Stayed for 3 days it was nice and affordable hotel. Friendly staff breakfast was great. The only that let me down is parking, very limited to 5 space maybe. So I have to pay and parked away from the hotel about 5 minutes walk.

Good for the price. If you intend to have a night out in Gants Hill (Faces, etc…), then sleep, this is a good choice.

The rooms are fine if you're looking for somewhere to put your head down for the night and not spend much.

Cheap and nice hotel. Noisy on weekends due to a night bar on the ground floor.

I have stayed at the hotel with my girls a few nights and have found staff to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in have been clean and also have all the necessities needed. The breakfast is perfect to finish the stay here. I am very happy with the accommodation.

Pretty good for the price. Clean and quiet. Parking can be an issue as there are only few spaces, but considering there is no charge for it, it's a good deal.

Great place for your stay and great value for money. Staff are wonderful and so helpful.

Location directly on a fairly busy road — but also in the immediate vicinity of the underground station. Room/bathroom was clean. Overall good value for money.

The hotel has good value for money.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
The subway (which is right next to the hotel) is about 20-25 minutes from the city centre.
Breakfast was included but in our opinion not the firecracker.
Nevertheless, the hotel is really recommended for the price.

Very good location. Few minutes walk from Gants Hill station on the central line. Some cheaper rooms may be cramped a bit. Breakfast was decent (but was the same for all the 7 days we stayed). Walls are thin so you may overhear from other rooms. Overall value for money.

Small rooms, breakfast, no Wi-Fi in the rooms.
Please note that on weekends on the ground floor has a nightclub that can disturb your rest.

An absolutely terrible experience … I will go further by saying it is the worse customer experience I have ever had in my life in which it became so untenable due to the unprofessional, prejudicial and inconsiderate behaviour of a certain member of staff that I had to leave midway through the night. Only to be told I could not be refunded my money and having to chase the hotel up through trading standards in order to obtain my rightly deserved refund! I urge you to book a room at this hotel at your peril! This is t a personal tirade … Just a genuine experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone else to encounter.

+ Very friendly staff, nice bar, fair prices, rather clean than dirty rooms — Very small rooms, carpet ground everywhere, Wi-Fi in the lounge only, thin walls, very loud rooms, very warm rooms and lounge, problems with the safe.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks whilst working in london hotel was clean in a good location breakfast was always good and staff are excellent.

December 2015, from Germany We came here as a family and were happy for the quality-prize ratio, what we got. The room is simple, small, but kept clean. Good english breakfast with ham, eggs, beans and toast, nothing to complain about it. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby and the bar/breakfastroom. The tubestation Gants Hill is just a few minutes away and next to the hotel is a small Tesco supermarket, as well as many restaurants, mostly asian. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing to complain about, is the loud music from the bar on the ground floor from Friday to Sunday night. Use earplugs, then it`s bearable. But better be prepared for that noise. Altogether we were happy and would recommend the place to all people, who don`t expect a first class hotel, when they book a cheap hotel. I mean, this is London. The place is cheap, clean and got excellent transport connection. The huge Stratford shopping centre is just a few stations away, easily to reach with the underground. Connections to London centre fast and easy. Perfect for a trip to London.

Its good hotel every thing was perfect, but who is the Reception Mr. Mahamood that team leader very crazy and when I was in a Hotel in the Night he try to chat with me without any reason, he disturbed me lots and he said he is not marry no girl friends and so many un necesary things. Actually I am happy with stay in Hotel but I had horrible un plaesent experience with Night Reception mahamood.

Stayed last year in july for 2 nights, all though the room was a tiny bit hot, it was well decorated, clean and tidy. The breakfast had a well layed out continental choice. The only thing I think could have been better was the room size it could have been a little wider. All in all thoroughly enjoyed myself, close to shops, close to shopping places and the tube was literally down the road. Cannot wait for the next time I come here.

Not too good. Cigarette smoke coming from neighbouring rooms made it unpleasant, it was also poorly isolated from sound. So whatever the neighbours was doing, we heard it (even felt it). The breakfast wasn't really good either, quite boring actually. I even found two hairs in the cake on two different days. Someone have a permanent bad hairday? I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Enjoyed our stay here overall good value for money and staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean. Only problem we had was not enough tables in breakfast room and we had to wait.

The hotel room was not ready when we arrived half an hour earlier than check in which is understandable. When we came back at the allotted time the receptionist then engaged in a 5 minute discussion with a housekeeper whilst we waited at the desk. We went up to a room which was not clean and the spa bath was broken. The junior suite we booked was much more shabby than it appeared on the website. The floor was a nasty cheap laminate and you needed a tenner deposit to use the air con. We asked to be upgraded to a Superior suite which was better. However when I took a towel off the rail it fell off the wall. The plug would not operate for the spa bath. At the back of the hotel the sounds from the air conditioning from the nightclub underneath was loud so windows could not be left open but there was air conditioning to compensate. When I called reception the lady actually tutted when I asked for help with the bath. The service and facilities were just lacklustre. Many of the staff spoke little english and this caused some problems when asking questions. All in all there are a number of hotel choices in the ilford area and I would not choose this one again.

I was disappointed that after two days of enquiring about availability, I had not received a reply. I was further disappointed that when my partner followed up by telephoning, not only was he told that he must call back as they were too busy to take his call, but also, upon the second phone call, was told that the rate had gone up! Very bad customer service.
