Amazing food in The Brasserie.

Last night we took a group of 20 excited brownies up to Jump Jersey. We booked with them over email without realising they are normally closed on a Tuesday. They opened up for us and our girls (and leaders) had an amazing time! So a massive thank you to Jump Jersey and thier amazing staff.

Lovely friendly staff.
Service is great and no waiting around for your appointment.
I would certainly recommend Bonita’s to my relatives and drop by again if ever in the region.

We had our sons 5th birthday party at Jump Jersey yesterday in the adventure soft play area.
It was very well organised, all
the staff were friendly and attentive and the party food was delicious!

Great experience at Jump Jersey today. My daughter loved climbing. All of the staff were very helpful, friendly and interacted in a positive and encouraging way with the children.

We had a brilliant morning, the lovely staff were so friendly and helpful and all our boys had an absolute blast, we will definitely be back.

We had some issues with the booking system in the beginning and the staff were so friendly and helpful getting it all resolved for us and really went above and beyond. The park was amazing and the kids loved it! Will definitely be returning regularly!

Jump Jersey… Fab! Kids had so much fun! No more expensive than ones we have been to elsewhere.

Visited 24/8-31/8 and stayed in the farmstead. Staff were polite, friendly across the resort and it was overall a pleasant place to stay. The accommodation was clean and the one maintenance issue we had, a blown bulb on the outside area, was resolved quickly.
Brasserie was good price and again staff were incredibly helpful and food good quality. The reason only 4 stars is two fold, firstly the website does not advertise some of the good things they do so needs work for examp…le they provide food to feed the ducks! A little thing but these details sell a place. There are other examples like timings for activities do you don’t for example book swimming lessons when the free craft sessions are on. As crafts are at a set time put a timetable on the website to allow planning. The second reason is more to do with the dynamics of our party in relation to the site itself. There is no shop for basic food items on site, we got a basic starter pack and they supply cleaning products for free but food you need to go out and with an SEN child when you don’t drive this means a cab. The reception staff kindly gave us a number. All this aside an amazing facility, wonderful staff and I particularly want to thank Jackie and Emma, the swimming instructors who were so amazing with my daughter. Well worth staying.

Just back from spending a week at the resort with two young children. The brasserie staff were so great with my 16mth old and entertained him. The food was amazing that we had 4 evening meals there. We were also lucky enough to be there for the end of the fun zone in one of the sports hall which my boys loved, especially bouncing on all the inflatable castles. The welcome pack waiting for us was great and meant we didn’t need to buy cleaning supplies. The towels and bedding were soft (not starchy like some places). We did have to use pillows as a cot base but we saw on the website to bring cot bedding so it actually worked ok. My boys loved the ducks who were really friendly and just being able to toddle around quite safely. Would highly recommend having a car to tour the island. Great resort and would come back in a shot.

Newly revamped restaurant looks gr8. But thr food is on the expensive side. Dont try the sunday roast without ordering a side order of large chips. The quantity of roast is pretensiously small. + dessert is a dissapointment!

Very high standard of accommodation we loved the children's play area and pools.

A very varied menu and some dish to suit everyone. I liked the Thai green curry.

Really lovely lunch… roast beef, nicely rare to medium. Wonderful flavours.

Why do you never answer your phone or reply to emails, shocking service.

Brilliant stay, staff fantastic, only problem is your not on a bus route unless you walk down a road with no pavement.

We stayed here in the large house adjacent to the carpark. It was clean, huge and very spacious. Would highly reccomend this resort for family's.

We stayed here in the big house by the parking lot. It was amazing. Our family loved staying here, quite a lot to do on site. The rooms where spotless. A++

Has everything you could need in a 3 bedroom house. Our villa had a hot tub and a sauna which we used every night. We couldnt fault this house and will be back. We will also highly recommend this complex to others looking for accommodation in Jersey.

Had a great time playing golf here. Some of the holes have fantastic views over the ocean and the final hole is a massive challenge. We also played tennis in the indoor courts and the facilities were clean and neat.

Had a lovely Stay in a lodge with a hot tub outside slept four other size accommodation available.

Overall great time here, but resort does nothing to police its no car policy which is upsetting with regards to child safety. You are meant to park in the carpark and walk to you lodge except for arrival and departure days. A number of customers drove around the site multiple times a day, e. G. Grocery shopping etc… I complained at the office but they did nothing. Do not expect your children to be safe like with the centreparks system. Because of this I can only give a 3.

Really enjoyed a week stay, indoor and outdoor pools clean and not overly busy. A great family resort close to everything we will be back next year!

Excellent facilities, great setting (although very near the airport). Helpful staff. Outdoor pool was fun, not busy. Our apartment was immaculate, everywhere on the complex was very clean. We will return!

Stayed here twice now. Once in a lodge and once by the outside pool apartment's. Both accommodation very well kitted out and to a high standard. Family friendly and pleasant helpful staff.

This was our 2nd time at the resort and as before we can never fault it. We arrived home yesterday and was sad to leave the apartments are faultless and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly it was my son's 13th birthday while we were there and while we went out they decorated the apartment and gave him a box of chocolates and a card. Overall I cant rate enough fantastic and can't wait to go back. The island is also a stunning place to visit. Thankyou to all the staff that made our holiday brilliant.

We were spending the week at les ormes and even at the moment of arrival we were not staying at "5 star" acomodation, the photos on the site of the apartments that we were staying in were two of the flats put together and them saying it was one. The central heating does not work neither did the thermostat or electrics for the first few hours and the fellow who came to look at the heating was extremely rude and hard to work with overall there were some positive points like the golf course and restaurant but bad accommodation and staff.

I have over the past 12 years used Les Ormes for Corporate Golf league and kids football and food. I have been impressed up until this year when we booked my 10 year old sons party for the 2nd consecutive year I was astonished to see the function room we were literally dumped in. The room was right beside the ladies toilet, had no windows, music. The birthday banner was at coving height therefore not visible. There was no room for parents or prams. The kids asked why they were not in one of the 2 function rooms upstairs, I could not answer and was perplexed as I have never seen this room in the past. When I spoke to management I was informed that they only provide food. If this is the case, why put a banner in the room? Contradiction here. My complaint fell on deaf ears, I will never use their 'party/function? ' facilities again and urge anyone thinking of using the facilities to seek clarification in writing. Management, you need to understand it is all about the experience and managing expectations. You clearly do not understand the basics. Shame, real shame.
