I highly recommend this place! Nothing fancy, but it's just what we needed! Run by nice family.

My friend paid 65 for a superior room Mattress was full of dirty Stains and hairs It was filthy. Slept on top of the bed. When it was discussed with the manager he said "so what it's only the mattress the sheets r fine if your friend wanted something better they should have booked the Hilton.

I can't give this place a zero. Or I would. Arrived late… my mistake. The out if hours numbers… no one answers! When someone finally did, he said… Can't help you… and hung up! Couldn't get another bed, everywhere I tried was full… my wife and I slept in the car… Grrrr…

Disgusting place, rude staff, dirty rooms. - Never ever book a room in that place! They don't clean the toilets and they don't give you new toilet paper. Floor and room really dirty with died bugs around, dirty beds with old blankets. Staff liar and rude. They take your money from your bank before to use the room, like knowing that you'll be disappointed when you'll see it. If you ask a question they are annoyed about it. Also one time we had to wait 15 minutes to ask something Becuase the receptionist was talking by phone with his friends… not about work. That is not an HOTEL Maybe a poor HOSTEL or less. I hope someone will go to check and make them close. Repeat … DON'T GO THERE.

Cheap and cheerful. Perfect for cheap digs for travelling workers.

Comfortable en suite room, good price, no breakfast.

Wouldn't stay there again took money out of my account and said it will return 2 my bank on arrival but didn't go in 2 my bank and still waiting and wanted me pay cash as well. So took my brothers card details 4 deposit so they holding all this money and waiting 4 all money 2 return in 2 banks rooms are small but clean.

Can only speak from our personal experince but I wouldn’t have any complaint about steying here. Friendly and helpful welcome, clean room, comfy bed and good shower. The location isn’t exactly Park Lane but quiet enough and a short walk to Kingston centre. We were lucky to get a parking spot on the street outside the hotel. Well worth the money, and more than adequate for the price range. We would definitely stay here again.

Yes it's in a estate but the time we stayed was very quiet and owners were very nice im just home today.

Horror show. Late check in as we arrived from the airport late through no fault of our own due to hurricane Irma and we were abused by the front desk Indian "gentlemen" who yelled at us for checking in after 11:00 pm. Wanted to charge us 10 pound more for checking in late! Then verbally abused us demanding to see our boarding pass! Really? Said "that's what's wrong with your culture! " Not understanding what he meant as I'm American. I left with no where to go which was better than staying in his rude establishment. Stay far away. No customer service there.

Owner checked us into a room, we went off to a party and found that someone had been checked in afterwards, concerning as our stuff was in the wardrobes and had potential access to the other guests belongings whilst they were out. What would of happened if they were in the room and I walked in on them or visa versa? The rooms are very basic but security is what you want anywhere you stay and these guys dont provide it.

Extremely obnoxious and rude 'manager' made a slight booking mistake and was told to leave the premises or 'Get out'. Rude staff. Disgusting hotel. Do NOT stay here. I wouldn't let my dog stay there!

Took money out from my account when I did not even book a room with them. I am quite worried the fact that I do not even know how they got hold of my card details to take 300 pound out of my account without my permission. Be very careful with this place and am contacting my bank to mark this business as fraud. I am with Barclays.

If you want affordable clean ensuite friendly hotel with easy access to London then this hotel is perfect.

My father was checked in here and unfortunately on the day was admitted to hospital. We phoned through inquiring about the possibility of cancellation and the phone was slammed down on us. Incomprehensible lack of manners or empathy. In retrospect i'm now glad he didn't spend a night with these people.

Freindly staff food ok let down by the hotel, the hotest hotel ive ever stayed in both me and my wife did not sleep well very old shower, room need a make over.

Lovely staff, nice basic room. Even though the location is in a built up area we were shocked at how quiet it was. We will stay here again when visiting family in the area and enjoying the shopping!

We enjoyed our stay there. We booked a family room for us three (close friends). We only got two blankets, though (I guess the family room really is for families). The people there are nice and it's generally laid back. It's good for the price. Call them to book.

You get what you pay for. Cheapist place to stay in kingston only 10 mins from chessington world of adventures. And great customer service.

Do not stay in this place, I came down on the Monday 1st and my job wasn't ready so I stayed 1 night but was booked in for the week, told them I'm going bk home Tuesday, the payment went out on the wed £60 plus the charge of using my card, checked my account this morning the 4th of August 2016 and they took a further £180 without my say so? That is theft, this will be reported to the police and trading standards.

Meets my expectations. Small closet, cheap wood, no meal, but has all basics: electric kettle and coffee, fresh towel, clean sheets. If somebody wants highest standard for 40£/night in London, well…

I tried to cancel due to parking restrictions. They immediately took my money off me in 5 different transactions so it was less obvious. There is no bar and no food facilities. It is more like a hostel than a hotel.

I stayed here for a month… Great service, Very affordable, Very accessible to everywhere in Kingston. Great room service, The staff are very courteous, and helpful. Especially "Kumar", one of the managers who always lend a helping hand even at dawn. They are very helpful here, ask them and they'll give you helpful tips. What's Inside the room (single occupancy) : Toilet and shower, table, small closet, queen size bed, 24" TV, heater, cordless kettle (for tea, coffee), drawers What's Inside the hotel: Microwave, Brand New fridge, Receiving area with 40in TV, Pool table, vending machine. What's in the neighborhood: 5mins walk convenience store, 7mins walk to Norbiton Bus station, 10mins walk to hospital, 10mins walk to supermarket (Asda), 15mins walk to town Center. Note: every room here has a toilet and shower for your information. And when things get broken they fix it up for you the soonest time possible. Just rooms and a small common area… Nothing fancy here, but the Indian dude that runs its is great to talk to.

Located in the middle of a run down estate. No en-suite in the room even though specified on the website. There was a communal bathroom in the reception area — even though communal, the door was missing! Staff very unhelpful, unprofessional and when we asked to speak to the manager was told he was "eating his dinner" and therefore didn't get to speak to him. Obviously we didn't end up staying in the hotel because of this, yet we still got charged the full fee and was refused a refund. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Great cheap hotel in Kingston. If you book saver rate rooms then you will not be able to cancel. If you are unsure about the stay, please email them in advance and get a flexible booking. I booked one at very good price but they said if I cancel within the last week there will be a cancellation charge. If I want to cancel in the last week then price may increase. Check this before booking. Really enjoyed my stay. It was a lot cheaper than most of the other accommodation in the area, and the staff were friendly. They don't have chip and pin. So if you want to use your card there will be a transaction fees. The rooms were clean and modern, and the reception is now open and has a big screen TV, as well as nice sofas to relax on. There's no food available, but there's plenty of nice restaurants a short walk away in Kingston town centre, and there's also a nice, basic cafe within a couple of hundred metres of the hotel (river cafe) where you can have a nice breakfast, if you want. We weren't expecting much, for the price, but were pleasantly surprised.

Best value for money and walking distance from kingston. Also I love their free Wi-Fi and free parking facilities. You can not cancel their saver rate rooms. But if you contact them before booking they will offer you rooms which you can cancel before two days of arrival. They are still not serving any meal. But there is a cafe just a minute walking distance from this place where you can get cooked breakfast for £4! Very helpful staff. Charlie.

Fine for what you pay. Staff is hellpfull, room was ok, bed is suitable for large people aswell. Bathroom was a bit less suited, as large people will have to bend over to look in the mirror. Wifi is super and free. Room we had, lacked some extra points for electricity, and no hair dryer or place to use one.

I saw some reviews which relates to the old pub. It is not a pub any more. The new owner has recently refurbished all the room adding en suite bathroom for all of them. Currently it is a budget hotel and good value for money. I stayed for 12 nights and it was great with free parking and free Wi-Fi. Great customer service and the guy was very helpful.
