Sue and Gary were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were delicious, room was clean and everything we needed was provided. Very friendly and helpful and Gary can advise every walk in Keswick and how to get there and back safely. Location of the guest house was ideal for nice walks, lovely views and close the Keswick centre.

Great place, lovely mountain view, very pleasant hosts, awesome full English breakfast, comfy bed, would recommend to anyone!

Thank you to the couple who run this guest house for a brilliant stay this weekend. They were so welcoming and instantly put us at ease. The accommodation itself is immaculate and scrupulously clean, with plenty of attention to little details to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was delicious every morning and I won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely highly recommended this lovely B&B, I have loved my stay here and the couple who own it are so friendly and can’t do enough for their guests. I took 3 spaniels and the family size room was perfect. I loved my stay that much that I rebooked for another stay in March. Fantastic place to stay!

Just got back from our second stay at Laurel Bank guest house. We have had a lovely time. The owners are lovely and so knowledgeable of the area. Also very dog friendly with off road secure parking. The breakfasts are fantastic! we can't wait to book our next stay thank you for having us and our pack of pooches xx.

A beautiful and friendly place to stay. If we ever return to the Lake District we will stay there again.

Just got back from a stay at Laurel Bank Guest house. Sue and Gary made you feel very welcome. The rooms were lovely and clean nice modern bedrooms. Great location and parking. The breakfast was lovely. We all enjoyed our stay. We would return there.

My wife and I have just returned from another wonderful weekend in Keswick staying at Laurel Bank Bed & Breakfast for a second time. Sue and Gary were as welcoming as the first time and treated us more as friends than guests. The room was up to the usual high standards which we have come to expect and the breakfast's were excellent.
We like it here so much we have booked a 3 night stay for 2019 already.

Stayed at Laurel Bank for 3 nights over last weekend. Praise given where praise is due and this lovely B&B is fabulous. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with a refreshed room every morning and a replenished hospitality tray. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful. The owners were away when we stayed but the former owners who were looking after the place were lovely and friendly. There aren't enough adjectives to describe this wonderful little gem. Hopefully we'll be back same time next year. P. S. Not really sure about the fish tank… those white froggy things are just a little bit freaky.

I stayed with Gary and Sue for a couple of nights this week my room was at the back overlooking latrigg fell good view, it was also quiet very little light pollution. The room was comfortable nice firm double bed clean and functional bathroom flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. Tea and coffee making facility free complimentary biscuits. The breakfast items include fresh fruit grapefruit various cereals yogurt and juices I had a cooked full English all locally sourced, the second day I opted for poached smoked haddock with a poached egg brown toast and preserve nothing was too much trouble to Gary and sue I thought they where excellent hosts thank you both fora great stay if you are in Keswick the laurel bank is a good place to stay.

Excellent place to stop with a superb breakfast would recommend.

Lovely, friendly, relaxing and a perfect location. Nothing is too much trouble from ordering breakfast to advice on what to do and see. Gary and Sue are very knowledgable about the area and are so hospitable. We will definitely be going back again.

Stayed for 2 nights, awesome in every way, very knowledgeable abouts all walks, room class spotless, breafast was plenty and tasty. Would defo recommend for your stay in Keswick.

A lovely little BnB just on the outskirts of Keswick in the Lake District. Staying here over August Bank Holiday weekend for a close friends wedding, the owners, Gary and Sue, were kind enough to meet me and give me keys at 10.30am. The room itself was spacious and tastefully decorated, the bed comfortable and bathroom facilities were clean. I slept well both nights. Breakfast was both plentiful and tasty, with plenty of options for most diets. It is about a 15 minute walk to Keswick town centre, where you can find plenty of pubs, shops and restaurants — although taxis are pretty cheap. Overall, as value for money goes Laurel Bank exceeded my expectations and I would have no problem going back.

Rodney & Margaret made our stay wonderful, the small touches make all the difference; cotton wool balls & cotton buds in the bathroom. Room refreshed each day; towel rail switched on, beds made to nurse perfection. The breakfast was truely delicious. Thank you.
