Sadly a very run down, and tired hotel with very dated facilities and rooms.

Lovely place… very friendly and helpful staff. The cooked breakfast is a killer… piping hot!

This hotel is certainly in need of some basic maintenance and decoration. It certainly gives the impression of a place well past its prime. However, it served its purpose as a convenient place to stay overnight while visiting the area. The night we stayed the bar had run out of beer much to the concern of the building contractors who were staying there. Basic room, TV, shower and as is fairly standard an inclusive breakfast. Parking was available at the front of the hotel. While it was not somewhere I would choose to stay at again, I would add that all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Needs updating. Staff really good. Rooms dated, decor tired.

Horendous Booked this hotel for 2 nights absolutely awfull. The toilet was filthy, the bed so uncomfortable we jsd no sleep even after a 7 hour drive. My husband had to sleep in his clothes because there was no quilt just sheets and no spare in the room. No stock at the bar only cans of beer, thread bare carpet the list goes on. We decided we could not stay another night but the owner would not refund our money but it was that bsd we booked in the Premier Inn anyway. It seems that this hotel maonly serves contractors and the owners not at all interested in customer satisfaction.

Stayed on business, friendly staff and a cracking breakfast!

Lovely friendly hotel. My room (No:2) is large and has a magnificent 4 poster bed in it which is very comfortable.

Didnt hate it as much but jeeezus the coldest shower iv ever experienced in my whole life. Bit dated and worn but definately sleepable and good for my workin away needs.

A very 'run-down' hotel. Decor very shabby. It needs a serious renovation/update. We had to leave unwashed (as the shower-head was filthy) — not fit for human-use, to be honest. It made me feel ill. Reception-staff were pleasant — but, could not make up for what, essentially, is a hotel, stuck in the decor of the 1970's — but, with none of the charm. Breakfast was ok. With a serious refurb & modernisation-has all the potential to be quite a decent place.

Nice little local hotel, basic but clean.

Bedroom decor outdated, breakfast room carpet not fitted, sausages of dubious quality that even my dog refused, cigarette burns on furniture, no smoke in air but smelt as though it had not been cleaned since the 2007 smoking ban, flushables notice by toilet a damp and mouldy paper dated 4 years ago. Coffee machine in breakfast room is just a pot of instant on a hot plate. No fresh coffee in the establishment and attitude given when I asked a for it. They can do better and you can too. If there is somewhere else to stay, do stay elsewhere.

Nice small hotel little tired but perfect for my stayv.

Rooms are a little small but great price for London. Limited parking and okay food.

Needs bringing up to date and for the price we paid it was extremely over priced. Cans are sold behind the bar for £3 as the draft does not work. Will not be returning.

Small rooms but cheap enough to not care.

Room infested with hundreds of ants on coffee table, all round the sink in bathroom and even in the bed! Asked for refund got offered £17 back from a £90 stay. I took that as an insult and refused. Asked for full refund and got threaten with the owner calling the police to report me for black mail. Absolute joke.

Reasonable hotel nothing special but it ticks all boxes, clean, tidy, friendly staff etc.
