I had initial reservations as the Daisy waked straight past us waiting at check in and ignored us until we asked if she was checking people in. However that was the only negative, the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly, very polite and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and considering we were on a very noisy main road, once the window is closed you barely hear a thing! Was the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. The breakfast was lovely, everything was very professional and well organised. Dora in particular was absolutely lovely, very attentive, personable and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Nice.

A fabulous hotel. Very close to Euston station and an ideal base in s central location. The food is plentiful and delicious. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and the beds & pillows are very comfortable.

Very good value for money: spacious and clear room, plush Queen size bed (the chain is renowned for the comfort of its beds), hearty and varied breakfasts, young staff, smiling, always available and attentive. Only downside: no closet closed with safe and fixed shower in the bathtub.

Fab hotel. Usual Premier Inn standards, but our family room was huge. You can even leave your luggage there if you arrive before check in and want to go exploring. Well placed too, a cab from the mall on a sunday night cost us £15. From the Tower on a bank holiday Monday evening was 17.

Great place to stay in London. Clean, quiet, friendly helpful staff and brilliant beds. So convenient for the railway station. The buffet breakfast is just lovely too. Loads to choose from. You're never rushed and again great friendly staff. Can highly recommend x.

Clean, safe and accessible for lots of places. OK it isn't luxurious but if you want somewhere just to lay your head at a decent price then this fits the bill.

A lovely place with big clean rooms. Moderately quiet considering a busy street nearby. Awesome location as well, close to a subway station and train station.

Absolutely amazing… perfectly placed for ease to and from Kings Cross. Staff are brilliant and make you feel really welcome and can't do enough for you. Will definitely be back.

Basic hotel, but comfy bed. No fancy toiletries or room features, but it's in a good location. Can be expensive though.

Room 516. Beds are extremely comfortable and the room spotlessly clean — due credit to housekeeping staff. Plenty of great quality pillows and towels available. Room temperature was comfortable as windows could be opened. We didn't eat here on this occasion but that was due to personal circumstances rather than choice, as we have always enjoyed the breakfast.

Excellent location. However it is quite dated. There's nothing Premier about it really. Smells bad. Noisy road. Thin duvet.

Excellent location for visiting the British Library and other nearby attractions. If you're used to Premier Inns then this one is pretty much the same as the rest (which is good! ). As usual friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with a nice hot shower and a good breakfast selection with fresh food.

Excellent location Luggage storage which allows you to visit without having your suitcase in the feet. Hotel well located a 5-minute walk from Saint Pancras. Breakfast at the top. The rooms are impeccable just 2 small flats. Only American plugs don't forget your adapters and no chest to put the values. I forgot the staff is at the top. A big thank you to all of you.

When I have to choose a budget hotel, I always go for Premier Inn if there's one in the area. I've never been to a bad one (whereas I have been to bad Holiday Inns, Ibises and suchlike). They're not going to set the world on fire, but they're generally okay — pretty good if you think of bang per buck. The rooms are well proportioned, the staff are helpful, the food is good. The breakfast is much better than other budget hotels. In summary, if you don't want to splash out, but you need a place to stay that won't make you feel dirty the next day, then Premier Inn is the girl for you. This applies to this one in Euston in exactly the same way as it does for any other Premier Inn in the UK.

Really great value for money. Had the surf and turf in the restaurant which was absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully cooked. Very friendly ans helpful staff. Went on business and will definitely rebook with them Thank you.

We didn't stay in the hotel however we dropped our bags there with city stasher. It was cheap, reliable and very friendly. Definitely recommend doing it, was really nice not to have to carry heavy bags around sightseeing or dragging them on the tube. It was £6 a bag for a full day but they allowed me to drop my handbag off for free which was a lovely touch.

Stay was of the standard I've come to expect from Premier Inn. The usual comfy bed and clean room. The location of this hotel is great and convenient being so close to Euston meaning I didn't have to lug baggage any great distance from and to my train. Was, however, disappointed with how my gluten intolerance was handled. Was impossible to get in touch by phone to get answers before my stay as the phone was never answered. On arrival there was still no clue if I could be catered for. I had to go down for breakfast anyway to find out if I could have something. I don't expect restaurants to cater for coeliac needs, but I would expect them to be better informed about what they can and can't offer. But I can't complain at how happy they were to refund my breakfast booking.

A few steps from the Eurostar St Pancras train station, comfortable hotel.

Fantastic location. Just a stone's throw from Euston station. Friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious, shower out of this world. Can't comment on food as I spent so long waiting on an ironing board that I missed breakfast. Staff were very apologetic however.

Very good service, they fulfilled everything agreed, clean and comfortable place, very well located, two blocks from Euston station of the Black underground line and one of the train station Pancras-King ' s Cross (the train coming from the airport).

Super great hotel for the price. We explored everything on foot. We were also allowed to take 3 children with us at no extra charge, even breakfast was free and very rich. The beds were great and the staff were also super helpful. It was not a problem to store the luggage in the morning.

Great location for Euston, King's Cross and tube stations. Clean comfortable rooms, fantastic bed. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Tried to check in to the other Premier Inn down the road, better signage would have helped avoid confusion. Loved our stay.

Unplanned walk in towards end of night for dinner, nice service and great meal. Overall a great experience in a nice looking renovated room of history. Only downside was halfway through when a mouse appeared at my fiance's feet! She swore she wasn't imagining things, and then during dessert I saw one scamper across the floor and other guests see it too. Maybe part of being in the older building but a bit of a downer : (

Great first time at premier Inn, checked in online and just had to pick up our key cards which was super easy. All the staff were very cheerful and always had a smile on their faces. They were all very helpful especially when I required something printing off urgently, which to them was no bother at all. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. Only downside was the view from our window looked out onto a service re but being in a city centre that's to be expected. Plus the on site Costa Coffee makes up for that. All in all, a decent couple of nights stay.

The room was quiet and bed very comfortable. The air conditioning kept the temperature pleasant which was good as the windows could not be opened. The only drawback was no wardrobe and only a few hangers. The bath was large and a good shower. Overall a good value (for London) stay.

Staff and service were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. My friends and I were made welcome and given excellent service with a smile. We will return in the future xxx.

Like all Premier inns, it's clean with comfy beds and all the staff are friendly and professional. However this hotel really needs a make over — stained carpets and the rooms smell of damp. Despite sound proofing it's on the very busy Euston Rd with regular emergency vehicles that could wake you up!

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times now and had an enjoyable stay. The rooms are very tidy and adequate for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and the meals are very good and reasonably priced for London. It is just across the road from Euston station so it is handy for trains and the Underground.

Good service. Clean and comfortable. Bring own shampoo though, unusual amount of starch on the bed sheets.

Great location, next to regent's park and other large attractions. Also short travel away from other tourist attractions in London as well as main bus and train lines. The view from my room weren't that great however my friends room had a really nice view. Cost wise it I personally found it over priced. Service in my opinion was between 3 and 4 star hence the 4 star rating.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Situated on the very busy Euston Road the roon was extremley quiet. Breakfast was great even thou we pitched up not long before breakfast was due to finish there was still plenty of choice. Would I stay here again… Yes.

Excellent location — right on the sweet spot between important train station and shops that aren't train station prices. Rooms mostly quiet and have most of what you might want. No room-safe, but kettle and tea supplies and a nice en-suite and a decent TV and a decent bed.

Rooms looked excellent, though a little dusty. Nothing a little swipe won't cure. Service is decent, staff is polite and friendly. Nice place overall.

Simple and effective. Decent room, decent faculties. Quiet and comfortable. No frills but that is as expected. Wireless internet is borderline unusable — didn't try premium wireless. Breakfast is basic as well but nothing worth complaining about.

Myself and some friends stayed at the premier inn in euston. Premier inns now use an automated check in similar to the system used at airports. It is a bit soulless, and an older gentleman was clearly struggling with it when we checked in, with no staff around to help. The room was a good size, clean and had the basics in good order. The soaps are in dispensers and the toilet paper as well, annoyingly dispensing one sheet at a time separately. The flush of the toilet was also very weak. I had a good sleep and I wasn't bothered by the busy road next to the hotel. I stayed on the 3rd floor. The downstairs bar was frequently left unmanned with a few of my friends giving up on being served based on the time they were ignored for.

Good value for money and very quiet despite being in a very busy area.

Pretty good Premier Inn. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Close to Euston Station and a 10 minute walk to Camden high street. They serve decent breakfasts and the people working there are from all over the world so you might find someone speaking your language. The place is quite clean as well and the rooms are decent in size for London.

Close to Euston underground, friendly, clean, and with a great kitchen. Clear there was some help x we Italians, always helpful and loving. Wouldn't stay again.

Much better than the Travelodge closer to Euston. It's still not great but certainly worth the money. Noise is a problem.

Excellent location just off Euston Rd, rooms are very well decorated. I love the ability to self check in this really speed up the process, also having a free bag check is great.

This premier inn was fantastic, close to two train stations, the room was clean and well equipped and the bed was really comfortable, had a great night's sleep, would definitely book again when visiting London, the breakfast was excellent and the staff where helpful and polite.

The décor is old when compared to other premier Inn. But great location (just opposite Euston station). The furnishing is old but clean. Comes with all the trimmings as you would expect from the premier inn chain. The staff is friendly and helpful. When asked for higher floor accomodation, only offerred the quiet room. It also has luggage storage service.

Lovely stay at the premier Euston road… for week long training course… great bed… good food… Would definitely stay again.

Leave St. Pancras on my way to Eurostar earlier, I'm here to stay. Great location, because we're from Euston walk 10 minutes here, to talk to walk from here to St. Pancras in time. Hotel in Euston Road right next to the bar and restaurant areas, the room is lovely, considering the hotel location, so quiet is already good. At check-in time was delayed a bit because the room was not ready, in addition to the accommodation experience was indeed great.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Checked in early which was a bonus. Staff very polite and helpful. The breakfast and evening meal was good quality.

Friendly staff, and very good location. When you exit, turn right for Euston station or left will bring you right onto Oxford Street.

Nice smiley reception on arrival who helped me check in. Was assigned a 5th room, was a tad worried about the road the noise as I was on that side of corridor, but actually my room was pretty quiet. So had a good nights sleep, the shower was a good flow, not rain forest, but powerful enough. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, had both continental and English on offer, plus was an all you could eat, so didn't feel stinted. Location wise its on Euston road so between Euston station and saint pancreas, so connection wise lots of rail, tube, bus and taxi's within a 10minute walk. As its really close to these transportation hubs there is plenty of choice for eateries in the evening.

If it's where you want to be, you're sure of a comfortable night. The beds are amazing. No wonder they offer a money back guarantee! No pint sized rooms, Costa Coffee for breakfast, quiet night.

Comfy bed great staff as we were soaked by the rain and staff were very helpful and got us a towel while we checked in, nice breakfast would stay here again. ☺

Convenient to both overground and underground trains (at Euston Stn and King's Cross/St. Pancras) — easy access to 'The Making of Harry Potter', Buckingham Palace etc. Close to Madame Tussaud's and Baker Street Staff are friendly and very helpful Clean and comfortable Do recommend.

We stayed at the Premier Inn London Euston 7-13 December 2014. Once again we felt that we had "come home" as we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, especially Jean, Alba, and Dalila. They seemed genuinely pleased to see us again and remembered our room preferences (4th Floor, Duke's Road side). Given the number of people who pass through their doors, we were impressed to receive such personal attention. The room, as always, was perfectly fine and we especially appreciated the good housekeeping service provided by Humbeto. Even he remembered us from previous visits! We will be returning to the hotel in early January 2015 and can't wait to see our friends again.

I didn't like this hotel. The bathrooms were not clean. The lid of the toilet was disgusting, and the electric fan is very noisy. A damp smell persists in the room. The windows overlook the busy avenue, and despite the double glazing, the sirens of relief arrive to break windows. The restaurant service is very long, the dishes arrive more than 30 minutes after the order as well as dessert, however we eat well. The only positive point, the staff is very welcoming.

Great place to stay if u want to be near Euston station. Windows are sound proof and the bed is very comfy. There r also loads of great places to eat/drink nearby — would highly recommend the 'The Euston Flyer' for food. Staff have been very helpful, and were fast to bring up another duvet for me as im pretty cold blooded! Def will stay here again.

Stayed for two nights August 2014. Staff were very helpful as my daughter wasn't feeling well and they managed to get us into our room early. Excellent location. Room great and breakfast excellent too. Highly recommend.

Rooms are standard Premier Inn rooms, very comfy. Staff on arrival and departure were very friendly and helpful, however, breakfast staff were slightly rude not at all helpful and provided no guidance on where everything was. I was clearly struggling with two young children on each arm but there was no offer of a high chair and a table was just pointed at for us to sit at rather than us being taken to it.

Clean rooms, comfy beds and the location is perfect. Didn't eat at the hotel due to food bookings elsewhere but the hotel itself cannot be faulted.
