Sandwiches were poor and our waiter was short and unfriendly! We were 3 elderly woman celebrating one of our 76th birthdays so was disappointing.

Very welcoming staff. All staff very friendly. Tour of the house and gardens from ‘Ben’ learnt about the history of Warren House and the Combe Estate. Many thanks Ben. What a great place to visit.

Would recommend for sure, thanks Muddy Stilettos for the recommendation. This is a fantastic place, beautiful setting. I bet it is a fantastic wedding venue too.

What a delightful tranquil setting to relax and enjoy a holiday. Our room was comfortable, clean with gorgeous decor and the bathroom huge and beautifully decorated. Would recommend this place to everyone. Just stunning.

A hidden gem. Beautiful building, pretty gardens, ample parking, rooms spotless, mini fridge, tea, coffee, range of toiletries in bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style with a large variety of continental and cooked items. Staff extremely helpful, all in all our 3 night stay was wonderful.

Warren House is located in Kingston in very pleasant surroundings that make for an enjoyable afternoon tea with friends or family. There was an assortment of sandwiches and small desserts also fresh scones served with home made raspberry and strawberry jam and fresh cream. A good choice of different teas were on offer and as much as you could drink. The waiter service was good especially one in particular who had a very cheerful manner. All in all a very nice venue for afternoon tea especially when you have great friends to enjoy it with.

Beautiful setting with country feel close to London. The good weather allowed guests to spend time outside before the meal. Food was good, there was convenient parking. No complaints! I was a guest at a wedding and did not stay overnight. The rooms were expensive so I opted for a cab back to town for purely economic reasons.

Afternoon tea with my sons 1, 3 and 12 attentive friendly staff, lovely relaxing setting and wonderful food. If I had to give constructive criticism, it would be, if children are welcome and you 'cater for them' an alternative to the 'pimms jelly' would be worth considering. Will be back soon with the hubby to try dinner!

Lovely property! Rooms were fine, house is beautiful. Only isse were bikes — we asked for reserved bikes, but they weren't available once we needed them.

I have stayed at Warren House for several nights each week for a month so far as I work away from home. I love the gardens and the different but lovely rooms. Staff are pleasant and I've had no issues at all.

Excellent short break. Warm welcome at reception. Quick check in. Room very clean and everything you need. Big confortable bed (maybe just the mattress should be more firm), kettle, coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer, lovely bath with huge cotton rich towels. 3 course dinner was suberb.

Excellent! We got a free upgrade to a "Feature room" which was enormous, and beautiful, and overlooked the gardens. Everyone was super helpful, and we ordered room service and it was delicious. :)

A beautiful and historic building at an accessible location. Great friendly and helpful staff on site. Boiler broke during one cold night, but otherwise an impeccable stay. Note that there is no lifts in the establishment.

Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food is of a good standard. The only reason I didn’t rate as 5 was because my curtains didn’t close completely and my room was quite cold as the heat from the heater went straight out of the old windows.

We had afternoon tea at Warren House on Mother's Day. The food was nice but I don't think it's great value for money. Maybe the prices were higher because of the special day? Still, the food, hotel and grounds were nice and the team were very helpful.

We had to go to London but hate the noise, fake look (contrast of opulent arabs in South Kensington and very poor working people around) and polluted air there so stayed out. The epithomy of sad capitalism and accepted injustice. We went by public transport from Brussels. Nice surprise, very nice old building, small room with all amenities and a good stay 2 nights. Kingston nearby by bus is really worth it. Kew Gardens no to far by bus. Visited Tate & Science Museum. A nice 2/3 day stay just before New Year. We would do it again.

A beautiful old building with an excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in a suite for New Year's and the decor and furnishings were beautiful. The shower wasn't up to much but the roll top bath was more befitting of the building than an electric power shower. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff at this venue, located just south of Richmond park. Lovely manicured lawns at the rear.

Attended a funeral lunch which was delicious. The staff were attentive and helpful but kept out of the way when not needed. Nice room and lovely grounds.

As the wedding place is good, because old enough, as the hotel you want to avoid, standard room small, outdated equipment, wear serious, and not very clean, if you want to have a good evening also other hotels. Staff service is uneven. Two-Star.

Magnificent venue located only 20 minutes away from central London, you won't believe you are so close! Beautiful and really looked after gardens surrounding the amazing Warren House, ideal for exclusive events, conferences and weddings, very versatile space.

Not a hotel, but a house, but they do have fantastic feature rooms you can stay in. A great place for a wedding.

We had an absolutely lovely wedding at Warren House in June 2017. The day was absolutely perfect from start to end, beautiful location, stunning grounds. Throughout the day and in the run up to the wedding — no ask was too much for the team who went out of their way to make our wedding feel special and very personal. Many thanks for a wonderful day!

Warren house is a delightedful family run hotel and events venue in glorious surroundings. We use it regularly to run training programs and Strategy days.

Large converted Victorian mansion with a sweeping staircase up to rooms. Beautiful gardens. Peaceful. Clean rooms.

My husband and I did the garden tour yesterday (21st June) and it was very interesting. We got to me Vicky who wrote the book about Warren House who gave us a brief history of the previous owners of the house. Then Dan who deals with the gardens gave us a tour of the gardens and explained the plants there. After the talk, we were given refreshments and pastries which was nice. We have done many things at Warren House from afternoon to dinner, from Christmas to renewing our wedding vows last year. I would highly recommend a visit to Warren House, you always get a warm welcome from the staff.

I stayed 2 months ago for 2 nights. Lovely grounds and some impressive parts of building but many faults. For example, it was cold in room but was told heating preset to go off during day. Given plug in radiator but this meant dangerous cable on floor of already cramped room. Broken lights in bathroom and broken coffee maker. Nobody could fix first and meant missed coffee. Beware breakfast stops at 10 even on Sunday. We got in before 10 but very slim pickings unless you made a fuss. I voiced concerns when asked to give feedback and answered some other time consuming questions from hotel manager. Was offered good price at subsuent stay but strangely a request for price for a night a few weeks on was 'missed'.

This is the second time I have been to Warren House for afternoon tea, and I wasn't disappointed. The afternoon tea is lovely, and the cakes and sandwiches are to die for. The service is excellent and the staff are polite, friendly, efficient and attentive. We wanted for nothing. This will always be my first choice for afternoon tea.

What a surprise. I knew by all the reviews that this was going to be nice however I was still amazed at the quality of the whole experience. Brilliant.

Great hotel with small gym and small pool. Very classy. Old Manor House tastefully converted, lovely rooms, comfortable bed, quiet, very clean. I travel a lot on business and this hotel is the best I have found. Very helpful and polite staff. The food is very classy too. I could find no fault at all.

A superb location with wonderful, private grounds. The room and facilities were excellent and for me to sleep comfortably in hotels is not common and I slept really well in comfort. Brilliant.

This hotel is absolutely without fault. I stayed here for a weekend break and was constantly surprised by the staff's attention to detail. All their focus is on ensuring that you are very well-provided for, and they make no charge for their efforts. The rooms are cleaned on your own schedule, they reopened the kitchens when I wanted a midnight snack (when service makes you feel almost guilty for receiving it you know it is good), they collected food delivery orders for me at the front desk and brought it to the room with cutlery and then came to find me at the gym to tell me it had arrived. Well, there were many instances like this every day. After you arrive, everything is free, which is how it should be. No charge for the bottles of water, no charge for the internet access, neither for use of the gym and pool or of the billiards room. The grounds of the hotel are amazing, and if you tire of their acreage, the manicured landscapes of Richmond Park are two minutes walk distant. I defy anyone to stay here and not have a thoroughly pleasant time, everything is set up to ensure that you do.
