We spent two nights for a wedding here and had a great time. The chap who runs it is really attentive and always on hand. The place is quiet and has a lovely large garden with a pool. The rooms were really clean and breakfast was lovely too. Great for the price.
On the face of it this was a lovely hotel in a brilliant setting with a pool. Service was excellent breakfast was excellent but… Every time someone turned on a hot water tap a very loud water pump started up which would have been ok but not at 6am in the morning. Spent 2 nights here and because of this pump did not get a very good nights sleep on either night. Such a shame as otherwise it was brilliant. I can't understand why they don't put some form of soundproofing around the pump.
