It's ok. No Aircon. But for the price you can't complain.

I will never recommend anyone for this hotel. I have stayed in may other hotels in London, but this one is below standard. The room I stayed were very small. The ceiling was very low, not more than 6 feet. The toilet and bathroom was very little, 3 feet by two feet each. One can barely move inside. It loos like they turned a store room into a hotel room. It serves breakfast as part of the package. But it has very little or no varieties in its menue. It serves only English breakfast and no vegetarian options against pork sausage/ham. Not good at taking complaints. When I requested to change the room, the receptionist said, "others had no problem before, why do you have? "

Nice room. Poor Wi-Fi. Worth the price.

Overpriced. Quiet small. Needs maintenance. Showers have 2 settings: hot or cold with no in between. Needs updating. Breakfast choices limited. Narrow stairways could be a problem for anyone with anything more than a back pack. If it was cheaper (~£30) it would be worth it for a single night otherwise save your money and go to a travel lodge or the youth hostel down the road which looks nicer.

Well placed (not far from St Pancreas/Kings Cross) and decent service even though the rooms are a little small, but the price is decent so no real complaints.

For its category it is a great choice: quiet, clean, close to the subways in a beautiful area. Unfortunately the rooms are very small.

It was an okay place to stay. Rooms small but clean, staff friendly and efficient. Shower was good, and the most powerful one we had the entire time in the country. Location is very convenient for both Euston and Kings Cross/St Pancras stations, and the nearby road was nice and quiet. The staircases are very narrow, however, which makes lugging around heavy suitcases painful. The temperature was also a bit high for our liking, even with both windows wide open and the room's radiators off.

Hotel a little dated but that's what makes it charming. The room for 4 people is a little small and the bathroom Also. There is no Elevator. The neighborhood is very quiet. The staff are very welcoming and smiling. Breakfast is Good. A nice hotel for a few nights.

We loved this hotel. Classic London hotel met our expectations. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was perfect english breakfast and service was most friendly. Quiet, conveniently located. Next stop in London, we will return here.

Me and my family stayed here due to our flight being cancelled. We arrived with our 2 children at 2am after being in the airport all day to be "greeted" by the most ignorant man I have ever known! He was not helpful at all and accused us of not paying evem tgough we had paid by card earlier that evening. He did not tell us our room no no imformation about breakfast and we were put right at the top of the hotel with 4 suitcases and 2 bags aswell as 2 very tired children one of which has a movement disorder! Our room was on a slant so the drawers were constantly open the carpet was filthy and our room door did not lock so I had to put a chair up against the door! I can safely say ill never be back and to the man that greeted us needs to seriously learn some manners and take the chip off his shoulder!

OK — So for £99.00 (including a full English breakfast) in central London — close to underground and overground stations, what do you expect? This is clearly a budget hotel… but this hotel delivers by the bucketful. If you want the Savoy, then dont come here, but if you want a low cost room for the night and a perfectly adequet breakfast the next morning then this is a great place to stay. I cant give it 5* as this would say its a gorgeous hotel, it clearly isnt. But, the people that have given negative reviews clearly seem to want champagne quality at beer prices.

Adequate room, but the "double" bed was two singles pushed together.

Staircase to enter then staircase to the reception then staircase to the room … When one is armored luggage the stairs it goes a while then stairs at least 1 for the breakfast room which has only 4 tables. You must either get ahead and know how to wait or forget the breakfast. Not recommended for young children or people with reduced mobility.
Very stingy in shower towels Fortunately we bring our own. Clean hotel close to 2 metros, quiet. Nearby shops and view on tennis court.

Feel like it's basic… no particular problem. And, the location is perfect for a trip to London. But, not sure to visit it again to be honest…

MY HONEST ADVICE IS AVIOD! its SHAMBOLIC… if Faulty Towers opened a hostel… This would be it. Hotel money for Hostel quality! Rooms not en suite (basic requirement I thought! ) Smashed my head on the skirting board when the chair in my room collapsed (i'm a sub 80kg 40yo male… not a whale! ) I asked to move rooms and was told you were fully booked! FUNNY THEY STILL HAVE ROOM ON LATE ROOMS as type this! Share the love and SWERVE this establishment.

Close to kings cross just 10min walk. Close to great britain museum. Close to airport underground line Good breakfast.

220 pounds for a small room, no hot water the third morning! We were sent to wash us in another room, where suddenly there was more water. Cold!
Basic breakfast (small boxes of Kellogs, 3 yoghurt, toast) ; hot chocolate for a child were asked, he did not.
In short, I do not recommend it.

Good for the price payed. Impossible if carrying a big bag (no space or elevator).
