Check-in at hotel 07.02.2022 around 11.00 local time. Q14. A 00 PCR test was performed. 08.02.2022 Around 08.00 local security service reported that the result was "positive", the investigation ordered isolation for 10 days, since according to local rules I am not considered vaccinated. I have two vaccinations (Sinovak 2 doses – Cyprus August 2021 and Sputnik 2 doses – Russia October 2021).
Guards belong to the ship security system, that is, work with illegal immigrants who illegally entered the territory. The attitude is appropriate. Basic things like tea/sugar/soap need to be asked for. Hotel Room 1079 is equipped with a central air exchange system. In this case, all the air in the ventilation system is recharged. The success of passing the PCR test at the end of the isolation period is a big question. Of the pros: there is a window, bed, hot water, Internet.

Brilliant overnight stay hotel was perfect location. Cleanliness and rooms were superb.

Excellent staff. Everything available including Covid testing for your return flight.

What a fabulous hotel, fast check In for a coach tour. Lovely restaurant, plenty of choice for coach party, lovely homemade vegetables soup. Meal was lovely. We had a twin room, 2 double beds, 2 easy chairs massive TV. Can't fault anything. Friendly staff.

Fantastic hotel fantastic staff right from the word go. At the reception Gwen was such a helpful person and the restaurant stuff were also very pleasant however the service was a little slow I suppose this is due to all the covid precautions in place I would whole heartedly recommend all Marriott hotels as the attention to detail by the staff is second to none thank you to all the good hard working staff who have made our stay memorable 🙏🏽❤️

Elegant, stylish Marriott at London Heathrow is by far one of the most amazing, empathetic, friendly reception staff I have ever come across. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the beds are the best in the world. Not stayed here for a while and it’s had a bit of a re-vamp which has worked out extremely well. Walk-in showers etc.

Clean and pleasant food is good. Although we had tea in the executive lounge.

Check-in experience was a bit odd. Only one of our party has the Marriott app, but was graciously allowed to check in early. The other two members were told there was no availability and that they'd need to wait two hours. Wouldn't have been a problem except one dowloaded the app and was abpe to then check in immediately. Separate from the check in experience, I twice called down to the front desk (toothpaste and pillows) but neither time did the promised items arrive. Also, room is promised to be smoke-free but shells rather strong of smoke. Long story short, next time I will pay less for a better experience at another hotel.

Lovely place to stay. Friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room. Spotless bathroom! The only one downside was only 2 milk portions in a family room, but once reported it was immediately stocked up. Will definitely stay there again.

Very easy access from the airport. The new rooms and lobby renovations are very beautiful. Love the breakfast area with access after hours to get free cold bottles of water or juices.

I went to this hotel for an airline's open day and I only saw the restaurant and the assessment rooms. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was nice and it looked like a very good quality hotel. I had a croissant and a coffee from the bar and the coffee was atrocious… Very disappointing barrista skills. I suggest you don't try the coffee if you are a coffee lover.

Went for breakfast between flights at Heathrow Terminal 3. Was looking for something upmarket, close and with parking. That's exactly what I got and am happy with the Marriott. Breakfast was in the Italian restaurant, had a good selection and at a good price. Parking is £6 for a couple of hours and the best thing to do is validate your parking as soon as you arrive by paying at reception — that way no delays on leaving. Very happy and would go again.

Absolutely amazing! Staff so friendly and nice. Rooms are of course beautiful, clean and quite big. We had a terrible time with a previous hotel and after hearing our story the staff upgraded us with a business lounge package and an executive suite. I wish I had taken their names because all of them were so kind, helpful and amazing. Thank you Marriott, we will definitely be recommending you, and staying in the future.

Hotel redesiged about a year ago… Rooms are ok, but hotel has changed its room service to only offer items from high end Italian restaurant on site… very limited menu offered for an airport hotel which is very strange. Also, hotel has eliminated free bottled water they used to offer in rooms, and they now no longer offer car service payment paid in room charge. Overall changes made in last year make staying at hotel less appealing. With many airport hotels available at Heathrow, staying at a more global friendly hotel is a better idea…

Lovely rooms. Courteous staff. Clean. Great food in the restaurants. Nice beds but pillows are not firm enough. High TVs in the room. M Lounge was fantastic! No free shuttle to the airport but the hopper is only 5 pounds.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff. Much better than other LHR hotels we have visited in the past. Club lounge had great food and adequate beverage selection.

It is an airport hotel, it respects the parameters of its stars but it is quite anonymous, far from the Metro, far from the city, in a bad place and with a restaurant inside a pseudo Italian chain by the unlikely name (Carluccio's) to say the least insulso. On the other hand it is very clean, the staff is very helpful and polite and the rooms are large and comfortable.

Food available is pretty good as hotel food goes with choices of two restaurants an exclusive Lounge and a snack bar serving sandwiches and excellent coffees. Location is good to be close to the air port. Never stayed there myself but I heard there is mixed feelings about the place. I only popped in for something to eat and use their toilet.

A mixed bag. Generally clean but room service could take a while in delivery of bottled water and toiletries. Undergoing renovation while we were there last week. Not pretty. Also, no comms on their renovation of lobby. Only Italian restaurant delivered on the pizza and dessert but skip the salad and beef. And bring your own toothbrush.

While I was here the lobby was being renovated, so we're the rooms on our level and it all was a mess. Areas where you couldn't pass and areas without a carpet with wires and cables crossing the floor. Was a bit noisy too. From the pictures I posted you can see I found the unpleasant surprise of having drops of blood on the toilet seat. Had to sanitize my self. Very bad there I must say. If you don't take into consideration what I mentioned above, it's a pretty good hotel. There's shuttles just outside on the main road that'll take you for free to the closest subway station or airport terminal. Staff is courteous and Internet is decent. Rooms are big and comfy. I rate it 3 stars since my experience was quite disappointing bad.

Went for a engagement party here. The hall itself was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only downside was the construction work taking place in the foyer. For such events I could imagine it doesn't leave the best impression to guests arriving.

Renovations are almost complete. Looks much better than it did 3 months ago. Edit: renovations are all done and it looks way better than before. Will revisit.

Good hotel. Especially after the renovation. The rooms are nice and bright. By that I don't mean its full of bright colours that will overwhelm you but they are no longer gloomy and depressing as they used to be before the renovation. The executive lounge is good. Enough for that grab and go breakfast before the long day at work. Even though situated very close to the airport, you will not get disturbed by the engine roar as aircrafts takeoff at night because of the night curfew there.

Nice hotel with very good amenities. Stayed here before flying overseas for 2 weeks but was very disappointed with their parking arrangements. The hotel rates are not cheap but you still have to pay £15 for the luxury of parking your car for the evening. There isn't any offers to extend your stay either because the rate stays at a flat £15 thus making it the most expensive parking in Heathrow for a fortnight. We opted for a meet and greet valet parking at the front of the terminal which was cheaper than the Marriott. There were also 2 cranes in the lobby and generally unwelcoming feel upon arrival. Staff were professional and the room was good but overall I wasn't satisfied. The food in Carluccio's was good but certainly not exceptional and felt like it lacked any atmosphere — typical airport hotel food outlet. I'm a Marriott rewards member but will look at other options next time I'm at Heathrow.

Stayed one night here waiting to fly out of Heathrow. The rooms were average, but well-decorated. Spacious lobby area with a modern Italian themed open bar and further seating deeper in for food. They also had an executive lounge open during periods of the day, but I did not have a chance to see it.

Overall great Airport hotel. Good location on the bath road. Modern and very clean building. Lovely open atrium with a Carluccios restaurant and bar. Only a small but functional reception. Room (double double) was large modern and clean. Great bathroom with quality fixtures. Again all clean and worked well. Lovely large shower. Gym, pool, saunas available 24hours. Gym was small but well equipped with plenty of cardio and resistance equipment. Well worth a stay if using the Airport, or doing something locally.

Luxury hotel, has everything, very friendly staff.

Hotel located in the airport. It is good for events, but for the tourism it is horrible although it has a shuttle that leaves you in London to be able to make visits. When we were out of work and it was somewhat uncomfortable. The service in the restaurants was pretty bad.

We had our works xmas do last night and it was a fab fun evening. Good food great company good band fab tunes! Only downside free wine on tables wasn’t very nice and drinks at the bar way too expensive! 7up or Pepsi £. 285! Bottle of rose wine £35 omg! Such a rip off! I’m so sorry but it’s the truth! How did anyone afford to get so drunk!? But we didn’t let it spoil our evening! Next time please re think ur prices as not everyone is made of money! £2.85 for a single can is extortionate! £35 for a bottle of wine complete madness!

The hotel has recently been renovated. There is a new restaurant with a nice meal selection. Rooms are clean and updated. Staff was friendly. Service was prompt. The television allowed media devices so our Roku stick connected easily.

Room: fairly comfy, with nice bathroom and acceptable bed standard. Hair dryer awkwardly hidden in a desk drawer. No proper closet, just an open shelf. Conference facilities: pretty nice, modern and with good, albeit a tad narrow, chairs. Lobby: partly fenced off due to construction works, otherwise nice. Location: mostly boring, as expected. The ugly: ridiculously expensive Wi-Fi. Who does even charge for those things anymore? Have no opinion on pricing. Most guests, like me, probably come here at the expense of their employers'

Attended a lunch in one if the banquet halls on the first floor. No tonic available from the bar for G & T! Service slow and amateurish… no apologies for delay in obtain a few drinks. Two bar staff with little or no experience. Drinks including coffee very expensive. Selection of very average red wines started around £24 and small bottles of beer over £5.
Downstairs at Carlucio's bar a p. O. T of beer for £5.25 and very nice red for less than £18 but again took an age to serve.
Buffet type lunch… cold plates to put your hot mains on! Salmon fillet with half a boiled egg? Pasta and meat balls … not quite up to IKEA standards. Cold salad adequate. Best feature were some very nice desserts which were attractive, presented beautifully and were delicious. If the rooms are like the food and drink, I'll take a rain check!

Excellent airport hotel with easy access to terminals 1, 2, 3 (you can take free local buses or paid hoppa buses). Terminals 4 and 5 are 20 minutes away by bus or train. Rooms are recently renovated and are good sized (for London at least). There is a fitness center and a restaurant. There is a lounge for guests with Marriott status, but it was closed for renovation during autumn 2017. There is a car park available (for a fee).

Bathroom have had a problem with water evacuation. Not very pleasant. Overall good night by the way.

Checkin was quick. Room was available, so great! Room clean and comfortable. Enjoyed good-heading proper English breakfast (eggs were cold tho) and good coffee. Dinner was great. Friendly staff — ate seafood pasta — delicious. Great stay.

The hotel is nice, but currently there is nothing near to eat except McDonalds or the cafe at the hotel. They are doing some remodeling and it appears there will soon be another choice at the hotel but nothing outside near by. The hotel is convenient to London Heathrow Airport which is a plus.

Basic airport hotel. Stayed few days for a conference. Restaurants were closed for renovation, so only one was opened. Dinner was ok, breakfast really basic. Room service was fast, but I didn't like their club sandwich at all. Close to airport runaway, but windows are so good, you don't hear a thing from outside. Nothing exceptional but ok for a stay.

Expect perfunctory service at best. If your stay includes breakfast, don't bother using the cafe in front. They will interrogate you until you provide your papers (aka breakfast voucher, which I have no clue how to get even though my stay included breakfast). You will likely need to get up and pour your own coffee at breakfast, unless you are willing to wait 20 minutes for it. At any given moment, there will be ~30 UAE airline employees blocking the entire entrance/lobby/common area. Woke up one morning with no water pressure and could not take a shower. Notified staff and they directed me to shower in a vacant room. Came back to the room in the evening and still no water pressure. After three calls to the operator, I finally went downstairs and spoke to staff. After waiting 10 min for them to corral the UAE staff (that blocks the entire front desk and walkway), they finally sent maintenance up to fix the shower. Majority of staff that you interface with will have "trainee" appended to their name tag, indicating a high turnover. Policy states that sheets will be replaced every three nights. This is false. My sheets were finally replaced after the fifth day. The vending machine next to the elevators is for decoration. It will charge your credit card and deliver nothing. The staff will compensate you with coins, but the machine only takes credit cards. Expect to wait at least one hour for ice. Do NOT call the operator for it.

I'm here for the Licensed Private Hire Car Association's 2017 Road Show and 10th year anniversary. Great hotel. Fantastic room — top quality. Massive TV and we'll planned room. Still don't know how they got the cars into the main lobby reception — and first floor exhibition rooms. Brilliant restaurant: varied menu to suite most palates. Friendly bar and restaurant staff. And that's all on the first night here.

Excellent night spent at the Marriott. We stayed there as a good location for a weekend to Thorpe Park and Chessington. We had an evening meal and breakfast and the service and food was really good. This visit was everything that I wanted from a hotel and would recommend this to anyone who wants a weekend away.

Nice hotel but currently under renovation. Spacious room nice and clean as you'd expect from a Marriott. TV didn't work, but it's only one night for me so not bothering to get it fixed or change rooms.

Very good stay in the Heathrow Marriott. Staff and service great, the room was immaculate and beautifully presented, food, dinner in the restaurant and breakfast were excellent. The only issue was the incredibly loud music going into the early hours of the morning. We were in a family room on the third floor and it was ludicrously loud up to around 2am. Yes, there was a large wedding taking place but this was never communicated in the booking or on arrival, would have thought it would have been mentioned as we had a family room with 2 young children. Complaint in the morning not acknowledged/taken seriously. Noise aside, excellent quality hotel.

Checked in yesterday, was told there was no concierge to help with my bags but could use the baggage trolley myself! Went to the room, no complimentary water bottles so cost me £5 from the bar for 2 bottles! The TV wasn't working and they had no engineers so I had to change rooms. I had booked a pre-paid room including breakfast but when I went for breakfast I was told I had to pay for it but I had proof on my booking email. The Tuscany restaurant is closed for refurbishment. It wasn't the best stay so I won't be staying here again, will use the radisson blue next door. The room however was excellent.

Great looking hotel. Good service, clean, nice rooms. Food at the lounge is good. You can take one free bus to the airport (terminals 1, 2 and 3) then take the underground to the city! Bus takes 5 mins then it's about 40-50 to Piccadilly Circus (center)

Nicely remodeled. Still undergoing some updates. Could've used a little more hotel information at check in. Breakfast was tasty. Rooms nice and clean. Cool lounge/bar. Friendly staff.

Newly refurbished rooms are nice, just wish they had a bath tubs as well. Hotel is actually going through revamp in general. Usually the staff at the breakfast is nice, friendly and fast with refills, this time they were not. Guests had to ask them for drinks and made not very appropriate facial expressions. Other than that good as usual.

Great staff at reception, concierge, and at the leisure centre. Allies grill food was superb and the service by the staff was second to none. Highly recommend the breakfast.

I was thinking that the aim of the hotel is to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. That it's a good way of resting after a long travels, so having a room service at the hotel shall be another convenience brought by the hotel to their guests. I was so wrong. Very disappointing customer service. It's about the Marriott HOTEL Located on the Bath Road, Hayes, TW6, England. 1. When staying at the hotel on 26 of nov 2016 I wanted to order breakfast to the room, the lady on the phone was convincing me to go downstairs to the restaurant and have breakfast there — it lasted like 10 min (like she didn't want to take this order). I was charged twice for the stay at the hotel — on the day of checking out (26 of nov) and then again on the 1st of December.
2. Stayed again at the hotel on the 11/ 12 of December. Me and my partner have left the breakfast card on the door at 10 pm (on the breakfast card it says to leave it by 3 am). No one collected it.
3. When I called for room service and asked to order breakfast, the lady on the phone was saying that it's better for me to go downstairs and have it, like she didn't want to take my order and serve me. (So what's the point of having room service then? ) every time I said what I wanted to order the lady who was taking my order was commenting "yeah you can have it downstairs, yeah this come from downstairs as well". Not sure what was her intention — to make me feel guilty about ordering in?

As a member of the conference, he stayed here for a few nights. Clean and comfortable large rooms, good environment, good for both work and participation. Outstanding is all friendly and positive staff, will be with a big smile to say to us "Good morning! " “。 Really ashamed that it should be prominent rather than normal hotel, but London Heathrow Airport Marriott is doing well.

Have stayed here a few times. Reception staff absolutely superb, nice welcome smile, very smartly turned out, attentive, 5 stars for them. Did not eat there as a previous experience was very mediocre, so went along to Steak and Lobster which was a two minute walk and excellent. Breakfast the next morning was okay, but nothing special. The room I had was okay, but the bathroom could do with a face lift. The bed was super comfortable and I had a quality sleep, which is a great bonus! As a platinum card holder, I use the Marriott brand frequently. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it. Just thinking about my room, my reservation was very last minute, so may well have been the best on offer at the time my office made the booking.

Refurbished rooms quite good. Contrary to reviews above, we have stayed many times and found the food to be entirely ordinary and massively overpriced. Dinner is made worse by serving, rather quirkily, popovers instead of bread. In common with many hotel car parks, the facility here is pretty anarchic. When we arrived today, one car was parked on the hash marks *between* two disabled spaces. On this occasion, much of the car park was taped off by way of pandering to some sort of corporate event. Too many hotels including this and other Marriotts are fixated on the business customer — who is almost certainly not paying his own bill — at the expense of the wealthy but independent individual who spends $000s a year at such establishments.

Nice rooms, close to LHR. However the shuttle to the airport is run by 3rd party and takes 30 minutes, which defeates the purpose of having a close hotel.

I was invited to the Omniserv awards ceremony held on 12th may 2016 and the service was not upto the mark especially the way the food was served. They first served butter in a platter latter bread but did not provide a plate. I had asked for normal room temperature water and what they served me was water from a cooler anyway I thing was for sure the staff was working under pressure and one could see that on their faces.

Very nice hotel, King bed was very comfortable, room service chicken Tika was also good. Information getting to the hotel could have been a bit better, and there was some drilling in the room next to us around 10am the next moning. Concierge was very helpful getting into London from the airport.

We are Friday night's late shift to Marriott, my little girl in the stomach on the plane, dirty blankets and toys. Hotel cleaning staff busy busy ensuring a child's blanket and toy cleaner. Flight was delayed, it is not their responsibility, so they so carefully, it was very moving for me. Hotel is very modern, accommodation match specifications and Marriott brands. Very grateful experience Przemek, staff at London's Heathrow Airport, in London will be coming later.

A great hotel in a great location. Following the usual Marriott format of comfortable rooms and great service. Very convenient for Heathrow with the terminals just a 5 minutes bus ride.

Great location, easy access to the tube system and the M4. Helpful and friendly staff. Good rooms and hotel amenities, and pretty good restaurants on site.

Lovely hotel. They buck the trend of smaller hotel rooms in Europe. Staff is very helpful. I had dinner at Allie's grill and it was tasty. Not the best steak in the world but overall very good. A little surprising that the shuttle to the airport cost 4.50 and wasn't free.

I cannot make comment on the hotel itself, however, I was collecting a friend who was a guest in the hotel and was delayed and waiting in my car in the pick up area for her. I subsequently have received a park charge of £150 for non payment of a parking charge, just for waiting in my car for a guest of the hotel. In my book that is totally unreasonable and has put me off completely. I have not been able to get hold of either Marriot or the agent that runs debt recovery service after numerous attempts to contact I am still getting nowhere.

Rooms are nice and big, clean and very comfortable. Staff are helpful and approachable. Overall, everything you would expect from the Marriott. Would stay again.

Very good example of a Marriott hotel and a credit to the brand. Clean rooms with comfortable beds, lavish bathrooms and excellent in-room amenities. Fine dining, helpful and attentive staff, great parking and almost no aircraft sound despite proximity to Heathrow airport.

Very correct, close to the airport and easily accessible by bus from the airport. Good restaurant. Good choice for a "inexperada" night at Heathrow.

Hotel is nice and clean and what a Marriot is known for. My one big gripe is that I waited a very long time to order food and drinks for Lunch and dinner when I stayed as the Emirates crew swarmed the area/ tables. I was talking to some of them and they said that they had a deal to get 50% off their Food! I was shocked as I had to pay full prices as well as the rest of the hotel guests! What a shocker, not only did I wait 25 minutes to order, the food was late and I paid 100% of costs. I understand that they use the hotel more than me but I was not impressed that I had to wait so long and pay over the odds. Makes you think how much is fair in life, the chains seem to choose who pays what. When I complained to the staff, they said that nothing they can do, was a management lead initiative. Well what could I say to that! Poor little me and my family, would not like to stay there again. Not a victory for the little people clearly! Ok so I understand they cannot reduce costs for guests but at least have enough staff at work to cope with the numbers of crew that are offered the discount! That would help and could even give everyday guests their food in time and warm! Enough said! I hope this helps.

The rooms were very nice. There are a number of other hotel chains on Bath Rd as well. The only complaint I have is that I wish the staff would point out the public transportation options available to get to the airport and allow you to make the decision. The Hoppa bus is convenient and it's 4 pounds per person. The public transport bus, although you had to walk a ways down the street to get to the bus stop was free. The staff gives you the impression that the Hoppa bus is the only way to get there.

Loved it. Porters were fantastic. Room was large enough for 2 adults, 2 kids and a huge amount of stuff! Hoppa to LHR very easy next morning. Very nice, will use again.
