchen and food. Not recommended for groups because there is the possibility of being united in the rooms, but scattered in the midst of the general rabble of the wayfarers. Narrow and dark rooms with unhealthy air, with three-storey beds for 9 — 12 people in a few sq. M, type train bunks, privacy with simple shower curtains in prison spaces. Beds to be done independently, impossible to do so in equilibrium at 2 meters height on the ladder without risking the neck bone. 10 pounds apiece to 18 guys as bail for the personal entrance card are theft, they take out cash to the kids to spend around London. Feeling of something in more than a public dorm. Best location at one step from Russel Square Metro and British Museum.

To flee! Undrinkable staff, when we arrive in the evening to take our room reserved €50 in advance, the manager tells us that the room is already booked and that it will not be possible to recover it, a scandal!
We ended up out at 10pm, forced to find another hotel!
Highly recommended Hotel.

It may be the worst experience in a hostel I have ever had, the staff generally not very nice, the rooms were too small with the carpet very dirty just like the bedding, very bad smell. The bathroom is also very small… the only good the location otherwise nothing is saved. I don't recommend it.

This place is HORRIFYING. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone. Don't do it. I was constantly in a state of shock. I didn't think it could get any worse and then it did. Small, dark and full of spooky people that made my skin crawl. Don't waste your money.

I've stayed in hostels in Europe before so I definitely was not expecting a four start hotel or anything but this place might have been one of the worst hostels I stayed at. They managed to cram about 16-18 people in three-tiered bunk beds in a room that might have been 20x20 ft. The rooms were underground which made them musky and filled with BO if you were unlucky enough to get people with strong body odor. We were supposed to stay two nights but had to leave early because it was that bad.

Good hostel, the rooms are narrow but this is what allows to have a low aussk price, very well located, kitchen available, nice staff, I advise.

Overall not bad, but with some remarks. First the good things: it is located centrally so you can easily go anywhere without much travel time, it is tidy and not expensive at all. However do mind that you have to pay a deposit: 10£ in cash per person. The beds are also very small, so tall people be aware of that. I also didn't think the staff was very nice. However price quality ratio is very good.

For the price (15th at night) This is very correct. Well placed, not too far from the centre: 15mn walk from Oxford Street, about 7mn from the British Museum.
Very small rooms but you can still have a little privacy thanks to the curtains of bunk beds.
Breakfast: Toast, butter, jam, Nutella, coffee, tea, apple juice and orange. Enough!

We booked room for 8, unfortunately we had to request change to an individual for bad smells and dirt from the other visitors. A lot of people, breakfast becomes tedious when queuing to get food. Receptionist male bad tempered, noisy surrounding bathrooms, sometimes we woke up at night, most of the bad kitchen heaters. Overall good cleanliness and location. But if you want a good rest after visiting London, I'd think about it.

The booked 6 bed room was then a 10 bed room. Well, at least I didn't have to stay on the street.

Very nice hostel! Good breakfast and comfortable bedroom. The room with two single beds is small but it even has a TV. It is also very close to the British museum :)

It's a nice place, cheap and with friendly staff, the bed is small but is okay if you aren't so tall, the private shower in my bedroom turned hot to cold in seconds its uncomfortable. All days clean all very good. Please if you are thinking to go here dont take with you a big luggage, because you won't have so much space if you share a room. The best is the location and share room and you can cook in there! I wouldn't mind to back some day!

The cheap rooms are operated on beds but the hostel is good.

A central location and it was clean enough and with friendly people. You can have breakfast by paying two pounds.

Let's start with the positive: the WLAN worked every now and then and there are both Tesco, the subway station "Russell Square" as well as a small park (you want to be in the room eventually spoiling your appetite while eating) nearby.
The negative is probably not only explained with a few lines. The room was the purest catastrophe. Admittedly, I did not pay attention when booking and thought it was a double room, instead I met a dormitory with 4 bunk beds. There was a bathroom in the room (2 sqm) in which you could not even turn around. And that for 8 people. The carpet was stained, the curtains that serve as privacy and "privacy" were also gifts from the inside as well as disgusting stains. Instead of a cover for pillow, blanket and a sheet there were 2x sheets and 1x upholstery for pillows. So you put the sheet under the filthy duvet and you should sleep like this. I am 1, 76 m and had to angle my legs while sleeping, because the beds are far too short. You don't have a place where you can move around in peace.
Lockable compartments were available for an extra charge. These were under the beds and they consisted of light metal, so that one would be awake every time someone wanted to do his things. It was 7 ° outside and it was totally stuffy and warm in the room, in summer probably unimaginable. It glued chewing gum to the ceiling of the bed and all the rubbish from the visitor before lay under the bed.

Room of 9 people who in theory has the private bathroom, in theory because it is about 1 square metre large, not that the room is larger, since the size for nine people barely reach the 9 square meters.
Carpet in very dirty land, sheets that look like one of the few things cleaned along with pillowcases. The mattresses and blankets seem not to be washed for a long time, also some outlets present in the bunks are not functioning. To make showers outside of your room you must pass by the common room. As far as the reception of the staff the rate as just enough.

Staff were friendly and rooms and facilities were kept clean. However, the rooms were cramped, noisy, and kept very warm. The bunks are three high, and the bed is uncomfortable and only just large enough for an adult under 6 foot to lie down straight, any taller and you'll have problems. The only communal space is reserved in the morning for breakfast clients, resulting in no space for anyone else. The hostel is adequate for a short stay, but I would not recommend for longer than a few nights as it is truly not very comfortable.

Value for money very correct. Too bad the breakfast is extra as well as the lockers. But privatization of beds very appreciable.

The hostel is in a very good location (2 minutes from Russel Square subway station and just minutes from the British Museum), the staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms however are really tiny, as are the beds (I am 1, 65m high and I was very uncomfortable). Also the bathrooms are not the best, clean enough but the sink is too small. The price is still very affordable.

I hated this hostel. Very noisy, very hot rooms. I don't recommend it.

Location of the hostel very very convenient, very close to the metro of Russel Square with Piccadilly line. The hostel if not very bad though has many gaps. Rooms too small for too many guests, very small bathroom with a sink where you can hardly do any operation as it is tiny. Very affordable price.

Mega bad, it moulds in every corner everywhere is dirt and the showers don't get hot.

A rather well situated hostel. You can have your breakfast in the common room. The night will pass in dorms of +/— 9 people quite narrow but who make a large deal to spend the night. On the other hand plan towels for the shower it will be useful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast costs 2 pounds.

When looking for accommodation at reasonable prices very well located in London.
There are dormitories but also individual rooms with bathrooms.
Breakfast in a decent buffet.

I do not recommend the hostel any further. The staff was rude and not willing to help us as a mouse was in our room.
The shower was also so hot that you could only stand under for 2 seconds without burning. We have tried everything to make the temperature change, but unfortunately nothing has brought about.
Another point was the bed linen: there is a pillow cover and a varnish (which by the way was slipped at night, so you lay on the mattress…), there was no blanket covering.
The Auffenthalt was not exactly pleasant, absolutely beside it!

Perfect hostel for a low cost stay. Room with 3-storey beds. Sanitary Breakfast is not included in the price but it is offered in the morning. Otherwise there are shops nearby to do some errands, even nocturnal!

It's an OK place for short stay. Cons: so many people in a room with no space to walk and 3 stacks of bunk beds, kitchen closed in the mornings. Pros: good location, big common area and nice staff. Would I return? Only if I have no options.

Far too small rooms. Unfriendly staff. There was 1 kg of bananas stolen from the cleaning women in our room. Poor breakfast. We had to drink at breakfast from old Nutella agherds. The duvets are not washed. A 2 metre colleague of ours had to sleep on the dirty floor because the "bed" was far too small. The mattresses were old gym mats. The staff come to the "room" without a knock. Earplugs are issued at the reception, as it is difficult to sleep without them. Generally not recommended. The one star goes to free Wi-Fi.

For the price and a couple of night I think is fine. The bathroom were incredible Small, it was challenging doing your stuff in there ;P I didn't like that I needed to pay for the locker below my bed. The breakfast was just, bred, butter, Nutella and some cereals. The location was nice, quite Central and easy reachable.

If you want to know what a sardine feels like stay here, 9 in a small non ac room, so bit fishy. Smelly. 3 level bunks, banged my head more than once, I was on bottom okay for 1 night just to sleep. Location quite good for British museum and simple cheap breakfast. Near goodge st for bars etc. Not cheapest not best, lockers rubbish too small. Overall average.

Been staying there again and again for the last couple of years. They have refurbished the reception but the rooms are slowly starting to deteriorate. It's worth noting that beds are very short and narrow. It also gets extremely hot in there during warm summer months so keep away during that period. Otherwise, definitely not the worst hotel out there.

Staff is very nice, in particular Irene! Rooms are too hot and smelly during the summer. Common areas are clean and tidy.

Kitchen almost completely unusable the refrigerators are free of compartments with the envelopes thrown one over the other a stink of rotten and bad food, people still do not seem to make much case and continue to stack. The showers are always dirty is in a shared room with only a curtain, do not think you can hang the robe somewhere because it is not feasible you have to go out naked to the bench with the coat. The rooms to sleep in me have assigned those in the basement on my arrival I was handed sheets and blankets "clean" and I was told that I had to put them on my own, my bed was at the third compartment one higher up after I climbed I got Positioned with legs spread out between the two rows of beds doing my best to not fall and not wake anyone. Well what about the "room" an incredible smell of feet and there are no windows the only two are on the roof of those that open upward the only crack of air that prevents choking and of course it rains inside. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cheap hostel very centrally located. Easy to get to on foot from King's Cross/St. Pancras with places such as the British Museum or GOSH a 10 minute walk away. Rooms get stiflingly hot in the summer, and not enough space to sit up in the bunk beds if you're over 5ft tall. Bathroom was tiny. Basic breakfast available, staff pleasant enough.

Location is great, just a couple of minutes from the underground and some more from the British museum. The rooms are packed but nice and so is the staff. Very nice for how affordable it is.

In principle, there is not too much to criticize for the price. The staff is not unfriendly but also not positive. The rooms are not 100% clean, but so that you don't have to complain. The bathroom with shower is very small but quite useful. The beds are unfortunately quite short which can lead to problems in large people. We personally had difficulties with the much too cold air conditioning, which was switched off by the staff only after multiple complaints. Breakfast is edible but nothing special. All in all, satisfactory for the price and not too high standards.

It was my first time on a hostel. I am pretty much satisfied. Room was not that bad for 9 people. Toilets were pretty clean, there was always paper. My bad experience came the last day. I had to check out at 10 am and left my things there (that costs 2 pounds). When I came back I asked if I can stay at the common room for a few hours because my flight was at midnight. I was told I could stay there until 6pm which was nice by me. But then another member of the stuff came and told me that the hostel facilities are only for customers and that I should leave. I explained the situation and he said he didn't care. And I was wondering when I read the reviews about rude stuff.

Probably the worst accommodation I have ever experienced. I definitely do not recommend this hostel to anyone. Smells awful in the lobby, beds are uncomfortable, too short, lockers are not working properly, not enough toilets and they're too small. The less time you spend there, the better. It is better to pay a little more for something decent. However, location and price are fine.

Great location, great price. Basic but exactly what you paid for. Rooms are basic, a bit lacking in plug sockets, but it's so cheap you can't complain at all. They even include toast, cereal, and drinks for breakfast. Would stay again in a group.

Very good price for the downtown which is, though if you don't like to feel like in a concentration camp get something more carillo. In a room of about 15 square meters they got to sleep at 9 people with bunk beds up to 3 floors and the State (at least on the cheap) is not always the most attractive, I had one that even had a glass broken and entered all the cold Street and night was unbearable if it hits you just the bed beside that window (a friend is that it was). However the breakfast, which is included, is quite well. Another drawback is that it does not include slogans, although you do have clean sheets.

Very unhelpful and unsympathetic staff. A complete rip off. Steer clear if you are disabled. Had no rooms suitable and no facilities for disabled people. Worst hostel in London.

Inexpensive but without giving up the comfort and decent facilities. Free Wi-Fi, common areas to relax and unwind, varied breakfasts, etc. Very close to the British Museum and great atmosphere in the area.

I read so many bad reviews about this hostel and I truly don't understand why. I had no good expectations about it… and it was a very good surprise. There are no strange people, but people from all over the world and of all ages. Located in the very center of London is easy to go to all the touristic places. The hostel also provide a good breakfast (milk, tea, juice, bread, fruits, butter, jam, nutella). There are sooo many showers and all clean. I don't even see hair on the toilets or showers. The staff is very nice and I want to say THANK YOU to the receptionist boy. We arrived earlier, at 6am and he let us stay in the common room and also eat the breakfast even if the check-in is at 11am. I truly and sincerely recommend this hostel! Have a nice stay and enjoy lovely London!

The staff is totally unfriendly, they come in without knocking. The beds are too small. The rooms were now not the Hammer there were stains on the carpet, hair on the lamps and the bed linen was stained and the Madratzen. For 10 persons, there is only 1 toilet and shower for a Cabinet you still have to pay extra. It was clearly too little space. You must not drink and eat in the room. And I was think robbed.

Imagine being an older woman and being expected to climb into a three tier bunk. Imagine walking into a dormitory where there are so many bunks that they need krieg lights during the day because the light is blocked out. Imagine a culture in which the hostel says lights out is at 11 pm at night so at night, every person who comes in switches on these horrifically bright lights and wakes you up. Imagine a dormitory with so many beds that there are too many humans in too little space and the smell of sweat is sicking. Imagine a dormitory with so much filth and rubbish lying on the floor that you can't find space to walk. There is very little space to put anything and there are few trash cans about, so things just get dumped. Imagine having to climb endless staircases (no lift) to get to the top floor. Imagine male and female bathrooms where there is no privacy. Imagine toilets which are so small that if you're a wee bit overweight you struggle to fit in. Best not to go here. Oh, yes, and I took photos to prove it all.

Run at all costs this hostel! With my 4 friends, have hosted us for 4 nights in this hostel for our stage in London on our interrail. The feeling after this stay was we slept in a prison, in a camping 2 stars, in a train berth making short hovering the list of metaphors is long! We arrived, we ended up in a room with a lot of bunk beds where people were crammed like cattle. Very little space, very little ventilation (you can imagine the heat and smells) lockers are paid of course. But the biggest quenelle was that for a booking of a room with 15 beds, we ended up with a room of 18 beds including 3 free so for them this is a room of 15! (Typically what we told the host, what more is wrong because the first two nights only 2 beds were free). The night you have to sleep with the sounds of permanent piping. Side shower is the sauna, it's like jail or at a campsite, almost none wearing business and old washstands. The icing on the cake is the mini 10 square meter room that serves as a hostel for over 150 people that doesn't have any ovens kitchen and who is very limited equipment (little powerful plate, no protective glove against the heat, fridge packed, 10 plates including 3 large for 150 people). Wi — Fi it is not madness. Still 2 positive points which are the price and the location, but it catches nothing up the rest. In short, hostel to flee!

For the price, 5 stars. Clean, organized, quiet compared to other hostels. Dorm beds are bunk (3), prefer the bed in the middle. Each bed is team of curtains to isolate themselves.

Small rooms, small beds, not a single hanger, or a chair, room carpet full of stains. We stayed for seven nights, the heater didn't work (after a complaint, they offered more blankets. ). Breakfast was poorly put together (toast and some sort of butter and jam). Internet free only on the lounge. Ultra zealous staff, aggravating even. Plus we were charged with an extra 2£ for keeping our bags for a couple of hours (first time anything like this has happened to us). Never again.

That's a nice place. I stayed 2 nights here. Very safe! I didn't even use the lockers (1.50 pounds) because we were all leaving our bags on the ground without any problems. There's new showers (on the third floor) and it's one of the most calm hostel I see. No hard music.

I stayed last night and foudn it to be excellent for the very low price. Clean and tidy Good facilities: — — plugs around for free device charging — — showers (clean, with free lockers on request) — — reasonable beds (I'm 6ft and fitted just. They have curtains round which most hostels don't) — — decent kitchen (24hr I think, not available in many hostels at this price) Excellent staff: — — reception polite and helpful (sorted an issue with someone nicking my bed quickly and without fuss) — — cleaners working pretty much around the clock it seemed Generally a friendly atmosphere and nice busy common room, people chatting, eating and drinking in the evening. I think the 1 star reviews have not really travelled far outside their mummy's living rooms, as this is a decent hostel in a great spot.

Me and some mates stopped through here at the start and end of our euro trip over summer. It was super central, awesome for a night out or to see london. We could get the train from kings cross to gatwick and the eurostar brought us back to the same stations which was a few minutes walk from the hostel. We were placed in a room with an ensuite the second stay which was sick, there was brekky but we missed it. Decent place for a few nights, curtains on the beds were a bonus for privacy and to keep the lights dark in your bed. Would come back here next time I come over to europe.

We stayed at Smart Russell Square few weeks ago. We were a group of 9, our mistake was we booked the hostel with individuals bookings when we could book just one room. We arrived and obviously we were allocated in different rooms as the receptionist didn’t know we were friends. We were coming from different countries and we wanted to be together. The manager reeeeally nice guy had to move the rest of the reservations to allocate all our bookings in the same room. Thank you very much, we really enjoyed our stay in London and in your hostel. We will come back, hopefully next year ;-) we would love to see your new rooms.

Very welcoming and very comfortable, clean and safe hostel. Perfect for backpackers. Very pleasant staff. Beds small but comfortable, I recommend without hesitation. I'll be back.

Do not be fooled by the nice exterior of the building — this hostel is an absolute joke! Our room was the size of a cupboard, and the bathroom the size of one in an airplane, with the sink, toilet, and shower practically touching each other. The staff were not helpful at all about local attractions and sites, and the management even worse. Construction took place in the building the entire time we stayed there, which completely eradicated the miniscule amount of atmosphere the place tried to put out. All the couches in the "lounge room" downstairs were old and missing padding, so you were practically just sitting on a metal frame. To make things even worse (if at all possible) the fire alarm in the building went off on one of the mornings, and we were then falsely accused of smoking, and almost kicked out of our room for doing absolutely nothing! I've stayed at many hostels throughout my travels, but this was by far the worse! Do yourselves a favor and stay anywhere else! A park bench would be more accommodating.

Good: Location, free Internet Bad: Everything eles. We have an asbestos problem, no clean mattresses, no hot water, just showers in the basement, no mugs, dirty rooms, no knives and forks. Quite everything exept the location is horrible. Its good for one night but dont stay more then one day. If u dont care much about hygiene u can rate this Hostel with 2-3 Stars.

They should fire the main door staff, a black guy who seems to think this place is a Gulag. Obviously his life is so complete he has the incredible power of staring people down, chatting up girls with zero charm, asking for key cards without any manners and talking at everyone as if they are one step away from re-education and enforced labor. What a sad individual. Please Smart Russell Square, get rid of this bad egg staff member so that people can enjoy their travels and your hostel can improve as it has potential.

There are mice in the basement! The prices are very low. The rooms and the Beds are too small.
