Room was lovely food was nice sadley they have had a run of vans being robs and they do not male much effort to protect your property.

Very friendly staff. Helped with case. Room fine… and a bath. Bonus. No complaints.

The hotel is fine, clean and with pleasant, helpful staff. The Beefeater next door could do with a refurbish, or knocking down or something.

Brilliant hotel on the central line. Always great beds and pillows even for side sleepers. £5/ night parking charge. Very professional and helpful management.

No hot water in the hotel room for over 24 hours … Apart from that it was ok.

Well this is the second and last visit here hotel can't fault it now the food side of we booked the meal deal for 2 nights first night our desserts came before our mains I ordered mixed grill with skinny fries well done! Came with chunky chips and rare steak? Put me right of our meal. Second night the main before the starts? And then the starters came cold… Then I watched the serverie hatch and noticed that 2 of our mains was sat there for more then 30mins before being brought to our table complete and utter shambles chefs are nothing more then glorified burger flippers and we wasn't the only people to complain.

Located in North London right beside the birth circular. The journey there was fine. Actually getting to the entrance was difficult. Sat nav takes you to the north circular only. One I arrived the parking was free, a pleasant surprise. No one in reception, however I checked in easily using the machine in the lobby. Room was exactly how I've come to expect from premier inns. Very clean, superbly comfortable bed. Large TV. Shower was hot and powerful. Evening meal was nice, nothing spectacular, but service was efficient and friendly. Would recommend.

I had the misfortune of staying in room 2 a disabled access room next to reception. This was also Hythe front door so I had the pleasure of listening to people stood outside talking until the early hours. Not only this but I could hear everything which was being said in the room behind reception along with the him of a fan Despite this I eventually got to sleep only to be woken around 4 the sound of her laughing a talking. I phoned reception on the main number, heard the phone ring and every word she said through the wall. I politely asked her to shut her cakehole so I could get some sleep. In the morning I realised the strange cabbage like smell in the bathroom was probably caused by a rotting floor underneath the lino, you could feel the holes under it. Getting into the shower I was faced with the most pitiful of flows from the eco showerhead. It was so bar I was literally leaning directly over the taps. Upon leaving I tried to claim the goodnight guarantee. This apparently doesn't exist anymore so I'll be having pur accounts department query the premier inn account invoice. Other than the young receptionist and the awful smelling bathroom the "hotel" was immaculately clean as you'd expect from any "Premier" in. The privilege cost me £136. It wasn't worth £50.

Very nice and clean with helpful friendly staff. Pub adjacent and 2 minutes to the tube. Next to main road didn't here any noise.

Nice enough hotel newer style, well revamped anyway, food good slightly dearer than others.

Had a refurb better rooms than the one at the westfield shopping centre down the road and no problems with the electronic door keys.

Beautiful high tech and clean structure, ideally located for a visit to London.

I had a great time, the staff were very hepful when ever me and my partner needed any thing from them, and the whole stay we remained uninterupted while the rest of the hotel was very peaceful. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because on arrival although the staff weren't unfriendly, I didn't feel they made any effort to be friendly and polite either.

Convenient and clean hotel, friendly staff, great location, good value for money. Summer months might be a problem as no air-con. Road noise to exterior particularly sirens. Would use again though.

Good hotel. Good staff… and the best part is 30 min Wi-Fi free per day… rest need to pay… wow.
