The Asian gentleman on reception and working the tables on the evening of arrival and morning of departure was outstanding. A gentleman with a beard, didn’t catch his name but he took time to know mine.

I, m a night driver and leave the at 2 in. Morning it some people are so hard faced.

In a hotel that's practically empty why on earth would you put guests in the room directly above ours!
Our stay here is due to a much awaited hospital appointment tomorrow… can't imagine we'll get much sleep with all the noise from above. On top of a 4 hour drive this is really unacceptable.

Very friendly staff nice rooms good value for money.

First & second rooms: room next to a fire door that was slammed into my adjoining wall every time it was opened. As per pictures. Dining experience: as per the picture & being told they had no space for an hour?

Rooms are not cleaned well, carpets uplifting and the parking situation is ridiculous!

My partner and I stayed at one of the hotel rooms at Edgware where we have raised some issues about it e. G there were ants behind the bed and all over the bathroom. The remote was really dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned etc. The cleanliness of the room was questionable! We were told someone from Guest Relations would be in touch about our stay however, we have heard nothing further. The email address they gave us does not work either! We cannot get through to anyone! We have been patient and gave gave them time to get back to us but we have still heard nothing and so this led us to no choice but to contact you through this way! Future guests… be aware of the ground floor rooms…

Great location and the breakfast was lovely plenty of variety, the kind lady made me an omlite.

Stayed here a couple of times in the last year or so. Can’t fault the rooms — the usual Premier Inn experience, great for a relatively budget night or two in London — comfortable bed, decent sleep, and the option of a big breakfast (costs extra) in the morning. Bar closes at 11 on the dot though, so don’t expect a late-night nightcap here, unlike some other Premier Inns.

This is a budget hotel in Edgware. Rooms are OK but lack basic facilities like telephone, ironing board, safe, coffee machine. Avoid the breakfasts. The food is very poor. The lobby area is on the shabby side. They charge for overnight parking in the lot outside the hotel. The ensuite bathroom has an annoying light/fan combo.

Excellent hotel friendly staff rooms clean and we'll aired. Shame about the food! Only thing I fancied was told not now on menu. My wife's food was not as she order it. Had to wait 25 minutes for bill.

Fab staff, great food, lovely rooms easy access for the tube. Will definitely stay here again.

Great room (clean & well appointed) and in a fab convenient location for access to London! (35 mins on tube) Staff were really helpful especially putting our water drinks and ice pack in the fridge for our hot journey home! Food and service at Dinner was excellent! Breakfast was great value for money, only gripe was the pancakes at breakfast were out of a packet and cold but being pedantic there. On the whole would highly recommend a great value for money stay if tripping down to London!. Nicki.

Today was exceptionally two star experience. I took my 86 year old mother for a meal and she was brought her drink in a bottle without a straw and asked if she would require a glass to drink from! Then we ordered a pizza to share and it arrived without our plates and we were asked if we required plates to eat from! So I asked the waiter if he would share a pizza and eat it without a plate in a restaurant like Premier Inn and was told "yes I would"! I rest my case!

After a shaky start… our room was perfect. If you want fresh air instead of relying on air con, just ask. If you want a sofa bed for your child, just ask. As long as you ask at reception before you are allocated a room, your room should be fine. Food was amazing, the chef was defiantly in a good mood. The staff were pleasent and polite, as long as your requests are clear they have no problems helping to get it right. … If all else fails, the guy to sort things out quickly, efficiently and immediately is Christian (Assistant Manager I believe) Without him the stars given would have been non existent. I know it's easy to whinge, however, when things are put right so quickly and efficiently and the stay only encountered a minor hick up… I'm happy to stay there again.

Cleaning staff very sloppy. Restaurant is OK. One meal not good answer got a refund. Bed the mattress protector didn't fit so very uncomfortable suppose to replace but didn't.

Room quite small, cot left in room all week in our way although we told them we did not need it… barhroom nice and clean, good shower, good beds. Very bad that they charge 7£ per day for car park…

Well recommended. Lovely weekend break. Staff was very good. There in the back ground but also aware whats going on around them with check ins and out and very responsive to any problems arising.

Stayed a few times now — clean and easy for a short stay. Staff usually helpful.

Booked 3 rooms for my daughter and bridesmaids to stay night before wedding… lovely touch for bride Inc card and chilled Champagne on arrival at room… room upgrade to assist with getting ready was not a problem, even moved the rooms around so they were next to each other to make it easy… check in was really easy, great staff made everything so simple… allowed an extra hour after check out without charge… over all was a more than perfect way to start my daughters wedding day… a VERY BIG THANK you to all the staff at the hotel… would recommend this branch to any one.

Good restaurant and breakfast. Service could be better for those with children in high chairs. Otherwise a typical Premier Inn.

Have to say a great spot to stay if you are visiting London, it is a bit outside of the centre of London but not to far in on the tube which runs very regularly. The staff are top notch and extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and you can have a good heart breakfast every morning.

The hotel and staff very good this was our first time for as with the hotel. And we will be back next year. The Hotel's position is very important; The Rooms are bigger than the other London's hotels. The price is very interesting, if I come back to London, I think that I'll come here too. I've been a very good journey.

The rooms are standard. Clean as normal nothing out of the ordinary. The staff were friendly however the meals, which were ordered at the same time came around 15-20 mins apart. This did ruin things and did put me off ordering a dessert as I did want it this year. Reasonably priced and helpful staff.

We stay here very often when travelling to London. Tube stops are close by and the rooms are brilliant. Staff are incredibly helpful and parking is exceptionally priced for the capital.

The hotel is not the best experience as the car parking spaces are extremely limited so get there early. The hotel also seems to be short staffed causing long waits for reception staff. The cleaning services are not the best either with the bathroom not being cleaned well but the best was well done. Additional the bed was great. The room just needed the ability to have the air-conditioning to go to cooling mode.

Nice friendly hotel not a lot of staff to look after guest I have been there a few times has gone down in my opinion wount be back.

Lovely facilities and comfy bed. Check-in online was flawless and quickens experience. Location round the corner from Royal National Orthopaedic hospital in Stanmore so handy for appointments for people out of town.

I stayed here before a few years back, abs having had such good service, I went back. The restaurant has been redecorated and the bedrooms in excellent condition. The low rating was due to a lack of staff on-site and an uncomfortable bed. The team in the restaurant were doing their very best, although as they were two people short, service was very, very slow.

Good rooms, nice and clean, some issues with third party booking, but hotel staff sorted all for us, staff are friendly and hireen our waiter is absolutely brilliant.

Had a fantastic stay… bed and shower were amazing. Easy access to local public transport… made our trip including wembley arena a very painless experience. Happy and helpful staff and a great selection for breakfast.

Nice clean modern quiet hotel. Did not appear quite as professional as most Premier Inns. Very disappointed that, due to staff shortages, we could not get a table in the restaurant unless we were prepared to wait an hour and a half. Nearby Italian restaurant IL Mascalzone had food which would be hard to beat however.

Visited for 2 nights and this is a good Premier Inn. Had a good night's sleep, hotel was not noisy, staff very friendly and food at breakfast was good quality. Very much as expected from a Premier Inn. Location was handy for transport (and there is car parking available for a charge).

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, probably the best I've ever experienced at a Premier inn. Rooms were ok although some of the decoration was a little tired. Good evening meal and breakfast with reasonably priced food and drink.

Well-priced accommodation for visitors to London. Modern, with large rooms and good restaurant. Handily-located for Edgware tube station and access to centre.

The room was a very good disabled room with a lovely shower, although the bed could have been a couple of inches higher. However, the restuarant was in the reception building so had to walk down a steep car park to it from the building the disabled rooms were in. The staff were very helpful and carried my drink back to my room for me. The breakfast was luke warm and the coffee from the machine was undrinkable.

Premier inn edgware were absolutely amazing. We booked the room as it was very close to our wedding venue and when we got back we were pleasantly surprised that they had surprised us with lovely gifts and swan towels and confetti to really make our stay great! Thank you for all the little personal touches xx.

Room fine… apart from being above the kitchens the room 110 smelled like a fish & chip shop!
… would stay in premier again but would request a different room away from cooking smells. Good choice of breakfast… however staff a little disorganised but very pleasent.

Pretty basic, just towels with shower gel. Nothing else, not even water provided. Beds are comfy, a bit high and not too big, room is consider spacious.

Rooms are very clean. Staff are friendly, always willing to help. Very accommodating to children. We enjoyed our stay. Will stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and professional, a rare combination in The hotel industry. Room clean and comfortable. Chef " Mo" was outstanding. Breakfast was fabulous and well presented and cooked, along with a friendly and engaging personality in "Mo". We will come again and recommend to our friends.

Modern and functional. About 800 m from the Metro.

The room was clean, the bed comfy and the food was great. Plus I managed to check in right on happy hour at the bar.

Really good quality accommodation. The beds are excellent, and comfy. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the Wi-Fi is fast. Rooms are clean and spacious. Only downside is a slight lack of parking.

Dailty room cleaning, thought iron would be provided but you had to request it and room didn't have a phone there, but overall the room was comfy and it looked nice.

Next to a very noisy road and my room was near to a store room so was woken early every morning. Took a long time to check inn. Staff were friendly.

The hotel was nice and pleasant as always, but there was a serious parking shortage and the lift didn't work from ground floor. Also the fire alarm went off at 8:00, luckily for me I needed to get up anyway.

Stayed here after attending a concert and had an enjoyable stay. The staff were nice and the room was spacious and clean.

Unfortunately the hotel is under refurbishment and is in a poor condition. Although advertised there is no restaurant or bar area anymore due to building works and the area doesn't seem too safe to walk aroumd looking for food. I stayed on the second floor and was kept awake most of the night by extremely loud floorboards above. We we're moved the next morning to a top floor room but this seemed cold and with damp bedding. Not a very enjoyable experience. Maybe it will be better when the new part is opened.

The location is good, close to lidle and sainsburys, currently construction going on close by which can be noisy. Small car park. The rooms seemed a little out dated but otherwise were absolutely fine! The service we very friendly and helpful, they knew the local area which was a big help to me. The main reason for 3 stars was because the restaurant was closed. I wasn't given a reason why but it was causing some problems. Because of this I couldn't review the food and I was left to get a meal deal from sainsburys! :)

Staff were really nice, hotel wasn't as nice as other premier inns (Eg smaller tv, not as nice shower) but I assume its because it's an older branch. But for the price it was really good. I think they're making improvements to the place so it's like the other braches.

Everything there is excellent like the room servise.

Please avoid the Premier Inn. This is what I wrote to the customer relations which went unanswered and they dont answer their phones: "Last May for a week and was so delighted with the comfort I decided to book again. Once again when my Mum sadly passed away in September I stayed at the Premier Inn on the M1. I then made 2 bookings back in November to stay at the Premier Inn Edgware for my niece's wedding with my family. My son, Mr. Daniel Parizada was arriving 2 days later. When more members of my family wanted to join us, we decided it would be cheaper and maybe nicer to rent accomodation in Watford and we would cancel our hotel bookings. I went back on to your website and I cancelled my booking and my son's booking on the link given. To my utter dismay, a few days ago I received a charge on my credit card for 2 separate amounts of GBP205. — and GBP 97. — respectively. Please refund me the money asap. I am a divorced woman, with 4 children and cannot afford this huge amount for something which I had cancelled back in January 2015! I rang to UK this morning and spoke with Denise on the reception and she gave me a customer relation phone number. I held on for 10 minutes and nobody answered. I am so stressed out and upset about this and don't know who to turn to. Your cooperation would be appreciated".

This hotel earned five stars purely because of the its ambiance, ease of booking pleasant welcoming and helpful staff, cleanliness of rooms and comfortable pillows! The only downside for a poor pensioner is the cost of a meal which reflects Premium central London prices. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again on my next visit to London.

I give my experience a 6 of 10, First of all the parking is chargeable! and so is the internet, it is not included. They do give you 30 mins free, but should be included I feel. The internet speed is shockingly slow as well, so it takes a long time to pay the £3.00 anyway. Overall the interior is very nice, and rooms well decorated. Cannot fault the presentation.

Nice breakfast, and the rooms are really good. Every thing is local. Tube, bus even rental Cars! Shopping center down the road and also that fabulous Curry house called Curry centre. Also the m1 that too is down the road.
