Could do with bit more cleaning and freshness of food. If you coming here don't worry there is big tesco on the left from train striation. There is nice garden at the back of the hotel, and even though hotel is situated next to busy road is nice and quiet and you can relax. Staff is very, very helpful and nice. Always concerned about your safety and well being. They have fridge at the exception with supply of fresh bottled water! You can put your icecream in the freezer and other products.
Leaving a 1 star report only because it wont let me leave a zero! do not be decieved by the pictures. I checked in and thought myself it smells in here. Reception staff were very friendly amd showed me to my room. As soon as I opened the door I was hit by the smell of a rotten ashtray. The kettle was on the floor, TV and fan on the side, I took 1 look out the window to the "garden view". If looking at a rubbish tip is a view then this is the place for you. The sink and tiles were coming away from the wall n there was dirt and dust on all the water pipes. The laminate flooring was falling apart n had dirt between the gaps in the joins. So I checked the bed, the mattress looked clean as did the sheets, the bed base was held together by ply wood n the base had dirty stains all over it. I was thinking to my self I cant stay in here. Then I took the pillow cases off n was horrified at the stains on the pillows. The shared bathroom had a lot to be desired for, taps falling apart, tiles hanging off the wall n a thick layer of limescale laid in the bath and round the taps. I would not stay in this hotel if it had the last available bed on earth! Digusting!
