Old, run down, only the 5 basic channels nothing as advertised definitely not a hotel classification. The only thing that's nice is friendly receptionist and bar/restaurant.

Good service, specially from all ladies working in the building, like that is dog friendly, a nice lady from the restaurant brought water to my dog, cleaning ladies are lovely, like the club in front, but cards to open doors didn't work for as long as long as we were there (4 days).

Cheap and cheerful. Great for Pink Punters. Would not stay here otherwise. Plenty of better quality hotels in Central MK.

The level of service experienced during my stay was at a two star level. Advertised services were not quite as it was noted on their website. Over all, I would not recommend the facility to friends or family.

Its a 2 star hotel which has quite thin walls! The bathroom needed some love but for 1 night it was alright! Just remeber that there is a club opposite the hotel which you cant hear but if you are staying on the weekend you might get a few students/club goers staying in the same hotel!

Horrible rooms. Bed was comfy though. (If you like a hard mattress). When you walk on to the landing to get to your room, it feels, looks and even smells like a prison wing. Bar/restaurant area is half decent. Half decent menu, until the food arrives. May have been a one off but my dinner was horrible. Every guest I spoke to didn't like the place and they were pretty much all hairy arsed builders and site Trades. Wouldn't book here again, and I am definitely not a snob.

Not the best stay, room stuffy, bedside bulb out, bathroom bulb out, toilet seat cracked, bath cracked, door cards a bit hit and miss and managed to get room service wrong. Cheap, and staff fairly cheerful, not much else going for it. Last stay here was better.

The hotels great value and the Chef is very good indeed. If you have breakfast there, ask the Chef for oven eggs.

Don't stay there, this place is not worth the money they're asking for, the management doesn't give a flying poot about their guests, don't do anything about the noise from inconsiderate guests and from the hotel carpark, the rooms aren't serviced, there's no proper cups in the room, only paper cups which is an utter waste and definitely ecologically and economically unsound, staff at reception are rude and condescending and breakfast is overpriced.

Good value for money. If all you need is a bed and a shower it will do you. If you’re looking for a little more confort, then I wouldn’t recommend. You get a parking permit for the duration of your stay (free) Most hotels offer free Wi-Fi, not this one. (Very expensive additional charges) No lifts.

Budget hotel yes but paper thin walls allowed me to hear all about how next doors rooms van had got stolen from the hotel car park. Menue is a little pricey but all in all it was a bed to got some sleep and thats what I did.

Had a GNO event evening and started at the hotel clean and tidy with friendly staff…

Second time at this hotel which is pretty cheap and you get what you pay for however I met up in the hotel bar with my son for a pint and he received a £100 parking charge from Parking Eye for parking in the Hotel car park. Needless to say I will never ever stay at another Campanile Hotel.

Stayed here last week was OK for just 1 night some of the staff were lovely and some were just not as friendly. Corridors stank,, the room was clean but very trashy holes in wall and doors just been bodged patched up, as I went to go to bed the lampshade fell of the lamp and the outside of the doorhandle was hanging of bathroom door and no plugs next to the bed. The bath was tiny but shower was good. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed iv ever slept in. I would say it's more of a place to stay if your going out for a night out what with the nightclub across the road. Corridors were very loud with pre drinkers which didn't bother me but if your looking for a quiet relaxing place this isn't the place for you. Breakfast was full English which was asked what we wanted then served to you which I didn't think tasted great the bread for toast was rock hard and the orange and apple juice machine tastes like watered down pure juice definitely wasn't worth the money I paid won't be going back.

Brilliant service on all my stays hear staff are willing to help will recommend to anyone staying in milton keynes area.

Good house keeping nice staff restaurant in house prices okay no lift bit of a pain my room was very good cleaned every day and very well done.

Very noisy from across the road night club but good value for mony.

Not bad, room for improvement. Rooms are decent, but the sound of the extractor fan, or at least I think that's what it is, doesn't stop. TV's could have been wall mounted to afford a bit more room for laptop and work. Duvets are too light and I had no blanket. The bar is nice as is the restaurant. Breakfast was ok, Continental or English. Only one negative… Wi-Fi was not free.

I would like to say thank you to the housekeeper christine for going out her way to make my stay. More enjoyable. She was going home. And I asked her for a another pillow. She didnt hesitate in getting it for me. I will stay again 10out of 10. I have read things on the review. I didnt find it tobe anything like I have read and thanks to rob good food.

Short break overnight stay, small room for a double bed and shower room. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast the next morning. Staff very good even when a man down.

Good location, friendly staff and nice bar area. Rooms are fairly basic, but clean with good sized beds. Unfortunately not much noise resistance from rooms to the hallway so you do hear other guests coming in and out.

The rooms arent very nice they room keys also dont work properly had to go and change them 3 times over 2 night stay. And the room wasint very clean either.

Average, paper cups not only tellsbthe low standards, but highlights a lack of environmental policy. Be aware this is near a large club, so gets many party goer guest. Not the place to be for an early quiet sleep.

The Wi-Fi is free… for about twenty minutes, then you need to buy it. Beds are comfy and easy to sleep in. TV channels are free. Rooms are tidy. Bathrooms are neat and tidy. Would be a faultless place if it weren't for the "free" Wi-Fi, fortunately it only costs £3 for 24 hours.

Over priced for what you get. Wobbly handle on bathroom door. Paint work around rooms need some work. Rooms too warm at night and no cooling system. For what we got I felt it should have been cheaper. Staff were pleasant though and can't fault the restaurant for their food. That almost made it worth it.

The hotel staff were friendly and polite. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is very convenient and I enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends looking for a place to stay, it's worth the price.

Stayed 2 nights in a twin room. Room was adequate with clean and fairly comfortable beds. Location is OK, a short £4 cab to the centre. Shower was bad — weak and fluctuating wildly in temperature. Breakfast was a shambles — no cutlery, no crockery, extremely limited selection of food and the cooked breakfast was revolting.

I would not recommend this hotel for few reason: rooms are not clean properly and stinks as old socks. Fire alarm woke me up in a middle of night without any reason.

I was astonished to walk into my En Suite room at a little after 11 to see a 6ft7" Nigerian gentleman named Lazarus washing his testicles in the sink. I told him to grab his hairdryer and leave the premises. Would recommend.

The rooms were clean. And the desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a good night's rest even though there is a club opposite ; I didn't hear a thing!

Great service and food. Only issue is noise. Very thin walls so even TV noise travels easily. If someone closes a door half way up the corridor you still hear it as if its next door. Othet than the noise, a comfortable hotel.

This is a budget hotel and that is what it does, very competently. There are few frills but all that one needs is there, cleanliness, function and comfort. I stayed one night, but could have stayed more. Friendly courteous staff who want to please and help. Very competent budget hotel. Thankyou.

The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are nice even if the wall are not very thick and it is possible to hear all the surrounding noises. But more disappointing: the services. First, the people we had at the reception were absolutely not nice. When the card to access the room is demagnetized, there is absolutely no sign of apology from the staff. Then, I was there in vacation, and as it is said that you can leave at 12 o'clock in the morning I was expecting to have the opportunity to rest quitely. But is was not taking into account the fact that the cleaning ladies do not hesitate to pop into your room at 9 o'clock even if it is written "Do no disturb" on the door. Moreover they do a lot of noise in the corridors, so do not expect to rest long in the morning.

Budget but great. Stayed here as a stopover. Booked and hour before I arrive, late one night. Room was as expected. I had a room on the back of the hotel that over looked a football pitch — as a result it was very quiet — Could sleep with the window open and no noise pollution. Didn't stay for breakfast. Great stopover.

Cheap hotel, good only if you're going to the night club across the road, otherwise I would not recommend it. Doors are paperthin. When I went out to complain at 8am to a couple of families across the corridor (with kids which kept running knocking and banging doors for more than half an hour), I got shouted at from the daddy cause apparently they were "woken up at 6 by noisy people coming from the club, so don't tell us to be quiet! ". You've been warned. Plus my mattress' springs kept popping when I would turn around. So I only slept 4 hours. On the plus side, the coffee facilities in the room, staff is nice, both at reception and at the bar, a smile, no fuss and I am happy with them. Breakfast served till 11am, has one choice of everything (+£6 cold buffet or £8.50 with cooked food, get bacon! ;) ) but croissants were gorgeous, shame for the coffee machine.

Very budget hotel. Rooms spartan with little storage space. Heating, but no air-con, minimal facilities. Privacy lock on my door did not work. Free Wi-Fi is good. Breakfast is passable. Fine for overnight or two, but no longer. I was not there over a weekend, but it is opposite a nightclub and other reviews have warned about noise.

Really pleasantly surprised, I actually only came because the premier inn was full. Campanile was a lot cheaper and in my opinion better than most premier inns I've been in, plus breakfast was great. The only minor downside was the poor Wi-Fi signal in my room but plenty of places don't have Wi-Fi at all.
