We stayed here as part of a stay and park package. Room was comfortable albeit bathroom was awkward. Things like shower screen got in way of door etc. ) Had breakfast and was good and service efficient. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful too.

We stayed here as we were picking our daughter up from T3. Beautiful hotel, friendly/helpful staff and breakfast was lovely with plenty of selection including a healthy option. We will be staying again for our trip to Vegas in June 2020.

Very poor service. I've now had two rooms. First one was filthy. Bed not made. Towels used. Coffee cups used. Rubbish on the floor. Bin full. 2nd room. Dingy and small. No view whatsoever. Staring at a wall right outside my window 30ft tall. How in this world would I recommend this hotel.! Also my stay here was for 3 nights. My room was miles away from the reception, and after working till late, got to my room to find the key card not working because the receptionist the day before had only activated it for one day.

Great place, friendly atmosphere, great choice of food.

Location close to Heathrow airport (you can hear the jet engines as they take off). Parking is not free and hotel uses number plate recognition. Conference halls are of a very good size (easily fit several hundred people). Decor inside is wonderful (edwardian style as the name suggests). Hotel rooms are not overly big. Overall would recommend for functions such as weddings.

I love this hotel chain. Excellent service, great assistance, great restaurants, and very comfortable rooms. But, after being put into the wrong room and made to wait 4.5 hours for a change when promised it would be only 1-2, it's a bit uncomfortable. What made it unbearable was the fact the room into which they were placing us was ready at the time limit given, but they didn't wish to place us in the room so we waited some more. When I finally called, angry now because my elderly companion needed to get some rest and couldn't, they made us wait again before finally providing a key to the new room. It was not appropriate at all. That said, the concierge was above reproach, the wait staff in the restaurant amazing. The hotel is modern and updated and very energy conscious. The air conditioning is top notch. Indeed, everything but the messed up reservations/wait/moving ourselves, was as expected for the Radisson. As long as they get your reservation correct, it's a marvelous place to stay.

Courageous staff. Very good place for weddings. In house restaurant serves good breakfast. It would be nice if they increased menu items on lunch and dinner. At least add fried chicken and pizza for room service on evenings. Upgraded room was Good, but the price was a bit more.

Simply superb service and quality from this Radisson Hotel. The foyer is very beautiful and vast with comfortable seating for visitors. Staff are exceptional, very proficient with their tasks, helpful and happy to help. I had a taxi booked and arranged within a minute of mentioning it to my receptionist. The rooms are very well appointed with plenty of room to move about with luggage and all furnishings are modern and new. The bed is comfortable and very supportive.

I used the gym here as there were no airport hotels available with Gym access. I paid £20 to access the gym, which given the facilities on offer I thought was a little pricey given what I had access to. The were only 3 treadmills and one upright static bike, and an assortment of other standard equipment in fairly low numbers. I expected more for £20 for one session, but I did get what I wanted from my visit. The surroundings were well kept and the main hotel was very well kept, my advice would be to lower the price by at least 25% — 50% to make it value for money, or offer a reduced price for those only wishing to access the gym.

We didn’t stay in the hotel but went there for dinner in the Steak and Lobster restaurant. The hotel itself is beautiful with high ceilings and a grand staircase. The restaurant was really nice, the staff were friendly and the service was top class. The food was amazing! A great choice of cocktails on offer as well.
Although it was quite expensive it was worth every penny. Will definitely be returning for the food.

Very nice hotel with good bedding.

Very well-furnished hotel with a genuine upmarket feel. Kevin was a great member of staff but our stay was slightly let down by some of the other staff members who didn't have as great customer service skills. The Steak & Lobster restaurant service was very poor. We waited a long time for our order to be taken, drinks to arrive, additional drinks to arrive, and then the bill. In the mean team, we had asked for another basket of the 'unlimited fries' but these didn't arrive after more than 30 minutes of waiting.

I have got to say I only arrived 8 hours ago at the hotel & it says something when I am already on here leaving a 5***** Star review before going to sleep.
We arrived a day before our two day yearly conference we have here each year, just to have a bit of a catch up & pamper session with work colleagues. Amal the lady looking after the Spa has been fantastic. She couldn’t do enough for us to make us all feel welcome. Amal & her team was full of knowledge of the services & products on offer as well as making sure we was well looked after in the Spa. All this without putting any of us under any pressure to purchase or book anything. Within 5 min of meeting Amal it was like meeting up with a long lost friend her customer service was outstanding. The Indian restaurant served beautiful food and again couldn’t do enough for you. Reception on arrival again provided 5***** service & all our requests pre arrival was in place on arrival.
I highly recommend this hotel beautifully clean really friendly staff who acknowledge you as they walk round the hotel. I’m really looking forward to my next two days staying here May 15-17th May 2018

In general I am not a person who is rating either only one star or five stars. So let me be honest this a two star rating so a low rating from my site. I had a stay from the 12th til 14th of May 2018 since I went for a course at a neighboring hotel. I used my points on my stay and was first thinking of taking the nights at ParkInn. But since the Radisson look like it was better rated I choose this one. I am a silver member of radisson. First of I got a room, that went out t…o the back yard, and had a direct view into a ballroom. I do know I ordered a room out to the back yard when I checkedin over the internet, but when I checked in at the desk I asked if I could change my room to another view than the back yard. I was told I could get another room for 30 pounds extra per night. another thing with the room was there was a strange smell in the bathroom I made a note to the cleaners regarding this I am not sure if that helped because an hour later I came back efter it had been cleaned the smell was back again. in the evening Sunday the 13th I wanted to have something to eat, and since the day before I had some Indian food at another hotel then I basically just wanted to have some European British food, which I could in the hotelbar. But in the hotelbar and the restaurant there was so loud "shity" music, that I asked if it could be turned down, I was first answered that I could sit outside in the rain, where smokers were sitting.

Experience and customer service was great at first. But at the end when trying to leave the hassle it took to leave was excessive! Went to pay for the parking at the Pay Station, then tried to drive out and was hindered by the barriers. Having spoke to the reception through the machine at the barriers, we were told that we did not pay yet my bank had been charged and the machine did not print a receipt! They did not believe me and forced me to walk all the way back and show them PROOF! Luckily I have internet banking some might not be so lucky. Such a big hotel/restaurant shouldn't have such a broken system, I am disgusted and vexed.

We liked the fact you could check in & choose the room a few hours before we arrived. The only problem was that our car details weren't put into the system so we had a few problems leaving the car park! Had a lovely meal & cocktails in the bar.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Pretty close to airport and definitely recommended taking the bus shuttle. Friendly staff and nice restaurant within the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, definitely recommend.

Great location. Less than a mile from the airport. Comfortable rooms. The decor is very gratefule and classy. It is a little lacking in facilities, but for the most part I have a lovely stay.

A really nice hotel, very close to the airport. I enjoyed the cocktails in the Bijou bar and we had a nice meal at Steak and Lobster. Would be great if they would also serve draft beer in the Bijou bar.

I have been twice in this hotel and the service is truly amazing. They food buffet will blow your mind with all the different flavours. Totally recommended.

Very nice hotel, if not a little dated, but very clean, excellent staff and service. Reasonably nice food, and some nice bars and restaurants. Very good for business conferences. The bar is expensive but that's London for you. I got an iron and free bottled water in the room and the cleaning staff were the best I've ever known, on one occasion tidying my room twice in one day. Would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the room being a little 70's and smelling like an old people's residence. Otherwise fantastic.

I went for an event. They have a very spacious cat park round the back. The decorating and finish in the public areas of the hotel are amazing! The conference rooms are layed out very well and perfect for businesses. Would certainly recommend. Also the food, seeing as we were at the Radisson you can probably guess what the food was like, yup your correct, amazing :).

This hotel is classy. The interior is brilliant and the staff is amazing. Rooms are adequate but you get what you pay for.

Nice hotel, hecking cold out front as they have taken the heaters away. Slow service at the bar due to low staff but very friendly. They will generally mess up your parking if you need to leave site. But beds are comfy, it's pretty around the place and very easy access.

Perfect place to stay before catching a flight. Comfortable beds, the staff are incredibly helpful and easily arranged a taxi for five to the airport in the early hours. Plenty of choice when it comes to food! It was tasty and healthy! Plenty of parking also! Great hotel! 10/10.

Excellent hotel. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. There was a large variety to choose from at breakfast and the staff were really nice and pleasant. Negative — I was at the hotel for a 3 day conference and the hotel did not have enough staff working at their restaurants to account for the large number of people visiting the hotel. In one of the restaurants they had a single staff member taking orders, serving and retrieving the food from the kitchen. So you ended up waiting about 30 mins between ordering and being served a hot sandwich. Other than that really good hotel to stay at as long as you are not there at the same time a large conference is being held.

The two adjoining rooms were fantastic. Nice greeting at reception. The only thing that became an issue were there were no parking spots available in the parking lot so we were forced to pay for the more expensive valet parking. Oh and we found a drinking glass (with it's sanitary cover on it) to actually have cigarette ash in the bottom when we removed the sanitaty cover. We had reserved non smoking rooms…

I unexpectedly found myself booked into this hotel for a night courtesy of British Airways, after they cancelled my flight to Germany for a third time. Image my surprise when the taxi from London deposited me outside this magnificent 5* hotel After gasping at the jaw dropping chandelier in the foyer I was greeted by a number of friendly faces. Within 5 minutes of arriving, I was clutching a keycard and walking through the vast corridors, admiring ancient Indian art to my delightful room. I was able to get a meal within the £20 budget in the BA deal as a takeaway from one of the restaurant. After a peaceful night sleep I was sufficiently refreshed to tackle the trials and tribulations of taking a BA flight from Heathrow. Unfortunately I didn't have time to experience any other aspects of this magnificent hotel, but would highly recommend this hotel it's staff and quick service to the whole world.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms very nicely decorated and equipped. Staff were very accommodating when I asked to have feather bedding replaced due to allergy. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Spa facilities also very good and clean — just a shame there was no jacuzzi!

A great hotel! Had to move in here for 5 weeks because we had a water leak in our house. It was a very stressful time but everyone we spoke to at the hotel tried there best to do whatever they could to help us from reception, breakfast, housekeeping and room service. The rooms are decorated nicely and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very good and lots of choice of cooked breakfast, cereals, fresh fruit, pastries and you could order off a small menu and the teas and coffee's are great too made to order. Everyone is very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel for short stays too. Very close to the airport and a shuttle is provided from the hotel.

Stayed overnight prior to early morning flight. Great value for money with parking for two weeks included. Treated really well on check in, lovely bar for quick bite to eat in evening and room was more than what we needed for such a short stay. Will definitely use again.

Great design for a four-star hotel with lovely and welcoming staff; offering water upon arrival was a good touch. Distance from airport is good and the 5-pound shuttle from it was ok. However, dining places on site are poorly rated, aisle and room carpet is dull and dated, both soap dispensers did not work in my room and shower and sink drains were closed with no way to open them. Overall, I would not stay here again and I felt it was overpriced for what It is.

This is a very nice hotel. I stayed here one evening before fighting out of Heathrow. I thought the staff at check in and check out could have been better. I was not informed about the lights. You need to keep you key card in the slot near the door to turn the lights on. When I checked out, the gentleman didn't even say hello to me… which I thought odd at such a high quality hotel. The rooms and availlable spaces are amazing though.

I only had a quick stopover for use of the airport, so no chance to eat, but the decor was lovely especially in the public areas, the atmosphere in general seemed very good, reception was friendly yet professional, the bar seemed the right level of busy as did the restaurant, and the food smelt nice! The room was clean, a little too warm for me, but the air con helped. The room was quiet which is key to me. At 6 foot tall, I found the shower mounted a little low, but apart from that the standard room was well kitted out with large TV, decent toiletries inc. Separate shampoo and conditoner, an ironing board, etc. Overall very nice, shame I didn't have time to sample the food!

Really close to Heathrow airport. Airport transfers options where a 30 min bus journey calling at other hotels for £4.50 per person or a 5 minuet taxi ride for £12. Hotel had a concierge service to help with bags, at least 2 higher end restaurants, a lobster and an Indian one that I saw. There's a classy looking bar for guests to relax in. I stayed in a twin room and the beds were so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. I normally like a firmer mattress but you could really snuggle into it. Had an amazing nights sleep which is unusual for me in new places.

The public areas in this hotel are beautiful. Great restaurant in Steak and Lobster. And the cocktail bar is lovely. Staff were excellent and online check out was easy. There's a McDonald's next door if you'd like something bit cheaper. Loads of on site parking.

Very clean, beautifully designed hotel. Great value for money. Rooms were very clean and smelled lovely. The most comfortable beds and pillows! Had a wonderful sleep. The hotel staff also made me feel very welcome. Great location with transport links to London found easily as well as restaurants in the hotel and a McDonald's restaurant next door.

Hotel was very nicely appointed in the common areas and guest rooms. Our room was a bit small and the bathtub/shower was partially open which meant that water spilled on the floor almost every time we showered. The iron in the room also left a strain on my shirt, but I was able to wipe it off with a bit of effort. The staff was quite friendly and helpful and the restaurants were really very good.

We went to the Radisson Blu for a meal in their restaurant. The surroundings are very nice. We didn't realise beforehand that the choice was limited to Steak or Lobster (and a couple of vegetarian choices). This was OK for us but for others or regular business visitors it may not be what your after. The food itself was good and the service was efficient. On the night we went in they didn't have any draught beers available which was a shame. Not sure if this was a one off. Overall it was a pleasant experience and the food was good so recommended if your happy with the limited menu.

Staff are very powerful, the check in and check out were very efficient, the room was big and comfortable, and I didn't ask for cases for my upgrade. Is a very nice hotel from Heathrow Airport is also very good.

Fabulous hotel with excellent hot water in the showers. Intrigued to see a famous actress at this venue, whose roll call is indeed prolific. The blonde actress, who has played opposite one of the celebrated (original) ;) ;) Ghostbusters ;) ensemble, assisted me while I brought my miniature chihuahuas and their maid inside during an unseasonable rainstorm, maintaining both of our coiffures in the process. One star lost due to poor service from onsite Doggie Manicurist.

Only a short free bus ride from the terminals, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy travel to the airport. Rooms are a nice and clean, although a little tired. The front of house staff were very polite, warm and friendly and welcoming. I'd be happy you stay again.

Service and food excellent. Staff friendly and helpful and lots of them. Decor a bit old fashioned now and bar prices are insane. But overall a very good hotel experience.

Beautiful place, absolutely fantastic inside with nice seating area outside. Only downside was a lack of staff out the front to shoo away the odd crack head asking for cash "I've lost my oyster card" etc. Someone offering to help with bags would have seemed in keeping with the venue but didn't happen. The food is fantastic and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Hit and miss hotel. When it's good, it is superb. Great rooms, good food and good service. However the service is often slow and ropey. Promises forgotten etc. But it has the best rooms of the Heathrow hotels.

Very unprofessional and bad service! The room was small and had no room to maneuver beside the bed! the concierge had little idea about local attractions and transportation. Room service was horrible, they didn't pick the call for 20 mins and when asked, told us there is an engagement going on so they are busy! what?. The front desk girl was polite and helpful to extend our checkout time by couple of hours, we asked for concierge to send someone to pick our bags so we could catch up the next shuttle to heathrow, but they didn't send anyone for 15-20 mins with multiple calls to remind them. We missed the shuttle and had to call a van (lotta luggage) and pay 3 times more to get to the airport terminal.

Far from a 4 star hotel. The staff is clueless about local sights and have no information about local activities. The food service for breakfast is slightly above McDonald's. Don't expect a true English experience. Plan 45 minutes to an hour to get into London for proper English service.

Room was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Good in restaurant was great! Parking expensive though at £30 for two days and couldn't even get a space, had to park on a grass overflow section right at the back of the car park. Nice friendly staff.

Ate in the Steak & Lobster dining room. Very poor service spoilt what was a very good meal excellant value but the service charge automaticaly added, added insult to slow service from a disinterested staff.

The visit was for a corporate event, Christmas party. As far as these go it was ok but seemed very unorganized. The food came out in drips and drabs, half the table was served with half the table the left waiting for up to 10 minutes. The waiters seems more interested in checking it the party goers and attempting to bop along to the music than serve tables, very unprofessional. On the subject of music, the DJ used by the venue is complete and utter rubbish, I would suggest finding someone that actually knows what he's / she's doing to entertain the event. From the interactions had with very few staff due to lack of service, I'm afraid my review would be poor. Free parking though for the event customers, woot!

Room was spot on. However, the front desk weren't as polite and helpful as they could've been. Our booking was split into two and the woman was extremely hesitant to check us in together. I also e-mailed the hotel twice beforehand regarding parking and never received a response from the correct department. They even escalated my second request to "urgent" and still nothing. Expected better.

I expected a much more modern hotel. Nothing was really bad, but nothing great either. The airport shuttle is a ripoff and takes forever. I left the hotel 2 hours before flight departure from T2 and almost missed it. I will definitely not be back.

Currently staying at the moment with my wife. Our room was small and no room to manoeuvre. I asked the gentlemen at reception if we could move rooms. He bluntly stated 'no we are fully booked' then I asked if I could speak to the manager, he stated 'I Am the manager'. So I left it. A couple of hours later I spoke to the night manager. Much more polite and considerate. Not only did he move us rooms (so they weren't fully booked like told) and also was told the day manager was a lady (so the staff member basically lied to me! ). Apart from that. Its not too bad.

I liked my room but everything else about this hotel was disappointing. Staff are un (der) trained, indifferent and there aren't enough of them. I was here for a sci-fi con and it didn't seem to occur to the hotel that more staff would be needed over this event. The acoustics in the conference rooms were bad, which spoiled my enjoyment of many of the con's talks and panels. The hotel is a food desert — it has an Indian restaurant (which wasn't open for one day of the con) and another restaurant that does literally nothing but steak or lobster (for £20! ). I don't eat meat, so this was of no use to me. At breakfast I asked for a tray, only to be told that the hotel does not provide these. I asked how I was supposed to carry my food to my table, and was told to use a plate. Balancing enough food for a breakfast on one tiny plate is impossible, so I had to make multiple trips. (Plus the fruit selection was dry and nasty, there was no Marmite (! ) and the only cereals were bran flakes and corn flakes. ) I have heard from people travelling with children that the hotel is not child-friendly — the rooms have furniture with sharp corners at toddler eye-height and there was no baby-safe crockery available at breakfast time. This hotel is based on aesthetics over practicality.

We choose this hotel because of its proximity to Heathrow. It was very easy to take a free bus to the airport and a free bus to Hatten Garden made it an easy tube ride on the Picadilly line to downtown London. We returned our rental car upon arrival to save the 14 pounds per day parking fee. The concierge was very helpful.

Very good clean hotel, and ther price suprised me, looking for 1 nights accomadation we tried a few hotels on Bath rd which were jaded and scruffy looking and very expensive,, I was very suprised when I was quoted 30 pound less than the other cheapest and it also included breakfast, higher class hotel with lower prices, The Indian restruant there was good, my only complaint was they brought out the entrees, with the main meal and the main meal was a little on the cool side. But on the other hand they actually sent out for some french fries for me when they were not on the menu, and then did'nt charge me saying I could have them complimentry, and that was not to appease a complaint because I did'nt complain about cold food. Suroundings were excelent the satff was extremly helpful, The restruant prices were very fair considering your away from everything and they have a monpoly, they don't abuse it. Very pleasant stay, to finish off my uk trip before I flew home,, would I stay there long term No its too far from anything, but to rest up the day before, and spend the night there to catch a midday flight home the next day, I stumbled by accident to probably the best value for money hotel around heathrow.

Very disappointing! First the aircon was broken. We reported it and we reassured it would be fixed soon. Came back 4 hrs later — still the same. It was 12 at night and we couldn't be bothered so put up with it and decided to sleep. Took the duvet off the bed and the linen was dirty! Called front desk and they send a bunch of sheets. Which I had to change myself — so here I am in a 4 star hotel. Hot and changing the linen at 12 at night.

Was an average hotel with good goan (indian) staff which makes for all the errors. Breakfast english bacon yakky, indian fusion food sucks big time. I would never eat in there if only I could find.

Surprised how nice this place was. Everybody was responsive and the waiter we had in the bar-a Turkish guy-was very helpful.

Vgood Hotel. Stayed at Came here with Kuoni-Sotc tour. Free Wi-Fi and Complimentary water bottles was a good gesture. Also Welcome msg on TV with my name was very thoughtful. Only concern is that its away from City Centre. Will commute 2moro and know better.

Excellent service, quiet and comfortable room and stylish decor. Excellent price for one night and a weeks parking with hotel hoppa bus transport from outside reception. This hotel is definitely worthy of its 4* rating. Only small gripe was a little confusion over parking ticket validation at front desk which is why this review isn't 5*.

The in-hotel dining options were a bit expensive, but the room was large and clean, the staff friendly, and the Wi-Fi was fast. More than I'm used to paying in the States, but not shabby given the local prices.

Got a room with a broken AC. Freezing. I can't turn it off or turn on the heat. But that wasn't the problem. The problem is their service. Or maybe tonight's crew needs a lesson in customer service. From time to time, I can get a room with missing something or broken something. It's how the hotel fixes the problem is what's important. I called the receptionist, hotel duty manager, house keeping all multiple times. Their phones rang endlessly. No answer from any of them. It's past 12 midnight and had to go down the reception. I asked the person on duty what is the best number to dial to get a hold of someone in this hotel. He said the receptionist. Well, I mentioned to him that I dialed it multiple times and all it did was ring. What he said to me was that they were too busy to answer the call. What? I'm in the service industry. You answer that damn phone within 2 to 3 rings. If you are busy, you can tell them that you need to call them back. You don't ignore that phone rings. Really bad customer service. The worse i've had in all my travels. The only reason I am not giving this a one star is because of their concierge, Smitty. He's very helpful. Otherwise. ONE stars.

For a hotel that would normally score quite highly for actually accomplishing my usual trifecta of requirements (Plugs next to bed, a shower I can stand up in, and free Wi-Fi), I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay here. There are some ridiculous policies regarding where guests can congregate and drink, the staff all seemed bored and uninterested, and even downright abuse at one point. I got the feeling of being a second class citizen as I was attending a sci-fi convention. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel and has made me reluctant to go back. I know I am not the only one from the convention that felt this way. Oh, and one last thing, if there is a do not disturb sign on the door, ringing the room is actually disturbing.

I did not actually stay at this hotel — I had a reservation there that I had to change due to business travel and clients chaning their plans. I had made the reservation with this hotel but needed to cancel it. When I tried I was informed that no refund would be made — even though I would not be using the room. I found their business policies extremely inflexible.

Do not be deceived by it's look. The worst ever service for any hotel providing special events. Not only the food was crap, it's was my nephew's birthday and every one invited was told the car park was free, that is On exit your parking ticket will be swapped for a free exit ticket like most hotel events I attended in UK. At the front desk £7 was demanded from every one wanting to leave. It was such a joy killer and total embarrassment for my nephew. Some of the quests were disgusted and it spoiled the special moment for my nephew who came down to tell the front desk man that his deal included free parking. Ugly scenes erupted as the front desk was having none of it. This hotel is a complete disgrace and I really cannot imagine why people wanting to celebrate such a special occasion would want it to be held in such an unruly place. The owners / operator should hang their head in shame. They spoilt Andrew's big moment.
