Easy check in, friendly staff, very clean, food good.

I lost my mini fan. I asked the front desk if they found it and they really made some time to look for it. That was really nice for them to do that. I gave 10 for customer service to the front desk worker. Very friendly and honest. Thank you.

Every time we fly out from Heathrow we stay at the Ibis. It’s a very clean hotel and the staff is very friendly. Spent 2 nights here and I have enjoyed my self.

Great place to stay. So so quiet and excellent facilities. Had disabled room which served our purpose but a wheelchair user woukd struggle with small Sharpe turn yo access it. Nit a very big room if you had yo accommodate a wheelchair but shower room great!

The bar service is good food at reasonable prices and a very relaxed atmosphere but the staff need a good kick in the ass sometimes people standing a while to get served other than that all good.

The lights work intermittent they come on when ever they feel like, maintenance apparently fixed it, the bathroom exhaust fan hasn’t been working for ever, the room is outdated need a lot of updating, the only thing that works half decent is the TV, went for dinner for the first time in the dining room ordered the food the waitress brought the food to the table not once did the waiters come and ask us if the food was ok or if we need anything. In the room there was no face towels and when we asked for face towel we were told they don’t provide face towels and hand towels. I have been to third world countries and I haven’t come across a single hotel that is as bad as this, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any one that I care about. I hope some body reeds this article and does some things to correct all the issues the this hotel has.

Welcomed as soon as I walked through the door, the young man also booked me an early next day taxi. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The young lady also printed of my boarding pass. Will definitely book here again.

The location of the hotel is useful, the reception area and restaurant is designed well and in good condition. From first floor, it’s just a dated hotel, the room I was in had Textured walls from the 80/90s As a coach driver parking a large vehicle was very difficult and no local spaces to park, hotel staff said that drivers park on the main road (dual carriageway) as that’s common practise.

Great service — Maria was very helpful and explained the different room options available. The room was very comfortable; it even had USB plugs available. The coffee at breakfast was very good. All the staff were very friendly.

The Ibis at Heathrow is a pretty awesome place to take a nap and grab a bite as you wait for your flight, or after you leave your flight. The staff were awesome, most understood English well. The shower confused the hell out of me. No door. Water could spill on to the main floor, I dont recall a drain, perhaps there was… regardless beware to put a towel down if that is a case as its a slipping hazard. The food ordered are nice generous portions. Would happily reccomend this place to others.

Pretty disappointed at many levels. To start of our check in went alright. Me and my friend decided to get coffee (cappuccino and latte) from hotel's coin operated coffee machine. What we got were 1/4 filled cups of black coffee. After complaining we got a refund but the customer service was really bad. The room was small size but comfortable however I found a hair on a pillow before using the bed which was very off putting. I like the ambiance of the hotel however was very disappointed with the cleaning standards and customer service.

Stayed one night to meet our daughter the next morning. Easy to book, good price, easy to find, park and check in. Watched the World Cup Final in the bar and had drinks reasonably priced and nice bar meals. Great chips and burger! Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and good shower. Very easy to get to Terminal 3 would definitely stay again. Even sent a postcard using the big screen in reception to our daughter on the plane!

Yep rooms were small, but very clean, bathroom was well appointed, clean and nicely decorated. We arrived after a very full day of travelling and walking. Had a very nice evening meal, the Angus burger and chips were yummy, actually the burger was as nice as I've had anywhere and paid a lot more for! Got our heads down and slept like logs until the following morning where we were being collected for the chelsea flower show. Breakfast was plentiful, was in with the price, it was a bit of a bun fight as there were lots of folks doing the same. It was nice food, tricky to get a cup of tea as they couldn't keep up with the cup requirement, that aside it was fine. One point to make, although its directly opposite a run way at Heathrow, once inside, you hear nothing of the planes, quite a feat to be honest! To summarize, no its not the Ritz, but for the price its a good value hotel, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend this budget hotel. Nice.

Frequently use this hotel. Good, polite, helpful staff in all areas. Super fast check in. I do hear fellow travelers complaining that the service isn't fast enough as they have flights to catch. This is always at peak periods, lunch and dinnertime. My own opinion is that they expect too much therefore should eat in the airport itself where they brandish signs saying meals in 10 minutes. However, this is mass produced fare where as the Ibis is always cooked to order. Myself I would like a dedicated bar attendant at breakfast times as the bar is where the good coffee machine is situated, as opposed to the push button, self service in the restaurant. No room service but you can order from. The menu and carry it yourself to your room. A bit tricky if one's a bit tired and emotional. Decent smoking area.

It's a Budget Hotel and great if you using it for a stop over. Friendly staff. Very busy. Rooms are small and surprising cannot hear the planes. Food at the bar was great. Beds were comfortable. Cons: Shower needed barrier to stop splashing onto floor. Could here room from above. I think it was the cheapest hotel I could find in the area but it was better then I expected.

Budget accommodation on the Bath Road, very close to Heathrow airport. Friendly staff to greet you upon arrival. Rooms are clean and tidy and the open reception and bar area also serves as the restaurant for the a la carte breakfast and evening meal. If you are travelling on a budget and need a place to stay the night before you jet away, or to rest upon your return. This ticks the boxes.

For an airport hotel it's very quiet. It's served by "Hoppa" buses from all the Terminals at Heathrow, so you can also easily get into London. There's a bar and a restaurant that does a good breakfast and evening meal.

Great inexpensive 55 Euro / night hotel close to London Heathrow airport. Air Canada paid since I missed Air India flight to Delhi. Good room, clean and small. Breakfast was good as well. Recommend this to anyone needing an overnight stay near the airport.

The signs to the hotel was not clearly sign posted It could easily be missed. The drainage to the bath room of the shower to my room was blocked. The food is not that bad. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy transport to the area.

We stayed at this Hotel x 3 nights (booked with Expedia) Check in very fast cleaning great service perfect availability of the staff very unimpeachable the rooms are small but equipped with every comfort bed and pillows are the top we didn't have the Breakfast included but with only 5 pounds you can make a very good and provided continental breakfast which we recommend the distance from this central London hotel is about 25 km. But taking the Metro (Piccadilly line) from the airport terminal 2/3, (there are free buses that bring you) makes the holiday more adventurous!
And in less than an hour you are on Zone 1 and 2 of the heart of the city.

Nice hotel next to London Heathrow Terminal 5… reasonable price but room basic. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The check in and check out process is very modern and efficient without the formality of standing behind a counter. Nice touch!

We had our dog travelling with us, this was the only pet friendly hotel at the airport. The staff were friendly, however, English was a second language for all of them. The hotels taxi service is much cheaper than a regular taxi for getting around the airport (such as animal clearance on the other side of the airport). The restaurant was convenient for dinner and breakfast and not overpriced compared to most airport hotels I've been to.

It's a good stop over, it was fine, comfiest bed I've slept in for a few years, really would have loved to have taken it home. Really quiet, terrible view, but I wanted to sleep without hearing the passenger jets, mission accomplished. Towels and shower great. TV was fine to wind down to after two flights. The only real negatives I'd give was that the checkin on mobile phone seems a bit slow, and the carpet in the room had bits in it the hoover had not picked up, mainly because it was getting old and worn. The location isn't ideal, but the price was good, use the free bus if you can as the hopper cost £5 each, and a taxi to hertz cost us £20, which is getting a little ridiculous for such a short journey, I've gone across London for less.

Great staff, good location, great food and superb value considering where you are. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was modern. Bar and restaurant down stairs offered good food and drinks at very reasonable prices considering their "captive audience". Airport bus is fine for one person, but taxi or uber is cheaper if there is 2+ of you. Highly recommend.

It's an airport hotel. While the small size of the room surprised us, the dinner at the restaurant was really good.

We stay here every time we fly out from Heathrow. The rooms are clean and the beds are large and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant has a variety of meals and the portions are generous. Would recommend it for a short stay and handy for the airport as there is a free bus service from the bus stop just a five minute walk away.

Very attentive all who received us. I would say they put a few towels in the bathroom but outside of that all perfect.

Very close to the Heathrow airport. The hotel is a great choice for anyone catching an early flight or getting off a late night one. Rooms are neat and clean. Choice of breakfast is good. Restaurant and bar are also great. It also had an ATM machine inside the hotel. It is possibly the biggest IBIS hotel in the whole of England. Yet the staff is super quick and cordial. Rooms are quite despite being so close to the airport.

Absolutely amazing staff! So helpful, never felt more welcomed by such a loving team. I was greeted with a smile throughout my stay and was never made to feel like I was being a nuisance no matter how many questions I asked (which being new to the London area I asked a lot). Rooms were actual more than what I expected and the food was very nice! If I could rate more than 5 I would. 100% will be staying again. Thank you!

The room was clean and tidy, even the bathroom. The only and perhaps the biggest problem were the Rumoracci from upstairs who went on all night… Could have gone better.

Another great stay here at the Ibis London Heathrow. I regularly stay here for business, the hotel offers great personalised service, nothing is to much trouble and will always go the extra mile to help with your every need. Check in is always quick, The new rooms are lovely and modern, I do hope the hotel will roll out more soon. And just a nice vibe in the lobby. Breakfast here is really good, lots of choice even for me a fussy eater. … As a Le club member I truly feel valued as the little touches such as staff remembering my floor and room preferences down to my drink preferences makes me feel special and valued as a member. Just want to take time out to say thank you to all the staff for great service, Especially Maria the Duty Manager, I had a few issues with my stay and Maria, dealt with them quickly and professional, truly making me feel welcomed as Accor would say. I look forward to my next stay in the new year.

I was only a couple of days, but I can say it is lovely, clean and modern. The only thing that could improve is the heating (it takes a long time to warm the room) and passes a cold when leaving the shower. Very good communication with the airport Heathrow Terminal 5 (free urban bus) that leaves you to the door of the Hotel and the return to the airport only with crossing the street. Thanks to all the equipment we make the stays so pleasant. Merry Christmas to All.

The hotel is nice and clean. The service was excellent. Special thanks to Sofia who was very nice and friendly, Kristian who provided us good service and the bartender who was serving at night before the closing time for being so nice. The location is very convenient because you can get a bus or a taxi to go to the airport. The taxi driver was also a nice person. Highly recommended and thanks to the hotel staff for the great service!

Not quite sure what the point in online check in is, you still need to stand in queue to collect your key. Maybe if there was some sort of phone based key in the app it would be more useful. The room was big but not well laid out. The sofa bed folds out and leaves a 6" gap between it and the wall to though to the bathroom. Although as I like a hard bed I find them comfortable. You'd also think that arriving at nearly 11pm and having informed the hotel of that time the room would be ready. But no, we had to make the sofa bed up ourselves, not helpful when you want to get the kids sleeping as soon as possible. It's also not nice to find the cover sheet on the sofa bed with crumbs, seeds and dubious yellow stain on it. Luckily there's a second sheet on the shelf to change it. I did speak with the reception team about this but they seemed fairly indifferent, much like this was normal. They did offer to change the bed but again with the kids it was bedtime and not appropriate to spend time changing things. Disappointed as I've not had a bad experience with ibis until now. I'll not be using this particular one again as a stopover.

Have stayed at this hotel many times, always clean and comfortable. My main feedback however is that it's always a bit too warm. In the summer the lack of air conditioning makes the rooms too warm, and being next to Heathrow you can't really open the window as it's very noisy. Even in the winter the heating for the entire hotel seems to be quite high so same problem. If it wasn't for this the hotel would be almost perfect. On the plus side as stated it's always clean and the staff polite and efficient.

Good points Reception staff and bar staff were very friendly :) Been able to park so close is amazing. Beds were comfortable. Bad points … food, my wife and I ordered fish and chips, it came in a wire basket on a wooden board. When we squeezed the lemon onto it it dripped onto the table. Otherwise, a very good overnight stay.

Great location for an early morning flight, with easy links to Heathrow and a quick grab and go breakfast. The room was very comfortable and the baby cot that was supplied was very good. We had an evening meal that was excellent! I would definitely recommend a meal in the restaurant, even if it was a bit manic! The service from all the staff we encountered was really great. It's much better after the refurbishment and we would definitely stay again.

Checking in was quick and easy with the friendly and efficient front desk team. Our room was ready and faced away from Bath Road onto a quiet street so we were not disturbed and didn't hear any airport noise at all. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and nicely presented. The bar area of the hotel is welcoming, the decor is modern and there are always comfortable areas available to sit in. The bar is reasonably priced considering the location. Overall a perfect experience for what was required of our stay.

Really good experience. They've thought of a lot of small features that help. For example they have a free computer and printer service which is ideal for checking in to a flight and printing off once you've arrived. The room was good but a bit tightly fitted and their weren't plugs close enough to the be to charge and grab your phone whilst in bed so 4 stars. Well priced as well. Would visit again.

Convenient location, friendly staff — highly recommended. Nice room quality, and cleanliness is to a great standard. Only downside being the parking scenario but would recommend every other aspect.

Great hotel adjoining airport with Metro close enough to central London.

I found that for the price, I didn't feel like the hotel was up to standard. No shampoo or conditioner supplied. No bath mat or hand towel. Shower had no door so water went all over the floor and having no bathmat this was actually incredibly dangerous. No water bottles given. The room was clean and tidy and had a comfortable bed which is what I wanted after 30+ hours of travelling. It was fine but I feel like for the high price, it wasn't worth it. Kinda felt like a very nice hostel rather than a hotel.

Clean and spacious room at a great price and despite having an "airport" view the noise was not an issue. The Staff were great, attentive, knowledgeable and sorted out the one issue that I had with the greatest of ease and efficiency. Would readily recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Hotel not far from Heathrow, (about 15 min by free bus), discreet with restaurant and bar, check in is fast and the rooms are comfortable.

My room at Ibis is perfect for my overnight stay. The room is clean and comfortable and I'm excited to try the food at the restaurant downstairs. Everyone here is also very polite and pleasant.

Proximity to the Airport is great, contemporary design and good reception area. Desk staff were friendly; the information wall on the reception is a great concept that I totally liked. Rooms are small as others have noted. Very little room between the bed and the aa In all, it was okay.

The lobby is great with a fab restaurant / bar area. Corridors need some tlc and on entering the room it all looks very standard but the beds are really comfy, the bathrooms are modern and clean and the TV choice is extensive. Definitely value for money.

A last minute decision to stay in London at the airport turned out to be a good one. Heathrow is such a sprawling complex, and I had a relatively early flight back to the US, which would have meant a very, very early departure from Reading. The hotel has been recently updated, and looks very clean and trendy. The staff at reception was very polite and helpful. The room was by far the largest I’d stayed in during my European adventure, clean and tidy, nice bathroom. There was a nice desk, TV, and open shelving and hanger space. Again, very trendy sort of layout. I got a good night’s sleep. There are 3 London bus routes that run from the Heathrow Central Bus station to stops near the hotel (an easy 4 or 5 minute walk) that are free. There is a paid “Hoppa” bus service also. The London buses run very regularly, about every 5 to 10 minutes (I don’t think I waited more than 5). There was breakfast available in the lobby, I confess I wasn’t sure if it was included, but looked reasonable expansive. Overall, a reasonable room at a reasonable rate, super convenient to Heathrow.

Simple, clean and comfy for a good price — exactly what you want for a night before you fly out. Quick checkout which is also very helpful. The hotel is well located to Heathrow and easy to get to via public buses (bus stop over the road) for free, or a cab — I wouldn't recommend using the hotel offered service as it's overpriced.

Stayed here for one night before flying out from Heathrow. The rooms are quite small but acceptable. The external sound insulation was exceptional — the hotel is only a few hundred metres from the runways but I couldn't hear a thing. Sadly the same can't be said for the internal sound insulation, where it's easy to hear some noise from adjacent rooms or the corridor if people are not being considerate. Both my room and the bathroom were very clean. Nice comfortable bed. Water pressure in the shower was good. The hot buffet breakfast was good with lots of selection, quite expensive but no more so than any other hotel breakfast. The rooms are good value and I'd definitely stop here again when flying out from Heathrow.

From the airport can catch a free Bus 105, and 111… of the hotel, if it was just off the plane after a night downtown to walk away, location is good. The door to the East for more than 10 minutes on foot there is a local supermarket and some small restaurants, outside…
