Really looked after us during our stay — Shanice (might have spelt that wrong! ) on the desk, room service and the young man in the bar all contributed to a wonderful weekend. The building has lovely character, our room was great, will definitely come back again. 👍

Very poor layout. After alighting the lift at the right floor, we then had to carry heavy luggage up and down steps to get to our room. Also for a ‘Blu’ the room was very basic and had a deep step up into bathroom.

What a horrible experience that I am still having. The payment for my stay was already done through the booking agency. on checking in, I was asked for a large sum of money, which I asked if it is an incidentals/security deposit and I was told it is just on hold until my checkout. I received a confirmation from my bank that they have however still charged me for that payment which at checkout, I had informed the staff that I believed was a security deposit and that it should be returned. they confirmed this to me and I asked for a receipt. surprise! they charged me for it. Management was involved and I as told the money will be returned in 3 days. The money was however confirmed withdrawn after 7 days by my bank and never returned. I have ofcourse sent emails which they choose to ignore. my stay was about 3 weeks ago so this is theft in my opinion.

Nice place, great service and a nice mix of modern and Edwardian features. Close to Warren St tube station too.

They have accepted large responsibility to accommodate Quarantined people, unfortunately I didn't find they are doing as advertised. No good food
No required procedure for COVID-19 test. They are too proud for nothing 😡😡

I had fabulous service from all the staff during my two week stay in March. The room was perfect, the food was superb and the staff were superb, always asking how I was and making me feel so welcome, I also got a lovely card from Housekeeping ❤❤xx.

We went to have. Steak & lobster. Wow the staff are do nice they had a smile on there faces and happy to help. The food was also very good.

Gorgeous furnishings and very clean however the bedroom room was awkward layout, hairdryer didn't reach mirror, noisy and a pillar in middle of room. The restaurant is steak and lobster, literally, they wouldn't sway from it or accommodate gluten free and added 12.5% service charge. Breakfast and lunch also very poor, missing items, had to wait ages for eggs, no gluten free bread again or cakes.

Good hotel, reasonable price for London. Staff was friendly, amenities are solid, decor is modern. Great central location, a block from Warren Street station, a few from several others, really easy to get around. Rooms aren't very large, but it's London.

Nice hotel in a central location. When I come to London I typically stay near Hyde or Green Park. The Radisson Blu Grafton is a departure from that. While conveniently located, I found the local buildings to be new and commercial. The rooms are pleasant and clean. My bathroom was generous for a London hotel, with a combined bath and shower (even if the shower door leaks a lot on to the floor). Breakfast was included with my room. The morning buffet is very generous. I often had enough that I did not need lunch. The staff were friendly and looked after me well.

The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. The staff welcomes us and are very friendly. The rooms are a tad outdated but very spacious and has all the amenities. The underground is next to the hotel which makes it easy to travel around London. Also London Euston is close by for traveling outside of the city. We booked this hotel as we planned on visiting Harry Potter Studios, the location made it easy to get to the station. I also received a little treat for my birthday.

The 3-star rating is given out of pity for the staff. The Hotel has seen better days; at check-in some staff was good, others not. There seemed to be mass confusion (but I did appreciate the young lady who brought us cups of water). Our room overlooked a dingy courtyard. When we went to dinner, we told the front desk that the a/c was not cooling our room. When we returned from dinner, the room was still very warm, but we saw that they gave us a fan. We had to get our van at 7:50 a. M the next morning; but the buffet breakfast didn’t open until 7:30 a. M. ; when we pointed this out to the desk clerk, he said he would ask the kitchen to open early, at 7:15 a. M. The next morning, we were at the entrance to the buffet…and the kitchen staff knew nothing about opening early. So, we just entered the buffet much to the chagrin of the staff. Not all the food was out at that time, but we managed to get coffee and some pastries, and still caught the van at 7:50.

On the surface the hotel looked superb with a glossy reception area and attentive staff. However appearances can be deceiving. The room was okay as twin rooms go but certain touches were missing such as we had a kettle but no cups/saucers/teaspoons. The complimentary hairdryer was located in the desk drawer but the mirror was about 4 feet away, to one side, and the cord barely stretched that distance.
As we were only staying for one night it wasn't too much of an inconvenience — the room was clean and the bathroom well equipped with towels & toiletries. The real problem came in the morning when we came down for breakfast. The woman in charge of welcoming guests and seating them seemed out of her depth and unsure of what she was doing. When we came down there were about 4 parties in front of us but within minutes the queue was out of the door. Most of the tables visible had obviously been used but not cleared and reset so they were preparing one table at a time to seat someone in the queue. Parties of more than 4 were having to wait longer & couldn't be seated together. When we were eventually seated they were still setting the table and we were offered tea & coffee but there were no cups & then no teaspoons. The juice bar had no clean glasses available but the counter behind was cluttered with dirty glasses waiting to be washed. When I asked for a glass I was handed one straight out of the dishwasher.

Room and service were great, somebody brought me flowers and chocolate to my room when I arrived. The breakfast buffet is really good, great vegan choices too! I wasn't impressed that the front desk person made me look for my own bag and didn't even apologize. Didn't make me feel good about their bag hold system. Plus I stayed for a week and still got asked every day over breakfast if it was my first time. Also please don't ask me so many questions so early in the morning ;)

On a professional trip, we stayed at the Radisson Blu for 2 nights. If I have nothing to say about the reception and the staff who were perfect at all points, it must be clarified that the rooms are not at all the image of the lobby. When one is modern and warm, the others seem to be out of the 70 years with despicable carpet and kitsch curtains. Fortunately the bedding is very comfortable and once lengthened and the eyes closed you will spend an excellent night. But at almost €450 the two nights, one is entitled to imagine a little more modernity in the Deco.

One night stay for a black tie event at another hotel. Room (small double at the front of the hotel) was fine, small but fine. Decor was fresh and bed linen crisp and clean. Bar was a little lacking in atmosphere but the G&T was excellent (maybe a wider range of craft gins needed? ). Staff were great, check-in dealt with an imprecise business booking and bar staff were more than capable. Was it worth the £234 charged for the night, no, but what city hotel is VFM? Would I stay again? Yes…

Great location, room clean and comfortable. Tube station literally next door, which was great after a long day walking around before catching tubes. There was some noise outside, but it was Friday night and there are bars and shops close by. Able to sleep through it though. Breakfast nice, lots of choice.

This place is well maintained, clean, with comfortable rooms. Staff is very professional and able, eager to assist. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Hotel near public transportation, restaurants and a 10-15 minute walk to Covent Garden area which is shopping district. Loved our stay.

Close to the metro. Excellent care. Comfortable rooms. In the area there is a wide gastronomic offer. Accessible to the station king's cross to the museum of madame tussauds and sherlock holmes museum.

4-star Hotel burning well is of 2. Dripping water from the ceiling of the room for a apply light. Hotel is very avarage for the price of the room.

We stayed here for one night over a weekend and we thought it was okay. The bed was comfy, had nice pillows and warm duvet. The bathroom was nice but a little outdated. It was very clean. The room was quite noisy (even being on the 4th floor). The breakfast was mediocre at best. We went down at a reasonably peak time, staff were very nice and seated us quickly despite being busy. The "hot" buffet was pretty much all cold. The fresh juices were very tasty. We probably wouldn't stay here again.

Great location, but the rooms were a bit dated. The walls and window facing the street did a poor job at keeping noise out, you could literally hear somebody drop a nickel outside on the sidewalk, or somebody down the hall unlocking their door. Staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. Clean rooms.

The room I was in had a small steep between bed and the rest of the room. This was unsighted and unmarked and resulted in me almost falling over on serval occasions. The breakfast was okay although there was no obvious way to get fresh silverware for when staff took away dirty utensils. The made to order food was nice but it was odd to not see boiled or fried eggs available. I had to chase up the shoeshine in order for them to take and return them but they did a reasonable job. The conference room and staffing made the work more tolerable.

Breakfast was good. However room was dusty, particularly the wardrobe. All staff were helpful apart from the concierge in the morning. I was advised that they could charge my mobile phone as I had forgotten my charger. However the cable required was not behind the desk and the lady said she was too busy to get it for me.

OK, it's London. But a bath in which you can only get into the shower with contortions, because it is super small, a floor where you do not run barefoot with disgust and a bed sheet, in which you do not know when it would be washed the last time, this is in my view no €200 value.

On arrival it was a long slow process to book in and obtain a room key. The room was dated but clean and comfortable. Alas for us and the main reason for three stars is that the ceiling in the bathroom had water pouring through it. We were on a right schedule as we had tickets for the theatre which was explain to reception. The hotel moved our rooms but no assistance with luggage or anything to help us make the theatre was offered which resulted in us missing the first act. Food was lovely although eating areas were very busy.

Love this hotel. Very close to Warren St Tube Station. Fantastic breakfast. Homemade marmalade, detox juice, fresh fruit freshly prepared, variety of yogurts. Staff very friendly, and beds extremely comfortable.

What a beautiful hotel to stay at extremely convenient local and easy to connect to get into central London and to get to Camden. Such a beautiful presented room so clean and as for the bed wow! so comfortable and I couldn't have paid more for a better deluxe suite. Thank you guys.

They were extremely professional, and very accommodating, in assisting me with mitigating issues early on in my visit. Would recommend reaching out if any concerns are needed — was a game-changer. Original — Nov 17 — 3/5 Warm staff, cold rooms. Lovely location, but quite noisy. Would recommend exploring other options, especially in light of cost.

Very handy for warren st tube. Room was nice and clean with decent selection of toiletries. Let down slightly by the breakfast. Food was cold, toaster didn't work. When they finally filled up the juice. There were no glasses. No one was clearing tables when people left. It was very busy so perhaps they were just short staffed.

The hotel is highly recommended. However, the rooms are typical of London small.

Pleasant lounge, good atmosphere, excellent jasmine tea :) however didn’t like it that at times the music was too loud and the staff could not accommodate my polite request to lower its volume.

Finding the carpet in the room in the 2018 in a 4 star hotel I find it a bit anachronistic. The room was a little noisy. There are no power sockets near the bed.

I've stayed here a few times. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms range from small, to very spacious, depending on what you book. All are clean and beds are very comfortable. Room decor is a little dated in areas, but for the most part fairly modern. Bar is generally lively and good selection of beverages and food, but it's a tad expensive. However, location is excellent as it's close to central London and Euston Station, with Warren Street tube right next door.

Avoid if u can! I wanted to write a long review but then I thought it’s not worth wasting more time on this hotel. Stayed there on Thursday for a night. Someone just opened the door of my room in morning around 9 without even a knock. I screamed so he/she closed it. I’m guessing it was a hotel staff obviously but how shocking that they don’t check the room no. Before opening. Room was tiny and compared to what they have shown in pictures. Looked very old, and worn out. A massive pillar in the room, requested for water which came like half n hour later. Breakfast was not good at all. And many more things… The only thing I gave 2 star for is that the staff was polite n warm. Not worth the price!

Nice staff, very nice rooms, a little small but for a one night stay in London City centre I can't complain. Very clean, food was nice but not much choice. All in all I'd stay again.

Stayed for a night in a standard double room and it was great. For the standard of room it was pretty cheap and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but had everything you'd expect. Location is great, tube stop just round the corner and plenty of food options if you want a bite to eat.

Paid for by work. Was a nice place. There was always someone to open the door for you which is nice and posh. Breakfast was amazing.

Had drinks at the bar Order taken quicky. Price reasonable. Waitress lacked in training and confidence. Could not pour champagne and ended up spilling it. Only poured a tiny bit into glasses and then disappeared. Other than that it was a nice quite experience. Restrooms exceptionally clean. Reception of the hotel was crowed as it's not very large and had quite a lot of guests mulling around waiting to leave. Would quite like to try their Steak and Lobster restaurant in the future.

Great location and very comfortable room. The bathroom was clean but a minor leak on both corners of the shower. Aircon was a little loud but otherwise, bed was comfy and room size was excellent (superior single). Breakfast was brilliant.

Great location … my hotel of choice for every visit to London … this time they got everything spot on for a most enjoyable stay … an upgraded room and a fruit platter in the room was fab!

The hotel was lovely, however the bathroom lock in our room had a faulty lock which resulted in one of our party getting locked in the bathroom for half an hour while maintenance sorted it, staff helped and were efficient in getting them out however the troubles came after. We were then moved to a different room and told which room we would be moving to, but it wouldn't be ready for a little while as it needed to be cleaned. All fine at this point, we went on our way for the day and would pick our keys up later on. When we returned in the early evening at 6pm we were given our new room keys and went to our room, to find other guests belongings already in that room. So back down to the reception where we were then given another room. A bit of a mess around but still all fine at this point, mistakes happen. The issue was when we were then woken up at half past 11 at night by a member of staff and another guest asking when we'd checked in and what our booking details were, so then related the whole story back to this man of the incident of the bathroom, then another guest being placed in the room we were then assigned, and then them finding us an available room at 6pm that evening. They then went on their way and we went back to bed, to then get a phone call 10 minutes later asking me for the same information I'd just given them.

Great location right next to the tube, lovely entrance and check in was good.
We booked a luxuary double room which to be honest was ok nothing brill, couple of things let it down, no mirror at the dressing table where the hairdryer is? Very strange! Not even one in the room. The other thing that let it down was again at the dressing table where the switches are for charging phones etc was extremely dusty, not just a day or so but really quite thick.
The bathroom was nice enough with nice touches, like cotton wool, emery boards etc.
We had a drink in the bar where again service was good and drinks served in nice glasses.
We only had breakfast which was very good, nice variety, hot and restocked often. Again service was good.
We only stayed one night and went out right away, am sure if I had said something to reception the issues would have been resolved, but I did not.
Would def stay here again as good location nice staff and good breakfast.

For nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location in London, near underground and train stations. Close to Oxford street if you are going for shopping. Room was specious, beds were comfy and very well maintained.

Good location and found a great price through a booking app. Bathroom was the best. I wanted a soaking tub and they got it and it felt amazing to have that extra. Had a really comfortable bed with decent quality sheets. We did go downstairs to the restaurant and enjoyed some craft cocktails and dinner. The concierge was so helpful in getting us a table and making arrangements as we were very tired from traveling and arrived late from Paris. I'm an interior designer so I found the finishes and overall aesthetic of the hotel to be top notch. Pleasantly surprised to have chosen this place.

Because despite the breakfast checks of the match room number and surname, at 1.30 at night Mo are found one in the room because he said he had lost the key and accidentally gave my number. Security?!?

My family stayed for a weekend and very much enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was most accommodating.

Nice hotel, reasonably priced. The room was very hot though and it wasn't easy to work out how to set the temperature.

Great location but slightly offset by high volume traffic noise from busy junction. Never heard so many police cars and ambulances at night. There is also major construction work taking place nearby. Staff are excellent. Good breakfast options though service more complicated than necessary. There are better options in London if you prefer a quiet stay.

I stayed 3 nights the room was ok tiny but ok, no nice view, brecfast was ok no vrities, the location was great, not for kids but dfenitly I will try again if I will stay in the area.

Great proximity to Warren Street station. Appreciated early check-in. Overall well kept hotel and rooms. The room was hot though, the thermostat said it was blowing 13c (approx 55F) which should be very cold but it was more like 78-82. The room was so unbearably hot I could not sleep. I called down after the first night and they said they would send someone up while we were out. It was still hot the next night. I told the front desk about this and they seemed confused (we were both speaking English) then apologized, but alas I paid for a place to sleep for two nights and couldn't sleep. Also, the one "American" outlet was broken, someone came up to repair it which lasted about an hour. Expected more based on stars and price.

I expected more from a Radisson Blu Hotel then what this hotel is. The breakfast is simple, scrambled eggs made from powder, undercoocked bacon and in general low variaton.

Great Hotel… Great Decor. Room was small but not a prblem… Staff were very helpful when I stayed… Located in Good spot close to Euston… Busy area and Habitat was down the road… Cant wait to stay again…

Very nice hotel and great breakfast. If you can I'd choose a room as far up as you can. I was on the 2nd floor and was awoken at 4AM by noises out on the street.

Nice and modern hotel close to Euston. Hotels in London can be a bit so-so, but this one delivers what it promises. I've stayed here twice and I might be back. The only downside is that beds are a bit hard and uncomfortable, but that may be just me being picky.

The hotel was really easy to get too from Warren Street tube and had very friendly and efficient staff that made you feel welcome. The room I had was tiny but well equipped with everything I needed. The reason for not giving it five stars is that the room was boiling in the night and the air conditioning was so loud I couldn't easily get to sleep with it on.

Stayed two nights. The upside is that it's well located and close to all the major attractions and transport. The downside is the rooms are tiny, as is the bathroom, my bed had a hump on one side and wasn't comfortable. I thought the breakfast service could be improved. Gluggy scrambled eggs, not very nice bacon, toast making was slow and the coffee service iffy. Oh, I had to steal butter from another table as there was none on mine on both days. My friend stayed in a nearby hotel for slightly less money and had it better all round, so I will stay elsewhere next time in London.

Stayed 2nd to 3rd January. Location ideal. Rooms not the biggest. But perfect for us. Hospitality good. Helpful staff. Lovely place.

Mixed review here, the room was enormous with a private balcony and a fantastic bathroom. HOWEVER the place stank of cigarettes as if whoever was in the room before had been chain smoking. When I complained to the hotel they said they could not do anything about it and offered no compensation. It took speaking to the manager (who was to busy initially) to finally get given a free bottle of wine in the bar (for which we had £50 vouchers for anyway). Still the bar staff were very nice and even brought out a birthday cake for me so they get it put up from 3 to 4 stars.

Decent enough hotel for getting to Euston Road or Tottenham Court Road. Front rooms can be noisy with buses at stop outside and hospital opposite. Breakfast decent and wide choice.

The Grafton is a hotel of tradeoffs. All of the rooms are relatively small, though I guess that is to be expected in the area. However, the first room we were in took small to a new level. My wife and I could barely maneuver in the room without running into each other. The size was not the main problem, though. The main problem was that the room shared a wall with the elevator. As a result, it was impossible to sleep with the sound of the elevator mechanism running all night. Combined with the bathroom that had some cleanliness issues, the staff offered to change our room. The new room was definitely better. However, it still had issues. The Wi-Fi was very flaky in the room. The shower could not maintain a consistent temperature. Every minute or so, the water would become scaldingly hot. So, the Grafton is a hotel of tradeoffs. Maybe the room will be noisy. Maybe the shower will try to burn you. And all for a price that seems a little too high.

Stayed here 4 nights in September. Room was quite warm and air-conditioning and bathroom ventilation loud. Breakfast is extra £20. Room itself is small but cozy, bed is great. You get the usual services plus gym, no pool which is a shame. Great location, 5 min walk to Euston and 1 min to Warren Street underground station.

I stayed for 5 nights in the Radisson Grafton. The location of the hotel is ok, you have an underground station next door and the Regent's park is nearby as well. We all know that hotel prices in London are a bit crazy, allthough the average standard is usually not that high compared to other cities/countries. The double room I got on the 4th floor looked quite old fashioned but the size was ok (for London). Unfortunately some things were really annoying: The room itself seemed to e very dusty what I could identify by the dust layers on my laptop and phone. My windows were heading out to Tottenham road, which is quite busy and you could hear a lot of the things going on down there due to the old windows installed. Also the bathroom is not that nice. You don't have a floor heating, the shower floods half of the room while using it and you will hear the ventilation system in the bedroom. Positiv to mention is the bed and matrace which were very comfortable and can offer you good sleep if it's not too noisy. You should not expect too much from the TV if you wanna use it. The stuff is very friendly and breakfast is ok although overpriced. Conclusion: The hotel itself is ok for a few nights but you will pay a lot of money for low standards. Unfortunately this happens quite often in London. I was disappointed and will look for a different one next time.

Small but comfortable for the most part. I had a fall out with the thermostat that reset to 22oC every night but the staff, food and facilities are all good.

The bar/restaurant/lounge area is a great place to wander in to get out the books or a laptop and get some work or studies done. It's a pretty open space, with high ceilings (meaning you can hear people), a gentle crowd and a far slower and more relaxed place than the nearby Starbucks or Prets. They have Wi-Fi, sockets, a bar, generous afternoon tea and a choice of steak or lobster ;-) Not the cheapest, but worth it.

We had a quick meeting here as suggested by a business partner. It's okay, nothing I extraordinary with the service yet it was prompt, coffee and sandwiches were good enough. For a quick get together this should be fine.

I only went for afternoon tea here and it was an ultimate rip off, 33 pounds per person (our offer said it would be 20! ) and the sandwiches were stale, there was no nice china and the service was rubbish! Would not recommend their afternoon tea what so ever, and seeing how poor their service was I wouldn't stay there, either.

Easy access from kings cross and euston stations. Even single rooms are a gppd size. Excellent customer service. Would recommend booking in advance but they will negotiate on last minute bookings. Also great links for getting to all local attractions.
