It was my first time in London with my mom. When I stayed at Hilton in NY, room wasn’t so clean but it was really expensive but this time, everything was perfect! The staffs, service, breakfast, and room. Talking about staffs, when I asked some questions, they were really warm and friendly as they listened to me. Room was so big, cute and clean! They have choices for breakfast. One thing that I don’t like was that were many Japanese people. (I just wanted to be at a place with no Japanese people). Thank you for the great stay!

Used this hotel for teas/water twice in one day. The Lounge area is somewhere I have known for years under this & previous owners. They have a good range of teas, including decaffeinated. The Lounge area has a range of different lounge chairs. It was meant to be showing Wimbledon during our second visit but the TV screen was blank. From the number of business people in there I presume they have Wi-Fi but that wasn’t a priority for us. A couple of issues would be the cost of 2 teas been over £7, but there is a personal service & a single biscuit with hot drinks. They offer a lunch menu which we didn’t try and the restaurant, I have used in the past, wasn’t open as they had a conference in there & were clearing up after it (we were in before 11am so it had to have been previous day) — for a hotel in a 24 hr business I got the feeling this could have a) been done quicker or b) was a convenient excuse. This is a place I will use again if in the area & would like the chance to try the restaurant again.

Two night stay here was just perfect. Room a good size, eat as much as you like for breakfast, foyer and bar very pleasant and staff attentive. Great location for Euston station.

Small rooms but a relatively nice and quiet hotel. Great for a solo trip or a business trip. Nice customer service. Good bar downstairs. Good location.

Room rather small but sheltered from the noise of the city. The bathroom felt rather damp and the air conditioning system never worked. Luckily we could open the window to exchange the air a little.

Close to the St Pancras train station, the spacious room, very nice bathroom, very basic English breakfast, and good attention.

Great location in central London, right across from Euston Station and a few blocks from St. Pancras/Kings Cross. While the room was the smallest I've ever had in 100s of hotels, it worked surprisingly well for a single business traveler. Every thing was modern, clean and we'll maintained. The front desk and service staff were all excellent. Definitely will stay again, albeit in a larger room.

Quaint hotel in Central London and 2 min walk from the Euston tube station. The staff are really friendly and they helped me out by changing my room when the heater in my original room wasn't working. Become a Hilton honors member to get free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is not included.

Lovely hotel, fantastic room, clean with all the modern cons you would need. Great food and good transport networks nearby to. Get into the heart of the city. Perfect for a 2 or 3 day city break,

I stayed there for two nights during the business trip. Location was very convenient for me. Room was rather small but tidy and adequate for my needs. I had no issues with noise.

Very convenient location, next to Euston station. The rooms are small but at good quality and with essential amenities such as iron board and hangers. Breakfast was not included in the room rate and it was an additional expense of £13.95 Hotel price for London is reasonable.

Nice hotel, the rooms are very small like many in London but the staff couldn't be nicer. Good breakfast in the morning and a refrigerator in the room is nice. Rooms are very well maintained and spotless. I'd be happy to stay here on my next trip as well.

Stayed at this hotel for learning course nearby. Really good location very close to Euston and not far from Kings Cross/st pancras. Rooms are comfortable although not huge. Breakfast is self service buffet style. Not too noisy as the hotel is away from the main road.

Great location5 minutes walk from Euston Station. Got upgraded to a deluxe room which was very nice and spacious. Tea and coffee on room. Bath and walk in shower. Breakfast was great and lots to choose from. Staff very friendly.

Comfortable hotel at 2 steps from the train station.

It's so near to Euston station which is fab. The hotel is clean and modern. Our room was neat but a little small. The bathroom was clean and there's a cool blue night light for midnight bathroom runs! The staff are lovely and friendly too.

Clean, tidy and quiet for the area. I couldn't sleep well as the air con kept coming on after I turned it off over and over. The lights went off in the gym whilst I was on the treadmill which, is dangerous.

Nice hotel with great location. As others have said, room is a bit small but this may depend on where your room is located. Too floor rooms (5th floor) are quiet, but Wi-Fi signal was weak/absent for these rooms. Could use another wireless router in the upper floor.

It's a standard Hilton much like any other, although with less individual character than some of the chain. This one is fine, and as it is 5 minutes walk from Euston station, it has good public transport links to anywhere in central London. It is also quite reasonably priced at weekends. Only gripes are that breakfast very expensive (you will find better and cheaper in the area around Euston station) and that Wifi is neither free nor particularly fast.

Very comfortable bed, good breakfast but the espresso is to avoid (Robusta bitter sour in big mugs), professional staff is friendly, we had a comfortable room but the window is condemned and facing another wall which is in itself not very Disturbing but not very aesthetic either by cons the rooms are perfectly soundproof.

The Euston Hilton is very nice. The rooms are relatively small, but very comfortable. Room service is great too; I didn't leave my room until 11 and left for food at 12 and they had completely made up my room even that late in the day. All the staff are very friendly, and more than willing to assist with any issues or concerns you may have.

The room was nice and clean. Staff friendly. Good atmosphere. Would stay here again.

Stains on pillows, stains and hair on bed. AC thermostat just for looks because I turned the temp down and after 5 hrs the temp went up rather than down. Not the quality I trust Hilton to uphold. I’ve stayed everywhere with Hilton. No complaints until Hilton Euston and their lackluster customer service. Reconsider this hotel.

Can't fault the location, and all you expect from Hilton is here. Best hotel beds ever, and excellent pillows! Plus the best breakfast sausages in London!

Used the lower ground conference room for full days conference (plus lunch). The Stevenson room is good, but could have a better A/V system — sometimes hard to see the projector screen (and cannot turn the lights directly at the screen off) and no microphone to carry voices. Otherwise very good. Wi-Fi could be improved — on phones it drops every 20 mins or so and needs to be reconnected. Catered food was truly excellent.

We ordered an afternoon tea, everything was delicious: great teapot that we were offered to refill without supplement, huge scones and their superb cream, excellent sandwiches, and small pastries, a treat!

Good location, nice spacious rooms. Dirty towels and one small working elevator.

Reception when checking in was disappointing for a diamond member. Rooms are spacious and the location is nice. The bathroom shower doesn't drain and grout is very dirty. Two dirty towels as well.

We arrived early after spending a night on a plane. They did all they could to get us in the room quicker. Bar prices were expensive rooms were big and clean.

The accommodations are smaller than expected but not atypical for central London. Front desk employees were helpful and friendly and the coffee was delicious. Any issues encountered were not the fault of the hotel but rather a function of the limited space.

Ww have stayed in several Hilton Hotels but have to say this is the worst so far. To be fair they do have the builders in now but it's looking very shabby with rather smaller rooms than any other we've been to.

It's being renovated as at July 2017 so maybe it'll get better… but for now this is just about the blandest hotel I've ever seen. Grey on magnolia on white all the way. The innkeeping equivalent of gruel. Went for a meeting, sandwiches weren't bad.

Had a really lovely lunch before getting the train home. Good food, nice atmosphere and reasonable price. Preferable to some of the chain restaurants in the railway station area. Walking distance to Euston and Kings Cross.

Varied feelings. Great location, most staff lovely but some very disinterested. Gym out of action, no view at all from our bedroom, and very little natural light. Big bedroom and comfy bed. It was an ok stay, but I was a bit disappointed, compared to other Hilton options in the city.

Comfy bed and room was very modern and clean. However, noisy road and limited soundproofing in the room. Room service and front desk didn't answer phone when tried calling multiple times between 5:45pm and 6:15pm yesterday. Ordered Deliveroo for dinner and delivered by Concierge who seemed to expect a tip. Served the purpose of my stay, but if I was paying £250 a night personally I would have expected a better experience.

I am still staying in this hotel, very close to Euston metro station, served by a lot of bus, so lovely location, room is spacious, clean and with linen and courtesy set always at the top, breakfast with everything and always with restocked trays, and The staff was very friendly and helpful, the service was very good. Good advice!

The room was very clean and well presented. The staff at reception were very polite and helpful. The reception area looked a little shabby and tired. I was very happy with mybstay at this hotel.

Visited the Stephenson Suite as part of an event. It was a well-kept and clean room, although there weren't enough chairs for everyone to sit — not sure if this was down to the hotel or the event organiser. The staff are all polite and very helpful — can't fault them at all. The hotel is in a good central London location which makes it easily accessible.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was not at all what we were expecting. The toilet leaked on the floor. The stopper in the bathtub was broken so shower water collected in the tub while showering. I broke 2 fingernails trying to pry it out so the tub would drain. There were no outlets next to the bed or in the bathroom. There was no where to do my hair since the outlets where I could plug the hairdryer in where no where near the only mirror which was in the bathroom. We were very dissapointed with this location.

Bathrooms were great and sizeable with a separate tub and shower. The bedrooms were modest sized, what you expect in London. The place was under construction so it was hard to judge. The breakfast was great and it is just across the street from Euston rail and underground (Victoria and Northern Lines)

A fantastic stay. Clean room. Read bad reviews about the renovation but absoloutly made no difference. Breakfast was amazing amything you could want is on offer. Cant wait to stay again.

Stayed here during the renovation. I hope that the renovation will improve it, but I'm not convinced. The layout, rooms, etc just aren't up to the standard you'd expect for a central London Hilton. Staff were friendly and helpful, but seemed rather ill informed. Won't be going back.

The hotel is currently being refurbished, so this review is based on the building worka being in place. The room was clean, and had everything as expected. The only negative was the small bed.

The hotel is currently being renovated and they have some issues with the AC in the rooms and the main lifts are out of service. That said, I got a newly renovated room on the first floor. It was compact but very nice with a great high spec bathroom.

This place is under renovation currently. I stayed here last May for business and it was fine but this time it's a bit like staying in a construction zone. Actually, it's exactly like staying in a construction zone. Still a good location, attentive staff, but…

I did not even know that a facility could be allowed to be in such an outdated and poorly maintained state and yet still allowed to be called Hilton. I booked this hotel because of its location and as a Gold member at Hilton I usually get better treatment. At this hotel, the carpet in the hallway is downright filthy. The room carpet is not clean either. Room is very simple. It has a absolutely cheapest fan you can find in Walmart in the room. This hotel is under remodeling, but now could Hilton allow its facility to run down so much and allow the whole experience to be so bad and yet still carry its name? As Gold member, I got aboutely nothing, not even a bottle of water. There is no execute lounge at this facility. I arrived from US in the! morning. The lady at front desk did my paper work and promised to keep checking with room service and call me when a room frees up. Through out the day, I did not receive a single phone call even though I made a point to leave my phone number with her. This is literally the worst Hilton experience I ever had any where. If you come from US and have been to Hampto Inn, this Hilton would be 3 steps below Hapton Inn in sevice, cleaness, and Hapton Inn is supposed to be the lower budget Hilton brand! In summary, you would be doing yourself a great favor to book Marriott or Holiday Inn (there is one right down the street) instead of staying at this hotel, even if you have a Gold status with Hilton.

This has got to be the worst Hilton in history, I've only been here one night and I already feel homesick. Only positive about this hotel is that it's centrally located. Ridiculously small rooms, dated architecture, dodgy looking thermostat, half decent waiting area and room service who banged on my door like I was about to experience a shake down only to ask me if I already had a fan. I'm never coming back here.

Worst Hotel I have ever been in, The floor is sneezing, The lobby looks like it was built 100 years ago, I woke up at 7AM in about 4 days (out of seven days) because of the drillings. The Spa is closed or destroyed in better words, the Gym does not exist anymore either, The Beauty landscape from the window is pieces of wooden doors, stairs and floor. Everything was A DISASTER Except of the BREAKFAST with the first guy who was nice in that hotel — Which is called Vitali.

Doesn't merit 4*. Better Hiltons nearby. 2015/5. Small rooms. Thermostat hanging off wall. Bedside lamps loose. Chair stained. One lift broken. Bar staff, amazingly, did not know what a corkscrew was. Unfriendly check-in. AC was good. Location handy for Eurostar, British Library. Mary Ward centre. A hotel with fixable training and maintenence concerns that need to be addressed to be worth a return visit.

The staff are fantastic and polite. Breakfast was very nice. However the rooms are very small and outdated. The air conditioning didn't work and the windows only open to about 10 cm so apparently the sauna included in the hotel is pretty much in your room. The lifts wernt working properly. And for some bizarre reason room service insisted on walking in at 7.30am every morning. I wouldn't come back again very dissapointed. Supprised this is a hilton. The premier Inn just down the road is so much better.

I travel a lot on business, have to say this hotel, at least the room I got 84 is awful, no natural light, window faces internal conf room, twin beds, mattress is Rock hard. Ordered room service, burger bun was cold from defrosting, whizzing sound in room from empty running mini bar. Won't be returning here any time soon.

A very conveniently located hotel with friendly and efficient staff and well proportioned rooms. Our room was quiet and contained everything we needed, including a small welcome gift for Valentines Day! We appreciated the decent sized bath, the bath robes, the good Wi-Fi and large, comfortable bed. Good variety for breakfast although we had to wait for a table. 4 1/2 stars.

Except for the rather convenient location and decent breakfast, this hotel is not worthy of 4 stars. There were floors squeaking everywhere, with small lifts and no public PC or printing facilities. Besides the generally dated decor, the bathroom furnishings are old and of a low-quality. I've stayed at much better 2 or 3 star hotels, and am shocked to see that this is even a Hilton hotel! Will stick to doubletree next time.

If you like indian food please Try The Taj Restaurant in 10 Carlton Parade Orpington Kent BR6 0JB open 7 days a week Monday to Saturday 5.30pm to 11.30pm and Sunday 5.30pm to 11.00pm.

It was perfect and I wish I could go back there! The place was definitely one of my favorite ❤️.

This was a very nice hotel. It was easy to get to, and for its location a pretty decent value (very easy to get to and from places from a few different underground line locations, or just walking). The room was very comfortable and the staff was very nice. Only downside was that you had to pay a very high daily rate for Wi-Fi (even the phone booths outside have free Wi-Fi hah), breakfast, and anything really on the TV. But to be honest I wasn't in London to stay inside the hotel all day and use those things, so it wasn't that big a deal.

I fell in love with this hotel from the first sight. The building is impressive — beautiful old facade, I think it's Victorian style. It's also very nice inside, with typically British charm and highest standard of the facilities in the rooms. It was good that the heating system worked perfect because London in January is pretty cold.

The King Hilton room was very big with comfortable bed. Staying in this hotel gives you the benefit of the location. It is very close to the railway station. Breakdast was great and the staff was very helpful.

Great hotel for both location and facilities, courteous staff.
The food in the restaurant is great, we recommend the half board treatment because it is worth it (especially to those who like the Indian).
It felt a bit too much noise from the corridioio and especially (what ever happened) withdraw from the credit card a tot a night of pounds as a deposit and then you return it 7 days later. This may be an inconvenience for those who are there a week like us, the figure was quite high.
