Awful hotel, I was working nights so didn't get to my room until the early hours only to be woken by someone 8.30am drilling and hammering the door/door frame next door to my room. Seeming as I was then awake we go down to get some breakfast, would have been better if we went to McDonald's! Ordered a bacon sandwich and scrambled eggs… get brought a sausage sandwich and told we don't have any Bacon! I also ordered a breakfast with everything, 20 minutes later I received a plate of scrambled eggs! I eventually have had my fill of incompetent and go complain, ask for the manager. Only to be met with hostility and told I can't see the manager! Just steer clear of the place.
Small, quiet, clean room. Smiling staff and a good breakfast. A good location in easy walking distance to museums and theatres. All you need for a short break in London.

The most inconsiderate hotel I've ever dealt with. In the circumstance of physically being unable to keep a reservation due to a red level "threat to life" storm they couldn't care less. Would definitely not recommend as clearly I was to risk life to keep my booking. No understanding whatsoever at time restraints in rebooking and "bot like" responses when contacted. Would have happily rescheduled but the shoddy customer service & unwillingness to understand or consider my situation has put me off indefinitely.
