Absolutely lovely place to stay lovely rooms and gorgeous view from bedroom, really nice high speck bathroom, definitely stay again 👍

Just spent our honeymoon in room 16. The pictures don’t do it justice, the room was perfect and the view! The location was perfect — we didn’t have to use the car once — supply and quality of supplements was plentiful and breakfast (at the Bridge Cafe) was delicious. Cannot recommend enough — can’t wait to go back 😀

Wonderful room with views over Hope Park and mountains in the distance. Right near Keswick centre but on a quiet cul de sac. Upmarket bed and breakfast tastefully renovated. No children.

Only our 2nd stay and still kicking ourselves for not finding this beautiful place sooner, great location, beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean, lovely staff, we will be back.

Best B&B I've ever stayed in and already booked for 2020

What can I say but excellent value and a perfect central location for both the town and a start point for activities. Spacious and well furnished rooms to the highest standard. For hikers there is a warm boot room for drying off the inevitable wet clothes. For cyclists there is a secure storage so you know your pride and joy is safe overnight. No negatives 10/10.

Yet another fabulous stay! Home from home with a luxury feel. Great staff and fabulous views (and the best eggs benedict! ). Can’t wait to come back again.

Everything. Lindsey is such an attentive host. Her knowledge of everything local is amazing which she will share with you. The hotel is contemporary, stylish & very comfortable. Book direct for best rates. Loved my room had the most comfortable bed. Plenty of refreshments in room including water. Breakfast was superb, excellent choice for a continental style & also fully cooked as well from fresh. No hot buffet here. All cooked to order. Great choice & excellent staff in the dining room. Nothing too much trouble. There is nothing I could say I didn’t like about the place & I will definitely be back.

This is our go to place in Keswick, there’s nothing not to love about it. We celebrated my partners 50th in the lakes and we stopped here. She surprised him with balloons and banners in the room, thoughtful things like this really count. The rooms are stunning, we’ve stopped here 5 times and all the rooms have their own little quirks and the breakfasts are lovely.

Absolutely loved staying here for our 3 night stay in Keswick. Host was very helpful, included very good breakfast with several options. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. This is a high quality B&B.

Keswick is a great place to experience the Lake District especially since it has been appointed a UNESCO Heritage site in 2018.

Just back from a 2 night stay at LakeSide House. It was a fabulous place, so quiet, beautifully decorated with really comfy bed and a fabulous power shower! The cooked breakfasts were spot on. As much tea coffee and toast as you could handle and huge choice of cereals and fruit juices. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble, even going out of their way to get brown sauce supplies! Lindsey is just amazing! We will definitely be back!

Came here on the Friday afternoon as was greeted but a lovely lady helped us so much carried bags to room and helped us settle in. The room was bright and clean and the bed was so comfortable. On the morning we had breakfast which was absolutely beautiful not a pick of grease in sight. The staff were so polite and just so happy. You could have as much tea coffee toast as you wanted and nothing wad a bother. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be returning. Lindsay you and your staff are AMAZING.

Just back from 3 nights. Great Place, amazing breakfast with home cooked warm food, never eaten egg eggs benedict like it before. Excellent rooms very spacious and a great power shower. Staff spot on, thanks Lindsey and the team for great service. Well-done on your award its well deserved.

Delightful situation, lovely outlook. Just a short walk through the park to the lake. We had a super room overlooking the park and the hills. Wonderful friendly service and good food. Will be coming again.

Nice upscale b&b place. We really enjoyed our stay in here. Just notify them if you arrive by car so that they can be there to give a parking permit. Cooked breakfast is one of best I've had in these type of places.

Exceptional overnight stay at the Lake House. Our room was well appointed with lovely views of the golf course and hills beyond. Breakfast is served in the sizable dining room, is cooked to order and very tasty, with options to suit every taste. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. All in all 5/5.

Easily the best place to stay in Keswick, very friendly, nothing is too much trouble, I can recommend the Cumbrian Grill for breakfast (I consider myself an expert as I've eaten in excess of 25 of them and the high standard was maintained for each one).
We are already planning our next stay here.

Fantastic and modern B&B that feels more like a small hotel.

This is the second time I have visited Lakeside House. Both times have been amazing and have made the trip to Keswick even more special. The staff are the best and make your time there feel like you are at home. The breakfasts a bloody good too! I can't wait to go back.
