Me and my husband stayed in for two days, and room upon arrival wasn't clean, it had a lot of hair, waking barefooted, you could feel dirt on carpet. Also, shower had yellow and blackish stains. Breakfast was ok. We skipped it on second day. It's really good accomodation if you are visiting for business and it's for one two days. Have free parking and it has a lot of space.

The hall was amazing. It was decorated beautifully and had great good from Spice Village. The location was in an open and safe place. There is plenty of parking space at the back. The service was brilliant.

Nice decor very helpful front desk even called room about half an hour after we checked in to see all was ok etc. Big car park only draw back was the Thursday night we were there they had a function on in their banqueting hall so all these people overtook the whole car park, even disability places and not one had a blue badge, was only fault we felt was very bad and needed looking into But overall experience was great plus was upgraded to executive room, reason being as we hadn't been there before, which was very nice gesture we felt. Thank you for your kindness and lovely stay.

We booked Grand Sapphire for our family wedding as it's one of the most beautiful venues in London. Jamal and his staff were really accommodating throughout the entire process, from the initial meeting through to the big day. The venue itself is luxurious in every way imaginable, amazing deco and good car parking space for all our guests. It trumps other wedding venues by miles therefore I would 100% recommend it to everyone.

Very nice friendly staff. First impression of the hall it looked amazing, it was clean and quite huge. The tables, chair and set up looked classy and elegant. The colour combination of the interior of the hall was great. The 3 course meal was one of the best I have eaten in any wedding I've ever been to especially the lamb korma and Afgan chicken was exquisite. Special thanks to Jamal who was very kind and attentive to our needs and really went out of his way to ensure the wedding is amazing. I would really recommend this wedding hall to everyone.

Arranged a wedding in the Rhubarb Suite. It was great to find a venue with the catering on site and from a known supplier. The decor was beautiful. Furthermore the support we received from our contact at Grand Sapphire Jamal was excellent. Very happy. Recommended.

Excellent venue for weddings and other events. The decor is lavish and clean, perfect for any type of gathering. Parking may be an issue with only a few dozen spaces but there are more off-street parking outside the venue.

We booked our Wedding at the Grand Sapphire and honestly speaking it was the best decision we made! The entire team were very professional and willing to go that extra mile from the very start. I'm so happy with the result, I wanted to share my experience. I'm going to start straight off with the food — don't doubt, just book it! The food, presentation and service was incredible, my guests are still complimenting the food to date! It was beautifully presented and my guests needs were really taken care of. So a special thank you to all the waiting staff who helped out on our big day. We hired the Grand Ballroom because of our large guest list, and the decor was stunning! The team used their in house decor to help us save on costs and it was perfect! On the day, my event manager added a beautiful mirror display as a surprise for me! The team were very attentive to detail, and everything was just as I had planned and hoped for. The service was really impeccable — we've already recommended the venue to our family and friends and we're going to another wedding here next month as a result! :) Can't thank the team enough — you guys made my dream wedding come true. My sincerest thanks to everyone involved. Also we hired some hotel rooms for the wedding and our stay was brilliant, really clean modern rooms and breakfast was delicious!

Before staying here I unfortunately read reviews of which were not good. But I am pleased to say they were wrong. I had a fantastic 9night stay. Rooms are very nice to spend a night in and everything you need in them. Walls are thin but nothing earplugs won't cure the odd person walking down the hall. Rooms do have air con which has been a blessing. Very busy for weddings but I didn't here a peep from the second floor. All in all I had a really good stay at the grand sapphire

One of the best venue ever, I am so glad that my only daughter got married at Grand Sapphire, Venue has beautiful decor and nicely presented. Service from management was excellent from the beginning, very humble and co operative staff. When you enter in a hall it's a WOW effect. Most of the guest at wedding came back to enquire about the venue. I wish I have one more daughter to wed, I will definitely chose this lovely group of people.

It's not in the most attractive of locations but it is extremely convenient. There is even parking available on the road (off peak) when their car park is full. The conference hall itself is huge and very bright with opulent decor.

I attended a family friend's wedding at The Grand Sapphire on 13 April 2017 and it was a beautiful venue and a great event. The evening was professionally managed and the food was delicious. The hall itself was indeed 'grand' and we seem to have found a real 'gem' of a function venue with the Grand Sapphire.

The Grand Sapphire is a great place like their name, they have everything you could possibly need for a wedding. They totally transformed the venue, words cannot explain the transformation. At the initial meeting we were asked what we wanted, if we were unsure he offered us some suggestions, we didn't feel rushed, or forced to make any decisions. Everyone was polite and helpful. On the day of the wedding they did their job above and beyond our expectations, the bride and groom loved it, as did the Guests. I would definitely use them for the next event.

I attended a wedding at the hotel, my experience and knowledge of Croydon wasn't the greatest but when I came to Grand Sapphire I was pleasantly surprised. Emphasis on the Grand as that's exactly what to expect, a beautiful banqueting hall, the hotel itself is fantastic, clean, and definitely royal looking. Hotel reception were friendly and the service at the wedding was brilliant including the setup. If I ever visit to stay over in Croydon this hotel would be on my list. Exquisite!
