5 star service! Very impressed. I've just stayed here for 2 days with work (Clarins) and I'm completely blown away with how polite and helpful all of the staff are! From the reception staff to the cleaners, the restaurant hosts and the waiting staff all incredible! I recognise 5 star service because I use to work for 2 of the worlds leading airlines and it's a real breath of fresh air to experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel situated in the heart of Covent Garden. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel and staff made my stay in London a memorable one and I would definitely stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying here last weekend, for a girly weekend away.
I literally couldn’t fault it, amazing welcome and beautiful hotel in a stunning area of London, just a few mins walk to all the gorgeous shops, bars and restaurants of Covent Garden. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble at all. I will 100% be staying here again, and will look forward to recommending this hotel to potential customers of mine.

Hooray for Paul! We arrived for a two day business trip and originally booked Grafton Hotel but were moved. The hotel was great and reception staff were very professional and accommodating especially Paul. Our only concern was the Manmouth Kitchen waiters who on three separate occasions said they had no seats available to sit for eats/coffee. We observed the seats from our room and two separate tables were empty for 40 mins! We could of easily had a coffee and/or snack but were refused. We went to the room and ordered room service instead. We tried again on Sunday when we could see spare tables, again we were told sorry no they are booked! The receptionist kindly went and asked the cafe manager who said yes we could have a table! Seemingly it is who you know, not good. Just as well there are plenty of alternative places to eat and drink nearby.
Again a special mention to Paul, reception.

We had a wonderful stay here for my birthday. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were all polite and friendly and went out of their way to look after us. The breakfast was delicious. The housekeepers were so friendly and did an excellent job. They seemed to work day and night. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The reception manager Paul Fraser was so thoughtful and helpful. Thank you for making my weekend special.

Good staff excellent location nice rooms.

Went as part of a course in may, the meeting room was suitable, perhaps a little small for the numbers booked but adequate. The hotel was nice enough and was clean. The food might have been nice, it was hard to say as I was unable to eat any of the menu. We were apparently eating a set menu (none of us knew until it was brought out so we couldn't give any dietary requirements, this may have been on the fault of the course provider) one member of staff was very rude when a girl said she required a gluten free meal and I felt he was then unapproachable to let him know I would require a vegetarian meal and was unable to eat mushroom. Instead, I opted to go and get my meal elsewhere as I was so unhappy with the service and felt unable to tell the staff member I couldn't eat the food. The people who were able to eat the meal did it was very good so the chefs did a good job just one bad waiter ruining the experience.

Checked-in online but they didn’t have the room I chose so totally pointless. First floor rooms are noisy. For the price this is pretty poor from Radisson.

Good quality room, albeit small. Breakfast bar quite limited but good quality. Great location. Seven Dials excellent location. Friendly staff and Champagne on arrival!

Wonderful hotel rooms lovely very comfortable beds and pillows. Interesting having steps to go down into room but very clean all mod cons. Highly recommend to stay for theatre visit.

Great hotel in the amazing Seven Dials locations. Very clean rooms, great maid service, gym is nice and centrally located to everything. The rooms are very much on the small size, so be aware of that. The bathroom is also very tiny. For the price, location and cleanliness it is unbeatable.

The room is clean and the location is very close to good shopping. Service is good and the food in the restaurant and room service is very good.

Location, Location, Location! It was great being close to Covent Garden, theatres, shopping, sightseeing… Hotel personnel were lovely. The room was comfortable, clean and average size for London (small). There wasn’t enough tabletop/countertop space or drawers for personal items in the bedroom and bathroom. There was only one nightstand between the twin beds and it was tiny. Breakfast was nice with a variety of food and drink with polite service, but not fast or friendly! They should also be open before 7:00 am or at least have coffee available.

Very nice hotel in a very nice and cosy neighborhood. Excellent location on Seven Dials. Everything on walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms with all the amenities available. Excellent buffet breakfast. Had a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

There are two Raddison Blu hotels just 5 minutes apart. The one at seven dials on Mercer st is amazing. Clean, up to date modern. TV is oddly placed and air condition is weak, but op the windows and the fresh air and smells from local restaurants make up for it well. Concierge service is friendly and very knowledgable about the area. Authentic fish and chips just down the road at Fish and Sole Plaice. Chinatown in walking distance also!

Unbeatable location! On the 7 dials! In the heart of Covent carden. Theatres are all arroind, so are shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpfull. Staff. Very good service. Cleanand quiet rooms. Modern fascilities. Small nice GYM. Breakfast is interesting with a peruvan twist, the same place works as a peruvan bar and restaurant. Worth a try. We had a fabuous stay at the very special room Rooms are not equal and differ in size and shape so this could be tricky.

Good hotel for a stay in London in central area with high prices but all in all acceptable.

Superbly located hotel for theatre land and London's other west end attractions. Room was small but very clean and well equipped, excellent for a one night stay. Breakfast was best I've tasted in a hotel!

Each time I visit London this is my first choice. The front office staff greet me like a regular guest, provide me every attention and aware of my 30hr journey. The restaurant exactly the same, greeted with a smile and every courteousy. And I am in one of the most busiest and lively areas!

The decoration sucks to shit, it makes on Booking, so we did not know how to go to another hotel far away. People are not helpful.

Having transferred to the Mercer St. Hotel from the Kenilworth (due to a booking issue), I cannot fault the service received in rectifying the problems we had. The room was very comfortable if a little smaller than expected (likely due to the unusual shape). Apple TV was provided should you require it, satellite channels available otherwise. The hotel bar has 6 seats, so may be a little small for some groups, but this is due to it serving the restaurant rather than a dedicated bar area. The bar staff are incredibly talented and knowledgeable about their cocktails and spirits. It's worth a visit not only for it's reasonable prices, but to watch the precision and talented 'show' displayed by the bar tenders when preparing the drinks. I'd recommend the Seven Dials punch. The location is great for Seven Dials shopping (literally in the central junction) as well as a short walk to Covent Garden.

Spectacular, special and the best service!

Rooms and service are pretty much perfect from what I have experienced. The breakfast is also good. Just one flaw: A door for the shower would be a welcome addition.

I really loved the breakfast in this hotel. It made my day because there were also healthy choices (more veggies and fruits). Really appreciated that. Rooms were excellent and staff was really polite. In all very, very good customer experience.

This hotel is fabulous, staff is attentive, always trying to make your stay pleasant. The location is perfect for area attractions and the theater. The beds are amazing never wanted to get out of them.

Ordered food and drinks from the bar. All the requests made were not met. Food does not fill one person (the pizza was tiny). The space itself is really nice. A good chill out spot.

It's a great location, but the amenities are limited. Small rooms, hair dryers attached to the inside of a closet, no hair conditioner. It's pretty mediocre. They occasionally leave cut fruit in the room and when I don't want it, they don't take it even when it gets mostly in a couple days. Strange.

Beautiful hotel, I was a guest with two other friends, it is placed in one of the main streets and is close enough to the main attractions (5-10 minutes walk), got off the hotel you have pretty much every kind of local needed for breakfast, lunch or for a beer In peace, only flaw, being in three we were given a double room with an additional bed, the latter was in a nutshell a uncomfortable…

We stayed two night in this very nice centrally located hotel. The rooms are small but very nice, very nice bathroom. Wifi was available in the hotel, the breakfast was very good and set you up for the day. We would stay there again for sure as you could walk to all the main theaters and and shows.

Great location, great rooms and great staff! Situated in a really neat area and so close to the picadilly line. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff helped us a lot especially checking in and out, holding our bags for us while we were waiting.

Perfect location. Trafalgar square, National Gallery and Covent Garden are in 10 minutes', Big Ben, Westminster, and Buckingham is 30 min walk. Many bars and restaurants are around. Room is clean and staffs are very kind. They extended the check out time without any additional charge.

Stayed here on Sunday night, the staff are very friendly, room was great everything you needed, wide variety food from breakfast, this is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and will be going back in November.

The location is superb, the rooms modern, the ambience chilled but the highlight is the attentive and courteous staff. An excellent hub for a West London visit.
