Was excellent… Close to sea front and attractions, clean, modern looking rooms, a wicked breakfast by Ron, comfortable, exactly as advertised, good value for money, got the little extras and the owners Diana and Ron were beyond amazing. Very lovely and friendly people, easy to talk to, very welcoming, funny and nothing was too much bother for either of them. Me and my boyfriend both celebrated our 20th birthdays here on 3rd and 4th of August the weekend just gone and got to say they made it for us really. Couldnt ask for better hosts at all, wouldn't get this kind of hospitality in any of the big hotels, no faults or problems at all! Lovely place, lovely people, would definitely recommend to anyone and every. Will definitely be staying here again! Loved it thank you both so much.
10/10 again as always thanks Ron +Dianne you always Look after us.

Couldn't have been any better!. Perfect location inbetween pleasure beach and the tower both about 10mins walking each way. Beautiful modern rooms with a nice en-suite bathroom to go with it. Great breakfast in a morning made by Ron the host and his wife Dianne was very welcoming on arrival and very helpful and easy to talk to throughout our stay! I went with my partner to celebrate our joint birthdays and it couldnt have been a better weekend if we tried! Thank you Ron and Dianne for such a warming and welcoming stay! I think we will most certainly be back! 10/10 would recommend to anyone to stop here! Can't beat the price for the amazing service you get!
