Nice little hotel nearby to St Pancras. Reasonable rates for London.

The location was great; right next to Kings Cross station. Room was what we expected; small, sparse. Breakfast was better than expected, though not great.

Visible dirt and dust on hotel room floor, bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly and could smell mold, could barely sit on the toilet and the taps weren't working properly, the top bedsheets were stained and ripped, hotel supplies free tea but the mugs were still dirty, the bathroom door was merely made up from MDF plates and couldn't be closed properly, awful sound isolation, etc. The only good thing is the location. Even though you shouldn't be expecting a super high quality hotel for the price, the least they could is keep it clean, hygienic and a bit more up-to-date.

Located extremely close to St Pancreas and Kings Cross. Rooms and toilet facilities extremely basic. No thrills but adequate to get your head down for a night.

Great location, close to metro and train station. Rooms average category. Breakfast room a bit small, the weekend you might wait a while.

Excellent location! The breakfast is just for those who arrive first. As is just not be reset. Scarce variety.

Good position, nice employment and good breakfast, but too noisy in and out, bad shower and small toilet, dirty floors you can see jungles under bed, no aircondition nor fan. Its bad choice.

Service is poor. Staff are not friendly. Room wasn't overwhelmingly clean, laminate floor not hoovered. Mould in shower. My room (5) on ground floor wasnt too small, but layout was terrible and I couldnt actually open and close the bathroom door without it colliding with the bed. No heater in the room, pretty cold. Horrible stratchy hair blankets. Wobbly bed. Had to spend my first half hour in the room fixing the connector on the arial cable so that I could use the telly, when I told the staff that I'd fixed it for them, he blushed and said sorry, so clearly this was a known problem that they hadn't bothered to fix themselves. Shower not warm, even with the hot tap on max. No hot breakfast. Ive stayed in better hotels in the area for less money.

Rooms so small that we could barely turn around. Close to king's cross station and this is good point.

Most of the comments are in this direction; and it is that the size of the rooms is to see it. There is not a Chair, because it cannot be. Clothing that we quitábamos to sleep — we have that custom — we left it on the luggage; by day, the suitcases under the bed.
Breakfast had to wait between 20 and 30'. 5 tables with three chairs, and one with four, were not enough.
It says that you have hair dryer: must be ordered at the reception; in the bathroom, there were only two pills of SOAP, and second hand.
We ask for towels, because there was an intermediate day, and one of them was dirty. Finally, I would not recommend it.

Hotels in London offer is enormous, what happens is that cheap hotels there are quite few or they are very bad, especially in the Center.
If you are looking for is to be in the Centre of London, the best thing you can do is look in cheap hotels guide or last minute offers.

We got a good last minute deal on this hotel and I must admit that it was cool. The hotel in itself is not incredible but nice enough if you take into account the fact that you get a good last minute deal. Hotel deals in london are more frequent now that ever and it is a good time to take advantage of them.

The caring is a small, simple and clean hotel, at the level of a B & B. It lies in a quiet residential area not far from Bayswater and Paddington station. We lived in the Zi. No. 5 on the ground floor next to the reception. It's a triple room with a bathroom and WC. The bathroom is small and narrow, but everything was kept clean. Enough space in the room for two people, three it would be too narrow. The room is very simply furnished, functional, without special attention to details. Late at night you could hear talks at reception far into the room. It was quiet at night. Not all of the rooms in the hotel are equipped with en suite. In some rooms you must take with bathroom and toilet in the corridor. These are offered but also considerably cheaper. What would be unacceptable in Austria, can always make for good money to the man in London.
