Rooms Milton Keynes Guesthouse

This was the ideal base for our group of friends that were having a night out in MK. Considering the price paid, you just can't fault it. No it's not a Premier Inn — its edges are a little rougher than a hotel, but you're not paying hotel prices, not even close. The number of rooms within one flat was just perfect — hard to find places like this usually.

Strange set up, converted houses, however no issues. It was being renovated so was not at its best but can’t fault it for the price.

It is a really nice place to stay! So glad that's were council put me it's very welcoming and very clean and tidy customer service there is brilliant! Such a lovely place.

Had a fabulous time! Me and my friend rented the room for a 5 day period, spend Thursday and Friday shopping in centre MK (which is literally 30 seconds away), then went out to the restaurants which the owner had recommended and used the discount we were given. Found ourselves out clubbing on Friday and Saturday and the place was easy to get back to, even after a few. Lost our key on Saturday night but called the phone and the manager was able to let us back into our rooms, took no more than 2 minutes. Great place, great price, great location, could not fault it one bit. The staff were the friendliest people I've ever met, not like the grumpy old sods at some of the other hotels you get.

Great location, friendly and welcoming staff told us where the local shops and take away's were, they were very helpful!. Clean and inviting rooms, I had a lovely stay here. Provided with everything we needed during our stay, and the friendly environment made the visit to Milton Keynes brilliant!

Last minute weekend booking in Milton Keynes, well impressed with the location and the newly refurbished rooms. Fab place to stay with friendly staff! Great value and would highly recommend to anyone.

A great location! Stayed here by booking a house, and was more than what I expected! The house was warmly fitted and all the rooms were clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The customer service was brilliant. They welcomed me and and explained what I was entitled to. Additionally, they told me what was around the area and gave great recommendations for restaurants near by, as well as 20% for staying with them. 100% would stay again!

Amazing place, a little different but really works well! We arrived late so collected our keys from the key box as instructed, all was fine and clearly explained to us. Shower was fantastic and the shared kitchen made it really easy for us. Cant fault it. Across the road from John Lewis and the shops and with free Wi-Fi, Staff were so helpful and we even made friends with some other guests at breakfast, really enjoyable stay.

Stayed there for a few days and was positively surprised by the level of service and the overall experience. Highly recommend it.

I don't rate them at all, was very taken back by it all, spoilt our stay, not what it says, my mother and myself had a double, my husband and brother shared a twin, there were only two shower rooms between four rooms, which didn't state in the, on line broucher, the shower mats were like the towel in them, stained with bleach and very hard, my room only had 1 chair to sit on, our other room had none, our bed linen was clean but didn't look very nice, was not appealing to sleep on to say the least, our towels were very hard and stained with bleach and we only had one each for the whole of our stay, the kitchen which was very dirty and falling apart, the fridge was very dirty, you could not sit on the dinning chairs as they would fold up on you and the table top was very loose, we had to go out and buy some mugs and glasses before we could even have a drink when we arrived, oh and don't believe when it says breakfast because it is all false advertising, we got told it was a nightmare to do, so they stopped it, so all in all not a pleasant stay and would never go back there, hope you do read this, before u decide, I am contemplating in getting in touch with the environmental they should go there. This is a true review, hope you read.

I stay in Milton Keynes a lot due to work and have tried all the hotels and bed and breakfasts, until I found this little gold mine — right in the centre of town which was ideal for me as I had no car. A short walk from the train station has you right in the heart of MK, whether for business or pleasure I guarantee you will enjoy the clean comfy rooms with the exceptional customer service of the dedicated on site team. There is free Wi-Fi, parking and even free offers for local nights out which was great when we had a few of us staying there together. The only criticism I have is they get full so quickly — so my best advice is to book well in advance.

Not stayed here before but would again. Easy to find, right in the centre of CMK, clean rooms, friendly staff. Saved a fortune not staying in one of the big chain hotels.

I've stayed here many times, great location, and unbelievable value for money, I can use my laptop with the free Wi-Fi, and there is free parking, If you're staying in central MK this is the place to stay.
