Fantastic central location to stay when visiting London and very close to Euston, King’s Cross and St Pancras International railway Stations. Premium basic hotel chain, friendly staff, unlimited breakfast available to non-guests and surprising little traffic noise. The first floor lounge and restaurant is also open to the public. We find it very handy for charging mobiles and uploading photographs over a hot chocolates and coffees! The Costa has nice cakes too. Top tip – you can book a restaurant table with Wi-Fi and power sockets for a meeting or family/friends get-together for £5 (half day).

Great quality/price ratio. Good size for rooms, quiet, modern.

Good value for the money. Rooms are clean and spacious. No fancy lobby or common areas. Great location close to train station and underground. Traffic is bumper to bumper so hopefully you can get around without a car. Would stay here again.

Very well run hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast was lovely. Hotel is just a 5 minutes walk from St Pancras Eurostar station.

Excellent location, close to Euro Star Station as well as tube stations. Magnificent bed, room was clean and spacious. Staff were great and plenty of food options nearby.

Those of us who go to this chain know their pros and cons! The hotel is very nice and the room is very good. The best Monica a lady Genoese always ready to help! A genius.

On the plus side the room was fine, bed was comfortable and there's tea and coffee making in the room. However the food and service in the restaurant was barely average. Turned up to the almost empty restaurant and was told I'd have to wait 20mins for a table. When I was eventually seated (at a table that had been empty the whole time I waited) I waited ages for a sullen waiter to take my order. The food (which was not great) took ages to arrive. If you're after a bed only then fine, but eat elsewhere…

A pleasant, convenient and enjoyable stay from start to finish. Having used their online check-in facility, arrival at the hotel was so simple it took no more than 30 seconds before we were heading to the lift to go to our room. The room was spacious and light, with huge windows. There are plenty of power outlets, lights, a television with various inputs and other useful bits and bobs. The shower over the bath was superb. The room overall was clean, tidy, well presented and very inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable, the only downside of which was not wanting to get out of it in the morning. A simply satisfying and pain-free stay.

Great base for visiting London. Less than 10 mins from Euston Station. Clean and tidy, good size family room. Gorgeous beds! Nice and quiet. Breakfast fresh and in good supply, lots of choice. Can drop off luggage before you're able to check in, so don't need to carry bags around if you arrive early in the day.

The hotel was simple but clean. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food was decent. The location was perfect for visiting London. Less than a block to an underground station and buses going to the main tourist sites stop in the same block as the hotel. We loved our stay at this hotel.

Great location! Wonderful beds. Enough Amenities. Abundance of shops, museums and places to visit. Extremely friendly staff. Troublesome lifts and not serving me hot chocolate past 11pm are only reason for 4/5. Otherwise, perfect place to book a night.

The Mars of the subway is very welcoming, the parts in the escalator people have very good organization, the convenient of the meters go exactor and finally the fact that every 3 minutes or so pass a train that leads to the same directions but not many people Q EU speak other languages as per Ejmplo Spanish. But the meters are excellent in my opinion.

Always live up to the expectations for a family hotel. Very suitable for families even for costs.

Unlimited recommendation when visiting London to explore it. 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross, where you have a very good close to the public transport (even to the Eurostar). Adequate and good breakfast buffet, restaurant operation and a bar make your stay pleasant.
Very friendly staff as well as very quiet (! ) and clean rooms. Good value for money.
We did not value the view, the balcony and the spa and was therefore not an evaluation criterion.

It's the purple palace. What do you expect? Clean and comfortable with good, friendly staff. Given where it us, remarkably well insulated against noise from the road with only the odd siren being audible. Restaurant is okay. Menu is not the most varied but they never are. What they do serve is well cooked and tasty.

Superbly located hotel virtually opposite St Pancras Station. Really great night's sleep in a silent room. Bathroom a bit on the small side, but adequate. Most comfortable bed anywhere! Also has a nice bar and restaurant, a bit utilitarian but good value for money.

Uncomfortable bathroom, no towel rack. Location 2 steps Kings Cross, breakfast varied and plentiful.

Great hotel for a stay in London. Beds and pillows are (for hotel standards) fantastic to sleep on. Personnel is very friendly and the breakfast is great. The hotel is situated near St. Pancras / Kings Cross so you are able to get around London quit easy by train, bus or underground. If visitiing London again, I would most definitely book at this hotel again.

Stayed at the Premier Inn on Armistice Weekend, because it was close to the station, easy to walk to, despite disability, and on a multitude of bus routes. There was a friendly staff member to give us a warm welcome, and all the staff were more than happy to do what they could to make sure we had a good stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds very comfortable. There was also a couch in one of the rooms, so that made it easy to feel "at home". The bar was comfortable, and the staff were again very helpful. The breakfast selection was very good, and the food nice and hot. The chef was cooking things fresh all of the time, so that it wasn't standing under the hood to keep warm for a long time. The staff in the dining room were more than happy to help, and explained where things were, and how to use the drinks machines. All in all, a very pleasant weekend. All in all,

I stayed here overnight with family for dinner, bed and breakfast. The rooms are basic but adequate and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the food is good. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Had a lovely stay for a few days. Staff were amazing. Our son has special needs and every staff member there treated us fantastically. Clean and spacious rooms, good food, and hearty breakfast with plentiful choice. Special mention for Monica and Kady (told you, you would get a mention! ) will definitely be back :). Thank you all x. Room was very comfortable, but the service in the bar and restaurant was poor. Don't pay for the 'ultimate' Wi-Fi as it drops out about every two minutes (no exaggeration! ) making it impossible to stream anything.

Easy check in. Nice friendly staff. Rooms clean. Plenty power points. Had evening meal. Mixed grill very nice tasty meat. Wife had gourmet burger again clean plates. Staff help full. Food was fab for the money. Defo recommended and will come back again.

Personal attention great. Arrived early and extra effort made to ensure priotity was given to get me a room ready as I had travelled to London after working a night shift and needed an hours sleep before attending a meeting. I was later asked if I managed to get some sleep and staff were very friendly. Great food as well!

Absolutely superb service! Bright and warm welcome when we arrived, the staff at reception spoke to each of our children, showed them how to use the check in machine and nothing was too much trouble when we asked for a few things for the baby. Exactly the same level but f service when it came to Breakfast service which was superb, full of range and served with a smile. Would really recommend this hotel especially if you plan to use it before travelling on Eurostar. Only a five minute walk away.

Great location as far as what's in the area! No phones in room. Breakfast buffet is good with a lot of variety. NO place for car service drop off or pick up, very inconvenient! No face towels, only hand and bath. Staff is very nice and friendly.

Although we didn't eat here everything else was perfect. The staff are so friendly, it's clean, quiet and secure. The room was very comfy with the biggest flat screen TVs I've seen in any hotel room!

The bed linen was scabby and worn. The pillows were lumpy and stinking. The room was like a furnace and the A/C ineffective and generally crap. Bins emptied at 5am very noisily. Bed was TINY. Horrible. Avoid like the plague if you want a good night's sleep.

Just a few minutes from the train station which is ideal with heavy luggage. The rooms are really spacious and very clean. We had one facing the public library and the traffic noise was minimal. Very friendly and helpful staff on the reception and in the breakfast area. The only thing I would comment on is that the bar closes at 11 which is a bit too early so maybe it could be extended to 12. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

Lovely stay. Breakfast was excellent. Decided to have a meal in hotel on first night waited for over an hour for bar meal as restaurant full. When food arrived it was incomplete. 3 children's meals had been put on one plate but not explained and no additional plates.

I was in a lot of Premier Inn lived, this is undoubtedly my best. All the staff without doubt are very enthusiastic, trained. Guests mostly French, is to come here for vacation, they come here are very fond of this hotel. Viktor Keith Dayton area's Premier Inn is very poor, look is to lead people to live. I look at the Eurostar coach just got here, although 200 euros is a bit exaggerated.

Staff is friendly. Awesome location. No fridge, safe, or telephone in room. Precise temperature control. TV has good channel selection and open inputs but no on demand content. Breakfast and reasonable Wi-Fi speed is extra. Breakfast is expensive, fast Wi-Fi isn't too bad but still should be standard.

Hotels in Qujiang, open relatively late, the current Qujiang area has been opened outside of the hotel group to manage the property on three, Wyndham, Gran Meliá, WESTIN, and Wyndham in the New Century Plaza next to the good location, the price for this three home relatively cheap, the hotel lobby, high-ceilinged style, space full. But the American hotel's shortcomings is not enough refined, the details of the European hotels do to poor.

I love this hotel. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is great and the location is easy to get to from anywhere. The staff are helpful and the whole place is clean and comfortable.

Very convenient for King's Cross, St Pancras and Euston. Amazingly quiet given its location. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Only complaint was out of order vending machine.

I lived in the UK many Premier Inn, in addition to which the company, the other hotels are to keep a promise to ensure I night have a good sleep. In travel to participate in the Monaco and Monza for the Grand Prix before I live in the St. Pancras Premier Inn, I found that this is a reasonably priced London hotel, the level of comfort and cleanliness are very high, location is also fantastic, you can catch a train to Central London or take Eurostar to go to the European continent.

Very well located, 200 meters from 2 main stations (Kings Cross and St Pancras), compared to the British Library, 15 minutes walk to the British Museum, etc, Very clean, comfortable rooms (no safe or minibar but yes with dryer, tv, kettle). The breakfast very complete and delicious. Most importantly the staff extremely friendly, all willing to help especially with the details. I recommend it!
