Very helpful staff and convenient location.

As lifetime platinum and currently titanium level we are usually disappointed these days by the poor service. This hotel was no exception. On checking in we were told we had a nice room on the upper floor but it would be ready in 30 minutes. After an hour they came with our luggage and took us to a room on the second floor. We were then told it would be another hour for the room we were promised. But after a bit of protesting we decided to stay in the room since we were extremely tired after our flight from New York. That does not mean we are happy about this.

Stayed at Regents Park Marriott whilst visiting London to watch Frozen with my 3 year old Daughter. The hotel was amazing! Highly Highly recommend.

We have recently spent a night at this lovely hotel.
Staff are very efficient and helpful; all areas are exceptionally clean; rooms are very comfortable and well appointed; Carluccios, which is in the hotel, serves an excellent breakfast at a good average price; pool area is wonderful; situated in a very nice part of London and is within walking distance of Central London if you are reasonably fit; car park for residents beneath the hotel. Perfect!

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Stylish modern rooms, a great bar area and restaurant. The executive lounge is the best I have been to, and to top it all the staff could not be more friendly or helpful. We returned to our room this afternoon to find a bottle of wine, cookies, and activity book for our little boy, and a lovely personalised message from the fantastic Laura, who works on the front reception. Absolutely top class!

Our favorite hotel whenever staying in London. 5 minutes walk from Swiss Cottage Subway station. Silent, relaxed. Comfortable rooms, great Executive Lounge. Nothing to criticise at all.

£750 for 3 nights! Food extra! Room service delivered in dirty hostess trolly. Complaint made in writing, replies received but most unhelpful, an apology made but no offer of reimbursement. Showroom not clean. I can say the bedding was very clean but decor tired. I will never stay there again.

One of best rooms I have ever got as a gold member. Very close to Swiss Station. Lovely team and great location.

We are just back from 3 nights in London and we loved this hotel. The staff are amazing. Fabulous with the kids and made us all feel so welcome.
Great location, a short walk to the tube station (Jubilee line but only 4 stops from Green Park which links you to any line).
The extra touch was we arrived back from dinner on our 1st night to birthday balloons, cards, sweets & juice for the kids as we were down celebrating their birthdays — they were delighted! A lovely touch

The appearance of the building doesn't look hotel but cheap terraced house even though inside of the room is not bad. The breakfast buffet was one of the worst buffet that I ever had. Don't waste your money on food in this hotel. I had issue with my booking. I mistakenly booked the night before that I actually needed. But my (wrong) booking was made around 9pm on that night. As would be easily imagined, they unlikely lose money from my booking. However, they charged me full price for the wrongly-made booking and provided no discount for new booking that I had to make for the night that I needed plus 31 GBP parking fee. I'm a Silver member and from my memory I spent around 30, 000 USD on Marriott hotel for my stays for the last 5 years. Staff was not helpful and hotel is surprisingly greedy. I submitted complaint about this to check if I can pay the wrong booking with my reward point and currently waiting for their resolution. Subject to the conclusion to my complaint, I may not return to Marriott. There is better Hilton hotels in London.

Magnificent hotel! I am very happy to have spent my first trip to London here at the Marriot. A beautiful hotel, a luxurious but informal environment. The kind staff is very available (one of the best). There is the possibility to have a dream breakfast at reasonable prices. The Italian restaurant should slightly revisit the menu. Hotel equipped with all the necessary amenities such as swimming pool, gym and sauna. I reiterate the kindness of the staff always available and attentive to everything! The rooms are clean and arranged for everything, the bathroom is clean and the rooms big! Unfortunately the area is not the best, convenient by transportation, but a bit '"dangerous". It was a pleasure to have a good time at this hotel! Greetings from Italy!

Nice 4 star Hotel located on the edge of Central London. Good access by nearby Swiss Cottage tube which is on the Jubilee line to West End, South Bank and Docklands heading south. As well as Wembley heading north. The rooms are comfortable and there is a Carluccios restaurant. There is also a nice indoor pool. Parking is available but not cheap.

Sat down with our friends who were residents for a drink, no member of staff came over to us, it was like we were invisible. After 20 minutes we had to approach the bar ourselves to get somebody to deign to take our order. He could hardly understand what we were saying and had to ask FOUR times to repeat our order.
After a further ten minutes we finally received it.
Hopeless service hopeless staff a total disgrace to the Marriott brand name disgusted with this level of incompetence.

It's a very comfortable hotel with family rooms (two double beds) available. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful, making sure your stay in London is smooth. The Elite member lounge is well maintained with a hearty breakfast provided to start the day. The hotel is in a quaint location yet a few minutes from Swiss Cottage station (on the Jubilee line). This makes getting into central London very easy. This is a fantastic hotel for holiday or business trips to London.

Nice hotel very well located. Easy to get into town centre (Oxford Street etc) and into north western suburbs. Also good dining, shopping in the immediate area.

I've stayed 3 times now at this hotel and it's grown on me. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, rooms spacious, and it's s family oriented place with many rooms having a balcony. Didn't like the smoking section being moved further away from entrance, but that's expected and understandable. It's a short walk to underground which is great. The price could always be more affordable but as a general value, great place to stay.

Slightly strange courtyard based hotel, so many of the views out of the rooms were into other people's rooms! It was a little bit of a walk from the nearest tube station but not unpleasant. The restaurant was reasonable value but was a Carluccios so if you didn't fancy Italian you were a bit out of luck. Breakfast was nice though with the freshly made eggs a bit of a highlight.

Nicely refurbished rooms, very modern and stylish. Small but perfectly formed bathroom. Great shower, push button before you get in then the water is already warm. Great pool for families, not so much if you want to swim lengths as it shallows to 50cm! Good staff, nice Italian restaurant on site (Carluccios). Aircon maintenance issues? Ours seemed to just blow hot air.

We stayed at the London Marriott Regents Park for a few nights during a business trip. The rooms have plenty of space and the service is great, as we've come to expect at Marriott hotels. The M Lounge breakfast is good and the gym and pool are very nice.

Arrived today with my 3 teenagers for a little break! Truly lovely hotel, clean, modern, refurbished to high standard. Food delicious, staff extremely helpful! Definitely will return again. Great location! Katie-Jane.

Had a few hiccups, like our room being already occupied when checked it, but the reception staff, especially Laura where excellent and got that sorted. Lovely hotel with a relaxed, but professional atmosphere. Has a pool and spa facilities not you feel the need. If we need a hotel in this area of London it will be the one we choose.

Great experience at a competitive price. Food is good and staff is friendly. Pro tip: ask for a room on the 5th floor or above and a view of London skyline.

Excellent. Can't fault this hotel. Well appointed modern rooms. Breakfast in Carluccio's is excellent. The gym is large and well equipped. I'd happily stay here again.

The hotel's environment is made up of large, non-stamped apartment buildings. There is not much to do nearby. The prices of the rooms are high.
The room was perfectly clean, the bed comfortable and a European electrical outlet available (no need for adaptor).

We were staying at the hotel overnight in a family room for a weekend break. The hotel was easy to find from Swiss Cottage underground station, just a 5 minute walk away. Reception staff were helpful and friendly throughout. We had to ask for a room change as the beds were a little small, so were upgraded for £10. Much better bed, but second one was now a sofa bed which was apparently not overly comfortable. TVs in both rooms were quite blurry; we did mention this, but maintenance said they were as good as they could get. Better on HD channels. We visited the bar for a drink and were not acknowledged for 5 minutes by the barman, despite only one other guest being at the bar. The cocktail he made, though, was really good. My wife ordered some room service that came very quickly, unfortunately with the wrong drink. Food was good. We all had a good night's sleep and check out was straightforward. Strangely a guy from the hotel front of house team was walking down the line asking if guests needed anything (taxi, bags moved, etc) but skipped us completely. Overall, no real problems, but enough silly little niggles to be annoying. That wouldn't stop us coming here again and hopefully they can build on the good aspects and get everyone working at that level.

Excellent service from one team member on reception at the swimming pool. He was professional and courteous. Shame the other member of staff ruined it with her patronising tone and unprofessional attitude. Laughing at customers to their face is unacceptable in this day and age. They’ve just lost us as future members.

I have started here allot, I really like the refurbish great job. Still a little run down but they have really made marked improvements. I like they don't have desk in the room but they did have s business center. One major and very major for me and anyone who works in the road they have no place to work. They have a tiny little bar thing right on the middle of the reception, also there noisiest place in the hotel. Sorry but that is not acceptable of this class.

I stayed here last night after being a Hilton Gold Member for years because i'd just had enough of their old, small and lacklustre quality. I wish i'd made the move across to Marriott earlier if this hotel is anything to go by… fantastic big room (executive), lovely balcony overlooking town, generally very quiet, very comfortable bed and a really quick seamless check out process. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

High-end amenities, although the hotel is an aging fold. He regularly renovates it.
Past this detail, the rooms are ideal for family of 4. There is a swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, a restaurant.
The staff are very friendly and friendly. For non-English speakers, the staff counts French and an Italian who speaks a little French.
In short an excellent address. For your tranquility, I advise you the rooms located in height, side courtyard.

Hotel booked via booking. Very nice family room with 2 beds. Very comfortable bedding pity that the beds are not King size. Despite its small size, the bathroom is very functional. Room overlooking the main street, a bit noisy! Pool not tested. Clean hotel.
The hotel is very well located, has QQ hundreds of meters from a metro station that serves well the city center. We can walk to Camden or Regent Park.
Very disappointed however by the restaurant. We wanted to have dinner one night. After half an hour, no one had come to take our order or offer to order drinks. The restaurant was full but it's a shame not to see that customers have been waiting for so long. We left, without being held, just the excuse that the restaurant is complete.

Well you cant get better than this place. The location excellent, the service excellent, the food, out if this world. The only draw back is the traffic system round the hotel that can sometimes back up but apart from this very minor drawback, it is a place I highly recommend.

Very good hotel, excellent rooms, excellent service, what Q is unfortunate is Q copper the Wi-Fi apart from the cheap price of room.

It is within short walking distance to Swiss Cottage tube station to take you into central London, frequent buses to take you to Camden, and a short walk to Regents Park. Check in was extremely easy and hassle free with very friendly and courteous staff. Our room didn't have the best view but it did have a private balcony. Being one of the newly refurbished rooms it was decorated in a modern contemporary style. We loved the little details like the takeaway coffee cup and international charging station with USB ports. We did make full use of the pool and sauna as well which was clean and well maintained.

The room is nice and the service Perfect. The only drawback is the poor service in the hotel restaurant and the noisy soundscape.

Ok since the refurb the layout is way better and feels nicer. Rooms are fresher too and clean. Housekeeping staff are excellent and very friendly as is front desk. However I had to ask the concierge for water and I found I was mostly ignored by bar staff who were cjatting amongst themselves or to male customers. I ordered a non alcoholic drink but he got sidetracked by another staff member then started clearing tables completely forgetting me. I retired to my room at that point. In the afternoon there were a number of children climbing over, under and around the glass staircase that led to the gym in their swimsuits. Again pretty unsafe but thata more crap parenting than bad hotel but still worrying given how young they were and if an accident had occurred no one would bw there to help them.

The first time I have been back to the hotel for a while, it has deteriorated in service and quality, room not serviced when I was out of the hotel for 11 hours and when I told the team I would let them know when The room would be free for it to be cleaned, 5 minutes later knock on the door for it to be cleaned! in the new carluccios restaurant I waited 10 minutes before I could even order a drink and had to go searching to pay for a very average steak meal!.
watching one of the regular exec lounge visitors (who is not a paying guest) lick his fingers and then put his hand into a bowl of the snacks being served to the rest of the exec lounge guests was horrendous

Visited for social event. Staff are attentive, and the space was large, clean and modern. The sandwiches were decent (though not exceptional), the wine good, and I liked the self serve coffee. All in all, a pleasant experience, though I would expect this at a Marriott.

In a quiet area, this hotel is ideally located! A few steps from the Swiss Cottage Metro station and bus stops, this is the ideal hotel in terms of location to visit London.
We had a family room for four (2 adults and 2 teenagers), relatively new, with all the necessary comfort.
Only downside, neighbors, despite the thickness of the walls, which the first two days of our stay made a lot of noises. But the hotel has nothing to do with it.
Indeed some think they are alone, and put themselves, screaming, that's the word, and put the music to the bottom of the balcony of their room via a Bluetooth enclosure. Because yes, the rooms have balconies.
Luckily, we came across well-bred people, who after asking them to drop in a tone, ran.
We did not test the restaurant, but we tested the bar. The staff at the bar are very pro and friendly.
Just like all the hotel staff we met during our stay.
Positively speaking, some speak French, this can help for those who have a bad grasp of English.
We tested the pool, as well as the sauna and the hammam. Access is a little complicated.

One last tip, ask to have a room on the upper floors and that does not give on the street. The rooms on the street side are quite noisy.

Wouldn't stay here again. The staff are lovely. But our room that was ready for us wasn't ready at all. Another room given. The changing rooms for the spa are dreadful. I feel that all hotel guests should be given robes in their rooms to wear down to the spa. The pool was full of kids having swimming lessons… not great and certainly not peaceful. The lounge is like a bun fight, the layout is terrible, the county hall is so much better.

Good location in a quite area. Rooms are totally re-newed with a nice furniture and elegant decoration. Price is reasonable and the staff is very helpful and friendly. This is the third time for me and my family and it will not be last insha'allah.

Despite being in central London, the hotel is located in a very quiet area, the rooms are spotless, the reception very sober, Metro and coaches comfortable, staff always with the smile, and for the most active swimming pool and gym you can use every day. Happy holidays.

Excellent service and the renovation to the hotel is superb. If you have children the inside pool comes in handy to give kids the ability to burn energy! The restaurant is excellent authentic food. Room service was fast! Platinum members get to enjoy the M club that was stocked with beverages and food all day! Quiet time and a nice space!

Really enjoyed our stay here last night, lovely refurbished room (we were the first people to stay in it) use of the executive lounge was a nice surprise with complementary food and drink. The fitness suite has state of the art equipment and a fab swimming pool. We were made aware of the building works on check in but it didn't affect our stay at all. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The hotel was absolutely perfect in every way. The only down side was noisy building work going on outside our room we were right next to the scaffolding and the drilling. My grandaughter complained as the drilling went on till after 5. The staff offered to move us to another room but we had all started getting ready at this point so that was not an option. They surprised us with a nice supper of cheese buscuits and dip left in our room and much appreciated after drowning in the crowd on way back from Adele concert. Everything else perfect the staff, bar, eating and spa facilities very comfortable stay.

The restaurant on the ground floor is awesome. It also has open air seating option. The food was awesome and was reasonably priced. I was also happy with staff friendliness and helpfulness. Overall, it was a great experience.

Horrendous hotel with bad management. General Manager is hopeless. The leisure centre is dirty with bad staff running it. I had a trainer that was sending lewd photographs to my mobile who was employed by the hotel His name was Swavek. There has been two serious thefts from the leisure centre which we feel was an inside job. It's a shame as it was a nice hotel until recently. There is a serious vendetta going on there where the staff are more important than the clients. I reported to Tony Owen that I had received lewd photos etc from one of his staff and he did nothing about it at all. Neither did he do anything about the serious thefts. Hotel is badly run and should not be more than a three star hotel. It's been like a building site for nearly two years with dust everywhere.

Crumbs. What an unexpected marvellous hotel. Yes, there's a bit of noise temporarily, but the refurbed rooms are amazing. But it's the staff who are wonderful. Going the extra mile and they have a genuine kindness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel without any doubt. First class.

Average. If u compare for example with hotels at the same range in Dubai, it's well below average by for an extortionist London it's average and ok. Nothing special but perfectly comfortable as well.

My personal favorite Marriott in London. Not the prettiest (but currently renovating and new lobby looks nice) but the staff is always so friendly, outgoing, helpful and kind. I look forward to visiting just to see the kindest and sweetest Concierge lounge hostess, Felly. The location is great as right on major tube line (jubilee), very close to Camden Town and close to Regent Park for a great walk with beautiful views from Primrose Hill. The rates tend to be some of the best of all the London Marriott Hotels.

Good location not far from a tube station and regents park. Rooms are nice compared to other hotels in London at a similar rate. Staff are friendly and the newly renovated lobby and restaurant is very good. There were a few hiccups, but I was visiting the week they reopened after the renovations. All in all, one of my favourite places to stay in the capital when I'm there on business.

Tourist TRAP! but with great service… — The "Free Wi-Fi" was only in the Lobby, you must pay 50, 00. GBP (a week) for a slow internet Wi-Fi and more if you want speed. This is just so old fasion, get with the program and offer this for free in the rooms! — The Fridge was OFF and locked with key, to get it working you must purchase items from a mini bar to add to the fridge. Why not just keep it running so I can cool my water? — The TV only worked for local free stations and you must Pay for movies. They went to the trouble of locking the button that would switch to USB or HDMI so I could not plug in my USB key with movies or plug my laptop with movies. This is another way to scam more money out of us. — Late Check Out fee, get out by 1:00 PM or they charge you extra 25. GBP for each hour! -The outlets are UK only, there are no outlets that work with EU or US exept low wattage one in the bathroom marked for electric shavers only. — The swimming Pool is 0, 5meter to 1.2meter deep childrens school pool, full of screeming 3-6 year old children learning to swim, it is so dirty that visibility is 1cm. -The "Spa" is two ok Saunas, but next to the screeming kids in the childrens school pool. — Marriott "close to Regents park", it is on the other side of it 30 minutes walk through the park. Now for the good things, the room was fine, with balcony, good beds and good space.

While the exterior may look at little shabby, the interior is like any other Marriott and service is first class. The location is fantastic; a lovely leafy part of London with a local feel. The local library is beautiful, but then again, I have a love for architecture.

I have stayed at the Marriott Regents Park hotel on and off for the last 6 years. It is in a great location, far enough out of the city to be quiet, but close enough to the tube to be in the city within minutes. The rooms are of a high standard, although the decor is a little tired (the hotel is currently undergoing a complete overhaul). The food is generally of a high standard and the service the the staff I'd always excellent. I great place to stay when working or for pleasure in London.

Everything was great. The rooms were big unlike most European rooms. Everything was clean, fresh, and comfortable. We ordered roomservuce breakfast and it arrived warm and on time.

Well, if Marriott is often not so outrageously expensive.

We checked in on the 3rd October, to celebrate my birthday and our 2nd year wedding anniversary. Upon check in we were greeted by a Russian lady receptionist who was superb. The best receptionist iv ever met. My husband had booked a deluxe room, and requested firm pillows. As the lady checked us in and learnt of our double celebration, she offered to upgrade us. We were pleased to hear this and accepted. When we got to our room I was very disapponted. The room looked very odd, the bathroom drains stank, the sofa was torn, there was no red runner across the bed, the bed itself was lumpy/bumpy and not the classic comfy Marriot bed, no bath mat in the bathroom, tea cups still had lipstick on them from the previous guests, it was shocking. As it was my birthday and determined not to get looked in waiting for various in house services to rectify the issues, we quickly changed and proceeded into London for all the activities we had booked. I have stayed in Marriott in LA, San Franciso, New Castle, Heathrow Marriot countless times, but this room did not meet the Marriot standards upheld by all the other sites and in turn certainly didn't meet mine. The lady at the reception was terrific and even organised a bottle of wine to be sent up in the evening which was a lovely touch. I am however a little upset about the condition of the room and felt I had to give this feedback.

Great location and service. Quiet and great for families. Walking distance to the London Underground.

Stayed here a couple of times and the hotel is 1st rate. Fitness and food are fantastic. Booked again for a long weekend break at Easter.

Room smelt awful. A member of the clearning staff came to check it promptly and agreed it was bad, explaining it was due to damp (not stale smoke as we'd initiially thought). They were unable to move us and so we had to stay put with french door open all night as the air con made not difference. In the bar we watched mice creeping out from under the settee to eat nuts that had fallen onto the floor. We told the bar staff who gave a knowing smile and said they'd report it. Disappointing stay and not impressed by the staff's reactivity or attitude to put things right.

Had a very good stay at Marriott Hotel Regents Park. Nice staff, clean room and very comfortable beds.

Really really bad. Very unfriendly and dishonest staff. Before I arrived I called the hotel twice to request for an early check in. I was told "we will have a room for you by then". But when I checked in, they said nothing's available. If I had no meeting over there, I would have left immidiately. This hotel is a rathole. The disgusting smell from the lobby all the way to your room make you feel like a homeless. None of the staff cares about you. You want to get any service from there? Dream on.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, fitness center actually had a wide variety of free weights in addition to the typical treadmills/machines, and the breakfast (included with the stay) was the best I've had in a hotel. Also, two blocks away from the most beautiful park in London. Stay here.

Terrible terrible terrible. 1. Lost reservation 2. No room ready when I arrived. Waited 2 hours 3. Unhelpful and rude people at checkin 4. Tried to order breakfast from room. Told they don;t do that on weekends 5. ON day of departure came into my room twice before noon check out and rudely asked when was I leaving.

The name is highly regarded, but why not have build a good window? So who wants good sleep needs better window.
