Clean and modern hotel, excellent location for Wembley Stadium. Very near the tube station too. Do not book this hotel based on availability of parking; it has very limited spaces. There is secure parking within a 10 minute walk, but can be expensive if it is charged at event day parking rate. There is a Costa Coffee next door if you'd rather not have the hotel breakfast and a small convience store for basic supplies. We will choose to stay again.

We paid for family room which was really nice. Had a welcome pack for kids on arrival and breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again next time need to. Obviously location is amazing as is 2 min walk to the stadium and arena-hall for music /events.

Stayed here for a couple days in Spring 2017. Trip to London was an overall disaster, but the hotel itself was quite good. Front door is 3-4 minutes walking distance to the Tube station which takes you right into downtown without having to switch trains. Overall I thought this hotel was worth 3 stars, however the bar/restaurant was GREAT for a hotel. The servers were excellent and the Irish Grass-Fed Beef Cheeseburger was the BEST cheeseburger I've ever eaten in my life — I had it for lunch two days in a row… it was THAT good.

A good, mid-range hotel. Rooms are clean, room service was quick and good quality. They also hosted some post-event drinks for me and the service was great.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It's location was very conveniently close to the rail station. The rooms were neat and spacious. It was good to have a restaurant on location and the restaurant staff were very courteous. Debra from the restaurant went above and beyond in serving us and ensuring we enjoyed our meals. We will visit this hotel again.

We were given complimentary desert which was very nice as we stayed at the Novotel for our anniversary. The staff on reception were very kind, funny qnd down to earth, but professional. Great location for Wembley and tube station. Would stay here again.

Clean, modern, somewhat cramped (nothing for guests about 100kg), very friendly and helpful staff. Location Perfect (subway and bus nearby), in about 30 to 40 minutes you can easily and without change in the centre. Shopping mall next door. Breakfast plentiful.

Located directly in the avenue leading to the stadium. Modern and tasteful furnishings, clean, quiet rooms with a very well-equipped bathroom. The mattress was simply the best I have ever found in a hotel (including the 5 star category). A wonderful last year also thanks to this hotel!

Perfect location for Wembley stadium and arena, and very close to tube station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast and evening meals in the hotel, cannot fault anything. Would happily stay here again. If you are stuck for parking, I would recommend the NCP car PARK at the tube station, minutes away and not too pricey.

Nice hotel conveniently located near Wembley Park Station. Rooms were nice, and the staff were friendly. Had breakfast only one day, as it was not worth the 16 pounds they charged for it. Decent options were available next door. There's a small gym on the eight floor, which was a nice way to round off a long day of work.

One of my favourite places to stay in London. The rooms are spacious, transport links are excellent, breakfast is varied, beds are comfortable, staff are friendly and rates are extremely reasonable. You could spend much more to stay somewhere nice and more luxurious but chances are you have come to London to see London rather than a hotel. This place is perfect for resting between your shopping or sight seeing.

Good quality hotel, and excellent service. Very clean (although the carpet in the executive room I stayed in was stained in a number of places) and quiet, given the location right next door to Wembley stadium. Breakfast options were plentiful and all ruddy delicious.

Very disappointed in restaurant, had to eat elsewhere. Room was very hot even with window open. Tried to use air conditioning but would only go down to 18. Very noisy during the night due to wind even with window shut. Bed very comfortable and room clean. All staff I encountered were fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

A nice clean hotel with — for London — unusually large rooms.
The mattress could be a little harder for our taste, but that certainly looks different.
We were very pleased and booked again for the upcoming London visits.

I've stayed at Novotel, Wembley on numerous occasions and it never fails to deliver. The hotel is modern and the staff always friendly. The location a few minutes walk from Wembley Park tube station is so convenient and its only a few minutes walk from the shopping village with a host of restaurants.

If you're the type that loves to get your money's worth please I advise you not to go to Novotel in wembley. First of all, u have to park on the road, cross over and walk with your bags in to the hotel, it's not convenient if you have big/heavy bags or a little baby like I did. Secondly the staff at the reception couldn't even apologize for the inconvenience, the one staff was busy trying to say that there's a private parking, etc but the private parking sign was so little you wouldn't even see it if it's you first time around the area. They also have no concierge Very few items on the food menu Some of the lights in the room do not work The room floor was dirty I could see some black stuffs, the bed sheets had black stains as well. The housekeeping don't replace the toiletries after cleaning, I had to keep calling them and they barely pick the phone up, the toilet paper texture is so cheap now considering that I payed for an executive room and they claim to be a 4 star hotel, I didn't get my money's worth AT ALL! And will never be a guest again at the hotel.

Already 2016 we stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied, which is why we decided to return to the Novotel London Wembley. The stay was impeccable again this time, unfortunately we did not get two rooms (parents + 2 children) with connecting door. And this, although I have been on the phone several times, announced the wish in writing and even made a personal speech in May. — the receptionist was very keen to clean up the situation (we were given 4 drinks vouchers to make amends), but it was cumbersome to keep walking from room to room as we had all the necessary things for the 2-day stay for 4 people in Just packed a suitcase.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Novotel. The staff found out that we are there for our honeymoon and came to our room with a cake. We are truly surprised and felt really touched by it. The room was spacious but we thought that more toiletries could be provided in the room rather than us asking for it. Otherwise, it was really an awesome stay.

The rooms are very nice. The beds are the comfiest I have had in any hotel and the air con is so quiet that you can have it on when you sleep and you barely notice it. Having a fridge in the room is a nice little extra because it meant we could take our own tea and coffee and buy a pint of milk. This is also the first hotel I have stayed in where they provide you with herbal tea as well as the usual tea and coffee. Despite its busy location, the windows block out almost all noise and even though there was building work going on outside, we hardly heard anything. It's just a few minutes walk to Wembley Park underground station and 5-10 minutes walk to the Outlet shopping centre where there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. The bathroom door is the most un-thought out part of the room. They are glass double doors. The doors do not lock and they do not even close properly as there is no latch or magnet to hold them closed. This meant that one door was open slightly and there is around an inch in the middle of the door where you can see through it. Also around the edges of the doors there are gaps of around 1-2cm. Although the doors are frosted glass, there are parts at the top and bottom of the door that are clear glass. You are sitting directly opposite the door when you are on the loo and because there is a mirror on the wall opposite the bathroom door, anyone in the room can see you from the knee down when sitting on the loo!

Good service, hotel is reasonably equipped and also with free Wi-Fi, only the smart cards sometimes make problems, but this was solved at the reception quickly.

Nice hotel, ample room, clean OK, tube only 5min away, I can recommend.

Stayed 2 night's amazing hotel in Wembley park. Customer service was amazing, room's very spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. Walking distance to Wembley park station and also Wembley stadium and shopping complex. Just be aware of staying in Wembley when there is a event be prepared for price hikes and crowd etc. Only negative about this hotel is car park has very limited space not easiest to find. Apart from that I find much negative as enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at the Novotel in Wembley Park; what a lovely location it is (even with the building work opposite). The executive room we stayed in was on the 6th floor and is a very quiet floor — there was virtually no noise. My daughters shared a pull out bed — the only complaint we had was that the duvet wasn't a big enough size to provide adequate cover for them in the bed. When one rolled over, the other became uncovered. Apart from that, there are no gripes or quibbles. The hotel is fantastic and the staff are extremely helpful. We will be coming back.

Modern hotel just a short walk away from Wembley Stadium. Limited underground car parking only £15 per 24 hours. Buffet breakfast (can order porridge) £19.90 for two people per day. Good food and helpful staff. Noisy area (we were on second floor) so had to close window at night and rely on air conditioning. Nothing nearby within walking distance except stadium, so need to use buses or underground as next to industrial estate.

With my family, especially my two children, 6 and 9 years old, I was a guest at the Novotel Wembley Park for a few days.
We were satisfied with the room as well as the service. We'd love to come back.

Easy online check-in. Straightforward and welcoming arrival at reception. Modern, clean and nicely decorated room. Room was of a decent size too. Breakfast was really tasty and could help yourself to as much as you wanted. Staff all very attentive. As did online check-in, just dropped off keys in box when leaving. Would definitely use a Novotel again.

From the moment we arrived until we checked out, it was a wonderful stay. We even stored our bags and when my friend forgot her coat, it was no trouble to the staff to go and find it. The evening meal was really tasty. And the breakfast was superb! I would most definitely return to this hotel. The beds were comfy, the rooms spotless and the shower was big enough to walk in and have a barn dance!

The rooms are modern and clean. The bathroom door Unfortunately glass doors that do not close. Great that there is breakfast at weekends until noon. The choice of breakfast was rather low and typically English. Service and staff very nice and helpful.

The customer service here was better than I ever could have expected. I was so impressed by the staff and their commitment to providing an excellent experience. They allowed us an early check in after we had flown in overnight, and held our bags on our last day so we could sightsee!

Staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are lovely. The restaurant and bar downstairs can be really busy when there's a match on at the stadium but aside from that is usually lovely. Sometimes the lifts can be a tad frustrating when you're staying on a higher floor and you have to wait quite a while but generally this is a great hotel and super handy location for everything in Wembley Park.

Nice location and very nice hotel. Best Wi-Fi in any hotel so far, which actually works. Yes very good breakfast buffet and plenty of choice, but seems too pricey. I'm not paying for the variety, but paying what I can eat. £17 for breakfast, not unless I'm in mood of luxury and in a mood to skip my lunch.

I enjoyed my stay at the Novotel, Wembley. The rooms were nicely specced and the location is great if you're there to see a show. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The bar in the lobby is well stocked too :)

Excellent staff, clean and safe lodging. My wife, 17 year old daughter and I shared an executive suite. Plenty of room for all to relax and sleep. Will definitely keep on the top of my revisit list.

Everything was super good and you were very nice.

It has quite some distance from the center of London but it is next to the Wembley underground. It only takes 20 minutes to get to downtown. The world famous Wembley stadium is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are outlets and super markets nearby which is perfect for last minute shopping. The services and breakfast is wonderful.

Some good and and some awful First of all the good — Location great for Wembley stadium and Wembley Park tube station — literally a couple of minutes away from each. Room size and design good. Good bathroom and shower. Very quiet rooms, bearing in mind location. Absolutely perfect for the Wembley Stadium Bruce Springsteen gig — which is why we and many others were staying there. Now for the bad — This hotel is incredibly overpriced because they have a captive audience for concerts — the price they charge would get you a very good hotel room in most big European cities. No complimentary water in rooms, plus awful synthetic pillows. By far the worst breakfast I have ever had in any hotel, with staff completely overwhelmed despite their valiant efforts, thanks to totally inept management. This hotel knows how many rooms it has and knows it will be full for a concert, so why can't it cope at breakfast (or in the bar after the concert)? Terrible food and cold plates at the breakfast hot buffet, long queues, all juices continually running out, terrible table service, because the staff are so stretched. The breakfast room that looks like a school canteen — all hard plastics. And why have a breakfast cut-off point of 10am the day after a concert? That's far too early, so guess what? All the guests will stream into breakfast at the last minute, causing the mayhem we witnessed. It's not rocket science — put the cut off back to 10.

First rate hotel in an ideal location for Wembley Stadium or Arena. Only 5 minutes from each one and a further 5 minutes in the opposite direction for tube and railway stations. The rooms are large, clean and spacious with comfortable king size beds. The restaurant, serving breakfast, has an exceptional range of hot and cold food choices and the staff are friendly and offer excellent service. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would happily return again.

Wasn't a fan of the bathroom doors having no locks on them and being virtually see through. The food at breakfast was also fairly sub par considering the price paid. The room, minus the bathroom door, was wonderful and the service was great.

It's all about the short-term money! Considering that the price per night is quite high, one would expect that the chain would try to build a long-term relationship with the clients. Yet, everything is made to make them pay more, even small bottles of water in the room at 3£… Seriously! 100£/night and the hotel can't make the effort to provide free water! You get only 24 hours of free Wi-Fi… Waow! in 2016, seriously?! The people working at the reception are quite unpleasant, they barely say hello. Two of them were actually contemptuous. God knows why, I hold a PhD for f*** sake. And while I checked out one day early and my flight got canceled, they refused to give me back the room to spend the night even though I already paid for it. A really bad experience. To be avoided. Prefer other hotels or Airbnb.

Large, modern and very clean rooms. Since it does not hurt that it is located a little further out. City centre via the nearby Metro.

In principle, a great Hotel. We lived on the top floor, had a very large and clean room (2 persons). Service was good and friendly. A star deduction is because of the water pressure in the bathroom (shower) could have been still higher and the temperature was 38 degrees limited. But that was to be absorbed.

Advantages : location of the hotel close to the tube station, stores and wembley stadium.
inconvenients : not very clean for a 4 stars service. Bathroom not isolated and lockable. Price of the breakfast very expensive I advise to go to the lidl front of the Hôtel to save your money.

Staying at the Novotel in Wembley Park ended up being a nice surprise. Situated only a minute walk from Wembley Park tube station, the room was spacious, clean and quiet. Service was exceptional with the friendly staff making every effort to accommodate you when needed. In fact, the ladies at the front desk were quite adorable in the way they assisted us. Wifi is also provided all around the hotel and is free of charge. As far as mid-range hotel goes, Novotel is a front runner in my eyes!

We have arrived from India and when we arrived at the hotel they could not allocate the room because we arrived before check in. And we where told the check in time as 2 and when we came at 2:30 one of the room is still not ready and the receptionist explains rudely to the tired guests that they could not do anything. More polite behavior was expected from a 4 star hotel especially when they keep the guests waiting. Not expected from novotel. Being a frequent traveler, I now have a bad opinion about nickel so well not prefer this hotel if I have a choice.

This new Novotel hotel is excellent value (by London standards! ) and it's much easier to get to central London than it appears on the map, because of the fast and frequent underground trains from the tube station, which is just a couple of minutes' walk away. Like most London hotels, breakfast (from £16.45) is expensive, but there's a 24-hour McDonald's around 3 minutes' walk away, along with a Lidl supermarket where you can stock up with food and drink for the fridge in your room at bargain prices. The hotel's friendly reception staff are happy to provide extra milk cartons (very few are provided in the fridge). The hotel is also just 5 minutes' walk from the London Designer Outlet for shops, restaurant and cinema, and, of course, Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena.

They just only DID manging everything furniture in proper way, but no cleaning. Thank gods! For giving me this dirty experience and saving the earth! You have been reduced your reputation of Novotel that I can remember.
