Good Hotel, staff are pleasant and helpful. The rooms are a good size and nicely decorated. The beds are huge and comfortable, they are very clean and the cleaning staff are visible thorough. We opted for continental breakfast which very nice but the full English looked good too. Location is good and the price point makes it good VFM. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the pizzas in their restaurant are beautiful. Fresh ingredients and cooked in a wood fired oven. Would definitely stay again.

I have always stayed at Ibis Styles Hotel which is next door to Best Western Plus Hotel but decided to try out this hotel. Best Western Plus Hotel is far better than the Ibis Styles Hotel in many ways. At Best Western Plus Hotel, the double room I stayed had its own refrigerator, computer desk, microwave and it was sparkling clean. Ibis Styles Hotel was good, but the double room I stayed looked tired, worn and doesn’t have a refrigerator, computer desk, and microwave. Best Western Plus Hotel beddings and towels were white and clean while that of Ibis Styles Hotel were looking more like dirty white. Ibis Styles Hotel offers complimentary breakfast for free, while you have to pay optional £6.95 extra for breakfast at Best Western Plus Hotel. Best Western Plus Hotel also took £30 deposit at check-in which was issued back after checking out, but the money took five days to reflect. I would highly recommend Best Western Plus Hotel.

Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.

My experience was inexpensive and a great one. Receipting staff are very welcoming and friendly and try do what they can to help. It does get a bit noisy on the ground floor during happy hour which starts at 5 but it's nothing that will disturb you once your in your room. Walls aren't the thickest so you will hear some chatter in the corridor during your night. But still a place I can recommend for quick overnighters to get you to your next spot.

I am very happy with the room size for 3 people, they had a sink, microwave and fridge available. The room is warm and cosy, house keeping called to ask if we needed our room cleaned as we put up the do not disturb sign. Highly recommend!

Left the Hilton (which is a 4 star) to come here as I stayed here before and the service is more friendly (no snobs around here). The breakfast tastes better as it is made to order. The rooms are a good size and make living in a hotel room very comfortable.

The hotel was amazing and so clean. Staff were all very lovely and very helpful. The food was great and the location was perfect. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family, it's great value for money and literally has everything you need in one room. Will definitely be going back. Thank you to all of the lovely staff x.

Very nice rooms. Ours had a king bed and a single. Obviously a new hotel or recently refurbished. Excellent bathroom with shower. Nice solid working desk with plenty of sockets and decent Wi-Fi. Also a cooker and sink, with a tap you can get the kettle under! And the curtains even meet in the middle so you're not woken up by the sun.

Booked a room with this hotel for 20/12/17 on my way back from europe Couldn't make it because of realy bad weather in Germany and they still charged me for a room that I couldn't get to, not good customer service shows that they don't want repeat business and are desperate for the customers money & not committed to providing good customer service.

Lovely New Hotel, staff very friendly, went out of their way to be helpful. Still a few glitches maybe, the floor walker at breakfast, (a lovely young man but it felt intrusive). The hot water from the coffee/tea machine was not hot, so the tea was atrocious. And I can live without "music at breakfast". The management conceded there is still room for improvement and were very gracious. It was much appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay. X Florence and Keith We will definitely go again.

Brand new hotel with superb staff and good room fittings including a kitchenette.

Room was fine got to the hotel and was asked to pay £30 fee in case I spent anything but it takes 7-14 days to get it back, this wasn't stated on booking I didn't pay it its not company policy so don't pay it.

Excellent service with very large rooms located in a good locality. Perfect place if you were looking for a holiday booking, will always be using them and will recommend family and friends!

The room is comfortable enough, but nothing spectacular. We had a triple room with 3 single beds and a little kitchenette, which consisted of a tea kettle, a small fridge, a microwave, a sink, and a cabinet with dishes. The housekeeping was good and the room was straightened up each day. This hotel is not in a nice area, so, if you can, spend the money to get closer to the city center or you may not be happy. It is decent for the price, but at least a half an hour trip (by bus, then train) into London. Fortunately, the bus drops you off right around the corner from the hotel entrance, but the outbound stop is about 2 blocks away. We parked our rental car in the garage for a fee rather than leave it out on the street or drive it, as London driving is not very forgiving for non-natives.

First of all, 220 e for a 2-night minimum price that I find the ibis hotel in side less expensive… So it is dirty everywhere, specks of dust etc I take a shower my feet bathed in the soap… The flow to leverage such market not bed top a microwave available with a sink a fridge that everything exceeded your hotel for the night after 11 o'clock in the morning, you will be charged about £ 30… Even if you do not exceed more than 10 min so be careful.

Horrible neighbourhood If you're going into London, simply don't choose this one, it's way to far from there. Besides breakfast the food is expensive and bad. The elevator cracks every time you get in it feels like it's going to fall. I went in there and they were building something upstairs and the carpets was cover with concrete.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. Amazing staff, clean and really nice. You feel like home!

Personally I thought for the price we paid it was very good value for money. The rooms were spacious enough and had an excellent air conditioning unit. Also it is very nice inside the building.

Reasonable for what it is, tho the location isn't ideal for travel to central London without a car (ie using train/tube)

The hotel was lovely sorry about the photos I cannot work out how to take them down! This was round the corner where I found the door off a phone box cupboard so was going to ask BT to come and fix it.

This is a newly opened hotel and is designed to offer more than just a room for the night. Although there were still some teething problems with the new build, this did not take away from the restful experience of staying here. The staff are very polite and very helpful and the facilities are excellent. The bedrooms are modern with excellent shower, plenty of towels and other bits and pieces that a business traveller will find welcome. I highly recommend this establishment.
