Very good. I was there with my family 5 people for a week. It's not very close to the city centre but in 5 minutes you're at the Woodpark tube stop that takes you to central London. The accommodation is therefore strategic because it is located in a quiet area not noisy but at the same time comfortable to get to the city. It has everything you need to spend the night. Breakfast, included in the price, is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend it to anyone who wants to take a holiday in London spending most of the day out and visiting the many places of interest without spending a fortune. Finally, I suggest that you have the rechargeable subway bidge that you can make directly at one of the stations and recharge it with cuts of 5 euros up.

Attentive staff, large rooms and great location!

So staying at this bnb for a over a week, am on a business trip and my partner comes up to see me. They wouldn't allow guests in room even though we booked a family sized room and told us we should go for a two hour walk and that she couldnt even be added onto the list to stay the night and my boss get a hotel instead even though we had booked for three people. Not happy, but service okay feel out of place here even though we've spent nearly £1000 to stay. Going back to travel lodge I think.

Staff were very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was very yummy!

Room was very basic, suitable for an overnight stay. Cooked breakfast was fine, however for hot beverages one had to use a hot water flask, not ideal if the water temperature is not maintained.

Staff very nice. Rooms comfortable. Bed great. Great place to stop when working in the area. Breakfast made to order. Very clean.

Lovely rooms and they remember you on your returns. Breakfast are the best and it's close enough to the centre without being there! Will be returning next June.

Lovely little hotel in a great location with easy access to the tube.

Lovely clean facilities very close to northern line tube station great room large and comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Fab beds! Relaxing sound nights sleep Lovely breakfast warm and friendly hosts. Will definitely be back. Thankyou.

Perfect for an overnight stay, attended because of a visit to Alexandra palace and staff where happy for us to come back very late, lovely staff.

We stayed for three nights because there are several days until we could move into a new rented property. I mean we are local. This hotel was like our home and provided clean and spacious room and delicious breakfast. There is beautiful backyard and the location is perfect, that there is the station, supermarkets, cafes, good restaurants and pub. The staff are friendly and kind. This is great hotel. Thank you.

I've stayed here several times. The rooms are clean, spacious & comfortable & the staff friendly, with a kind of family feel that makes you feel welcome. They remember you, so each time you return you feel at home. The breakfast is excellent & the dining hall light & airy. You're very near to public transport (Woodside Park Station is at the end of the road) & the a main shopping street studded with nice places to eat. In short, the guest house is a lovely alternative to the many faceless chains in London. I'm looking forward to being a regular in future!

Fantastic hotel. We have stayed here twice now. Very warm, clean, modern and friendly. The staff are lovely and the breakfast delicious. I would certainly recommend this hotel and I will also be returning. Fantastic hotel!

The owner of this place is very friendly and helpful. We're here on business, and there is a Studio room, very clean, bed and pillows are particularly comfortable, believe me, because I'm pretty picky on! If the kitchen had more utensils and pots for the better. Decor a little outdated, but we'll happily pre-ordered here. The room service is great, every day new towels. Two people living, space big enough.

Have stayed several times and loved it every time. Friendly and welcoming lovely rooms and breakfast is really good too. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed 2 nights with our teenage son. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Nice safe area with restaurants nearby and the underground station a 5 minute walk away. Nice value if you are willing to travel a bit further on the tube to get into London.

Bed uncomfortable; another guest had no working lights in his room. However — the room is large, has two double beds etc. Given the choice, I think I'd rather stay at the Glenlyn (opposite) instead — it's the same price for one person, effectively the same sized room — but better food and more comfortable bed (s).
