The service in the restaurant and bar was first class, our server was Karen and she was lovely. The steak was juicy and the chips were out of this world 👍

My husband and I are staying for the night before we fly out of Heathrow. We both worked at Heathrow previously so familiar with the hotel, however staying as a guest… wow! The staff are amazing! The room is clean, tidy and lovely! We travelled up from wales, did the online check in so straight to our room, went to the Oxbo bar — the oxbo margaritas are a must try! 🙂 Amazing hotel, polite friendly staff. We may be back for a couple of nights as a a little getaway!

The hotel is nice. People very polite and willing to help. Room wasn't the best. Nothing serious, just some chipped edges on table, other wood surfaces. Bit dust in some areas in room, but it's ok. Bed is very comfy, definetly liked the pressure in shower, but water was too hot for my liking. In general my stay here so far is very good. Like the calmness in this place. Really relaxing before my long flight. The best part is the food here in restaurant.

A very well thought out hotel design with lots of quirky and funky decor and bespoke furnishings. Friendly happy staff and always keen to help at any turn. Excellent choice of bar drinks, restaurant and spacious seating areas.

Would never stay here again after being over charged on a family room by £165. I have bank statements proving this but the Hilton Hotel terminal 4 Heathrow are denying they have taken the money. They are now ignoring my emails. Wouldn’t recommend staying here and will never stay in a Hilton hotel again as there customer service is appalling 😡.

Everything the staff the food the rooms are absolutely wonderful. Some things pricey but same anywhere. Every staff member wonderful always making sure you are ok.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Rooms comfy, although not enough lighting. Even with all the lights on, it was still quite dull. Maybe it's an age thing.
Nice variety of meals, however prices of alcohol extremely expensive. A gin & tonic £15.

Beautiful hotel. Helpful staff. Shower was AMAZING. Soft mattress and lots of dinning choices open until 10pm or later. 6 minute walk to Heathrow terminal 3 is very convenient.

I was able to secure a great rate, $99, for 2 nights in a Standard King room. Upon arriving to the hotel, I received a surprise complimentary upgrade to a premium room (may have been from my recent bump up to Gold status). Pictures really show the class that you can expect from these rooms. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious. There were a few things that did not seem as clean in the bathroom — stain on one towel, grime on shower door seal. I would have deducted a point for that, but they redeemed it with the amazing service I received from the supervisor. I checked out a day early in an attempt to get on a standby flight. When I was unable to get on the flight, I called and rebooked a room. It was going to cost 50% more than the rate I had initially. I was pretty bummed, but upon checking back in a couple hours later the supervisor that worked with me on check-out gave me the same tier room I had before at the same rate I had before. Just absolutely wonderful and happily surprised service. Hilton has always done well for me. This is just another example of superb service, features, and quality.

An oasis of luxury and quiet. Sound proof rooms and can't say I heard a single plane anywhere in the hotel. Beautifully clean and comfortable with extremely polite and attentive staff, nothing is too much trouble. You have 3 fantastic restaurants to choose from and a bar, a well kitted out gym and a lovely pool where every thing is provided and when you think they couldn't provide anything else you find a little beach terrace outside next to the large pond at the rear. Breakfast is amazing with everything you could imagine and I mean everything! They also take you to your terminal by car/cart so no running around to catch your flight. I can't praise this hotel enough. Excellent.

Nice hotel at the airport terminal 4. I used it as I had an early morning international flight and wanted to return the rental car the night before. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and friendly staff. That said I was disappointed at how much time it actually took to get to a different terminal for my flight. It's not the hotels fault really but it's about a 15 minute walk to the terminal shuttle to other terminals but it was convenient. I would stay again.

Once you figure out where the Hilton is, 8 minutes walk past Terminal 4, it is convenient and efficient to stay there. Rooms are small and tired but the shower is great. The dining room serves drinks and an affordable range of food. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Staying at the Hilton makes for relatively easy early morning departure from Heathrow (which is why we stayed) but you need time to get to T4 to take the train to T2 and then check in at departure.

Poor experience. Nice enough hotel but our room was not ready until 19.00 hours as they had let a previous guest have a late check out. Our contract with Hilton was that we could check in from 15.00 hours. I would not recommend or ever stay there again. The Sofitel is so much better … you get what you pay for!

Staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and exactly what we're needed for the evening and they provided a bottle if still water as well. I had a couple of requests made during check-in and they handled it professionally. Definitely would stay here again if I was stopping over or heading out on an early flight from Heathrow. Take note, the shuttle bus only goes to Terminal 5 (at least during the time I stayed) so if you are flying out from a different terminal make sure you include the time for traveling between terminals.

This hotel has everything you need. And it's so close to the airport. I loved it. Very nice. And great service at the front desk.

It is an airport hotel so you are likely here because of a flight cancellation or to catch an early flight. Unlike most of the other options at Heathrow, you can actually walk to to Terminal 4 via a covered walkway and get to the other terminals using a free train service. That alone makes it one of the best options at Heathrow. Rooms are clean and service good, but it is still an airport hotel which is the reason it does not get 5 stars. If you can, take Heathrow Express into London and enjoy the city. If you don’t have the time for that and want to stay at the airport, this is one of the best options.

This is such a wonderful place to stay. The walkway is inside on the Departures level. Follow the hotel signs. It's a 7 minute walk. The hotel was great Wi-Fi, comfortable rooms, very quiet. If you can get included breakfast it is wonderful. Have a very helpful concierge. This is definitely a fabulous place to stay when arriving late or leaving early.

Good location, good secure parking (if a little expensive at £15 per night, guest rate). Hotel interior was nice, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was excellent and very clean. Well designed and modern. One issue I had was the lighting in the room, it looked very good but didn't light the room all that well. I only stayed overnight, but a very nice hotel with very friendly staff, right by the airport. Recommended.

Great service. Food selection was very good. Rooms clean and comfortable. Close to the underground/train station at the airport, so very easy to get to various tourist attractions. Great workout facility and pool too!

Worst "guest assistance" ever! I forgot my charger in my room while I was at a 2 days conference in the Hilton Hotel. They could have informed me about it as we stayed in the hotel until 4pm the day I checked out. I called the hotel around 7:40pm the same day to inform them of my forgotten charger. One person asked me to call back within 10 minutes as she needed some times to look for it. When I called back 12 minutes later, a guy reply not nicely that the desk for lost property was closed. That last call was really not customer friendly so I didn't want to call again. I contacted them by chat after the weekend and I had the impression the spokesperson wasn't paying attention as I had to repeat several times the same information. I received an email 4 days after, without any subject so I thought it was a spam!, to inform me that 'nothing was found in the room after you have check out'. I replied to their email that I was 100% sure I left the charger plugged in so they should ask their staff! And the reply from Guest Assistance was: give me all the details I already gave! They are really not Customer Friendly! This is not a 4* hotel for sure! We had diner there, it was cold and dry!

Amazing food selection and quality, the executive lounge was great and had a wonderful selection. The Asian restaurant had super lovely staff and a great menu. And I didn't have the opportunity to try the remaining two restaurants. The room was a bit small for the amount of furniture but the bed was comfy and the room modern and clean. Loved the rainfall shower head but this needs to be de-calcified more often!

This isn't the greatest hotel experience you'll ever have. What it is though is a very solid, nicely appointed hotel parked right next to Heathrow. The restaurants are very good, if a little pricy. The executive lounge is kind of small, but extremely well appointed and very thorough in their service. The exercise facility, while a bit tucked away, is quite complete. If you're stuck at Heathrow go here. If you're traveling to Heathrow from the UK, I like to go here the night before so that getting to the airport the next day is easy. This place is comfortable and right there. Exactly what I need.

We just stayed here for 1 night after our trip before leaving for our international flight home. Excellent room, great water pressure, very close proximity to the airport. If you arrive / leave from terminal 4 that’s fantastic as it’s a very short walk through the connecting tunnel. We arrived at terminal 2 so we just had to get the free Heathrow express train and then walk though the tunnel. The train was really easy to use, quick and free. The buffet breakfast is worth adding. Great selection of food and drink.

A great hotel if you are traveling from terminal 3. You can also travel to terminals 4 and 5 from here with ease as there is an underground train. The hotel itself is massive with plenty if things to eat and drink, at a price, might I add. However this is a Hilton and also in a great location for anyone who wants to avoid that morning car journey rush before holiday.

A bit out of the terminal 4 passable but without more restaurant OK and that respects the allergies.

This was a bittersweet stay for my partner and I because we were saying goodbye for a few months! The service was outstanding at the Hilton with them going to many extra miles to make our stay memorable and comforting for this hard time for us! From the room upgrade, to petals on the bed, to the free breakfast included in our room and special platters and wine it was amazing! We would like to thank the Hilton for everything and we will definitely seek out Hilton’s to stay in the future! Thankyou again! Hayley.

Whilst not the most expensive hotel to book that all changes if you decide to eat there. The restaurants are very expensive and with staying at the airport you don't really have much choice in where to go and eat. Service at the hotel was good and what I would expect from a Hilton although the hotel itself is dated, something from the early 90s but clean. The reason we stayed here was to make sure we would have plenty of time to catch our flight the next day thinking it would be difficult to navigate from our hotel in central London to the airport but getting between the two destinations is a breeze and would have stayed in central London if we had known. The hotel is connected to the airport by walkway so once you get the Heathrow express to terminals 2-3 you just follow the signs for the Hilton no need to go outside or take a taxi. This hotel is good for a night. The reason for only 3 stars is the price of the food there.

We had a really good experience at the Hilton Heathrow Airport. The room was really comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. Room service had some good options, the main problem was that the food was extremely overpriced, more than it usually is at hotels. Aside from that, everything amazing. I'd definitely recommend it!

Good hotel for an overnight stay at the airport. The rooms are spacious, the dining options are varied. I highly recommend the Zen restaurant in the lobby, excellent Chinese food, with a very attentive staff. The hotel is attached to terminal 4 so you can walk to the airport, just be prepared for a long walk. You can access the other terminals using the Heathrow Express, but give yourself at least 30 minutes to make there.

One of my favorite airport hotels. Why: the architecture is just impressive, a décidé it is a really good hotel. It is reachable by foot from all terminals. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are 100 quite. No noise of planes. Nice but small fitness center. And on top a nice bar infrastructure in the hotel, great for a small bite and a good glass of beer or wine. A big recommendation overall.

I've been here twice. The staff here are friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness is excellent. The bar downstairs is excellent as well. Major plus… you can walk to terminal 4. Approx a 5 minutes walk to the Heathrow Express.

Room was well sized for two people with luggage. Plenty of storage space. The bed was extremely comfortable and very easy to fall asleep. The room could be climate controlled to anywhere from very cold to nice and warm. The three on site restaurants made it very hard to choose what to have for dinner and the breakfast menu was superb. Will be staying again very soon!

I've stayed here on numerous occasions prior to a flight out of Heathrow. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are very pleasant and in great condition. Highly recommended and I will continue to return.

First category, and what I have to add, great for traveling for business.

Great hotel for making an overnight connection in London. The hotel is attached to terminal 4 by a LONG covered walkway. It is also a higher priced hotel due to its location, amenities (4 restaurants / bars on site), and room quality.

Wonderful night at the Hilton. It was our wedding night and they had put petals and wine out for us. Sadly we had an early morning and were way too hungover to drink it. The breakfast was stunning. Bed was to die for and the service was incredible. Easy to get to the terminals from the hotel making the first part of our honeymoon stress free.

Booked in for a park and stay as we had an early flight. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean with pretty good soundproofing. The bed was comfortable and the short walk to the terminal through the covered walkway was a bonus.

This hotel has great rooms with the perfect beds and comforters, I sleep like a baby. The rooms are also very quiet. The service and cleanliness is superb. The gym is well taken care of and has what you need. Only downside is the restaurants. The service is flawless, but the food is a bit dull and appears mass produced.

Definitely a nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. The reason I'm only rating it three stars is because we booked it because we assumed you can directly walk there from the Terminal. Instead it was a 25£ Ride each way. Probably my mistake but it's also. It made clear on their website. If they'd provide a free shuttle transfer this place would be 5 stars.

What a great hotel. The only drawback is that there is no soap in the bathroom, and the bath can only use a small towel, should give a suitable size towel. However, it will definitely be used again. We dine in Chinese restaurants, food and services are excellent and definitely worth recommending.

No one… 20 square meter for 365 euros one night without any service! Courage at this price you carry your luggage.

Nice hotel, decent sized rooms for the UK. Feels much newer than other hotels I have stayed at in London. Conveniently connected to terminal 4 so just a 5-7 minute walk through a covered walkway and you are back to terminal 4 and can hop on the train to other terminals or into London.

Decent hotel, rooms aren't bad. Prices are high here, but I had no choice after a flight connection issue. The restaurant was actually decent for lunch. Walk is about 7 minutes from T3.

Last time I stayed at Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4th floor hotel experience was very enjoyable. I refer in particular to Christos Mitsatsos, the Assistant night Manager, because of his attitude and very good service. I am after a long flight, and breakfast 6 o'clock arrived, went straight to business meetings. He smiled to me the opportunity to check, so I can finish before you start washing. Very early check in. I appreciate his attitude and to provide customers with the best services of beginner's mind.

Hotel was okay. Customer service HORRIFIC. I need a breakdown of a dinner at the Gallery restaurant for business expenses and ended up emailing over 8 TIMES and calling twice! This is a simple request and should NOT be this difficult — like pulling teeth!

Classic and gently handing. Mostly I like this hotel.

Hotel is OK. Stayed many times over the last 2 years. One issue is that Wifi sucks sucks sucks. Every time I come to this hotel I see the same issue, the internet get disconnected continuously I believe its on purpose to keep small number of devices connected. Its really bad what you guys are doing.

The guy at the counter told me to upgrade that I will get access to the VIP Lounge and there will be happy hour. I get there and there is no happy hour that it stopped at 8.30pm. I paid for it and could not even get a drink; wtf? why would you false advertize like that. I am pissed.

After staying at the Hilton T4 — I was charged three times. Two months later the query has not been resolved, let alone even a single acknowledgment of my emails or messages left via phone. This is not good at all. I was charged by credit card, debit card and lastly cash — same person, same room. Can someone please revert back to me. Its okay rating, which will improve once I get my refund. Thank you — Upset Hilton Loyalist.

Location, location, location — a saying so appropriate for this sorry place. Sometimes convenience trumps all, so if you have an early flight out of T4 and don't want to deal with rental car return / shuttle misery, then consider overpaying for this Hilton. Just don't expect much unless you have top level status with Hilton. A small dark room and less than mediocre meal at the bar/restaurant is what I've come to expect.

Stayed here for a week and was very disappointed. Shower was very weak, although service was satisfactory. Switched to the sheraton Skyline instead.

I stayed here on business for a couple of nights. The location of this airport hotel makes it the best choice for busy travellers. Rooms were well maintained with a comfy bed, staff was bright and the breakfast was good. Hopefully they will make the Wi-Fi free any time soon.

Before I moved to London, I frequently stayed in this hotel on business. It is a gorgeous airport hotel and though it's pricy you get the best service you can ask for. The Chinese restaurant is pure gold, fantastic food and friendly service! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and you can easily loose your troubles in the executive lounge.

I was here visiting a friend and my flight got cancelled so the airline kindly paid for my stay at this hotel. It's a nice new building with a wide variety of dining options. I was very pleased with my room because it was quiet and comfortable, nicely done in every aspect. It met my needs perfectly and I would gladly recommend this place.
