It is a very nice hotel and otherwise a good deal with the client and very friendly, and a good buffet.

Great stay! Can recommend the bar food. Amazing! Philly steak sandwich.

Nice, clean room and bathroom, could do with an extra comfy chair bring a double room as I had to sit on desk chair. Ate out in
London so not able to review bar or restaurant but close to Croydon rail station and bus services.

Excellent accommodation and a terrific breakfast. Very good and attentive staff and an excellent central location for access to the city.

Nice and clean rooms. The breakfast is very good. The location is great, many options to buy things and eat. With the train, you are in the city of London in 15-20 minutes.

My girlfriend and I regularly stay at jury's inn Croydon & honestly couldn't recommend it enough! The reception staff are fantastic so friendly especially Sarah, she always goes above and beyond to make our stay as good as it possibly can be nothing is ever too much trouble. We never stay anywhere else although the beds could be a little better but I know they are working on it, it's how friendly ALL the staff are there. From the security guard that is happy to let us out at 3am for a cigarette to the cleaners rushing about that still smile and say good morning.

Well-kept clean hotel with friendly staff. Super breakfast! Only 5 min. From the train station. Ideal location if you want to visit London and Brighton. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable.

5 minute walk from East Croydon station. Reception, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All you need for a comfortable stay. Food at the bar is great quality and large portion. Great choice and average price for hotels again the service is warm and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, buffet style but lots of choice. Good quality food. Staff again are helpful and friendly. For great value stay within 15mins of Central London this is a great choice. For extra value join Jury's Reward for more savings. Highly recommend this hotel, stayed there about 5 times.

Seeing as they don’t seem to care that they aren’t clear which car park you need to go to. The postcode will take you to it but it’s not the first NCP car park it’s the second one! Which you wouldn’t know unless you keep driving. I suppose they don’t care if you get it wrong as it’s not them paying the ridiculous car park charges! Seeing as the man at the desk just says ‘oh it’s not that one’ as soon as he sees the car park I can imagine it happens on a regular basis and they don’t seem to care about making it clearer for guests?
Won’t stay again.

Jury's Inn clean and nicely laid out rooms, all the rooms I have stayed in have had 2 beds a double and a single. A desk and a smaller table that 2 could eat around if so desired. The breakfast has a good variety from full English continental and healthy options on a serve yourself basis. The staff are always happy and helpful.

Good hotel for the price we paid. Room and bed clean, we took a room for 3 people. It's on the level of a good campanile hotel, it's not a luxury hotel but it is really good. The bathroom was very clean but some elements (not important) would deserve to be changed or refreshed (due to wear), (frame of the mirror slightly discolored and door hing very slightly rusted). Otherwise the joints, sanitary and surfaces were clean. The room itself was nickel. Bed and sheets clean and comfortable. Clean and well maintained carpet. Well maintained furniture. I put four because we can't put 4, 5.

I stay regularly at this hotel. I find that the staff are always friendly and helpful. Hotel reception is clean and on the whole efficient (occasionally the hotel can be quite busy and more staff to process check-ins would help). The decor of the rooms is generally modern but can give the impression of being under maintained. Food is good but a little pricey for what it is. The menu is not particularly adventurous.

This hotel was a good choice. The 3 stars are absolutely deserved. At the beginning we had a room on the 5th floor, but the mattress was old and you could feel every single feather. Then we wanted a change and that went smoothly. On the 12th floor we had a beautiful view of the city and our bed was great. The mattresses were only partially replaced so that from time to time all mattresses are to be renewed, according to the receptionist. The décor is like on the pictures in Google and the bathroom was high quality and some faucets were from Grohe. We could not rate the food/breakfast as we were looking for good locations in the centre. East Croydon is approximately 8 minutes away and 20 minutes from the centre of London. In the immediate vicinity there are bank, supermarket and also many cafes/restaurants. I booked on CHECK24 and redeemed my vouchers, which I had purchased before, so I came on average per day for about €63 for 3 nights.

Very comfy and clean room. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to buses, trains and shopping. Breakfast choices are great. Would stay again.

Excellent value for money. A nice, clean convenient hotel in a safe area. Shopping center steps away. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Washrooms are clean and lots of hot water. The lobby is spacious and bright. The front desk staff are all well trained and really try to be helpful. The bar/Costa coffee shop is a fantastic place to unwind. It's not the Savoy but I give it 5stars. I am in Croydon twice a year and it will be my go-to home away from home.

Stayed overnight when I locked myself out. Quite disappointed. No one to take the bags. Handed two electronic keys with no explanation. Obviously one for the electricity but did not open door. Usually they are dual purpose. No food after 10pm either in restaurant or room service which was not good news after travelling all day although I was told I could order in a takeaway. Not my idea of fun eating out of polystyrene and the weather was sufficiently bad to prevent going to a local restaurant. Bar was open until 1am but could not get a decent coffee ot hot chocolate as the machine was being cleaned.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good room and clean. Could do with refreshing the menu more frequently for some of us regular users.

Overall very good. We got put in a room that had a strong stench of cigarettes. After informing reception we immediately got moved to a room on the top floor, and were given a couple of free drinks. Excellent service, room was basic and breakfast was good.

Another great stay at the Jury's Inn Croydon! Had a great welcome with a glass of wine on check inn, an excellent meal at the bar and a relaxing evening ready for a day at work. Breakfast is always good and I for freshly cooked poached eggs when I stay there. Overall great. One word of advice, get some info on using the room heating properly. There's a knack to getting the rooms warm and this time of year you'll feel the cold I'd you don't! Enjoy your stay and may see you there.

You want but don't know where to stay? In East Croydon there is the Juris Inn a great hotel super spotless friendly staff and is about a 20 minutes from central London easily accessible by public transport well what about the choice…

Good hotel for a short trip. Good breakfast, but staff partly overtaxed and chaotic. Still very helpful and friendly. I would come back here.

This is my "go-to" hotel when I am in London. Nice, small, friendly service, clean, FREE Wifi, relatively inexpensive, cheap daily parking across the street and close to shopping and rail links into Central London. I couldn't ask for anything more. Keep up the good work!

Good hotel and convenient for both Croydon rail stations. Reasonably priced for a 3 star in this location. A train to Victoria from West Croydon is only 20 minutes. Nice bar and good food options in the restaurant and good breakfast as well.

The rooms are clean and large, breakfast is recommended and the staff friendly, pre-accommodating and helpful. Always like to!

I just didn’t have a good experience here. The foyer is modern but the minute you get to your room it is extremely dated. It’s clean and well kept but just… dated. The room was quiet enough though AC was on the noisy side. The shower was a weird high pressure mist experience that was incredibly awkward to wash with. I ordered room service after numerous phone calls that ultimately never arrived. The hot breakfast was disappointing undercooked bacon, styrofoam scrambled eggs and rubber poached eggs. The sausages tasted nice but had a lot of gristle in them and the coffee was pretty grim. Overall I think I just had a bad initial experience that soured the rest of the stay (it was for business travel so it didn’t ruin a holiday).

Excellent location. Two blocks from the train station. In 15 minutes to the airport you will in 10 minutes to the Thames. Modern. Comfortable.

If I could rate this hotel 0 stars I would. Turned up to be told they only had ‘smoking rooms’ left. (Not great as a non smoker) so as an apology ‘upgraded’ me to a king size smoking room. Once in the room, the window is wide open and heating doesn’t work. Got given a tiny fan heater by a cleaner. I went back to reception to say I wasn’t happy, and all he could offer me was to move rooms, to another smoking ‘normal’ room. Absolutely awful.

The hotel is great, from room to breakfast to staff. Unfortunately, through the offices around it in the evening a bit lonely.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom is okay.
The bed is a little narrow and has a wide overbed that we didn't like so much.
The hotel is very light of hearing and our room was equipped with a closed door to the next room, which was also used to.
Breakfast is good, rich and has something for almost every taste.
All in all a good hotel but also no more.

A tidy and centrally located hotel with easy access to shops, public transportation and with a great view. The hotel has wheelchair access via two ramps, automatic doors and elevators. The lobby is spacious. The rooms are obviously roomy with ironing gear but no shower caps.

Very clean, spacious room with shower, bathroom and toilet. Eerily nice staff. Sumptuous breakfast, for everyone something. 3 different juices great bar very nice crowd. London Pride and Cider tapped.

I particularly liked the polite approach. We still had to print our plane tickets. That was for no problem simply sent an email to the receptionists and at night when we were back from the London trip we could pick you up.
Moreover, there were hardly any difficulties of communication there.
Only breakfast is expensive relative to the surrounding area. You get that as early as 3rd £33.33. But we didn't take advantage of that either.

Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 2 young daughters. Fantastic staff, very professional and friendly and we all had a beautiful meal in the restaurant on Monday evening. Chicken pizza 10/10 the bbq glazed ribs 10/10 my steak 11/10 and the wifes Cesar salad with salmon spot on. Well done all and thank you.

Modern and cosy Hotel. Very well connected with bus stop and Metro to Excasos meters. Mall right across the street.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby has been refurbished but not the rest of the hotel. There is no parking and the agreement with the private of the avenue opposite does not work properly.

Good: room/bed and bad shower: at reception not friendly. The parking in the reserve said 6 pounds a day and in the end we paid 12 pounds for a day. Old hotel facilities (but not the room/bed).

Very amazed by this hotel, I had a very good night, the beds are hypercomfortable beautiful hotel.

Compared to the Inverness hotel… am sorry to say that Croydon you were a disappointment… the room was empty with no character and only hanging space not a full wardrobe. The floor was occupied with guests that had no regards for others or the property. There was litter all over and smelled bad.
The breakfast was average and there was no real wow factor that comes to mind…
Oh this one made me laugh even more… like many people, we forgot to pack toothpaste so asked the reception for an emergency pack. £1.50 each and I had to pay £4.00 on top for some one to bring it up to my room… I was like you must be kidding me right! Thank you Croydon but never again…

Location is very convinient, 5 minutes walk from East Croydon station. Meeting room was very pleasant. Refreshments and lunch were provided of a good quality and in a timely manner. Overall very pleasant experience.

Hotel of a lower quality class is frequented heavily by Bus. Very bright comfortable room with loud random doors. The staff were rude and unfriendly. The nights were very noisy, what was less to do with the well-insulated Windows, rather than at the hotel roommates. The Breakfast buffet was sufficient in quantity, the diversity, but limited.

Location was good, easy access from public transport. Buffet food was poor for the price. 1 piece of chicken leg and boiled veg and potatoes, watery soup starter and tiny pudding.

The location was perfect for my needs. Check in very welcoming. Lovely room. Bar area looked nice and breakfast had porridge available. Check out quick and easy. Costa coffee available at the bar.

Stayed at east Croydon, room 917, room was adequate, shower needed more pressure. If you are tall you will find the bed too short. Big plus was the breakfast.

This hotel is well located, served by a tram stop around the corner, within 100 meters and mainline station with links to London Victoria within a 5 minute walk. Staff at the hotel are always helpful and polite. Rooms are well equipped including an iron in every room. Most rooms have sockets accessible next to the bed. Decor in the rooms is a mixture of modern and basic, almost as if the refurbishment was stopped suddenly. The bar and restraunt serves good food but is a little expensive. Service is usually good but can be slow, especially in the bar. You can feel like you have been forgotten. On the whole I would recommend the hotel if the location is convenient for you.

I had a nice stay at Jurys. We had a group booking and arriving there were given our room as requested online. Kodus to Jurys Inn.

I had a very plesant stay at Jurys Inn Croydon. The staff were friendly and helpful. I checked in for one night ahead of a big meeting and hed dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The food was nice and of a reasonable quality (except the powdered mash). The room was clean and had everything I needed. My only complaint would be that the bath was really shallow which made bathing into a quite unsatisfying experience.

Super good Hotel and clean rooms. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The S-bahn in the immediate vicinity and in 15 minutes in London at Victoria station. The Hotel is recommended.

Super Service, great rooms, very good food!

We arrived in the hotel in the middle of the afternoon, at the reception the staff is not at all friendly with the French.
Moreover in the room we did not have hot water and the TV did not pick up the channels.
We also tried to discuss problems with a night member (the manager) and this one was not pleasant at all despite our insistence.
We were three and we took a room of three, in the evening we had after several hours of our arrival a request from the manager (ISSAC) to pay extra for the 3rd person.
Not recommended!

We were there for three days and very satisfied. The room was just right for two people,
Breakfast was also good, a Two-course dinner is also
to recommend very much! The hotel's Bar is comfortably furnished
and offers to 22.00 and even meals! Rather small defects passed on the shower, the temperature of
between very warm and hot fluctuated. The Location is not but, nevertheless, the most Beautiful; London-the centre could
at the earliest, within a half-hour can be achieved, if it
quiet on the streets. All in all a super Hotel, also nice staff. Recommended by us only.
